A discontinuity of magnetic circuits according to the end effect is generated in the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). Due to the unbalanced back electro-motive force (EMF) and impedance produced, unbalanced current is generated. The cireulatin8 current, which is caused by a decrease in the thrust, is generated by the unbalanced current. The optimal design of auxiliary-teeth at the end of the mover was carried out to solve the unbalance of phase by using design of experiment (DOE), and compared with the basic model through finite element analysis (FEA). As a result, the auxiliary-teeth model compensates for the decrease of thrust caused by the unbalanced phase. Also, this model is proven to reduce the detent force by the vibration and noise of the PMLSM and copper loss caused by the circulating current. 展开更多

This paper describes the conductor eddy current loss that occurs in a permanent magnet type synchronous motor with a distributed winding stator using a rectangular copper wire designed for mild hybrid system applications for small vehicles.Compared with the conventional round wire inserter method,the space factor can be improved and the coil-end length can be shortened by applying a so-called hairpin windings using a pre-formed into hairpin shape of bar conductor,and as a result,DC current resistance of the armature winding can be reduced.However,since the conductor cross-sectional area tends to increases,the conductor eddy current loss generated by the space harmonics linkage becomes too large to ignore.In order to study the reduction of the conductor eddy current loss,it is important to visualize the spatial leakage flux distribution which causes loss and finely analyze how the magnetic path is formed.Therefore,analysis of the conductor eddy current loss distribution generated in the bar-wound conductor is performed using the CAE model that faithfully reproduces the coil-end shape of the actual machine.Furthermore,it was qualitatively clarified what ratio of conductor eddy current loss at various driving points.Finally,the results of preliminary study on reduction of conductor eddy current loss are reported. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel control approach for fault-tolerant control of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) under one-phase open-circuit fault.A modified six-phase static coordinate transformation matrix and an extended rotating coordinate transformation matrix are investigated considering the influence of the fifth harmonic space on fault-tolerant control. These mathematical models are further analyzed in the fundamental space and the fifth harmonic space after the fault and to eliminate the coupling between the d-q axis voltage equation in the fundamental wave space and the d-q axis voltage equation in the fifth harmonic space, a secondary rotation coordinate transformation matrix is proposed. To achieve the purpose of reducing torque ripple, the fault-tolerant control method proposed in this paper not only takes the minimum copper loss as the constraint condition, but also injects the fifth harmonic current. The experimental result of current and torque is used to verify the accuracy of fault-tolerant control. 展开更多

The use of design method considering a coil temperature to maximize the thrust density of a double side coreless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) was presented.The optimal current density where the coil temperature reaches an allowable temperature with heat analysis was applied to a magnetic circuit design.Changing optimal current density is verified whenever the design parameters of the motor are altered.The design parameters of the motor were applied to thrust calculation.In this way,the optimal model,which is a reversal of the existing design method,is deduced.The results were compared with the experimental data to verify their validity.When the convection heat transfer coefficient is applied to other models,the results of the analysis and test values show good concordance.The method proposed has some limitations. 展开更多

Compared with the traditional three-phase star connection winding,the open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(OW-PMSM)system with a common direct current(DC)bus has a zero-sequence circuit,which makes the common-mode voltage and the back electromotive force(EMF)harmonic generated by the inverters produce the zero-sequence current in the zero-sequence circuit,and the zero-sequence current has great influence on the operation efficiency and stability of the motor control system.A zero-sequence current suppression strategy is presented based on model predictive current control for OW-PMSM.Through the mathematical model of OW-PMSM to establish the predictive model and the zero-sequence circuit model,the common-mode voltage under different voltage vector combinations is fully considered during vector selection and action time calculation.Then zero-sequence loop constraints are established,so as to suppress the zero-sequence current.In the end,the control strategy proposed in this paper is verified by simulation experiments. 展开更多

A modified four-dimensional linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)strategy is proposed for a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator(DTP-PMSG)system to reduce cross-coupling between the d and q axis currents in the d-q subspace and harmonic currents in the x-y subspace.In the d-q subspace,the proposed strategy uses a model-based LADRC to enhance the decoupling effect between the d and q axes and the disturbance rejection ability against parameter variation.In the x-y subspace,the 5th and 7th harmonic current suppression abilities are improved by using quasi-resonant units parallel to the extended state observer of the traditional LADRC.The proposed modified LADRC strategy improved both the steady-state performance and dynamic response of the DTP-PMSG system.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed strategy is both feasible and effective. 展开更多

To improve the dynamic performance of conventional deadbeat predictive current control(DPCC)under parameter mismatch,especially eliminate the current overshoot and oscillation during torque mutation,it is necessary to enhance the robustness of DPCC against various working conditions.However,the disturbance from parameter mismatch can deteriorate the dynamic performance.To deal with the above problem,firstly,traditional DPCC and the parameter sensitivity of DPCC are introduced and analyzed.Secondly,an extended state observer(ESO)combined with DPCC method is proposed,which can observe and suppress the disturbance due to various parameter mismatch.Thirdly,to improve the accuracy and stability of ESO,an adaptive extended state observer(AESO)using fuzzy controller based on ESO,is presented,and combined with DPCC method.The improved DPCC-AESO can switch the value of gain coefficients with fuzzy control,accelerating the current response speed and avoid the overshoot and oscillation,which improves the robustness and stability performance of SPMSM.Finally,the three methods,as well as conventional DPCC method,DPCC-ESO method,DPCC-AESO method,are comparatively analyzed in this paper.The effectiveness of the proposed two methods are verified by simulation and experimental results. 展开更多

该文归纳整理永磁同步电机交直轴电流解耦控制方法,分析各种解耦方法的思想来源、脉络体系和演变过程,论证不同解耦方法的解耦本质和内在联系。从整体和局部视角出发,建立解耦问题的思维架构,概括出对角化解耦、抗干扰解耦和逆系统解耦... 该文归纳整理永磁同步电机交直轴电流解耦控制方法,分析各种解耦方法的思想来源、脉络体系和演变过程,论证不同解耦方法的解耦本质和内在联系。从整体和局部视角出发,建立解耦问题的思维架构,概括出对角化解耦、抗干扰解耦和逆系统解耦3类方法。3类方法依次体现出模型依赖性降低、鲁棒性增强、算法复杂度提高的趋势,呈现出从“模型论”向“控制论”过渡的技术发展路线。讨论参数不确定条件下各种解耦控制方法的鲁棒性,指出将解耦方法与先进控制算法、扰动观测技术、系统辨识方法以及人工智能方法相结合,并充分利用已知的模型信息,有利于提升交直轴电流解耦效果,增强系统鲁棒性,减弱单一观测器、控制器、滤波器等的设计难度与参数整定要求,有助于实现系统全局最优。最后,对永磁同步电机交直轴电流解耦问题的关键技术、应用与发展做出展望。 展开更多

针对永磁同步电机在变频器供电时,由时间电流谐波所引起的附加谐波损耗过大及难以在电机初始设计时被考虑到的问题,采用场路耦合联合仿真模型来计算电机的附加谐波损耗,并以4台现有的表贴式永磁同步电机为例,通过实验验证了场路耦合联... 针对永磁同步电机在变频器供电时,由时间电流谐波所引起的附加谐波损耗过大及难以在电机初始设计时被考虑到的问题,采用场路耦合联合仿真模型来计算电机的附加谐波损耗,并以4台现有的表贴式永磁同步电机为例,通过实验验证了场路耦合联合仿真模型的有效性,为电机设计之初附加谐波损耗的选取,以及后续温升的计算提供了前期计算的方法。同时提出一种基于自抗扰技术的附加谐波损耗抑制方法,设计一种适用于永磁同步电机矢量控制的自抗扰控制器,并从理论上验证了自抗扰控制器对于时间电流谐波的抑制作用,以及针对自抗扰控制器参数众多调参困难的问题,给出一种参数整定方案。最后通过引入所设计的自抗扰控制器,对电机的时间电流谐波进行计算和分析,使电机的附加谐波损耗降低了68.1%,为同类型电机的附加谐波损耗抑制提供了一种有效的方法。 展开更多

针对传统永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)三矢量模型预测电流控制(three-vector model predictive current control,TV-MPCC)存在开关频率不固定和计算复杂的问题,提出一种固定开关频率TV-MPCC策略。利用前一周... 针对传统永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)三矢量模型预测电流控制(three-vector model predictive current control,TV-MPCC)存在开关频率不固定和计算复杂的问题,提出一种固定开关频率TV-MPCC策略。利用前一周期的零电压矢量和参考电压矢量所在扇区来快速筛选所需最优电压矢量和次优电压矢量,避免了无效枚举计算,从而降低了开关频率和计算复杂度。引入系统d和q轴电流差参数,计算各电压矢量的作用时间,确保电压矢量作用时间恒大于零和开关频率固定。以三相两电平电压型逆变器驱动的表贴式PMSM为被控对象,通过仿真和实验对传统TV-MPCC策略和所提三矢量固定开关频率模型预测电流控制策略进行对比研究,仿真和实验结果表明,所提策略在保证系统稳态和动态性能的基础上,在固定和降低开关频率的同时,降低了计算复杂度。 展开更多

永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)预测电流控制(PCC)时存在易受参数变化和延迟以及负载扰动影响,为此提出基于二阶超螺旋滑模观测器(STSMO)的改进型PCC。首先,建立包含不确定性的PMLSM动态数学模型。然后,为了补偿参数变化以及延迟的影响,采用二... 永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)预测电流控制(PCC)时存在易受参数变化和延迟以及负载扰动影响,为此提出基于二阶超螺旋滑模观测器(STSMO)的改进型PCC。首先,建立包含不确定性的PMLSM动态数学模型。然后,为了补偿参数变化以及延迟的影响,采用二阶STSMO估计下一周期的电流和参数变化造成的扰动电压,估计值用以计算下一周期的给定电压,以提高电流跟踪精确度,通过李雅普诺夫函数证明观测器的稳定性。同时,采用基于改进指数趋近律的自适应滑模控制器(ASMC)对速度进行跟踪,将状态变量和滑模面加入到指数趋近律中,不仅削弱了电流抖振,且进一步提升了系统的鲁棒性。半实物仿真实验结果表明,与传统PCC相比,提出方法能有效地抑制不确定性对系统影响,使系统具有更好的跟踪性能和鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对传统指数趋近律因函数不连续性引起抖振、趋近速度与抖振抑制之间无法同时满足高性能控制系统要求的问题,提出基于系统状态变量的新型滑模趋近律,并应用于永磁同步电机速度、电流控制器中。趋近律引入系统状态变量幂次项和状态变量... 针对传统指数趋近律因函数不连续性引起抖振、趋近速度与抖振抑制之间无法同时满足高性能控制系统要求的问题,提出基于系统状态变量的新型滑模趋近律,并应用于永磁同步电机速度、电流控制器中。趋近律引入系统状态变量幂次项和状态变量的双曲正弦值,使系统状态变量以等速和指数2种速率趋向切换面,可以加快系统到达切换面的速度,当系统接近切换面时,指数项接近于0,等速项开始起关键作用,对系统的抖振进行抑制。同时采用双曲正切开关函数替代符号函数,以去除因函数的不连续性所引起的抖振问题。既能提高系统到达滑模面的速度,又能有效抑制固有抖振,提升系统的动态性能。仿真和实验结果表明,新型趋近律相比于传统指数趋近律能够有效降低永磁同步电机启动时转速超调,提高系统的响应速度,抑制系统的抖振。 展开更多

针对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机电感参数失配引起传统无差拍预测电流控制器受扰动的问题,该文提出一种电感参数自适应的无差拍预测电流控制方案。所提算法利用模型参考自适应系统对电感参数进行在线辨识,并将辨识结果代替控制器中的原始电感... 针对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机电感参数失配引起传统无差拍预测电流控制器受扰动的问题,该文提出一种电感参数自适应的无差拍预测电流控制方案。所提算法利用模型参考自适应系统对电感参数进行在线辨识,并将辨识结果代替控制器中的原始电感模型参数,以确保控制器的模型参数和电机实际参数相匹配,进而增强无差拍预测电流控制系统的鲁棒性。根据永磁辅助同步磁阻的数学模型,对电机本体进行了建模,以实现对所提算法的仿真验证。最后在以TMS320F28335控制器为核心的实验平台上进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果均表明,当电机参数与模型参数不匹配时,所提算法相较于传统的无差拍预测电流控制算法在电流波动峰峰值、电流跟踪静差及系统鲁棒性方面都有明显的改善。 展开更多
