A Study of the Impact of Personality and Social Psychology on Mental Health

With the continuous development and progress of economy,people's living standard and culture level have been improved,but with it,there are also various kinds of life stress,study stress and work stress,which make people's mental health problems in life more andmore prominent,and how to improve students'mental health level is the main task of each education stage.The current psychology discipline system has been perfected,including personality psychology and social psychology,which are effectively applied in the actual mental health education or psychological guidance work,and are key disciplines to improve people's mental health.The theoretical system of personality and social psychology consists of three theories:the theory of planned behavior,the theory of explanatory levels,and the theory of self-determination,all of which have an irreplaceable influence on mental health.In this regard,this paper combines relevant literature and work experience to study in depth the influence of personality ansocial psychology on mental health.

Research on Multi-modal In-Vehicle Intelligent Personal Assistant Design

Intelligent personal assistants play a pivotal role in in-vehicle systems,significantly enhancing life efficiency,driving safety,and decision-making support.In this study,the multi-modal design elements of intelligent personal assistants within the context of visual,auditory,and somatosensory interactions with drivers were discussed.Their impact on the driver’s psychological state through various modes such as visual imagery,voice interaction,and gesture interaction were explored.The study also introduced innovative designs for in-vehicle intelligent personal assistants,incorporating design principles such as driver-centricity,prioritizing passenger safety,and utilizing timely feedback as a criterion.Additionally,the study employed design methods like driver behavior research and driving situation analysis to enhance the emotional connection between drivers and their vehicles,ultimately improving driver satisfaction and trust.

Consumer Psychology in the Digital Age:How Online Environments Shape Purchasing Habits

The advent of the digital age has profoundly changed consumers’mindsets and habits.The rapid development of e-commerce and the widespread use of mobile applications have created enormous demand for individual recommendation systems based on mass data.This system not only increases the convenience of purchases and conversions but also alters the purchasing behavior of consumers,leading them to make choices subconsciously.Potential risks associated with large-scale data sharing and usage have heightened consumer concerns regarding privacy,thereby weakening the foundational trust in platforms and deterring them from shopping.Additionally,the rapid growth of e-commerce in the digital age,coupled with changing market circumstances,has intensified psychological pressure on consumers,making their decision-making processes more complex and difficult.Furthermore,the program will explore issues related to improving customer experience,developing individual marketing strategies,and designing customer loyalty plans.It will also address questions of privacy in a digital environment,the dilemmas of excessive or disruptive consumption behavior,and the complexity and diversity of consumer behavior in the face of digital change.The objective of this study is to develop a fear study that will enable a better understanding of the impact of online shopping on consumer behavior and provide a strategic guide for retailers to meet the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.

Application of Environment Psychology in City Square Design

Concept of city square was introduced and believed as an important component of urban landscape and also a major space for urban residents' activities. Beauty of city square lies in the interaction between environment and social behaviors. By introducing the two-way interaction between city square and users, behavior psychology was proposed as the foundation of environment design of plaza. As more and more attention is given to humancentered design of outdoor spaces, environment psychology has gradually been more applied in the design of various urban landscape spaces. In view of problems in the present square design, relevant theories of environment psychology were introduced to analyze psychological needs and behavior characteristics of people in outdoor spaces, and techniques for human- centered designs of city square explored to build public spaces for city dwellers.

Exploring Personal Factors That Might Influence the Vulnerability of Construction Employees to Occupational Psychological Disorders

Personal factors could act as intervening variables between the causes and effects of psychological health conditions of employees. This study focused on six personal intervening factors that were associated with the risks of occupational psychological disorders namely: low self-esteem, negative personality trait, unproductive core beliefs, poor self-concept evaluation on performance, poor relationship with others and poor time management skills. An investigation on the level of severity of these personal intervening factors was conducted involving 150 construction professionals and 150 construction trade workers, who were purposively selected in Ghana. The personal factors that were found to be prevalent among the construction employees were low self-esteem and poor time management skills. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to determine the relationships between the personal intervening factors and demographic factors such as the age, educational levels and marital status of the research participants. The results of the study indicated that the age and marital status of the respondents had no significant relationship with any of the personal intervening factors. Personal factors such as personality trait and relationship with others also had no relation with any of the demographic factors analyzed. The educational level of the respondents, however, had a significant relationship with the factors of self-esteem, productive core beliefs, self-evaluation on performance and time management skills. An independent two-sample T-test was used to compare the means of the factors with significant relations. This study revealed that construction employees who were highly educated had better self-esteem and time management skills than those who were less educated. The findings from this study broaden the view of moderators on influential sources of psychological health conditions of employees.

Teaching the User By Learning From the User:Personalizing Movement Control in Physical Human-robot Interaction

This paper proposes a novel approach for physical human-robot interactions(pHRI), where a robot provides guidance forces to a user based on the user performance. This framework tunes the forces in regards to behavior of each user in coping with different tasks, where lower performance results in higher intervention from the robot. This personalized physical human-robot interaction(p2HRI) method incorporates adaptive modeling of the interaction between the human and the robot as well as learning from demonstration(LfD) techniques to adapt to the users' performance. This approach is based on model predictive control where the system optimizes the rendered forces by predicting the performance of the user. Moreover, continuous learning of the user behavior is added so that the models and personalized considerations are updated based on the change of user performance over time. Applying this framework to a field such as haptic guidance for skill improvement, allows a more personalized learning experience where the interaction between the robot as the intelligent tutor and the student as the user,is better adjusted based on the skill level of the individual and their gradual improvement. The results suggest that the precision of the model of the interaction is improved using this proposed method,and the addition of the considered personalized factors to a more adaptive strategy for rendering of guidance forces.

Personality Traits and Facebook Use: The Combined/Interactive Effect of Extraversion, Neuroticism and Conscientiousness

This study examined the influence of Big Five personality traits on Facebook usage and examined the interactions of traits in this context based on Torgersen’s (1995) typological approach. The effect of self-esteem, narcissism, loneliness, shyness and boredom proneness on Facebook usage was also investigated. The sample included both student (N = 190) and (N = 184) non-student samples. Narcissism was the strongest predictor of time spent on Facebook per day for both students and non-students. Narcissism was also the strongest predictor of number of daily logins for non-students, however, agreeableness was the strongest predictor of logins for students. Extraversion was the strongest predictor of number of Facebook friends for both students and non- students, however the interaction of Extraversion and Neuroticism was also a predictor of Facebook friends for students, and the interaction of Extraversion and Conscientiousness for non-students. Future research should consider the combined effect of personality traits on overall Facebook use.

Three-dimensional psychological guidance combined with evidencebased health intervention in patients with liver abscess treated with ultrasound

BACKGROUND Liver abscess is a common clinical liver disease mainly caused by suppurative bacteria or amoebae,with early clinical signs of chills,high fever,jaundice,and other symptoms.Establishing its early diagnosis is difficult,which may lead to misdiagnosis.AIM To observe the effects of psychological guidance combined with evidence-based health intervention in patients with liver abscess treated with ultrasound.METHODS A total of 120 patients with bacterial liver abscess admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to their intervention plan.RESULTS After the intervention,Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),and quality of life scores(physical functioning,role physical,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social functioning,role emotional,mental health)were lower than before the intervention in the two groups.The observation group had lower negative sentiment,SPBS,and quality of life scores than the control group.In the observation group,31 and 24 patients had good and general compliance,respectively,with a compliance rate of 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.The observation group had significantly lower total incidence of incision infection,abdominal abscess,hemorrhage,and severe abdominal pain than the control group.CONCLUSION Three-dimensional psychological guidance combined with evidence-based health intervention in treating liver abscess can reduce patients’burden and negative emotions,improve patient compliance and quality of life,and reduce complications.

This paper explores Laura's inner world, applying Freud's theory of the unconscious and the structure of the mind,Jung's idea of archetypes, and Lacan's concepts of the three orders. The story in The Garden Party depicts, in the movement toward adulthood, how Laura feels, thinks and acts under the drive of the id, and the adjustment of the ego and the superego. Laura's psychological development indicates Laura has a healthy personality. She can confront her imperfection in her growth.

Review: Psychological Problems of Pregnant Women and Progress of Psychological Guidance in Recurrent Miscarriage

In order to understand the psychological problems of pregnant women, this article explores the psychological problems and the sources of psychological stress of pregnant women who have a history of recurrent miscarriage after pregnancy. The analysis shows that the psychological stress of pregnant women may be one of the reasons for recurrent miscarriage. Strengthening mental health education during pregnancy can avoid the stimulation of bad emotions and environment, prevent the spontaneous abortion caused by psychological reasons, and improve the quality of pregnancy. It is particularly important to grasp the mental state of pregnant women with recurrent abortion timely and carry out corresponding psychological counseling and psychological nursing.

Internationalization of Psychology Education in Indonesia

Psychology in Indonesia was born from a medical faculty in 1953, a few years after the independence of Indonesia. It was founded primarily to get the right man in the right place that is very urgent at that time after the Dutch colonial government left many vital public and private positions empty. From the time it was born, the Indonesian psychology has moved vice-versa from indigenous psychology to universalism, from East to West, and from qualitative to quantitative methodology. The internationalization process of Indonesian psychology is discussed from the author＇s personal view.

The Big Five Model in Relation to Job Performance:A New Look at Organizational Psychology

The Big Five Theory is often regarded as psychology’s most influential personality theoretical approach.The goal of this study is to examine the role of the Big Five Theory in the workplace,especially which personality qualities are more likely to predict work success.Which traits should companies emphasize throughout the hiring and selection processes?How can businesses use the Big Five personality model to locate employees that are more productive,efficient,and devoted to the organization’s goals?A detailed assessment of existing recent research addresses the aforementioned issues.Following a review of many current articles on the subject,it was established that using this model had a positive influence on individual and group performance,working relationships,manager work performance,and workplace innovation.

数字化时代高校就业指导服务模式的新路径探索

随着云计算和数字化技术的飞速发展,高校就业指导工作的工作理念也在不断创新,面对与日俱增的大学毕业生数量,高校亟需探索利用新媒体和数字化技术开展新型就业指导模式,以提供更加便捷的就业指导服务。基于此,通过调查问卷和走访相关单位的方式,总结当前高校就业指导服务存在的主要问题,分析数字化对毕业生就业指导工作开展的主要优势,深入探讨数字化就业指导平台数据分析的主要内容,从加强就业课程体系建设、明确就业指导服务目标、扩充就业指导师资队伍,以及推进就业服务客户端建设和数字化就业指导平台的优化设计几个方面,提出改进数字化毕业生就业指导工作的新措施,着重提出利用大数据分析技术来掌控就业市场的趋势和需求,为毕业生提供个性化的就业建议;同时,探索利用数字化平台加强毕业生与用人单位之间的联系,促进信息交流、招聘活动的新路径。从而得出以下启示:高校的就业指导部门应高度重视数字化应用平台建设,大力提升就业指导服务的质量和效果,更好地帮助学生成功就业,为国家输送更多更好的创新型人才。

Influence of Personality Characteristics and Psychological Intervention on Treatment Satisfaction of Juvenile Orthodontic Patients

Orthodontics is the correction and treatment of malocclusion deformity caused by a variety of reasons.Malocclusion malformation has a direct impact on people’s facial features,while likely to cause some diseases involving the mouth in the long-term life.For adolescents,malocclusion has a great physical and mental impact.This article first have a simple overview of malocclusion deformity and orthodontic treatment,analysis of youth physical and mental development characteristics and adolescent personality traits.Through the way of completely random sampling,eighty teenage orthodontic patients can be divided into two groups,respectively as the control group and psychological intervention group.Though survey assessment after several stages treatment,explore impact on the psychological intervention in patients with juvenile orthodontic treatment satisfaction degree.

An Interpretation of the Image of Mrs.Warren in Mrs.Warren’s Profession from the Perspective of Freud’s Personality Structure Theory

Mrs.Warren’s Profession is George Bernard Shaw’s representative work.It takes Mrs.Warren as a central figure and shows us the mental growth of women in the capitalist society.This article intends to analyze the process of Mrs.Warren’s psychological changes with Freud’s personality structure theory and explore Mrs.Warren’s psychological struggles.It is found that Mrs.Warren’s psychological changes can be divided into four stages.Through this analysis,it shows that Mrs.Warren’s personality structure is in a dynamic change.In all the stages,Mrs.Warren’s id is repressed,while her super-ego is in a weak position.At the same time,her ego can’t balance the relationship between the ego and super-ego.This unbalanced personality structure eventually leads to the tragedy of Mrs.Warren.

On the Role of Confucian Ethical Thoughts in the Formation of Psychological Personality

As the mainstream ideology in the traditional Chinese social structure,Confucian ethical thoughts have existed for a long time and influenced the social ethical structure and the formation of cultural psychology and personality of Chinese people significantly.Taking the internal relation of the role of Confucian ethical thoughts in the formation of personality as a point of penetration,this paper discusses the internal relation between the shaping of social consciousness by Confucian ethical thoughts and the formation of personality as well as its influence mode,revealing the construction process of psychological personality by Confucian culture.On this basis,we explore the advantages of Confucian social ethics by making full use of its positive factors and promote the improvement of individual's personality with social psychology.

Personality Styles,Psychological Adjustment and Gender Differences in Parents of Children with Congenital Disabilities

The present study analyzes the psychological adaptation of parents with children having congenital disabilities. The study included 83 men and 96 women, who were parents of children with severe spina bifida, cerebral palsy, cleft lip and cleft palate. The Millon Index of Personality Styles was used to identify the most distinctive personality styles of parents caring for a child with a chronic disability and parental psychological adjustment. We also investigated if personality profiles differ by gender, and educational and socioeconomic level. The personality styles identified may serve as indicators of the way parents adapt to the child with a congenital disability. The results also suggest that a child’s disability has a differential impact on men and women. Gender issues are evaluated, as well as any repercussions these may have on women.

大学生自杀潜在风险的测量指标:个人中心分析的视角

为探索大学生自杀潜在风险的核心测量指标,供高校心理普查进行参考,本研究基于自杀的应激-易感模型框架,分别在广东省3所高校的大一至大四学生中进行抽样调查,在获取的3126个大学生样本数据中建立一元回归方程、潜在剖面模型,筛选了初始的24个测量指标,重构了大学生自杀潜在风险检测的测量指标系统,其中相关的测量指标有19个。对大学生自杀风险的潜在变量多因素综合预测时关联程度最高的8个核心指标是:边缘性人格、精神病前驱症状、心理痛苦、自伤行为、焦虑、既往自杀倾向、日常烦恼事件和情绪调节能力。研究发现了大学生自杀潜在风险的三个潜在类别并对每个群体提出精准的干预策略:类别1情绪困扰组,表现出“此消彼长”的特征,需要及时的心理疏导;类别2心理健康组,呈现出“富者更富”的特征,应关注发展性心理需求;类别3高风险组,表现出“穷者更穷”的特征,是大学生自杀或心理行为问题的高风险群体,应进行重点关注。大学生自杀是应激、个人易感和环境保护因素交互作用、多方位叠加的结果,且往往以情绪与精神症状的形式表现出来。高校在开展心理健康普查时应改变只采用单一症状指标筛查的方法,注意多指标应用、综合性评估自杀风险值。本研究所筛选的有关大学生自杀风险4个维度19个测量指标8个核心指标可供高校心理普查参考。

Three-dimensional nonlinear H_2/H_∞ guidance law based upon approach of solving the state feedback Nash balance point

Based upon the theory of the nonlinear quadric two-person nonzero-sum differential game,the fact that the time-limited mixed H2/H∞ control problem can be turned into the problem of solving the state feedback Nash balance point is mentioned. Upon this,a theorem about the solution of the state feedback control is given,the Lyapunov stabilization of the nonlinear system under this control is proved,too. At the same time,this solution is used to design the nonlinear H2/H∞ guidance law of the relative motion between the missile and the target in three-dimensional(3D) space. By solving two coupled Hamilton-Jacobi partial differential inequalities(HJPDI),a control with more robust stabilities and more robust performances is obtained. With different H∞ performance indexes,the correlative weighting factors of the control are analytically designed. At last,simulations under different robust performance indexes and under different initial conditions and under the cases of intercepting different maneuvering targets are carried out. All results indicate that the designed law is valid.

理解并培养坚毅:现状与展望

坚毅作为一种积极心理品质,自2007年Duckworth等人提出以来,受到广泛关注,并影响了西方国家的教育政策制定。尽管其重要性日益凸显,目前对于坚毅的系统性总结与归纳仍然较为欠缺。本文揭示了坚毅研究的发展趋势,总结了坚毅的测量方式、神经基础与影响因素,归纳了坚毅影响成就的机制,并阐述了已有提升坚毅品质的干预策略。在此基础上,本文展望了坚毅的未来发展方向,包括深入研究其内部结构、预测成就的机制及开发有效的培养路径。
