By comparing PASCO experiments with traditional experimental teaching methods, this article delves into the abundant ideological and political education factors embedded within the PASCO experimental system. Through meticulous analysis, it reveals how to subtly integrate the essence of ideological and political education into PASCO experimental teaching practices, thereby stimulating students’ scientific exploration spirit, social responsibility, and teamwork ability through the experimental process. In doing so, while imparting scientific knowledge and enhancing practical skills, the moral education function of experimental teaching is leveraged to guide and shape the values of young students.
