Qinshan Phase Ⅲ(PHWR)Nuclear Power Plant,the first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant in China,was the biggest trade project performed between the governments of China and Canada.As the owner,the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company(TQNPC)persisted in independent innovation management during the project construction,commissioning and self-dependent operation,efficiently realizing the three controls of the project,i.e.quality control,schedule control and investment control,and persisted in technical improvement on the basis of digestion and absorption of CANDU-6 technology to improve the unit safety and reliability.The project construction practice has helped China's nuclear power project management to becomeprogrammed,computerized,standardized and internationalized management from the existing basis.After completion of the project,with unit safe and steady operation as the prerequisite,TQNPC performed several technical modifications and innovations to continuously improve the unit performance.In the area of staff development,TQNPC paid much attention to cultivation of corporate culture,strengthed staff training and built up a good circulating mechanism with staff training and project construction promoting each other.Further to "Zero Breakthrough" and a new step forward of locolization successfully realized in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Nuclear Power Qinshan Joint Venture Company,the improvement and developemnt of nuclear power project management level in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ(PHWR)Nuclear Power Plant provided reference for promotion of nuclear power development in China and standardized management of introducing large imported project. 展开更多

Conventional electron and optical microscopy techniques require the sample to be sectioned, polished or etched to expose the internal surfaces for imaging. However, such sample preparation techniques have traditionally prevented the observation of the same sample over time, under realistic three-dimensional geometries and in an environment representative of real-world operating conditions. X-ray microscopy (XRM) is a rapidly emerging technique that enables non-destructive evaluation of buried structures within hard to soft materials in 3D, requiring little to no sample preparation. Furthermore in situ and 4D quantification of microstructural evolution under controlled environment as a function of time, temperature, chemistry or stress can be done repeatable on the same sample, using practical specimen sizes ranging from tens of microns to several cm diameter, with achievable imaging resolution from submicron to 50 nm. Many of these studies were reported using XRM in synchrotron beamlines. These include crack propagation on composite and construction materials; corrosion studies; microstructural changes during the setting of cement; flow studies within porous media to mention but a few. 展开更多

Risk Assessment at the Design Phase of Construction Projects in Ghana

The study was carried out exclusively in Ghana to explore the approaches employed by consultants in risk assessment at the design phase of projects in Ghana. One hundred and fourteen (114) consultants were selected out of a population of one hundred and eighty six (186) from three main professional associations in Ghana made up of the Ghana Institute of Architects, Ghana Institution of Engineers and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (Quantity Surveying Division) practicing in Ghana for the study. Both primary and secondary data were collected. A descriptive survey was also used to observe and describe the presence, frequency or absence of characteristics of a phenomenon as it naturally occurred, in order to gain additional information. A questionnaire was also designed to collect data from the architects, engineers and quantity surveyors. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Scientists (SPSS) 17.0. Descriptive and inferential statistics, such as frequency tables, percentages and cross tabulations were used in the data analysis and summaries. Simple tests of associations were undertaken by using Chi square and Cramer’s V statistics to compare relationships between variables. Again, relative importance index was also used to analyze some of the data by computing to deduce their rankings. The research revealed that majority of consultants had an average knowledge of risk management. Based on the findings it was recommended that consultants undergo advanced training in risk assessment. It was therefore suggested that consultancy firms should develop a set of laid down procedures for consultants to use in risk assessment in order that the use of intuition employed by majority is lessened. The challenges observed in risk assessment and the remedial steps suggested curtailing the detrimental effects of risks would be of wide importance to many developing economies. 展开更多

Due to the use of mechanical and electrical equipments in different buildings during construction phase, energy consumption produces large amounts of carbon emissions.Based on the energy use of China, we established a formula that was applicable to carbon-emission calculation, and discussed carbon-emission characteristics of concrete structures and steel construction.Owing to the difference of electrical and mechanical equipment used in construction phase, the results show that under the same conditions, the carbon emission intensity of a concrete structure building is much higher than that of a steel building.At last, we also put forward some emission reduction measures based on the calculation data of different buildings. 展开更多

Objective:Fluzoparib(SHR3162)is a novel,potent poly(ADP-ribose)polymerases(PARP)1,2 inhibitor that showed anti-tumor activity in xenograft models.We conducted a phaseⅠ,first-in-human,dose-escalation and expansion(D-Esc and D-Ex)trial in patients with advanced solid cancer.Methods:This was a 3+3 phaseⅠD-Esc trial with a 3-level D-Ex at 5 hospitals in China.Eligible patients for DEsc had advanced solid tumors refractory to standard therapies,and D-Ex enrolled patients with ovarian cancer(OC).Fluzoparib was administered orally once or twice daily(bid)at 11 dose levels from 10 to 400 mg/d.Endpoints included dose-finding,safety,pharmacokinetics,and antitumor activity.Results:Seventy-nine patients were enrolled from March,2015 to January,2018[OC(47,59.5%);breast cancer(BC)(16,20.3%);colorectal cancer(8,10.1%),other tumors(8,10.1%)];48 patients were treated in the D-Esc arm and 31 in the D-Ex arm.The maximum tolerated dose(MTD)was 150 mg bid,with a half-life of 9.14 h.Grade 3/4 adverse events included anemia(7.6%)and neutropenia(5.1%).The objective response rate(ORR)was 30%(3/10)in patients with platinum-sensitive OC and 7.7%(1/13)in patients with BC.Among patients treated with fluzoparib≥120 mg/d,median progression-free survival(m PFS)was 7.2[95%confidence interval(95%CI),1.8-9.3]months in OC,9.3(95%CI,7.2-9.3)months in platinum-sensitive OC,and 3.5(range,2.0-28.0)months in BC.In patients with germline BC susceptibility gene mutation(g BRCAMut)(11/43 OC;2/16 BC),m PFS was 8.9 months for OC(range,1.0-23.2;95%CI,1.0-16.8)and 14 and 28 months for BC(those two patients both also had somatic BRCAMut).Conclusions:The MTD of fluzoparib was 150 mg bid in advanced solid malignancies.Fluzoparib demonstrated single-agent antitumor activity in BC and OC,particularly in BRCAMut and platinum-sensitive OC. 展开更多

目的针对肿瘤靶向制剂和细胞免疫疗法治疗效应延迟的问题,基于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期试验设计框架,构建创新试验设计方法TITE(e)-U-Keyboard。方法采用二项近似似然法纳入尚未观测到的有效性结局信息,构建近似分布,辅助决策,并将TITE(e)-U-Keyboard同... 目的针对肿瘤靶向制剂和细胞免疫疗法治疗效应延迟的问题,基于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期试验设计框架,构建创新试验设计方法TITE(e)-U-Keyboard。方法采用二项近似似然法纳入尚未观测到的有效性结局信息,构建近似分布,辅助决策,并将TITE(e)-U-Keyboard同Ⅰ/Ⅱ期试验设计方法U-BOIN、BOIN12从多个角度进行模拟比较研究。结果模拟结果显示在考虑有效性结局延迟的情况下三种方法的OBD选择准确率及最优剂量分配受试者数相当,但TITE(e)-U-Keyboard所需试验时长最短;敏感性分析表明有效性观察窗会对TITE(e)-U-Keyboard试验时长产生影响,且随着有效性观察窗的增加而增加。结论TITE(e)-U-Keyboard在保持良好试验设计性能的同时显著缩短了试验时长,可以解决Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验中治疗效应延迟的问题,加速临床试验进程。 展开更多

目的 分析耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复对心衰患者运动耐力、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(amino-Nterminal-proBNP, NT-proBNP)及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月期间广州市增城区中医医院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象... 目的 分析耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复对心衰患者运动耐力、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(amino-Nterminal-proBNP, NT-proBNP)及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月期间广州市增城区中医医院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为空白组、对照组、研究组3组,每组均为30例,空白组采取心衰规范治疗,对照组在空白组基础上增加Ⅰ期心脏康复,研究组在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆法,比较3组住院时间、6 min步行距离、NT-proBNP、超敏C反应蛋白。结果 3组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组6 min步行距离(562±30)m、NT-proBNP(2743±710.2)pg/mL、超敏C反应蛋白水平(6.54±1.32)mg/L均优于对照组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心衰患者采取耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复,可以改善患者运动耐力,对神经内分泌激素进行调整,从而促进患者病情恢复,值得临床广泛推广及应用。 展开更多

建筑业是当今世界碳排放的重要来源,该研究领域受学界广泛关注。但是,较少有学者从利益相关者的角度对模块化集成建筑(Modular Integrated Construction, MiC)物化阶段碳排放影响因素展开研究。研究系统地考虑MiC物化阶段的碳排放影响因... 建筑业是当今世界碳排放的重要来源,该研究领域受学界广泛关注。但是,较少有学者从利益相关者的角度对模块化集成建筑(Modular Integrated Construction, MiC)物化阶段碳排放影响因素展开研究。研究系统地考虑MiC物化阶段的碳排放影响因素,并形成利益相关者导向的影响因素清单;运用社会网络分析法构建影响因素网络模型,从整体和个体网络两个层面确定关键影响因素;对关键影响因素进行控制,从利益相关者的角度提出定向减排措施,并检测控制的效果。通过识别出的物化阶段的11个关键影响因素,研究对影响因素控制效果进行检测,显示定向减排措施可显著降低各影响因素之间的相互作用。通过探究MiC物化阶段碳排放影响因素的关联关系,可为利益相关者做相应的减排策略提供理论支持。 展开更多

目的探讨全脑放疗联合伊立替康(CPT-11)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移的剂量限制性毒性(DLT)、最大耐受剂量(MTD)及其临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月—2012年11月南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科经病理或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC脑转移患者27... 目的探讨全脑放疗联合伊立替康(CPT-11)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移的剂量限制性毒性(DLT)、最大耐受剂量(MTD)及其临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月—2012年11月南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科经病理或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC脑转移患者27例,采用全脑放疗联合CPT-11治疗,每周一至周五行全脑常规分割放疗,全脑剂量40 Gy/20次,分次剂量2 Gy;放射治疗的第1周开始应用CPT-11,每周六用药1次,共治疗4周。CPT-11分6个剂量组:25 mg/m2组,50 mg/m2组,65 mg/m2组,80 mg/m2组,100 mg/m2组,120 mg/m2组。每个试验组至少入选3例患者,如在前一个剂量水平中患者无明显毒副作用则进入下一个剂量组,直至达到MTD。结果27例患者均完成治疗,可评价疗效,3例完全缓解(CR),17例部分缓解(PR),7例无变化(SD),总有效率为74.1%(20/27)。DLT为白细胞计数下降、血小板计数下降及腹泻。试验得出MTD为100 mg/m2。结论全脑放疗联合CPT-11治疗NSCLC脑转移推荐Ⅱ期临床剂量为80 mg/m2。 展开更多

目的 应用磁共振相位对比法 ,观察ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞病人脑脊液的流动情况 ,并进行定量分析。方法 对 14例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者及 14例正常成人进行矢状位扫描 ,在正中矢状位上测量延前池及C2 3水平蛛网膜下腔腹背... 目的 应用磁共振相位对比法 ,观察ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞病人脑脊液的流动情况 ,并进行定量分析。方法 对 14例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者及 14例正常成人进行矢状位扫描 ,在正中矢状位上测量延前池及C2 3水平蛛网膜下腔腹背侧宽径 ;并对其中 10例患者及 10例正常成人应用磁共振相位对比序列 ,配合以回顾性心电门控技术 ,分别测量中脑导水管、枕大孔区、C2 3间盘水平各层面脑脊液流速。结果 与对照组比较 ,合并空洞的ChiariⅠ畸形患者延前池及颈椎蛛网膜下腔均变窄 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;中脑导水管足向CSF最大流速增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,头向CSF最大流速明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ;枕大孔区足向及头向CSF最大流速较对照组明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ;C2 3间盘水平足向CSF最大流速明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ,头向CSF最大流速与对照组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;患者的R R间期较对照组缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者的脑脊液流动增强 ,推测对空洞的形成可能起重要的作用。 展开更多

目的:通过Ⅰ期临床研究探讨无细胞耻垢分枝杆菌疫苗(M.S疫苗)的人群安全性和耐受性,并初步观察该疫苗对结核病高危人群皮试反应强度的影响。方法:给55例健康志愿者注射不同剂量的疫苗(8.7,17.5和35.0μg),每例注射6次,每2周注射1次。通... 目的:通过Ⅰ期临床研究探讨无细胞耻垢分枝杆菌疫苗(M.S疫苗)的人群安全性和耐受性,并初步观察该疫苗对结核病高危人群皮试反应强度的影响。方法:给55例健康志愿者注射不同剂量的疫苗(8.7,17.5和35.0μg),每例注射6次,每2周注射1次。通过对受试者的随访、心率和血压测试、血液常规、尿液常规、肝功能、胸部X-片以及肝、胆、脾、胰的B超检查以及PPD皮肤试验,评估M.S疫苗的不良反应,并比较疫苗注射前后PPD反应强度的变化。结果:在55例、330例次M.S疫苗注射过程中,发生14例、17例次的轻度不良反应,包括局部疼痛、淋巴结肿大、发热、局部硬结、心慌、皮疹和乏力,轻度不良反应总发生率为25.5%(14/55),未发生中度及重度不良反应;PPD皮试强阳性者经不同剂量M.S疫苗的注射,PPD皮试反应强度均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:M.S疫苗具有较高安全性,并可显著降低结核病高危人群PPD皮试反应的强度。 展开更多

目的评价聚乙二醇重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(PEG-rhG-CSF)注射液在化疗引起的中性粒细胞减少症中的药代动力学(PK)和药效学(PD)。方法入组24例肿瘤患者接受2个周期且剂量相同化疗方案,第1周期为对照周期,第2周期于化疗药物给药结束后48 ... 目的评价聚乙二醇重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(PEG-rhG-CSF)注射液在化疗引起的中性粒细胞减少症中的药代动力学(PK)和药效学(PD)。方法入组24例肿瘤患者接受2个周期且剂量相同化疗方案,第1周期为对照周期,第2周期于化疗药物给药结束后48 h皮下注射不同剂量的PEG-rhG-CSF 1次,共设置60、100和150μg.kg-13个剂量组,每组受试患者8例,ELISA法检测受试者血清中PEG-rhG-CSF浓度,并计算PK参数,同时监测受试者CD34+、血常规、血生化指标变化。结果 PEG-rhG-CSF 3个剂量组主要药代参数如下:T12分别为(37.5±7)、(40.8±12)、(80.7±48)h;CL_F分别是(17±9)、(9±4)、(7±2)ml.h-1.g-1;AUC0-t分别是(5,593.6±5,435)、(14,651.3±12,183)、(23,002.5±6,655)mg.h.L-1。第2周期3个剂量组的中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)最低点均值分别为1.9×109、2.3×109、4.2×109cells.L-1,均比第1周期有所提高。结论 PEG-rhG-CSF在体内呈现非线性药代动力学特征,其在体内维持药效时间长,1次注射即可达到较好疗效。 展开更多

目的 通过局部晚期非小细胞肺癌放射治疗合并盐酸拓普替康(TPT)的综合治疗,进行Ⅰ期临床研究 ,观察其毒性、耐受剂量及临床可行性。方法 局部晚期肺癌 16 例,病理或细胞学证实为非小细胞肺癌。放射治疗肺部原发灶及淋巴引流区。化疗(T... 目的 通过局部晚期非小细胞肺癌放射治疗合并盐酸拓普替康(TPT)的综合治疗,进行Ⅰ期临床研究 ,观察其毒性、耐受剂量及临床可行性。方法 局部晚期肺癌 16 例,病理或细胞学证实为非小细胞肺癌。放射治疗肺部原发灶及淋巴引流区。化疗(TPT):放射治疗开始应用拓普替康,每周 2 次。每个剂量水平治疗4个星期。拓普替康分3个剂量级,0.5mg/m2,0.75mg/m2,1 mg/m2,每个剂量级至少入选3个病人,如无明显毒副反应进入下一个剂量水平,直至找到最大耐受量(MTD)。结果 主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和放射性食管炎。MTD为0.75mg/m2。结论 局部晚期非小细胞肺癌合并 TPT综合治疗具有临床可行性,最大耐受剂量0.75mg/m2,推荐 II 期临床剂量为0.5mg/m2。 展开更多
