Effects of different heat treatment temperatures on properties of Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories were investigated using Chinese calcined flint clay as starting material, aluminum sulfate and fireclay as binding system. The results showed that with temperature rising, Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories shrinked firstly and then expanded. The modulus of rupture (MOR) and the cold crushing strength (CCS) inereased firstly and then decreased from 110 ℃ to 600 ℃ , then increased obviously. Thermal expansion coefficient increased from 110 ℃ to 760 ℃, decreased from 760 ℃ to 1 300 ℃ , and increased from 1 300 ℃ to1500 ℃. 展开更多

The microstmcture evolution of plastic-bonded explosives (PBXs) after thermal stimulus plays a key role in PBX performance. In this paper, the nanoscale pores of thermal-treated octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7 tetrazocine (HMX)- based PBXs with different HMX particle sizes [approximately 40 (FLIP) and 100 μm (LHP)] were measured using small- angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). No obvious pore variations were found in the LHP samples heated at 160 ℃ for 6 h, whereas the amount of pores of FHP decreased when subjected to 160 ℃ for 6 h. At 180 ℃, the average pore radii of FHP and LHP decreased from approximately 45 nm to 25 nm, and the total pore volume increased distinctively because of phase transformation. The LHP sample reached a high level of pore content after being held at 180 ℃ for 1 h, whereas FHP required 3 h. Both FHP and LHP had relatively high pore volumes when subjected to 200 ℃ for 1 and 3 h. 展开更多

The accuracy and effi ciency of the modelling techniques utilized to model the nonlinear behavior of structural components is a signifi cant issue in earthquake engineering. In this study, the suffi ciency of three diff erent modelling techniques that can be employed to simulate the structural behavior of columns is investigated. A fi ber-based fi nite length plastic hinge (FB-FLPH) model is calibrated in this study. In order to calibrate the FB-FLPH model, a novel database of the cyclic behavior of hollow steel columns under simultaneous axial and lateral loading cycles with varying amplitudes is used. By employing the FB-FLPH model calibrated in this study, the interaction of the axial force and the bending moment in columns is directly taken into account, and the deterioration in the cyclic behavior of these members is implicitly considered. The superiority of the calibrated FB-FLPH modelling approach is examined compared with the cases in which conventional fi ber-based distributed plasticity and concentrated plasticity models are utilized. The effi ciency of the enumerated modelling techniques is probed when they are implemented to model the columns of a typical special moment frame in order to prove the advantage of the FB-FLPH modelling approach. 展开更多

A Microwave-Based Invisible “Watermarking” Emulated by an Embedded Set of Electromagnetic Material in a Plastic Card

This article describes a passive, economical strategy towards enhancing the security feature of conventional plastic cards by embedding a set of electromagnetic (EM) material that emulates an invisible “watermarking”. This is an overlay strategy to prevailing security measures and consists of incorporating (invisibly embedding, say by ink-jet printing or otherwise) a set of foil/film-like grids of electromagnetic (EM) material (such as high-μ material or high-conductivity metal) within the cross-section of the card. The test-card when exposed to a suitable excitation of microwave (ISM band) excitation, the embedment of EM material in the card is rendered to yield distinct path-loss to the traversing EM energy. That is, by making each element of embedment a grid-frame made of vertical or set of horizontal strips, (relative to the plane of polarization of EM excitation), each grid-frame will offer high (logic 1) or low (logic 0) transmissions when the card is swiped across the EM field. By sensing appropriately, this differentiable EM attenuation across the card would depict an output signal annunciating the presence of a binary-logic encoding in the embedded “watermarking”. The proposed effort augments the existing security features of a plastic card design and robustly reduces the chances of malpractices, such as plastic card counterfeiting and misuse. The concept-design as proposed is positively verified through experimental test cards and also justified with theoretical considerations. 展开更多

Two plastic mechanisms, respectively a deviatoric shearing and a pore collapse, are taken into account. This model also considers the influence of confining pressure. In this paper, the calibration of the model is detailed and numerical simulations of the main mechanical behavior of cement paste over a large range of stress are described, showing good agreement with experimental results. The ease study shows that this cup model has extensive applicability for cement-based materials and other quasi-brittle and high-porosity materials in a complex stress state. 展开更多

Application research of neural networks to geotechnical engineering has become a hotspot nowadays.General model may not reach the predicting precision in practical application due to different characteristics in different fields.In allusion to this,an elasto-plastic constitutive model based on clustering radial basis function neural network(BC-RBFNN) was proposed for moderate sandy clay according to its properties.Firstly,knowledge base was established on triaxial compression testing data;then the model was trained,learned and emulated using knowledge base;finally,predicting results of the BC-RBFNN model were compared and analyzed with those of other intelligent model.The results show that the BC-RBFNN model can alter the training and learning velocity and improve the predicting precision,which provides possibility for engineering practice on demanding high precision. 展开更多

目的:为了适应当前医学教育的发展趋势,将基于病例引导的“互联网+”模式下混合式教学应用到整形外科教学中并探讨其效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2022年1月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院整形科规范化培训及进修的56名学员,根据接受的教学方... 目的:为了适应当前医学教育的发展趋势,将基于病例引导的“互联网+”模式下混合式教学应用到整形外科教学中并探讨其效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2022年1月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院整形科规范化培训及进修的56名学员,根据接受的教学方式不同分为传统模式教学组和混合式模式教学组,各28名。分别接受两种不同的教学方式并进行理论授课及临床实践教学,通过分析两组学员出科考核成绩及教学满意度,进一步判断整形外科相关知识掌握情况、评估教学效果。结果:教学结束后,混合式模式教学组专业知识笔试及技能操作成绩均显著优于传统教学组(P<0.05);混合式模式教学组满意度评分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:基于病例引导的“互联网+”模式下混合式教学较传统教学优势明显,有助于提升教学质量、提高学员满意度、激发学习兴趣。 展开更多

Aimed at being difficult to control in parameters of forming process, the paper explored the humanoid based intelligence control strategy. In the paper, it made the anatomy in control puzzle resulted in uncertainty such as chemical component of plastic cement etc., summarized up the characteristic of cybernetics in forming process, researched on the humanoid based intelligence control strategy, and constructed the control algorithm of forming process in plastic cement work-piece. Taking the process experiment of temperature and pressure control as an example, it validated the good dynamic and static control quality through simulation of control algorithm constructed in this paper. The experimental results show that the control algorithm explored in this paper is reasonably available. 展开更多

油基钻井液乳化剂的制备与性能评价

钻井液乳化剂是油井钻探中的重要化学品之一,其性能评价对于钻井工程的成功进行具有重要意义。优秀的乳化剂能确保钻井液的稳定性和流变性能。在选择乳化剂时,应充分考虑其理化性能和体系综合性能,以确保钻井工程的成功进行。本研究以... 钻井液乳化剂是油井钻探中的重要化学品之一,其性能评价对于钻井工程的成功进行具有重要意义。优秀的乳化剂能确保钻井液的稳定性和流变性能。在选择乳化剂时,应充分考虑其理化性能和体系综合性能,以确保钻井工程的成功进行。本研究以植物油酸、二乙烯三胺、马来酸酐为主要原料,制备了6种乳化剂产品,并对其进行理化性能评价和体系综合性能评价。实验结果显示,乳化剂PF-MOEMUL1、PF-MOCOAT1、PF-MOEMUL2、PF-MOCOAT2满足所有指标要求,在理化性能评价和体系综合性能评价的关键指标上有良好的性能,为钻井工程提供可靠的保证。而乳化剂PF-MOEMUL3、PF-MOCOAT3在倾点和塑性黏度方面未能达到指标要求。可能导致乳液不稳定、流变性能不佳等问题,从而影响钻井工程的顺利进行。通过对钻井液乳化剂的性能评价,对乳化剂的选择和应用提供了有效的参考指导。 展开更多

为了研究三基发射药热烧蚀特性及变化规律,制备了组分含量不同的多种三基发射药,采用半密闭爆发器模拟烧蚀试验方法测定发射药样品的烧蚀性,分析了发射药高能组分含量、增塑剂含量对发射药爆温的影响规律,以及发射药爆温对烧蚀特性的影... 为了研究三基发射药热烧蚀特性及变化规律,制备了组分含量不同的多种三基发射药,采用半密闭爆发器模拟烧蚀试验方法测定发射药样品的烧蚀性,分析了发射药高能组分含量、增塑剂含量对发射药爆温的影响规律,以及发射药爆温对烧蚀特性的影响规律。结果表明,环三亚甲基三硝胺(RDX)、硝基胍(NQ)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)含量改变会引起发射药爆温的变化,进而影响烧蚀性能。RDX含量增加1%,爆温增加0.59%,发射药烧蚀率增加1.23%;与未加入RDX相比,加入2%RDX的发射药烧蚀率增加23.38%;NQ含量增加1%,爆温降低0.23%,发射药烧蚀率降低0.56%;DOP含量增加1%,爆温降低2.99%,发射药烧蚀率降低7.01%。针对爆温在2600~3100 K的范围内的三基发射药,建立了质量烧蚀率与爆温的指数关系式,并分别给出了RDX、NQ、DOP体系的特征系数,为0.106、0.101、0.163。 展开更多

采用退火的热诱导方法向Pt基块体金属玻璃(Pt-BMG)基体内原位引入纳米晶,通过纳米压痕实验,考察了Pt-BMG在铸态和在玻璃转变温度Tg之上(250℃)退火15 min,2 h和6 h的力学性能和塑性动力学行为.研究结果表明,退火时间从15 min增加到6 h时... 采用退火的热诱导方法向Pt基块体金属玻璃(Pt-BMG)基体内原位引入纳米晶,通过纳米压痕实验,考察了Pt-BMG在铸态和在玻璃转变温度Tg之上(250℃)退火15 min,2 h和6 h的力学性能和塑性动力学行为.研究结果表明,退火时间从15 min增加到6 h时,Pt-BMG的结晶度从34%增加到57%,平均晶粒尺寸从25.6 nm增加到38.3 nm,硬度和折合模量分别从5.66 GPa和133.83 GPa增加到8.65 GPa和182.89 GPa,同时载荷-位移曲线上的锯齿流变行为呈现从可明显观察到不连续的位移突变到比较平滑的变化规律.通过分子动力学模拟进一步证明,随着纳米晶尺寸的增加,剪切转变区的激活与剪切带的成核呈现先促进后抑制、先增加后减小的趋势.这是由于金属玻璃在塑性变形过程中,小尺寸纳米晶会被剪切带所包裹或溶解,促进了金属玻璃塑性变形的形成;而大尺寸纳米晶在承受载荷时,在晶体内部产生了位错和滑移,进一步抑制了剪切带的成核与传播.本文结合纳米压痕实验和分子动力学模拟,从原子尺度上揭示了纳米晶的尺寸影响非晶合金塑性变形的内在机理,为设计理想性能的金属玻璃提供了有效的实验基础与理论支撑. 展开更多
