For the standard spaces of univariate polynomials, or spline functions the mentioned results are well-known. In contrast with this, there are no such results in the bivariate case. As an exception, one may consider only the Pascal classic theorem, in the interpolation theory interpretation. In this paper, we consider a space of bivariate piecewise linear functions, for which we can readily find out whether the given node set is poised or not. The main tool we use for this purpose is the reduction by a basic subproblem, introduced in this paper.展开更多

[目的]以构建广东省东莞市生态网络格局为目标,评估生态廊道重要性以及识别生态廊道夹点、障碍点,确定生态保护修复的关键区域,提出相应生态修复策略,为后续相关国土空间规划与相关专项规划的编制和调整提供科学依据。[方法]基于传统的...[目的]以构建广东省东莞市生态网络格局为目标,评估生态廊道重要性以及识别生态廊道夹点、障碍点,确定生态保护修复的关键区域,提出相应生态修复策略,为后续相关国土空间规划与相关专项规划的编制和调整提供科学依据。[方法]基于传统的“生态源识别—建立阻力面—提取生态廊道”研究思路,加入城市大数据兴趣点(points of interest,POIs),弥补生态源地识别与阻力面构建精度不足的问题,再通过电路理论识别区域生态廊道与生态夹点、障碍点,从而构建东莞市整体生态网络格局。[结果](1)共识别生态源29处,占研究区面积20.45%,主要位于东莞市南部片区;(2)共生成生态廊道74条,其中潜在生态廊道12条,水乡片区以及市域边缘区生态廊道需要重点关注与保护。[结论]东莞市南部生态条件较好,生态源地较为集中,但城市边缘区以及北部水乡片区生态夹点与障碍点较多,需要进行重点生态修复与维护。展开更多

The use of rodenticides in Gaza in the past years becomes easy due to rodent outbreak. The municipalities allow the use of rodenticides without quality control or technical supports. This situation leads to an easy pu...The use of rodenticides in Gaza in the past years becomes easy due to rodent outbreak. The municipalities allow the use of rodenticides without quality control or technical supports. This situation leads to an easy purchasing of zinc phosphide or its analog. This resulted in acute poising among adults and children. Herein we reported an accidental zinc phosphide poisoning to an adult man and discussed the associated medical complications with this case. Gastric lavage followed by atropine and vitamin K gavage on the 1st day of poisoning (hospital admission) resulted in a slight improvement of the case. Clinical symptoms included severe abdominal colic without losing conscious. Complete blood count (CBC) showed elevated levels of white blood cells (WBCs) and granulocytes (GRAN) levels indicating medical complication of the case. Biochemical analysis showed elevated levels of liver and cardiac biomarkers indicating potential liver and heart injuries. Continuous gavage of vitamin K, resulted in a gradual improvement of the case. On the 4th day of medical period, abdominal colic disappeared and CBC parameters became near the reference range. Consequently, the patient was set free from the hospital.展开更多

This paper, fi rst of all, based on the data of points of interest(POIs), analyzes the spatial distrib...Quantifying the degree of urban function mix has great signifi cance to both urban planning practices and studies. This paper, fi rst of all, based on the data of points of interest(POIs), analyzes the spatial distribution patterns of urban functions in Beijing. Then according to the taxi GPS data with the origin and destination points(taxi-ODs), we identify the spatial and temporal pattern of the degree of urban function mix in Beijing. Finally, based on the information entropy model of the POIs and taxi-ODs, we establish a spatial entropy and a temporal entropy to quantitatively assess the degree of urban function mix, confirming by virtue of correlation analysis and regression analysis that the spatial entropy of POIs is closely associated with the temporal entropy of taxi-ODs, which proves that it is reasonable to assess the degree of urban function mix via these two entropies. As a result, the degree of urban function mix in Beijing is characterized by slowly decreasing from its core area along the 3rd and 4th Ring Roads to its periphery. In detail, there is the highest degree of urban function mix in Beijing's traditional core areas, including Zhongguancun, CBD(Central Business District), the Old Dongcheng District, the Old Xicheng District, and the area within the 2nd Ring Road; a higher degree in Wangjing area; and a low degree in Tiantongyuan and Huilongguan communities. The analytical results have initially achieved a more accurate identifi cation and quantitative evaluation on the degree of urban function mix, and can be taken as a supporting tool to analyze the comprehensiveness of urban functions.展开更多
Predicting trip purpose from comprehensive and continuous smart card data is beneficial for transport and city planners in investigating travel behaviors and urban mobility.Here,we propose a framework,ActivityNET,usin...Predicting trip purpose from comprehensive and continuous smart card data is beneficial for transport and city planners in investigating travel behaviors and urban mobility.Here,we propose a framework,ActivityNET,using Machine Learning(ML)algorithms to predict passengers’trip purpose from Smart Card(SC)data and Points-of-Interest(POIs)data.The feasibility of the framework is demonstrated in two phases.Phase I focuses on extracting activities from individuals’daily travel patterns from smart card data and combining them with POIs using the proposed“activity-POIs consolidation algorithm”.Phase II feeds the extracted features into an Artificial Neural Network(ANN)with multiple scenarios and predicts trip purpose under primary activities(home and work)and secondary activities(entertainment,eating,shopping,child drop-offs/pick-ups and part-time work)with high accuracy.As a case study,the proposed ActivityNET framework is applied in Greater London and illustrates a robust competence to predict trip purpose.The promising outcomes demonstrate that the cost-effective framework offers high predictive accuracy and valuable insights into transport planning.展开更多
Population spatialization is widely used for spatially downscaling census population data to finer-scale.The core idea of modern population spatialization is to establish the association between ancillary data and pop...Population spatialization is widely used for spatially downscaling census population data to finer-scale.The core idea of modern population spatialization is to establish the association between ancillary data and population at the administrative-unit-level(AUlevel)and transfer it to generate the gridded population.However,the statistical characteristic of attributes at the pixel-level differs from that at the AU-level,thus leading to prediction bias via the cross-scale modeling(i.e.scale mismatch problem).In addition,integrating multi-source data simply as covariates may underutilize spatial semantics,and lead to incorrect population disaggregation;while neglecting the spatial autocorrelation of population generates excessively heterogeneous population distribution that contradicts to real-world situation.To address the scale mismatch in downscaling,this paper proposes a Cross-Scale Feature Construction(CSFC)method.More specifically,by grading pixel-level attributes,we construct the feature vector of pixel grade proportions to narrow the scale differences in feature representation between AU-level and pixel-level.Meanwhile,fine-grained building patch and mobile positioning data are utilized to adjust the population weighting layer generated from POI-density-based regression modeling.Spatial filtering is furtherly adopted to model the spatial autocorrelation effect of population and reduce the heterogeneity in population caused by pixel-level attribute discretization.Through the comparison with traditional feature construction method and the ablation experiments,the results demonstrate significant accuracy improvements in population spatialization and verify the effectiveness of weight correction steps.Furthermore,accuracy comparisons with WorldPop and GPW datasets quantitatively illustrate the advantages of the proposed method in fine-scale population spatialization.展开更多
