目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体1(sLOX-1)对急性脑梗死的发生、复发及TOAST分型的关系。方法选取2021年7月至2023年1月,我院收治的急性脑梗死患者181例,健康对照组154例。急性脑梗死患者... 目的探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体1(sLOX-1)对急性脑梗死的发生、复发及TOAST分型的关系。方法选取2021年7月至2023年1月,我院收治的急性脑梗死患者181例,健康对照组154例。急性脑梗死患者根据病史被分为首发和复发;根据TOAST分型被分为大动脉粥样硬化型(LAA),小动脉闭塞型(SAO)。比较各组间Lp-PLA2与sLOX-1的水平差异;采用Logistic回归分析急性脑梗死复发的危险因素。结果疾病组的Lp-PLA2、sLOX-1水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义;复发组Lp-PLA2、sLOX-1显著高于首发组,差异有统计学意义;sLOX-1水平在LAA组显著高于SAO(P=0.047),Lp-PLA2在两组间差异无统计学意义。结论Lp-PLA2与sLOX-1与急性脑梗死相关,是急性脑梗死复发的危险因素。此外,sLOX-1与急性脑梗死的病因相关。 展开更多

目的通过研究原发性高血压(EH)患者的血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2水平与血压变异性(BPV)的特征,进一步探讨EH患者血清中Lp(a)和Lp-PLA2水平与BPV之间的关系。方法选取2022年9月至2023年9月于内蒙古自治区人民医院门诊及住院诊疗的EH患者240例。... 目的通过研究原发性高血压(EH)患者的血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2水平与血压变异性(BPV)的特征,进一步探讨EH患者血清中Lp(a)和Lp-PLA2水平与BPV之间的关系。方法选取2022年9月至2023年9月于内蒙古自治区人民医院门诊及住院诊疗的EH患者240例。将患者分为A组:Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均正常,115例;B组:仅Lp(a)升高,48例;C组:仅Lp-PLA2升高,42例;D组:Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均升高,35例。探索Lp(a)和Lp-PLA2水平与血压变异性之间的相关性。结果B组各时段变异系数(CV)均高于A组(P<0.05);C组24 h SBPCV、24 h DBP CV、nSBP CV、dDBP CV、dSBP CV高于A组(P<0.05);D组各时段CV均高于A组(P<0.05)。Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2与BPV呈正相关(rs>0,P<0.05)。B组、C组以及D组的Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2和24 h SBP CV、24 h DBP CV间均呈显著正相关关系(rs>0,P<0.05)。结论EH患者血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2水平与BPV呈正相关,且血清Lp(a)、Lp-PLA2均升高的患者BPV也升高。 展开更多

Evaluating serum CXCL12,sCD22,Lp-PLA2 levels and ratios as biomarkers for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease

BACKGROUND Grasping the underlying mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease(AD)is still a work in progress,and existing diagnostic techniques encounter various obstacles.Therefore,the discovery of dependable biomarkers is essential for early detection,tracking the disease's advancement,and steering treatment strategies.AIM To explore the diagnostic potential of serum CXCL12,sCD22,Lp-PLA2,and their ratios in AD,aiming to enhance early detection and inform targeted treatment strategies.METHODS The study was conducted in Dongying people's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Participants included 60 AD patients(AD group)and 60 healthy people(control group).Using a prospective case-control design,the levels of CXCL12,sCD22 and Lp-PLA2 and their ratios were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit in the diagnosis of AD.The differences between the two groups were analyzed by statistical methods,and the corresponding ratio was constructed to improve the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis.RESULTS Serum CXCL12 levels were higher in the AD group(47.2±8.5 ng/mL)than the control group(32.8±5.7 ng/mL,P<0.001),while sCD22 levels were lower(14.3±2.1 ng/mL vs 18.9±3.4 ng/mL,P<0.01).Lp-PLA2 levels were also higher in the AD group(112.5±20.6 ng/mL vs 89.7±15.2 ng/mL,P<0.05).Significant differences were noted in CXCL12/sCD22(3.3 vs 1.7,P<0.001)and Lp-PLA-2/sCD22 ratios(8.0 vs 5.2,P<0.05)between the groups.Receiver operating characteristic analysis confirmed high sensitivity and specificity of these markers and their ratios in distinguishing AD,with area under the curves ranging from CONCLUSION Serum CXCL12 and Lp-PLA2 levels were significantly increased,while sCD22 were significantly decreased,as well as increases in the ratios of CXCL12/sCD22 and Lp-PLA2/sCD22,are closely related to the onset of AD.These biomarkers and their ratios can be used as potential diagnostic indicators for AD,providing an important clinical reference for early intervention and treatment. 展开更多

MoS_(2)targets were irradiated by infra-red(IR)pulsed laser in a high vacuum to determine hot plasma parameters,atomic,molecular and ion emission,and angular and charge state distributions.In this way,pulsed laser deposition(PLD)of thin films on graphene oxide substrates was also realized.An Nd:YAG laser,operating at the 1064 nm wavelength with a 5 ns pulse duration and up to a 1 J pulse energy,in a single pulse or at a 10 Hz repetition rate,was employed.Ablation yield was measured as a function of the laser fluence.Plasma was characterized using different analysis techniques,such as time-of-flight measurements,quadrupole mass spectrometry and fast CCD visible imaging.The so-produced films were characterized by composition,thickness,roughness,wetting ability,and morphology.When compared to the MoS_(2)targets,they show a slight decrease of S with respect to Mo,due to higher ablation yield,low fusion temperature and high sublimation in vacuum.The pulsed IR laser deposited Mo Sx(with 1<x<2)films are uniform,with a thickness of about 130 nm,a roughness of about 50 nm and a higher wettability than the MoS_(2)targets.Some potential applications of the pulsed IR laser-deposited Mo Sx films are also presented and discussed. 展开更多

The influence of cathodic pulse parameters was evaluated on plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)coatings grown on 7075 aluminum alloy in a silicate-based electrolyte containing potassium titanyl oxalate(PTO)using pulsed bipolar waveforms with various cathodic duty cycles and cathodic current densities.The coatings were characterized by SEM,EDS,and XRD.EIS was applied to investigate the electrochemical properties.It was observed that the increase of cathodic duty cycle and cathodic current density from 20%and 6 A/dm^(2) to 40%and 12 A/dm^(2) enhances the growth rate of the inner layer from 0.22 to 0.75μm/min.Adding PTO into the bath showed a fortifying effect on influence of the cathodic pulse and the mentioned change of cathodic pulse parameters,resulting in an increase of the inner layer growth rate from 0.25 to 1.10μm/min.Based on EDS analysis,Si and Ti were incorporated dominantly in the upper parts of the coatings.XRD technique merely detectedγ-Al_(2)O_(3),and there were no detectable peaks related to Ti and Si compounds.However,the EIS results confirmed that the incorporation of Ti^(4+)into alumina changed the electronic properties of the coating.The coatings obtained from the bath containing PTO using the bipolar waveforms with a cathodic duty cycle of 40%and current density values higher than 6 A/dm^(2) showed highly appropriate electrochemical behavior during 240 d of immersion due to an efficient repairing mechanism.Regarding the effects of studied parameters on the coating properties,the roles of cathodic pulse parameters and PTO in the PEO process were highlighted. 展开更多

The poor reversibility of Zn anodes induced by dendrite growth,surface passivation,and corrosion,severely hinders the practical applicability of Zn metal batteries.To address these issues,a plasmaassisted aerogel(PAG)interface engineering was proposed as efficient ion transport modulator that can simultaneously regulate uniform Zn^(2+)flux and desolvation behavior during battery operation.The PAG with ordered mesopores acted as an ion sieve to homogenize Zn deposition and accelerate Zn^(2+)flux,which is favorable for corrosion resistance and dendrite suppression.Importantly,the plasma-assisted aerogel with abundant hydrophilic groups can facilitate the desolvation kinetics of Zn^(2+)due to the multiple hydrogen-bonding interaction with the activated water molecules,thus accelerating the Zn^(2+)migration kinetics.Consequently,the Zn/Zn cell assembled with PAG-modified separator demonstrates stable plating and stripping behavior(over 1400 h at 1 mA cm^(-2))and high Coulombic efficiency(99.8%at1 mA cm^(-2)after 1100 cycles),and the Zn‖MnO_(2)full cell shows excellent long-term cycling stability and maintains a high capacity of 154.9 mA h g^(-1)after 1000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).This study provides a feasible approach for the large-scale fabrication of aerogel functionalized separators to realize ultra-stable Zn metal batteries. 展开更多

Solving intrinsic structural problems such as low conductivity is the main challenge to promote the commercial application of Li_(2)TiSiO_(5).In this study,Li_(2)TiSiO_(5)is synthesized by the sol-gelmethod,and the surface modification of Li_(2)TiSiO_(5)is carried out at different temperatures using low-temperature plasma to enhance its lithium storage performance.The morphological structure and electrochemical tests demonstrate that plasma treatment can improve the degree of agglomeration.The peak position of the plasma-treated Li_(2)TiSiO_(5)is shifted to a lower angle,and the shift angle increases with increasing sputtering power.Li_(2)TiSiO_(5)after 300 W bombardment shows excellent capacity(144.7 mA·hg^(−1)after 500 cycles at 0.1 Ag^(−1))and rate performance(140 mA·hg^(−1)at 5 Ag^(−1)).Electrochemical analysis indicates that excellent electrochemical performance is attributed to the enhancement of electronic and ionic conductivity by plasma bombardment. 展开更多

Chagas disease (CD) affects 21 countries in the Americas and is caused by the parasite Trypanosoma cruzi. A key molecule involved in CD is lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), which has been studied in various contexts: in the saliva of insect vectors, during the establishment of infection in the vertebrate host, and for the parasite itself. This lipid can be produced by the action of phospholipases A2 (PLA2), enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of phospholipids releasing fatty acids and lysophospholipids, such as LPC. This study investigates LPC levels and PLA2 activities in the plasma of CD patients and compares these levels with those in healthy individuals and patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM). Plasma from 64 CD patients, 54 healthy individuals, and 16 IDCM patients were analyzed. LPC levels and the activity of two types of phospholipase A2: secreted (sPLA2) and lipoprotein-associated (Lp-PLA2) were measured. LPC levels and sPLA2 activity were similar between CD patients and the control groups. However, there were notable differences in LPC levels and sPLA2 activity between subgroups of CD patients and IDCM patients. This study is the first to identify LPC in patients with CD across various stages of the disease. It also offers new insights into the biochemical changes observed in the plasma of patients with IDCM. 展开更多

目的临床分析血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平在缺血性脑卒中充氧回输血疗效中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2022年12月山东省德州市陵城区人民医院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者为试验组,同时选取同期德... 目的临床分析血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平在缺血性脑卒中充氧回输血疗效中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2022年12月山东省德州市陵城区人民医院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者为试验组,同时选取同期德州市陵城区人民医院收治的80名健康体检者为对照组;再根据美国国立卫生研究所卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,将试验组分为轻度组(<5分)25例、中度组(5~15分)30例、重度组(>15分)25例,进行回顾性研究。比较两组患者血清HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平,同时对患者给予充氧回输血治疗,比较试验组患者治疗前后HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平。结果试验组患者的HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻、中、重度组HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中重度组患者的HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平高于轻度组与中度组,中度组HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平高于轻度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者的HCY、Lp-PLA2、LPA水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞压积及血小板黏附率均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血清HCY、Lp-PLA2水平较高,且在缺血性脑卒中患者充氧回输血过程中监测血清HCY、Lp-PLA2水平,可作为患者病情监测及预后评估的有效指标。 展开更多

目的:探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)联合心房颤动血栓发生危险度(CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc)评分预测非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)病人发生缺血性脑卒中(CIS)的价值。方法:选取2018年10月—2020年1月我院收治的NVAF病人297例作为研究对象,... 目的:探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)联合心房颤动血栓发生危险度(CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc)评分预测非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)病人发生缺血性脑卒中(CIS)的价值。方法:选取2018年10月—2020年1月我院收治的NVAF病人297例作为研究对象,根据是否发生CIS分为CIS组(49例)和非CIS组(248例)。比较两组病人的一般资料及血清Lp-PLA2水平和CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VAS评分;多因素Logistics回归分析NVAF病人发生CIS的影响因素;受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清Lp-PLA2水平联合CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分预测NVAF病人发生CIS的价值。结果:CIS组血清Lp-PLA2水平和CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分明显高于非CIS组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistics回归分析显示,高空腹血糖(FBG)水平[OR=1.589,95%CI(1.143,2.208)]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平[OR=2.207,95%CI(1.137,3.612)]、Lp-PLA2水平[OR=1.098,95%CI(1.055,1.143)]和CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分[OR=2.338,95%CI(1.545,3.539)]为NVAF病人发生CIS的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,Lp-PLA2联合CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分预测NVAF病人发生CIS的曲线下面积(AUC)明显大于Lp-PLA2、CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分单独预测(P<0.05)。结论:NVAF发生CIS病人血清Lp-PLA2水平和CHA_(2)DS_(2)-VASc评分明显提高,为NVAF病人发生CIS的独立危险因素,二者联合能提高CIS发生的预测价值。 展开更多

目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)血管内介入治疗效果及对胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的影响。方法选取自2020年3月—2022年5月唐山市丰润区人民医院收治的203例AIS患者的临床资料,... 目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)血管内介入治疗效果及对胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的影响。方法选取自2020年3月—2022年5月唐山市丰润区人民医院收治的203例AIS患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(血管内介入治疗,n=108)和对照组(药物静脉溶栓治疗,n=95)。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能恢复情况[美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)],分析两组治疗前、后血液流变学指标(红细胞压积、血小板聚集率、血浆粘度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度)及血清IGF-1、HCY、Lp-PLA2水平变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(87.96%)明显高于对照组(73.68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各时间点NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组红细胞压积水平、血小板聚集率、血浆黏度、全血黏度低切值和高切值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组HCY、Lp-PLA2水平均低于对照组,IGF-1高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内介入治疗AIS疗效确切,有利于改善AIS患者神经功能缺损症状、血液流变学相关指标及IGF-1、HCY、Lp-PLA2水平,促进患者早日康复。 展开更多

目的 研究恒流模式下阴极电流密度对6061铝合金在含Na2WO4的电解液中制备的微弧氧化膜厚度、形貌、相组成及耐磨性能的影响。方法 固定阳极电流密度为5.0 A/dm^(2),阴极电流密度分别为0、1.25、2.5、3.75、5.0 A/dm2,对6061铝合金进行... 目的 研究恒流模式下阴极电流密度对6061铝合金在含Na2WO4的电解液中制备的微弧氧化膜厚度、形貌、相组成及耐磨性能的影响。方法 固定阳极电流密度为5.0 A/dm^(2),阴极电流密度分别为0、1.25、2.5、3.75、5.0 A/dm2,对6061铝合金进行微弧氧化40 min。用涡流测厚仪测量了氧化膜的厚度,用扫描电镜观察了微弧氧化膜的表面形貌和截面形貌,用能谱分析仪分析了氧化膜的表面成分,用X射线衍射分析仪分析了微弧氧化膜的相组成,用往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试了氧化膜的耐磨性能。结果 随着阴极电流密度的增加,氧化膜内的W含量逐渐减少,氧化膜颜色逐渐变浅,氧化膜厚度逐渐增加。微弧氧化膜的主要组成相为α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3。当阴极电流密度从0 A/dm2增加到3.75 A/dm2时,氧化膜内孔洞的数量和尺寸逐渐减少,孔洞到氧化膜/基体界面的距离逐渐增加,氧化膜的耐磨性能逐渐提升。当阴极电流密度为3.75 A/dm2时,氧化膜的磨损率最低,仅为1.07×10-4mm3/(N·m)。但阴极电流密度增加到5.0 A/dm2时,氧化膜表层出现孔洞和剥落,耐磨性能下降。结论 阴极电流的加入有助于增加6061铝合金微弧氧化膜的厚度,提高氧化膜的致密性和耐磨性能,但过高的阴极电流会导致氧化膜表层出现孔洞,降低耐磨性能。 展开更多
