Literature as a form of historical culture, the culture of different era, can better reflect the social culture background. Into contact with the cultural background of English-speaking countries, for teachers of English teaching and students' English learning has great significance. Under the basic influence of cultural background in English countries, learning English, will quickly understand the characteristics of syntax and understand the charm of language. Works covered by historical background, English can help students experience a good text artistic conception, thus extended thinking. Under this background, we integrate the basic cognitive theory and style analysis to propose the literature research and development trend that will assist the English community to find better developmental orientation.展开更多
This study aimed at gaining an understanding of the formation of residents' Environmental Conservation Behaviour(ECB) to promote sustainable tourism development in Chinese mountain areas. In particular, a theoreti...This study aimed at gaining an understanding of the formation of residents' Environmental Conservation Behaviour(ECB) to promote sustainable tourism development in Chinese mountain areas. In particular, a theoretical framework was constructed by merging residents' mountain attachment and their environmental values,and awareness of environmental consequences based on the Cognition Behaviour Theory. This research sampled 642 residents with convenience sampling method in Jiuzhaigou and Mount Qingcheng, and structural equation modelling analysis was conducted to identify the relationships among the above variables. Results verified that mountain attachment affected people's awareness of environmental consequences, which then affected their ECB.Environmental values and mountain attachment directly and positively influenced ECB. Moreover,awareness of environmental consequences played the most prominent role in predicting ECB among all the predictors in this study. In all, this study derived several significant implications which can not only contribute to environmental management policies in tourism field but also help to improve the levels of the antecedents of residents' ECB and promote sustainable tourism development in Chinese mountain areas.展开更多

Based o...The basic view of Piaget's cognitive development theory is that children's psychological development is the result of the interaction between their inner state of minds and the objective outside world. Based on the theory, the study mainly adopts the ways of empirical research, literature reference and questionnaire survey to explores teachers' and students' problems in elementary school oral English teaching process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The paper puts 80 fourth graders No.3 Primary School in Wenzhou Huanglong as subjects, find teachers' teaching problems currently existing in primary English class and pupils' problems they met like negative transfer of mother tongue and low interest in oral English learning through questionnaire survey and analysis data. The study, according to Piaget's cognitive development theory, puts forward advice through careful analysis of the problems to improve the present situation of teachers' teaching and students' oral English learning, to help teachers improve the quality of oral English teaching and to ultimately improve pupils' oral English communication.展开更多
