Research on Innovation Strategy of Supply Chain Management of Agricultural Enterprises Under the Background of Big Data

With the rapid development and widespread application of Big Data technology, the supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises is facing unprecedented reform and challenges. This study takes the perspective of Big Data technology and collects relevant information on the application of supply chain management in 100 agricultural product enterprises through a survey questionnaire. The study found that the use of Big Data can effectively improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, inventory management efficiency, optimize logistics costs, improve supplier management efficiency, enhance the overall level of supply chain management of enterprises, and propose innovative strategies for supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises based on this. Big Data technology brings a new solution for agricultural products enterprises to enhance their supply chain management level, making the supply chain smarter and more efficient. 展开更多

Objective To provide some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the patent evaluation system in pharmaceutical enterprises.Methods Literature research method was used to collect the relevant documents of pharmaceutical enterprises and patent evaluation system,and then the problems of traditional patent evaluation methods for pharmaceutical patents were studied.Results and Conclusion The evaluation of pharmaceutical patents plays an important role for pharmaceutical enterprises.However,it is urgent to improve the pharmaceutical patent evaluation system because there are many difficulties in evaluating pharmaceutical patents,such as large fluctuation of patent value,strong subjective interference,the incomplete pharmaceutical information,unapplicable traditional evaluation method,and the insufficient role of evaluation agencies.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:(1)The application of the real option method;(2)Developing evaluation institutions and training evaluation personnel;(3)Improving the laws and policies related to the evaluation of pharmaceutical patents;(4)Building a pharmaceutical patent evaluation database. 展开更多

Objective To propose a method for identifying cooperation partners and technology opportunities based on technological similarity and technological capability analysis at the critical moment for the survival of small and medium-sized vaccine companies.This method can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack human and financial resources to make full use of its existing technologies.Methods Data analysis was carried out based on patent data.First,through cosine similarity and patent index evaluation,companies with high technological similarity and strong technological capabilities were selected as the target of cooperation.Then evaluation index system of technological development potential was built from three dimensions:technological competitiveness,technological creativity,and potential for industrialization.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the comprehensive development potential of each technology.Finally,technology opportunities based on K-means and text mining were identified.Results and Conclusion This method can help small and medium vaccine companies in China to identify technological opportunities and provide directions for product development. 展开更多

We aim to deepen the impression of the enterprise among consumers, enhance its market influence, and seek more opportunities for cooperation and development for the enterprise. However, with increasingly fierce market competition, traditional marketing models are no longer able to maximize their effectiveness. This article firstly analyzes the positive impact of new media background on enterprise marketing in expanding the scope of information release, improving marketing targeting, and creating new marketing platforms. Secondly, it explores the problems faced by enterprises in the current marketing process, such as outdated ideological concepts, insufficient team building, and rigid marketing content.
