Magnesium(Mg)alloys,the lightest metal construction material used in industry,play a vital role in future development.However,the poor corrosion resistance of Mg alloys in corrosion environments largely limits their p...Magnesium(Mg)alloys,the lightest metal construction material used in industry,play a vital role in future development.However,the poor corrosion resistance of Mg alloys in corrosion environments largely limits their potential wide applications.Therefore,a micro-arc oxidation/graphene oxide/stearic acid(MAO/GO/SA)superhydrophobic composite coating with superior corrosion resistance was fabricated on a Mg alloy AZ91D through micro-arc oxidation(MAO)technology,electrodeposition technique,and self-assembly technology.The composition and microstructure of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Raman spectroscopy.The effective protection of the MAO/GO/SA composite coating applied to a substrate was evaluated using potentiodynamic polarization,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests,and salt spray tests.The results showed that the MAO/GO/SA composite coating with a petal spherical structure had the best superhydrophobicity,and it attained a contact angle of 159.53°±2°.The MAO/GO/SA composite coating exhibited high resistance to corrosion,according to electrochemical and salt spray tests.展开更多

Results showed that Cu addition makes the microstructure of Ni60 directional structure coating more compact, and Cu is mainly enriched within the crystal grain, resulting in the formation of Cu_(3.8)Ni as the bonding phase. Compared with Ni60 directional structure coating, Ni60/Cu directional structure coating has a lower hardness, lower friction coefficient, and lower wear rate, which indicate that Cu can effectively enhance the antifriction performance of Ni60 directional structure coating.展开更多

Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) have received substantial attention in the last 10 years,as they offer great promise as power sources that can lead to the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in the next 5 years.Since the cat...Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) have received substantial attention in the last 10 years,as they offer great promise as power sources that can lead to the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in the next 5 years.Since the cathode serves as a key component in LIB,its properties significantly affect the performance of the whole system.Recently,the cathode surface modification based on coating technique has been widely employed to enhance the electrochemical performances by improving the material conductivity,stabilising the physical structure of materials,as well as preventing the reactions between the electrode and electrolyte.In this work,we reviewed the present of a number of promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries.After that,we summarized the very recent research progress focusing on the surface coating strategies,mainly including the coating materials,the coating technologies,as well as the corresponding working mechanisms for cathodes.At last,the challenges faced and future guidelines for optimizing cathode materials are discussed.In this study,we propose that the structure of cathode is a crucial factor during the selection of coating materials and technologies.展开更多

The influence of content...In order to prepare ornamental and anti-corrosive coating on aluminum alloys, preparation technology of black micro-arc ceramic coatings on Al alloys in silicate based electrolyte was studied. The influence of content of Na2WO4 and combination additive in solution on the performance of black ceramic coatings was studied; the anticorrosion performances of black ceramic coatings were evaluated through whole-immersion test and electrochemical method in 3.5% NaCl solution at different pH value; SEM and XRD were used to analyze the surface morphology and phase constitutes of the black ceramic coatings. Experimental results indicated that, without combination additives, with the increasing of Na2WO4 content in the electrolyte, ceramic coating became darker and thicker, but the color was not black; after adding combination additive, the coating turned to be black; the black ceramic coating was multi-hole form in surface. There was a small quantity of tungsten existing in the black ceramic coating beside α-Al2O3 phase and β-Al2O3 phase. And aluminum alloy with black ceramic coating exhibited excellent anti-corrosion property in acid, basic and neutral 3.5% NaCl solution.展开更多

Results in reduction of both residual impurity and deuterium in the vacuum vessel were obtained. Particularly the partial pressure of deuterium after the lithium coating was reduced by about a factor of 5. Impurity radiation in the plasma was reduced and electron temperature increased by about 50%. Moreover, reproducible plasma discharges with high parameters, such as higher plasma current and density, could be easily obtained. These results showed that plasma performance was improved. Even though only 2 g of lithium were injected, the effective lifetime of the Li film was raised up to 40 shots.展开更多

The electrochemical corrosion...A nanocrystalline TiN graded coating was prepared on Ti6Al4V alloy by DC reactive magnetron sputtering method. The microstructure and mechanic properties of the coating were investigated. The electrochemical corrosion and tribocorrosion of the coated specimens in physiological environment were compared with those of Ti6Al4V substrate. The results show that the gradient distribution of nanocrystalline TiN is favorable for releasing the inner stress in the coating, which increases adhesion strength to 90 N. The compact structure and refined-grains of the coating result in the surface nanohardness of 28.5 GPa. The corrosion protection efficiency of the nanocrystalline TiN coating reaches 96.6%. The tribocorrosion resistance of the coating increases by 100 times in comparison with that of Ti6Al4V substrate. The high chemical stability and H3/E2 ratio (where H is hardness, and E is elastic modulus) of the nanocrystalline TiN coating are responsible for good corrosion and wear resistances.展开更多

The results showed that the vol...The fabrication of high volume fraction (HVF) M7C3 (M=Cr, Fe) reinforced Fe-based composite coating on ASTM A36 steel plate using plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding was studied. The results showed that the volume fraction of carbide M7C3 was more than sixty percent, and the relative wear resistance of the coating tested on a block-on-ring dry sliding tester at constant load (100 N) and variable loads (from 100 to 300 N) respectively was about 9 and 14 times higher than that of non-reinforced a-Fe coating. In addition, under constant load condition the friction coefficients (FCs) of two coatings increased first and then decreased with increasing sliding distance. However, under variable loads condition the FCs of non-reinforced a-Fe based coating increased gradually, while that of HVF MTC3 reinforced coating decreased as the load exceeded 220 N. The worn surface of non-reinforced a-Fe based coating was easily deformed and grooved, while that of the HVF M7C3 reinforced coating was difficult to be deformed and grooved.展开更多

The hardness of the coating and t...By mixing preheated high-aluminum bronze powders with different amounts of Al_2O_3 powder, a low-pressure cold-sprayed coating was prepared and sprayed onto a Cr12MoV steel substrate. The hardness of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate were tested with a HV-1000 microhardness tester and a mechanical universal testing machine. The surface microstructure, cross-section and tensile fracture surface of the coating were observed with a scanning electron microscope(SEM). Correspondingly, the influences of the preheat treatment temperature of the bronze powder and the Al_2O_3 content on the coating performance were investigated. The results indicate that the hardness of bronze powders decreased and the coating deposition rate increased after the preheating treatment of the bronze powder. The Al_2O_3 content in the mixed powders contributed to the deformation of bronze powders during the spraying process. This trend resulted in varied performance of the coating.展开更多

The effect of flame conditions on the microstructure of the nanostructured coatings was investigate...Nanostructured WC-12Co coatings were deposited by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying with an agglomerated powder. The effect of flame conditions on the microstructure of the nanostructured coatings was investigated. The wear properties of the coatings were characterized using a dry rubber-wheel wear test. The results show that the nanostructured WC-Co coatings consist of WC, W2C, W and an amorphous binder phase. The microstructure of the coating is significantly influenced by the ratio of oxygen flow to fuel flow. Under the lower ratio of oxygen/fuel flow, the nanostructured coating presents a relative dense microstructure and severe decarburization of WC phase occurs during spraying. With increasing ratio of oxygen/fuel flow, the bonding of WC particles in the coating becomes loose resulting from the original structure of feedstock and the decarburization of WC becomes less owing to limited heating to the powder. Both the decarburization of WC particles in spraying and the bonding among WC particles in the coatings affect the wear performance. The examination of the worn surfaces of the nanostructured coatings reveals that the dominant wear mechanisms would be spalling from the interface of WCCo splats when spray particles undergo a limited melting. While the melting state of the spray particles is improved,the dominant wear mechanisms become the plastic deformation and plowing of the matrix and spalling of WC particles from the matrix.展开更多
Li-rich layered oxides have become one of the most concerned cathode materials for high-energy lithiumion batteries, but they still suffer from poor cycling stability and detrimental voltage decay, especially at eleva...Li-rich layered oxides have become one of the most concerned cathode materials for high-energy lithiumion batteries, but they still suffer from poor cycling stability and detrimental voltage decay, especially at elevated temperature. Herein, we proposed a surface heterophase coating engineering based on amorphous/crystalline Li3 PO4 to address these issues for Li-rich layered oxides via a facile wet chemical method. The heterophase coating layer combines the advantages of physical barrier effect achieved by amorphous Li3 PO4 with facilitated Li+diffusion stemmed from crystalline Li3 PO4. Consequently, the modified Li(1.2) Ni(0.2) Mn(0.6) O2 delivers higher initial coulombic efficiency of 92% with enhanced cycling stability at 55 °C(192.9 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 1 C). More importantly, the intrinsic voltage decay has been inhibited as well, i.e. the average potential drop per cycle decreases from 5.96 mV to 2.99 mV. This surface heterophase coating engineering provides an effective strategy to enhance the high-temperature electrochemical performances of Li-rich layered oxides and guides the direction of surface modification strategies for cathode materials in the future.展开更多

The microhardness and oxidation resistance at 900℃ of the aluminide coatings were studied. It was found that pack-aluminizing improves the microhardness of the 0.5Cro.5Mo-0.25V steel while it reduces the microhardness of the H85 steel. Pack aluminizing highly improves the oxidation resistance after 20h exposure at 900℃ in air for the investigated steels.展开更多

Epoxy resin powder coating has been successfully applied on the corrosion protection of magnesium lithium alloys.However,poor wear resistance and microcracks formed during the solidification have limited it extensive ...Epoxy resin powder coating has been successfully applied on the corrosion protection of magnesium lithium alloys.However,poor wear resistance and microcracks formed during the solidification have limited it extensive application.There are limited approaches to exploit such anti-corrosion and mechanical properties of magnesium lithium alloys.Herein,the epoxy resin powder coating with polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating with 0,0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0 wt.%loading)was well prepared by melt extrusion to investigate its anticorrosion performance and wear resistance.The results revealed that the addition of MoS_(2)@PDA enhanced the adhesion strength between coatings and alloys,wear resistance and corrosion protection of the powder coatings.Among them,the optimum was obtained by 0.2 wt.%MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating which could be attributed to well dispersion and efficient adhesion with coating matrix.To conclude,MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating is meaningfully beneficial for the anticorrosive and wear performance improvement of magnesium lithium alloys.展开更多

The water contact angle and chemical solution resistance of the epoxy-based coatings were improved with an increase in graphene content from 0 to 0.4%. These results prove that addition of graphene can significantly improve the hydrophobicity and impermeability of epoxy- based coatings. However, when the graphene content was increased to 0.5%, the performance of the epoxy-based coatings decreased because of graphene aggregation. Tafel polarization results show that graphene addition can significantly reduce the corrosion current density and corrosion potential of epoxy-based coatings, which enhance their anti-corrosion performance.展开更多

Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route ...Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route for LTO has been successfully designed,employing the cheap industrial intermediate product of metatitanic acid (HTO) as titanium source.Through the in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD),it is revealed for the first time that the amorphous crystal structure of HTO is more conducive for the Li+insertion,making it possible to prepare LTO at a relatively lower sintering temperature.Utilizing the dehydration carbonization reaction between glucose and sulfuric acid,an ingenious strategy of glucose pre-coating is adopted to avoid the generation of Li_(2)SO_(4) impurity caused by the residual sulfuric acid on the surface of HTO,which meanwhile enhances the conductivity and inhibits the particle growth of LTO.The obtained ALTO@C anode material consequently exhibits excellent electrochemical performance that 132.0 m Ah g^(-1)is remained even at 20 C,and ultra low decay rate of 0.015% per cycle is achieved during 1000 cycles at 2 C.Remarkably,LiCoO_(2)//ALTO@C full cell delivers conspicuous low-temperature property (130.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.5 C and almost no attenuation after 300 cycles under-20℃).展开更多

The structure and morphology of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The electrochemical and overcharge performances of Al2O3-coated and uncoated LiMn2O4 batteries were investigated and compared. The uncoated LiMn2O4 battery shows capacity loss of 16.5% after 200 cycles, and the coated LiMn2O4 battery only shows 12.5% after 200 cycles. The uncoated LiMn2O4 battery explodes and creates carbon, MnO, and Li2CO3 after 3C/10 V overcharged test, while the coated LiMn2O4 battery passes the test. The steadier structure, polarization of electrode and modified layer are responsible for the safety performance.展开更多

The influence of content of Na2WO4 and combination additive in solution on the performance of black ceramic coatings was studied; the anticorrosion performances of black ceramic coatings were evaluated through whole-immersion test and electrochemical method in 3.5% NaCl solution at different pH value; SEM and XRD were used to analyze the surface morphology and phase constitutes of the black ceramic coatings. Experimental results indicated that, without combination additives, with the increasing of Na2WO4 content in the electrolyte, ceramic coating became darker and thicker, but the color was not black; after adding combination additive, the coating turned to be black; the black ceramic coating was multi-hole form in surface. There was a small quantity of tungsten existing in the black ceramic coating beside α-Al2O3 phase and β-Al2O3 phase. And aluminum alloy with black ceramic coating exhibited excellent anti-corrosion property in acid, basic and neutral 3.5% NaCl solution.

文摘First lithium coating associated with ion cyclotron range of frequency (ICRF) plasma was performed successfully in EAST. Results in reduction of both residual impurity and deuterium in the vacuum vessel were obtained. Particularly the partial pressure of deuterium after the lithium coating was reduced by about a factor of 5. Impurity radiation in the plasma was reduced and electron temperature increased by about 50%. Moreover, reproducible plasma discharges with high parameters, such as higher plasma current and density, could be easily obtained. These results showed that plasma performance was improved. Even though only 2 g of lithium were injected, the effective lifetime of the Li film was raised up to 40 shots.

文摘A nanocrystalline TiN graded coating was prepared on Ti6Al4V alloy by DC reactive magnetron sputtering method. The microstructure and mechanic properties of the coating were investigated. The electrochemical corrosion and tribocorrosion of the coated specimens in physiological environment were compared with those of Ti6Al4V substrate. The results show that the gradient distribution of nanocrystalline TiN is favorable for releasing the inner stress in the coating, which increases adhesion strength to 90 N. The compact structure and refined-grains of the coating result in the surface nanohardness of 28.5 GPa. The corrosion protection efficiency of the nanocrystalline TiN coating reaches 96.6%. The tribocorrosion resistance of the coating increases by 100 times in comparison with that of Ti6Al4V substrate. The high chemical stability and H3/E2 ratio (where H is hardness, and E is elastic modulus) of the nanocrystalline TiN coating are responsible for good corrosion and wear resistances.

文摘The fabrication of high volume fraction (HVF) M7C3 (M=Cr, Fe) reinforced Fe-based composite coating on ASTM A36 steel plate using plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding was studied. The results showed that the volume fraction of carbide M7C3 was more than sixty percent, and the relative wear resistance of the coating tested on a block-on-ring dry sliding tester at constant load (100 N) and variable loads (from 100 to 300 N) respectively was about 9 and 14 times higher than that of non-reinforced a-Fe coating. In addition, under constant load condition the friction coefficients (FCs) of two coatings increased first and then decreased with increasing sliding distance. However, under variable loads condition the FCs of non-reinforced a-Fe based coating increased gradually, while that of HVF MTC3 reinforced coating decreased as the load exceeded 220 N. The worn surface of non-reinforced a-Fe based coating was easily deformed and grooved, while that of the HVF M7C3 reinforced coating was difficult to be deformed and grooved.

文摘By mixing preheated high-aluminum bronze powders with different amounts of Al_2O_3 powder, a low-pressure cold-sprayed coating was prepared and sprayed onto a Cr12MoV steel substrate. The hardness of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate were tested with a HV-1000 microhardness tester and a mechanical universal testing machine. The surface microstructure, cross-section and tensile fracture surface of the coating were observed with a scanning electron microscope(SEM). Correspondingly, the influences of the preheat treatment temperature of the bronze powder and the Al_2O_3 content on the coating performance were investigated. The results indicate that the hardness of bronze powders decreased and the coating deposition rate increased after the preheating treatment of the bronze powder. The Al_2O_3 content in the mixed powders contributed to the deformation of bronze powders during the spraying process. This trend resulted in varied performance of the coating.
文摘Nanostructured WC-12Co coatings were deposited by high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying with an agglomerated powder. The effect of flame conditions on the microstructure of the nanostructured coatings was investigated. The wear properties of the coatings were characterized using a dry rubber-wheel wear test. The results show that the nanostructured WC-Co coatings consist of WC, W2C, W and an amorphous binder phase. The microstructure of the coating is significantly influenced by the ratio of oxygen flow to fuel flow. Under the lower ratio of oxygen/fuel flow, the nanostructured coating presents a relative dense microstructure and severe decarburization of WC phase occurs during spraying. With increasing ratio of oxygen/fuel flow, the bonding of WC particles in the coating becomes loose resulting from the original structure of feedstock and the decarburization of WC becomes less owing to limited heating to the powder. Both the decarburization of WC particles in spraying and the bonding among WC particles in the coatings affect the wear performance. The examination of the worn surfaces of the nanostructured coatings reveals that the dominant wear mechanisms would be spalling from the interface of WCCo splats when spray particles undergo a limited melting. While the melting state of the spray particles is improved,the dominant wear mechanisms become the plastic deformation and plowing of the matrix and spalling of WC particles from the matrix.

文摘Li-rich layered oxides have become one of the most concerned cathode materials for high-energy lithiumion batteries, but they still suffer from poor cycling stability and detrimental voltage decay, especially at elevated temperature. Herein, we proposed a surface heterophase coating engineering based on amorphous/crystalline Li3 PO4 to address these issues for Li-rich layered oxides via a facile wet chemical method. The heterophase coating layer combines the advantages of physical barrier effect achieved by amorphous Li3 PO4 with facilitated Li+diffusion stemmed from crystalline Li3 PO4. Consequently, the modified Li(1.2) Ni(0.2) Mn(0.6) O2 delivers higher initial coulombic efficiency of 92% with enhanced cycling stability at 55 °C(192.9 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 1 C). More importantly, the intrinsic voltage decay has been inhibited as well, i.e. the average potential drop per cycle decreases from 5.96 mV to 2.99 mV. This surface heterophase coating engineering provides an effective strategy to enhance the high-temperature electrochemical performances of Li-rich layered oxides and guides the direction of surface modification strategies for cathode materials in the future.
文摘Two low alloy steels 0.5Cr-0.5Mo-0.25V and H85 were pack-aluminized at 900°for 4 h by using Fe-Al powder mixture containing 48% Fe, 20.6% Al- 29.4% Al2O3 and 2% NH4Cl by weight. The microhardness and oxidation resistance at 900℃ of the aluminide coatings were studied. It was found that pack-aluminizing improves the microhardness of the 0.5Cro.5Mo-0.25V steel while it reduces the microhardness of the H85 steel. Pack aluminizing highly improves the oxidation resistance after 20h exposure at 900℃ in air for the investigated steels.

文摘Fe-6.5Si soft magnetic composites(SMCs)with hybrid phosphate-silica insulation coatings have been designed to improve their comprehensive property via chemical coating combining sol-gel method in this work.The microstructure and magnetic performance of the Fe-6.5Si SMCs with hybrid phosphate-silica insulation coatings were investigated.The hybrid phosphate-silica coatings with high heat resistance and high withstand pressure,formed on the surface of the Fe-6.5Si ferromagnetic powders,were found stable in the composites.Compared with Fe-6.5Si SMCs coated by single phosphate or single silica,Fe-6.5Si SMCs with hybrid phosphate-silica show much higher permeability and lower core loss.The work provides a new way to optimize the magnetic performance of soft magnetic composites.

文摘Epoxy resin powder coating has been successfully applied on the corrosion protection of magnesium lithium alloys.However,poor wear resistance and microcracks formed during the solidification have limited it extensive application.There are limited approaches to exploit such anti-corrosion and mechanical properties of magnesium lithium alloys.Herein,the epoxy resin powder coating with polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating with 0,0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0 wt.%loading)was well prepared by melt extrusion to investigate its anticorrosion performance and wear resistance.The results revealed that the addition of MoS_(2)@PDA enhanced the adhesion strength between coatings and alloys,wear resistance and corrosion protection of the powder coatings.Among them,the optimum was obtained by 0.2 wt.%MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating which could be attributed to well dispersion and efficient adhesion with coating matrix.To conclude,MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating is meaningfully beneficial for the anticorrosive and wear performance improvement of magnesium lithium alloys.
文摘In this work, graphene-modified epoxy-based anti-corrosion coatings were prepared and the influence of graphene on the anti-corrosion performance of the epoxy-based coatings was investigated with water contact angle test ,chemical solution immersion test, and electrochemical test. The water contact angle and chemical solution resistance of the epoxy-based coatings were improved with an increase in graphene content from 0 to 0.4%. These results prove that addition of graphene can significantly improve the hydrophobicity and impermeability of epoxy- based coatings. However, when the graphene content was increased to 0.5%, the performance of the epoxy-based coatings decreased because of graphene aggregation. Tafel polarization results show that graphene addition can significantly reduce the corrosion current density and corrosion potential of epoxy-based coatings, which enhance their anti-corrosion performance.
文摘Three kinds of NiCr-Cr 3C 2 cermet coatings were designed and deposited by the subsonic velocity flame spraying, and their performances of hot corrosion performance were evaluated in comparison with 102G, 20G boiler tube steel, FeCrAl, NiCrTi, Ni50Cr and NiCrAlMoFe-Cr 3C 2 coatings, which are widely used at present for protection of boiler tubes. Meanwhile,the influence of sealer on the hot corrosion resistance of various coatings and the mechanisms of coating corrosion were explored.

文摘Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route for LTO has been successfully designed,employing the cheap industrial intermediate product of metatitanic acid (HTO) as titanium source.Through the in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD),it is revealed for the first time that the amorphous crystal structure of HTO is more conducive for the Li+insertion,making it possible to prepare LTO at a relatively lower sintering temperature.Utilizing the dehydration carbonization reaction between glucose and sulfuric acid,an ingenious strategy of glucose pre-coating is adopted to avoid the generation of Li_(2)SO_(4) impurity caused by the residual sulfuric acid on the surface of HTO,which meanwhile enhances the conductivity and inhibits the particle growth of LTO.The obtained ALTO@C anode material consequently exhibits excellent electrochemical performance that 132.0 m Ah g^(-1)is remained even at 20 C,and ultra low decay rate of 0.015% per cycle is achieved during 1000 cycles at 2 C.Remarkably,LiCoO_(2)//ALTO@C full cell delivers conspicuous low-temperature property (130.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.5 C and almost no attenuation after 300 cycles under-20℃).

文摘The synthesis of Al2O3-coated and uncoated LiMn2O4 by solid-state method and fabrication of LiMn2O4/graphite battery were described. The structure and morphology of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The electrochemical and overcharge performances of Al2O3-coated and uncoated LiMn2O4 batteries were investigated and compared. The uncoated LiMn2O4 battery shows capacity loss of 16.5% after 200 cycles, and the coated LiMn2O4 battery only shows 12.5% after 200 cycles. The uncoated LiMn2O4 battery explodes and creates carbon, MnO, and Li2CO3 after 3C/10 V overcharged test, while the coated LiMn2O4 battery passes the test. The steadier structure, polarization of electrode and modified layer are responsible for the safety performance.

文摘This study presented the effect of the concentration of graphene in the dispersion,the type of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and the surfactant on the sensing properties of dip-coated graphene/spandex yarns as resistance strain sensors.Experimental results showed that the addition of styrene-acrylic emulsion surfactant facilitates the dispersion of graphene and then improves the conductivity and sensing performance,and the sensitivity is up to 91.The conductivity and sensing properties of graphene/spandex yarns at 2%graphene dispersion are better than those at 1%graphene dispersion.When the conductive yarn treated by 2%graphene dispersion is stretched to 50%,the sensitivity is up to 29,the repeatability is good,and the hysteresis is low.In terms of the binding agent,PVA as a high alcoholysis and large polymerization decreases the sensitivity,repeatability as well as the hysteresis.

文摘Because of its merits,acrylic resin was chosen to improve the mechanical,conductive and hydrophobic properties.Carbon fiber powders (CF),carbon nanotubes (MWCNT),and nano-TiO_(2) were incorporated into the acrylic resin to prepare the corona-proof conductive composite coatings.The incorporation of CF and MWCNT may improve the conductivity and mechanical strength of the coatings.However,the addition of nano-TiO_(2) may increase the hydrophobicity of the coatings.Thus,the effects of different additives on the mechanical properties,conductivity,hydrophobicity and heat resistance of the conductive film were studied.The experimental results show that the incorporation of carbon fiber powders and multi walled carbon nanotubes can significantly improve both the conductivity and mechanical properties of the conductive coatings,and the addition of nano titanium dioxide can improve the hydrophobicity of the conductive film.
