CsPbX_(3)-based(X=I,Br,Cl)inorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs)prepared by low-temperature process have attracted much attention because of their low cost and excellent thermal stability.However,the high trap state density and serious charge recombination between low-temperature processed TiO_(2)film and inorganic perovskite layer interface seriously restrict the performance of all-inorganic PSCs.Here a thin polyethylene oxide(PEO)layer is employed to modify TiO_(2)film to passivate traps and promote carrier collection.The impacts of PEO layer on microstructure and photoelectric characteristics of TiO_(2)film and related devices are systematically studied.Characterization results suggest that PEO modification can reduce the surface roughness of TiO_(2)film,decrease its average surface potential,and passivate trap states.At optimal conditions,the champion efficiency of CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs with PEO-modified TiO_(2)(PEO-PSCs)has been improved to 11.24%from 9.03%of reference PSCs.Moreover,the hysteresis behavior and charge recombination have been suppressed in PEO-PSCs. 展开更多

Pattern analysis method was used to study DC breakdown characteristics of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film, with particular attention paid to the breakdown phenomenon identification. The breakdown pattern (BP) was recorded by a monocular-video-zoom microscope. The records showed that the effective area of BP was almost identical to the types of electrodes. The effective area od. The diameter was obtained by a mathematical was calculated by a mathematical integral methstatistic method. The study revealed that the DC breakdown voltage of LDPE was lower than that of HDPE. The diameter and effective area of LDPE were smaller than those of HDPE, but it is opposite for the condition of the needle-plane electrode with plane electrode grounded. As for the needle-plane electrode, the diameter and effective area with the films near the needle electrode were smaller than those near the plane electrode, and those in the middle of air gap were between them. As for the sphere-plane electrode, the diameter and effective area with the films near the plane electrode were smaller than those near the sphere electrode, and those in the middle of air gap were between them. 展开更多

The films coated with hybrid materials were expected to improve abrasion resistance and mechanical properties. The morphology, mechanical properties, adhesion, and abrasion resistance of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films were characterized using an atomic force microscope, a tensile testing machine, a bagger knife, and a reciprocating fabric abrasion tester. The result of research indicated that the modification significantly affected the abrasion resistance and roughness. The-tensile strength and abrasion resistance of the modified PET films increased by 40% and 50% respectively at 3 % TEOS mass fraction. 展开更多

The three stages in the hot-drawing process of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene gel films can be detected by x-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, birefringence and scanning electron microscopy. In the first stage of the drawing process, the lamellae in the gel films rotate and/or slip with the b-axis preferentially perpendicular to the drawing direction. With increased drawing, the c-axis of the lamellae become parallel to the stretching direction while unfolding of the chain begins, and the chains of the amorphous phase also orient along the drawing direction in the strain-chain domain. When the draw ratio is large enough, the lamellar structure is transformed into a fibrillar structure in a two-dimensional fashion. 展开更多

In water deficit area, judicious use of water is essential for increasing area under crop production with limited water supply. Film Mulching has been advocated as an effective means for conserving soil moisture in rice production. The effects of high density polyethylene (HDPE) film on increasing rice production, controlling weeds and residue amount of plastic were studied under five treatments, including 5, 10, 15 and 20 μm thickness as well as bare cultivation (CK). The results indicated that the HDPE film mulching mode had significant effects on weed control, soil temperature, soil moisture, photosynthetic rate, seedling biomass, yield and residues of plastic film. Combined with economic effect, it showed that the HDPE film of 10 μm is the best option for rice production. 展开更多

Low density polyethylene film surface-grafted resorcinol was prepared by a sequential process.Firstly, acrylic acid was grafted to the surface of low density polyethylene by UV photo-grafting.Secondly, the carboxylic groups in poly(acrylic acid) chains were transferred to acyl chloride groups by the reaction of carboxylic groups with thionyl chloride.The stability of acyl chloride groups in several solvents(alcohol, water, acetone, aqueous NaOH and in N2 atmosphere) was investigated, and N2 atmosphere and acetone were appropriate media to protect acyl chloride groups from side reaction.Finally, resorcinol monomer reacted with acyl chloride to append to the poly(acrylic acid)chains at room temperature.FT-IR-ATR was used to characterize the change of carbonyl groups during each step of the grafting process.Furthermore, by the experimental data of gravimetric analysis the grafted resorcinol monomer on the surface of low density polyethylene film was verified to have undergone condensation with acetone further in the resorcinol/acetone solution at 56℃, which might be a useful feature for synthesizing a thermoplastic/thermosetting composition. 展开更多

High-density polyethylene(HDPE)film leakage location detection is frequently accomplished using the double-electrode technique.The electric potential and potential difference are the main physical parameters in the double-electrode approach.Due to the impact of the complex geoelectric environment,the electric potential and the electric potential difference are not sensitive enough to respond to minimal leakage.The tiny leaking area cannot be precisely located using the electric potential and electric potential difference.Using the COMSOL Multiphysics software,this study created a standard geoelectric model of the double-electrode method.We calculated a new parameter—the G parameter through secondary electric potential difference—based on the response characteristics of the electric potential and the electric potential difference while the HDPEfilm is leaking.The experiment demonstrates that the G parameter is more sensitive than the electric potential and electric potential difference for detecting the leaking area of HDPE film.The G parameter is more effective at detecting leakage than the electric potential and electric potential difference.The results of this study can be used to locate HDPEfilm leakage areas in a landfill. 展开更多

低温结合不同厚度保鲜膜对‘巨峰’葡萄贮藏品质的影响

为探究不同厚度低密度聚乙烯保鲜膜对采后葡萄质构品质及贮藏特性的影响,以‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,分别用0(无包装组,CK)、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05 mm和0.06 mm厚度的LDPE保鲜膜袋包装,于(1±1)℃低温下贮放42 d,每隔7 d测定其贮藏期... 为探究不同厚度低密度聚乙烯保鲜膜对采后葡萄质构品质及贮藏特性的影响,以‘巨峰’葡萄为试材,分别用0(无包装组,CK)、0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05 mm和0.06 mm厚度的LDPE保鲜膜袋包装,于(1±1)℃低温下贮放42 d,每隔7 d测定其贮藏期质构品质及贮藏特性指标,进行相关性分析,并采用主成分分析法确定最佳保鲜膜厚度。结果表明:与CK组相比,不同厚度LDPE保鲜膜均能延缓葡萄掉粒率及失重率的上升,较好地保持葡萄色泽和亮度,同时能抑制水分、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的下降,延缓果皮和果肉硬度的降低。CK组、0.05 mm和0.06 mm LDPE组分别在贮藏28 d、35 d和35 d时失去商品价值,而0.02 mm、0.03 mm和0.04 mm LDPE组能将葡萄保鲜期延长至42 d。相关性分析显示,葡萄贮藏期间质构、感官和营养各指标之间密切相关。PCA结果显示,0.03 mm LDPE组置信圈较窄小,保鲜效果最好。综上,0.03 mm LDPE能较好地保持‘巨峰’葡萄的贮藏品质。 展开更多

红/蓝光质调控聚乙烯(PE)棚膜一直以来是农膜行业亟需解决的难题。在PE中引入铈红(CeS)和钴蓝(CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)),通过吹塑工艺制备PE红/蓝光棚膜。光电雾度仪测试结果发现CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)对PE棚膜的透光率影响较小,但雾... 红/蓝光质调控聚乙烯(PE)棚膜一直以来是农膜行业亟需解决的难题。在PE中引入铈红(CeS)和钴蓝(CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)),通过吹塑工艺制备PE红/蓝光棚膜。光电雾度仪测试结果发现CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)对PE棚膜的透光率影响较小,但雾度和散光度有所增加;光纤光谱仪和手持式光谱照度仪表征结果显示CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)明显提升450~520 nm的蓝光和605~700 nm的红光透过率,且CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)质量比为1∶2时,红光透过率为39.2%,蓝光透过率为38.1%,红/蓝光透过比例为1.03;万能拉伸试验机测试结果发现CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)可改善PE棚膜的力学性能,其中拉伸强度较空白样提升约5.5%,断裂伸长率提升约16.8%,直角撕裂强度提升约3%,穿刺强度提升约21.8%;差示扫描量热仪表征结果显示添加CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)可提升PE氧化诱导期(Oit)达45 min以上,PE具有良好的耐热老化性能。上述测试表征结果表明:CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)的引入可明显提升PE棚膜的散光性能、力学性能、耐热稳定性能、红/蓝光透过率及透过比例。此外,可通过调控CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)的质量比获得不同红/蓝光质调控的PE功能棚膜。 展开更多

采用导电性能优异的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)为导电填料,以高分子聚合物聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为粘结剂,以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂配制成导电浆料,通过刮涂法高温固化得到聚氧化乙烯/还原氧化石墨烯(PEO/rGO)复合电热膜。通过X射线衍射仪、... 采用导电性能优异的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)为导电填料,以高分子聚合物聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为粘结剂,以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂配制成导电浆料,通过刮涂法高温固化得到聚氧化乙烯/还原氧化石墨烯(PEO/rGO)复合电热膜。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对复合电热膜进行分析表征,并测试了其电学特性和电加热性能。结果表明:PEO/rGO复合电热膜的方阻随着rGO含量的增加而逐渐下降,且方阻的下降速度由快到慢;PEO/rGO复合电热膜的升温速度随着导电填料rGO含量的增加逐渐变缓;当rGO含量较多、PEO含量较少时,会造成升温速率下降,也会造成电热平台不稳定;当rGO质量分数为20%时,在施加18V直流电压下复合电热膜可快速升温至43℃,并且表现出平稳的电热平台和较高的电加热效率,能够满足低温高效率复合电热膜的使用要求。 展开更多

地膜为农业发展带来了极大的便利,但由于其稳定的理化性质,在自然条件下极难进行处理,若处理不当极易对环境造成严重威胁。为了探究低温等离子体降解技术中不同实验因素对农业地膜降解效果的影响,本研究采用自制针板电极结构,通过施加... 地膜为农业发展带来了极大的便利,但由于其稳定的理化性质,在自然条件下极难进行处理,若处理不当极易对环境造成严重威胁。为了探究低温等离子体降解技术中不同实验因素对农业地膜降解效果的影响,本研究采用自制针板电极结构,通过施加高频交流电压对聚乙烯地膜进行了等离子体处理。分析了输入功率、放电时间、电极数量以及空气流通等因素对地膜降解率的影响。通过地膜质量、拉曼光谱图、扫描电子显微镜以及相对分子质量等参数对比了处理前后地膜的变化。结果表明:当输入功率由26 W上升至80 W,地膜降解率提升了约2.6倍,提高输入功率可以增加反应空间内的高能电子和活性物质,但能量效率并未随降解率而升高,当输入功率为51 W时,能量效率最高为58.82μg/(W·h);针尖数量会影响等离子体的均匀性和输入功率,随着针电极数量增加,地膜降解率由3.49%下降至2.1%后又上升到3.57%;延长放电时间会导致分子链结构更容易受到等离子体攻击,发生断裂;此外,空气流动性会影响反应器内的臭氧浓度,当输入功率较低时,密闭环境下臭氧浓度更高,当输入功率提升至80 W,具有良好空气流动性情况下臭氧浓度更高,有助于提升地膜降解率。 展开更多

取食聚乙烯材料对大蜡螟种群延续的影响直接决定了大蜡螟取食并生物降解废弃聚乙烯塑料应用的可行性,为验证该影响规律,以农业中常用降解新膜(JJXM)、PE新膜(PEXM)、农田残留滴灌带(FDGD)、农田残膜(NTCM)为不同聚乙烯材料食物,人工饲料... 取食聚乙烯材料对大蜡螟种群延续的影响直接决定了大蜡螟取食并生物降解废弃聚乙烯塑料应用的可行性,为验证该影响规律,以农业中常用降解新膜(JJXM)、PE新膜(PEXM)、农田残留滴灌带(FDGD)、农田残膜(NTCM)为不同聚乙烯材料食物,人工饲料(RGSL,对照组)做对比,恒温30℃、相对湿度(RH)60%±10%RH条件下连续饲养大蜡螟两个世代。结果表明:取食不同聚乙烯材料较RGSL首先显著降低了大蜡螟取食量,进而显著降低了大蜡螟蛹重蛹长、成虫体重体长、产卵量、孵化率;第二代取食不同聚乙烯材料量均较第一代增加,而蛹重、蛹长、成虫体重、孵化率均低于第一代(P>0.05);不同聚乙烯材料处理产卵量由高到低依次为NTCM、FDGD、PEXM、JJXM;5龄期大蜡螟幼虫在不同聚乙烯处理条件下较RGSL处理总历期有缩短的趋势。 展开更多

目的通过红外光谱技术结合化学计量学对药用复合膜的组合材料经行定性鉴别,分析判断各自的特征吸收峰。方法利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采集不同厂家多个批次复合膜样品的红外光谱图,原始光谱进过预处理后,采用系统聚类分析(HCA)、相似度... 目的通过红外光谱技术结合化学计量学对药用复合膜的组合材料经行定性鉴别,分析判断各自的特征吸收峰。方法利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采集不同厂家多个批次复合膜样品的红外光谱图,原始光谱进过预处理后,采用系统聚类分析(HCA)、相似度分析以及正交偏最小二乘判别分析法(OPLS-DA)对红外光谱数据进行分析。结果根据得到的红外光谱数据,将样品分为聚乙烯(PE)、聚酯(PET)和聚丙烯(PP)3种组合材料,各自的特征频率分布基本一致,只是峰强度存在差别。通过上述3种化学计量学方法的辅助分析,结果一致的情况下进一步确定了分类标准,符合研究要求。结论该方法分辨度好,可以快速、有效地识别药用复合膜的不同组合材料,为有关材料的红外光谱鉴别提供依据。 展开更多
