At present, China vigorously promotes the use of the pipeline robots, for the maintenance of the oil and gas pipelines by the unique characteristics of the robots. In this paper, the author carries out the detailed analysis on the current situation of the development of the pipeline robots in the oil and gas storage and transportation industry, and compares the different applications of the pipeline robots at home and abroad. Starting from the principles of the operation of the robots, the author analyzes the characteristics of the different types of the robots, and combined with the existing conditions of the oil and gas storage and transportation in our country, the author tries to find the most favorable way of the working of the pipeline robots, to continuously improve the development of the oil and gas storage and transportation industry using the robot technologies.展开更多
In order to solve transport problems of industry solid,firstly,a new applicationnotion of pipeline transport was presented,that is to say,combining pretreatment andtransport with disposal techniques of industry solid ...In order to solve transport problems of industry solid,firstly,a new applicationnotion of pipeline transport was presented,that is to say,combining pretreatment andtransport with disposal techniques of industry solid waste.Secondly,the integrated dis-posal and transport system for industry solid waste was introduced,in particular,the oper-ating principles,equipment set-up,key technology and technical parameters.Next,thispaper illustrated the application of this integrated system.Such as it can transport coalsludge with sufficiently high solids content(about 72%~77%)and high apparent viscosity(about 1 000~3 000 Pa.s)directly by pipeline having no use for water and addition agent.Generally,the transport distance is about 1 000 m.This system has been successfullyused in innocuous disposition and efficient utilization of other industrial byproducts or solidwastes,such as city sludge and paper making waste.The integrated system causes nopollution to the environment for its complete seal and realizes protecting the environment,conserving the energy,promoting the development of cycling economic.Finally,the paperdiscussed the research works that were needed for studying such pipeline transport sys-tem and narrates the relevant condition and application status.展开更多
It’s a compressive article consists of three parts,an overview of pipeline development in China,oil pipeline design for R oilfield and pipeline management suggestions.First,this article introduces the current status ...It’s a compressive article consists of three parts,an overview of pipeline development in China,oil pipeline design for R oilfield and pipeline management suggestions.First,this article introduces the current status of pipeline construction,oil pipeline technology and gas pipeline technology in China in recent years.The current status of China’s pipeline construction is divided into three stages.In terms of construction,pipeline construction is developing in the direction of intelligence and modernization.Long-distance oil pipelines require technical breakthroughs in two aspects.One is the sequential oil product delivery technology to improve the type of oil that can be delivered sequentially;the second is the viscosity reduction delivery technology for heavy oil.Gas transmission pipelines are developing in the direction of high pressure,large diameter and high steel grade.Secondly,based on all the pipeline development above,in order to meet the development of R oil field,an oil-water twophase pipeline transportation design and a pipeline crossing river design were carried out.Under the condition of the design pressure of the pipeline of 5.5MPa,it is preferable to produce a pipeline ofφ219×6.5mm,and the steel grade of the pipeline is L360.A heating station and pumping station are needed in the transportation process,and the heating station and pumping station are combined for one construction.Considering that the strata of the river crossing section are mainly gravel sand layer,clay layer and non-lithological stratum,horizontal directional drilling(HDD)is adopted for river crossing,and suggestions are made for the construction process.Finally,after the pipeline was put into production,the corresponding auxiliary production system and supporting engineering suggestions were put forward.展开更多
