Thirty pregnant Landrace sows were as...This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary ratios of n-6:n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on the performance of lactating sows and their piglets. Thirty pregnant Landrace sows were assigned to one of three treatments from d 108 of gestation until weaning (26-29 d) and were fed diets containing different ratios of n-6:n-3 PUFA including 3:1,9:1 and 13:1. The effects on sow and litter production traits were examined together with an assessment of sow body condition. No differences were detected among the treatments for the daily feed intake of sows or changes in sow weight and back-fat levels during lactation (P 〉 0.05). Litter size at d 14 and d 21 were tended to increase in 3:1 treatment compared with 9:1 and 13:1 treatments (P 〈 0.10). Litter weight gain (1.77 kg/d) from d 0 to d 14 was tended to increase in 9:1 groups compared with the other two treatments (P 〈 0.10). A significant difference was observed for the content of a -linolenic acid, total n-3 PUFA, and the ratio of n-6:n-3 PUFA in the colostrum, milk, and piglets plasma (P 〈 0.01). The effects of different ratios of n-6:n-3 PUFA in sow diets on colostrum, milk and piglet plasma immunoglobulin concentrations are studied. No difference was observed among treatments in the concentrations of IgM, and IgA in colostrum (P 〉 0.05). A great significant difference for IgG concentration was observed among 3 group in colostrum. A great significant difference for IgA, and IgM (P〈 0.01) concentrations in piglet plasma at d14 and a significant difference for IgG(P 〈 0.05) was observed at d14. At present,as of June 15,2019,the Ministry of Education announced a total of 2,956 institutions of higher learning in China,including 2,688 regular institutions of higher learning(including 266 independent colleges)an...At present,as of June 15,2019,the Ministry of Education announced a total of 2,956 institutions of higher learning in China,including 2,688 regular institutions of higher learning(including 266 independent colleges)and 268 adult institutions of higher learning.At present,the development of colleges and universities is also facing serious problems.With the development and progress of the times,many colleges and universities are getting better and better,which is closely related to the teachers’strength and teachers’job satisfaction.It is very important to improve the job satisfaction of university staff.The introduction of teachers is crucial,and many schools are weak in teaching staff,which hinders the long-term development of schools.The turnover of teachers in colleges and universities is closely related to job satisfaction.At present,the overall turnover of teachers in colleges and universities is too frequent.The rapid development of China’s colleges and universities is still expanding the scale of development,which requires more teachers.In the ensuing enterprise competition,university positions are not dominant,mainly in the current life,salary is very important,family expenses,parents,and children’s expenses are getting higher and higher,but the salary of university teachers cannot keep up with the development of the times.At present,one of the problems in colleges and universities is that salary promotion is not friendly to teachers with old qualifications,high academic qualifications,and high professional titles.Therefore,to improve the job satisfaction of college teachers is the only way for the long-term development of colleges and universities.This study investigated the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance among 341 teachers from N University in Nanning,Guangxi province,China.The independent variable is six factors of job satisfaction,including working environment,salary and promotion,job security,relationship with colleagues,relationship with supervisor,and fairness level.The dependent variable is three factors of employee performance,including enthusiasm,availability,and job engagement.Finally,through data analysis,it was concluded that there was a positive correlation between teachers’job satisfaction and staff performance in N University.展开更多
A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polyprop...A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polypropylene separator(Celgard 2400)close to the sulfur cathode.The special nanotubes are in-situ catalyzed by Fe3C nanoparticles.They could entrap lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)to restrain the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active material.The battery with the modified separator and sulfur cathode shows an excellent cycle performance.It has a high rate performance,580.5 mAh/g at the high current rate of 4 C relative to 1075 mAh/g at 0.1 C.It also has an initial discharge capacity of 774.8 m Ah/g measured at 0.5 C and remains 721.8 mAh/g after 100 cycles with a high capacity retention of 93.2%.The outstanding performances are notable in recently reports with modified separator.展开更多
