Differentiation of Barley Genotypes with High Phosphorus Efficiency under Low Phosphorus Stress 被引量:2

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate differences in phosphorus effi-ciency between two-rowed barley and multiple-rowed barley and differences in phos-phorus efficiency among various agronomic traits, and to explore the relationship be-tween agronomic traits and row type with phosphorus efficiency. [Method] Under available phosphorus mass fractions of 1.32 and 36.6 mg/kg, 172 barley varieties, including 79 two-rowed foreign barley, 22 multiple-rowed foreign barley, 58 two-rowed Chinese barley and 13 multiple-rowed Chinese barley, were selected to com-pare differences in phosphorus efficiency-related agronomic traits. Plant height, spike length, number of unfil ed grains, number of unfil ed grains, main panicle weight, to-tal panicle weight, total stem weight, weight of aerial part and heading stage were surveyed for statistical analysis. [Result] The results showed that, various agronomic traits were larger under fertilization condition than under non-fertilization condition ex-cept number of unfil ed grains and heading stage. Plant high, spike length, weight of aerial part and heading stage varied greatly under non-fertilization condition; number of fil ed grains, number of unfil ed grains and total stem weight varied greatly under fertilization condition. In two-rowed barley, plant height and number of fil ed grains of Chinese varieties were higher than those of foreign varieties, while other agronomic traits such as spike length, number of unfil ed grains, main panicle weight, total panicle weight, total stem weight, weight of aerial part and heading stage of foreign varieties were higher than those of Chinese varieties. Spike length and weight of aerial part in multiple-rowed and two-rowed foreign barley were higher than those in Chinese barley. In multiple-rowed barley, plant height, number of unfil ed grains, total panicle weight and total stem weight of foreign varieties were higher under non-fer-tilization condition and lower under fertilization condition compared with those of Chi-nese varieties; number of fil ed grains, main panicle weight and heading stage of foreign varieties were lower under non-fertilization condition and higher under fertil-ization condition compared with those of Chinese varieties. [Conclusion] Heading stage, number of fil ed grains, number of unfil ed grains and total stem weight are more sensitive to phosphorus efficiency. Multiple-rowed barley is more sensitive to phosphorus efficiency than two-rowed barley. 展开更多

确定土壤有效磷供应临界值及合理的施肥措施,是菜田磷肥合理施用、获得作物高产的基础。通过在北京郊区5个区、县开展结球莴苣磷肥施用试验(处理1:不施有机肥,不追施磷肥;处理2:施用有机肥,基肥不施磷肥,不追施磷肥;处理3:施用有机肥,... 确定土壤有效磷供应临界值及合理的施肥措施,是菜田磷肥合理施用、获得作物高产的基础。通过在北京郊区5个区、县开展结球莴苣磷肥施用试验(处理1:不施有机肥,不追施磷肥;处理2:施用有机肥,基肥不施磷肥,不追施磷肥;处理3:施用有机肥,磷肥一次性底施,不追施磷肥;处理4:施用有机肥,磷肥在基肥和3次追肥时施用;处理5:施用有机肥,磷肥一次性底施,施用量为处理3的2倍,不追施磷肥),利用线性加平台模型分析京郊菜田土壤有效磷含量与结球莴苣相对产量之间的关系,以及不同施肥措施对结球莴苣产量和磷肥农学利用率的影响。结果表明:京郊地区设施结球莴苣土壤有效磷临界值为81.2mg·kg^(-1)。当土壤Olsen-P含量<81.2mg·kg^(-1)时,处理2、处理3、处理4和处理5分别比处理1(空白对照)增产7.73%、12.80%、18.60%和12.56%,其中处理4的平均产量最高;各试验点各处理的磷肥农学利用率均为正值。当土壤Olsen-P含量>81.2mg·kg^(-1)时,增施磷肥不仅不能使结球莴苣明显增产,还会增加环境风险。因此,对于京郊地区设施结球莴苣生产,土壤有效磷含量<81.2mg·kg^(-1)时,推荐采用施用有机肥、磷肥在基肥和3次追肥时施用的施肥方法;当土壤有效磷含量>81.2mg·kg^(-1)时,当季生产可以不施磷肥。 展开更多

Assessment of Fertilising Properties of a Solid Digestate in Comparison with Undigested Cattle Slurry Applied to an Acidic Soil

The use of digestates or cattle slurries as fertilisers could contribute to the recycling of nutrients and organic matter, thus meeting the goals of the circular economy in agriculture. This work aims at evaluating the fertilising properties of a solid digestate (DG) in comparison with undigested cattle slurry (CS) and mineral fertilisation (MF). The experiment was performed in pots with ryegrass (<em>Lolium multiflorum</em> Lam.) grown in an acidic soil during a 163 days crop cycle. The results showed that throughout the crop cycle neither DG nor CS increased soil organic matter. DG significantly increased (P < 0.001) the sum of the soil exchangeable bases and soil P availability compared with CS or MF. Also, DG significantly increased (P < 0.05) the apparent P recovery of ryegrass (43%) compared with MF (27%). In the first cut, the ryegrass yield was higher in DG and CS than in MF, decreasing in the second and third cuts as a consequence of a decrease in N availability. Nevertheless, the fertilisation with DG or CS could replace the half amount of mineral N fertilisation, without a significant decrease in the ryegrass forage production. In addition, DG enables greater efficiency in the use of P than CS or MF. 展开更多
