Land use in lake basins has an important impact on the sustainable development of society,economy and ecology.Based on the literature induction method,this paper systematically summarized the current status of land use research in lake basins from six aspects:temporal and spatial changes,effects,driving factors,optimization research,and the application of remote sensing techniques in lake land use research.Correspondingly,three problems were proposed:lack of refined research on land use changes in lake basins,imperfect theoretical research on lake land use optimization research,and weak land type extraction techniques based on remote sensing images.It is believed that the future research on lake land use should focus on strengthening the refinement of land use change research in lake basins,further improving the theoretical and practical research on land use optimization in lake basins based on a variety of related theories,and further improving the interpretation algorithms of remote sensing images. 展开更多

Mimosa diplotricha is an invasive perennial, scrambling, thorny, leguminous shrub of neotropical origin widely acknowledged as a major economic, agricultural and ecological burden in its introduced ranges. Although the plant is thought to have been present in Nigeria for well over two decades, its mode and time of introduction is uncertain. In spite of the continuing spread of, and the menace caused by M. diplotricha in Nigeria, no attempt has been made to map the distribution of the plant countrywide. Therefore, we conducted a countrywide survey between 2007 and 2009, sponsored by the Weed Science Society of Nigeria (WSSN) to determine the spread and status of Mimosa diplotricha in Nigeria. A further objective of this paper was to review literatures on Mimosa diplotricha in Nigeria and elsewhere to enable comparison. In this paper, we report on the spread, distribution and problems of Mimosa diplotricha in Nigeria based on the field monitoring surveys conducted. The distribution of this invasive plant in Nigeria has been mapped and is presented together with its ecology and problems being caused. Since the early 1990s, the weed has started to spread and invade many parts of the country causing significant damage to many natural and semi natural ecosystems. The different control options used by farmers to control Mimosa diplotricha in Nigeria are discussed. Based on the successful control of this invasive plant using the biocontrol agent, Heteropsylla spinulosa in countries such as Australia and Papua New Guinea (PNG), we discussed the biological control prospects for the management of Mimosa diplotricha in Nigeria. Such control attempts stands to benefit from international collaborations between Nigerian institutions and a host of others in Australia, PNG and/or Brazil. Finally three major causes for the massive and continuing spread of this weed in Nigeria are presented with recommendations for the Nigerian government and institutions to: 1) formulate policies and legislations regarding the control and management of invasive alien plant species which is currently nonexistent;2) enlighten the general public on the dangers of invasive alien plant species such as Mimosa diplotricha;and 3) initiate actions such as early detection and rapid response (EDRR) and biological control in order to prevent further spread of, and invasion by invasive plant species including Mimosa diplotricha. 展开更多

The establishment of a comprehensive strategic Sino-Britishpartnership the extensive exchanges at all levels between the two countries, the obvious andgreat economic complementarities between the two countries and the smooth return of HongKong with the successful implementation of the one country, two systems policy in HongKong SAR, have opened broad prospects for the expansion of bilateral economic and traderelations between China and the U. K. However, at present, there still exist some problems,such as too small a proportion of bilateral trade in the two countries respective foreigntrade, too small an absolute amount of British investment in China, etc. With efforts by bothsides, the mutually beneficial economic and trade relations between China and the U. With the development of photovoltaic(PV) industry, installing small-scale PV systems which are integrated into the buildings becomes popular. Therefore, it is important to make optimal investment decisions for investors and consumers. This paper proposes an improved group decision-making method which integrates the cumulative prospect theory and Choquet integral for the investment options of small-scale PV systems. From the perspective of sustainability, the alternatives are evaluated by four criteria, including economic benefits, solar energy condition, carbon emissions and social benefits. Since the performances of criteria are given by decision makers as linguistic variables, the proposed method measures the criteria values by intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then the alternatives are evaluated and ranked to determine the optimal option. Finally, the proposed method is implemented in a case study to illustrate its feasibility and effectiveness. 展开更多

This paper focuses on optimal voltage regulator(VR)planning to maximize the photovoltaic(PV)energy integration in distribution grids.To describe the amount of dynamic PV energy that can be integrated into the power system,the concept of PV accommodation capability(PVAC)is introduced and modeled with optimization.Our proposed planning model is formulated as a Benders decomposition based bi-level stochastic optimization problem.In the upper-level problem,VR planning decisions and PVAC are determined via mixed integer linear programming(MILP)before considering uncertainty.Then in the lower-level problem,the feasibility of first-level results is checked by critical network constraints(e.g.voltage magnitude constraints and line capacity constraints)under uncertainties considered by time-varying loads and PV generations.In this paper,these uncertainties are represented in the form of operational scenarios,which are generated by the Gaussian copula theory and reduced by a well-studied backward-reduction algorithm.The modified IEEE 33-node distribution grid is utilized to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.The results demonstrate that a PV energy integration can be significantly enhanced after optimal voltage regulator planning. 展开更多

针对目前分布式光伏电源大规模接入配电网中带来的问题,提出了基于广义Benders分解的分布式光伏接入容量规划方法。采用数据驱动顺序选择方法确定C-Vine Copula模型中变量的最优顺序,结合拉丁超立方采样方法和场景评估指标,构建典型负荷... 针对目前分布式光伏电源大规模接入配电网中带来的问题,提出了基于广义Benders分解的分布式光伏接入容量规划方法。采用数据驱动顺序选择方法确定C-Vine Copula模型中变量的最优顺序,结合拉丁超立方采样方法和场景评估指标,构建典型负荷-资源相关性场景。在生成的典型场景的基础上,建立了基于广义Benders分解的光伏接入规划模型。该模型分为光伏规划主问题与配电网运行子问题,采用线性规划与最优潮流的方法进行求解。在IEEE 33节点系统网架开展算例分析,结果表明,提出的典型场景生成方法比传统方法的资源误差与负荷误差减少50%以上;规划模型求解所需的计算量减小为原来的11%,计算时间缩短为原来的9%。 展开更多
