By means of programs GTMPAC based- on generalized triangle method,analysis and synthesis of mechanism design in accordance with absolutely graphicalmethod( absolutely germetrical method) are developed.In this paper,we make aspecial study about centering- point curve and circling- point curve and couplercurves based on Ball’s points.

公民身份视角下广东省积分入户政策研究

积分入户政策是具有社会和经济双重属性的发展型社会政策,是实现农业转移人口市民化、公共服务均等化的制度创新。运用文献分析法,从公民身份理论视角对广东积分入户政策的内容、实施及其政策价值与意义进行分析。积分入户政策有利于促进农民工自我认同与社会适应能力,消解身份差异促进社会融合从而实现分配正义的价值诉求。积分入户政策具有普惠性及发展型政府特征;政策实施在不同城市存在差异;同时呈现出政治权利的双重缺失、社会权利的碎片化与区域化的特征。
