It has achieved great benefits. For women with gynecological diseases, pelvic inflammatory disease patients accounted for a large proportion. Due to the lack of specificity in diagnosis and treatment, the condition is lingering and difficult to cure, so it seriously reduces the quality of life of women, thus affecting the harmony of family and society. From the perspective of prevention, according to the characteristics of each stage of the disease, this paper put forward substantive prevention suggestions and targeted treatment methods, ensuring preventing before disease, preventing progress after disease, and preventing reoccurring after recovery. It has important practical significance for the prevention and treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases, as well as the development and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.展开更多

Conclusion:Smilax bockii warb polysaccharide for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease intervention can inhibit the inflammatory mediator secretion, apoptosis and regulate the immune cell function.
文摘Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of kunfukang capsule on improving uterine microcirculation in patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and to observe its influence on levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood. Methods: 126 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given azithromycin tablets orally, while patients in the observation group were treated with kunfukang capsule on the basis of control group,7days for a course of treatment, 4 courses of continuous treatment. The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical effects of treatment between the two groups, evaluate the TCM syndrome score, observe the levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in uterine microcirculation and peripheral blood, and record the adverse reactions of patients during treatment. Results: The effective rate of 90.48% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 77.78%(P<0.05). After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of uterine microcirculation was more obvious, and the PI and RI were significantly decreased compared with the control group, while Vs, Vd and Vm were increased compared with the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 in peripheral blood were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reaction rate of 7.94% in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group of 25.40% (P<0.05).Conclusion: Kun fu kang capsule combined with azithromycin is beneficial to reduce pelvic mass in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and alleviate clinical symptoms. The mechanism may be related to improving the status of uterine microcirculation and inhibiting CRP, GM-CSF and MCP-1 levels in peripheral blood to reduce inflammatory infiltration of pelvic tissue, which is safe and reliable.

文摘With a history of more than two thousand years, the theory of preventative treatment has been closely followed by the development of modern medical theories on the basis of inheritance by medical experts in the past dynasties, which has been constantly improved and enriched, and deeply applied in the prevention and treatment of serious and multiple diseases. It has important practical significance for the prevention and treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases, as well as the development and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.
文摘Objective:This study was undertaken to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine for pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat and stasis type).Methods:Seventy-four patients who were diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat and stasis type)by our hospital during July 2021 to July 2022 were randomized into two groups:the participants in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and the participants in the study group received Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine. Results:After treatment, the total effectiveness of the control group(72.98%)was significantly lower than that of the study group(94.59%),(P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity high cut, whole blood viscosity low cut, fibrinogen and plasma viscosity of the control group were all lower than those of the study group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the control group were higher and IL-2 levels in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine is more effective in curing damp-heat and stasis-type pelvic inflammatory disease by improving the blood rheological indexes and lowering the level of inflammatory factors.
文摘Recent advances in biological therapies have revolutionalised and redefined treatment targets in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).There is now a stronger emphasis on achieving the more stringent therapeutic goals of mucosal and histological healing, rather than clinical remission alone.Consequently, the treatment of refractory“functional”gastrointestinal symptoms, often attributed as the aftermath of previous inflammation, has recently become more prominent in quiescent disease. With further expected advances in anti-inflammatory treatments on the horizon, the burden of such symptoms in quiescent disease, which have been relatively neglected,is set to become an even bigger problem. In this article,we highlight the current state of research and understanding in this field, including recent developments and clinical practice guidelines on the diagnosis and management of functional gastrointestinal symptoms, such as irritable bowel syndrome and functional anorectal and pelvic floor disorders,in patients with quiescent IBD.These disorders are not only highly prevalent in these patients, they are often misdiagnosed, and are difficult to treat, with very few evidence-based therapies. Moreover, they are associated with substantial impairment in quality-of-life,considerable morbidity, and psychological distress. There is therefore an urgent need for a change in emphasis towards earlier recognition, positive diagnosis, and targeted treatment for patients with ongoing functional gastrointestinal symptoms in the absence of active IBD.This article also highlights the need for further research to develop much needed evidence-based therapies.
