How to Stimulate College Students' English Learning Motivation

Motivation to language learning is a complex set of variables including effort, desire to achieve goals, as well as attitudes toward the learning of the language. Individuals' motivation to second-language learning also includes their motivation orientations, interest in the second language, attitudes toward the second-language group, attitudes toward the second-language learning situations and second-language anxiety. Based on the basic theories and approaches, teaching activities are part of motivation in English classes. The teacher of language should have a good influence on students and develop students' keen interest in study in order to strengthen their intrinsic motivation, and set up some new goals for students to pursue and give the feedback to reinforce their inner drive and confidence. Thus, students will become major conductors, make full use of their potentials and enhance their study results.

Study on Learning Motivation of Higher Vocational Colleges Students in Tianjin

Learning motivation occupies an important position in non-intelligence factors,as it plays a pivotal role in university students' successful completion of their studies and strengthening of professional knowledge base.However,the present university students generally lack motivation in higher education.This research used questionnaire method,which is a questionnaire random sample in 500 students of learning motivation from four comprehensive higher vocational colleges of Tianjin,and explores the status quo of learning motivation in higher vocational students of Tianjin.The result shows:The learning motivation level of higher vocational colleges students is above middle level;Male on the learning motivation total level is significantly higher than female;Rural students in the learning motivation on the aggregate level is significantly higher than that of urban students;Look from the different grades,sophomore students have lowest level of learning motivation;Freshmen learning motivation is at highest level.

Views on College Students' English Learning Motivation

This paper aims at exploring college students' English learning motivation to language learning, including effort, interest, and attitudes. To some extent, it is very important to perform activities in language learning classes. The Influence of Self-esteem on College Students’Learning Burnout:A Mediation Model

We measured 324 college students’self-esteem,motivation for achievement,and learning burnout,and also we examined the inner mechanism of self-esteem’s influence on students’learning burnout.The results show:(1)There is a negative effect of self-esteem on college students’learning burnout;(2)Motivation of pursuing succeed plays partial mediating effect between self-esteem and learning burnout,but mediating effect of avoiding failure motivation between them is not significant.The study reveals that:the degree of learning burnout can be reduced by improving college students’level of self-esteem.

The Training of Clinical English Learning Ability of Medical Students

Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes the needs and status quo of medical students’English learning,and makes a correlation analysis between them.This paper uses the strategy of questionnaire survey and take the actual medicalstudents in our country as the survey object,and uses two-dimensional model of Oxford and three-dimensional model of O’Malleyand Chamot statistical method to get the final conclusion.The results show that the high score group students show stronger internallearning motivation,the choice of cognitive strategies shows a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility,while the low score stu-dents mainly show external learning motivation,in the specific learning process,they rely more on mechanical imitation and ignorethe cultivation of creative thinking.

自我效能感对大学生体育学习投入的影响:有调节的中介效应

目的:基于自我效能感理论和学习投入理论探讨自我效能感、主动反刍和自主性动机对大学生体育学习投入的影响机制。方法:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法,基于自我效能感量表、学习投入量表、主动反刍分量表和自主性动机分量表,以2 754名本科在校大学生为被试,运用Mplus 8.3进行数据回归分析。结果:(1)自我效能感正向预测了大学生体育学习投入(β=0.405,t=13.639,P<0.01);主动反刍正向预测了大学生体育学习投入(β=0.519,t=21.395,P<0.01)。(2)主动反刍在自我效能感与大学生体育学习投入路径中发挥部分中介效应(β=0.210, 95%CI[0.178,0.244],P<0.01)。(3)自主性动机正向调节了自我效能感对主动反刍的作用效应(β=0.297,SE=0.049,t=5.994,P<0.01),同时正向调节了主动反刍对体育学习投入的作用效应(β=0.241,SE=0.712,t=3.386,P<0.01)。结论:自我效能感、主动反刍和自主性动机是大学体育学习投入的重要预测因素;自我效能感不仅能够直接正向预测大学生体育学习投入水平,还可以在自主性动机的调节下,通过主动反刍间接正向预测大学生体育学习投入。因此,提升自我效能感、激发自主性动机和养成积极主动的反刍思维是干预大学生体育学习投入的有效策略,对提升大学生体育学习投入水平具有现实意义。

高职院校学生学习状况调查研究

高职学生的学习状况在学生职业能力培养中发挥着重要作用,准确把握高职学生学习状况是各项教育教学工作开展的逻辑原点,更对提升教育质量发挥着重要作用。明确阐述了学习状况的内涵,并提出学习状况应该包括学业目标、学习动机、学习效能、学习认知、自我激励5个维度。研究发现高职学生学习状况呈双峰分布,即学生学习状况呈现两个集中点,表明学生学习状况存在明显差异。进一步分析指出学生在学业目标、学习动机、自我激励3个维度呈现弱态,同时给出了解决思路。

高职学生自主学习行为的发生机理及效能提升策略

学生学习能力是教育改革能否达到预期目标的重要决定因素。在学习型社会、技术技能型社会构建背景下,高职学生自主学习能力和习惯的培养是高职院校人才培养的重要课题。基于社会认知理论与交互决定论,以学习环境、学习策略作为变量,将学习动机作为中介变量,构建了高职学生自主行为影响因素理论关系模型。采用SPSS23.00和AMOS24.0软件对学习环境、学习动机、学习策略对自主学习行为的影响因素进行了分析,结果表明,学习环境和学习策略显著正向影响自主学习行为,学习动机则在学习环境对自主学习行为的影响中起到一定中介作用。基于此,可以通过打造适宜的学习环境、推动构建高效的学习策略、激发学生的学习动机来提高高职学生自主学习行为的效能。

大学生思政课学习动力的现状调查与提升策略--以江苏省3所高校为例

高校思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,学习动力对大学生思政课学习效果的提升发挥根本性作用。文章基于对江苏省新转设3所高校的调研,借助分析软件,在把握大学生思政课学习动力状况的基础上,分析了大学生思政课学习动力的差异性,探究了内部要素和外部环境对大学生思政课学习动力的影响。为此,有必要从自我教育、学校教育、家庭教育三个层面,构建行之有效的学习动力提升策略,从而真正增强大学生思政课育人的实效性。

大学生实习动机特征及其对实习效能的影响——基于658名本科生的问卷调查

随着高等教育普及化时代的到来和就业压力的加剧,越来越多的大学生选择通过实习来提升自身的就业竞争力。基于5所高校658名本科生的问卷调查,考察当前大学生实习动机的主要特征及其对实习效能的影响机制。结果显示:当前大学生实习动机多元,提高就业竞争力、丰富个人学习体验、为向职场人士转变做准备、提高实践能力、促进职业规划、获得书本上没有的知识、缓解对走入社会的焦虑和恐惧等均是其参与实习的主要动机;整体而言,大学生实习内部动机大于外部动机,且不同人口学背景的学生的实习动机存在显著差异;内部动机不仅直接对实习效能产生显著影响,也通过实习投入的中介作用间接对实习效能产生影响。外部动机不直接对实习效能产生显著影响,而是通过实习投入的中介作用间接对实习效能产生影响。根据研究结论,提出了提高大学生实习效能的相关政策建议。
