Experimental Study on Towing Characteristics of Composite Bucket Wellhead Platform

With the rapid development of large-scale development of marginal oilfields in China,simple wellhead platforms that are simple in structure and easy to install have become an inevitable choice in the process of oilfield development.However,traditional simple wellhead platforms are often discarded after a single use.In pursuit of a more costeffective approach to developing marginal oilfields,this paper proposes a new offshore oil field development facility—an integrated bucket foundation for wellhead platform.To verify the safety of its towing behavior and obtain the dynamic response characteristics of the structure,this paper takes a bucket integrated bucket foundation for wellhead platform with a diameter of 40 m as the research object.By combining physical model tests and numerical simulations,it analyzes the static stability and dynamic response characteristics of the structure during towing,complete with the effects of the draft,wave height,wave period,and towing point height,which produce the dynamic responses of the structure under different influence factors,such as roll angle,pitch angle,heave acceleration and towing force as well as the sensibility to transport variables.The results show that the integrated bucket foundation for wellhead platform is capable of self-floating towing,and its movement is affected by the local environment,which will provide a reference for actual projects. 展开更多

An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc. 展开更多

This paper addresses the development and testing of a remotely controlled boat platform with an innovative air-ventilated hull. The application of air cavities on the underside of ship hulls is a promising means for reducing hydrodynamic drag and pollutant emissions and increasing marine transportation efficiency. Despite this concept's potential, design optimization and high-performance operation of novel air-cavity ships remain a challenging problem. Hull construction and sensor instrumentation of the model-scale air-cavity boat is described in the paper. The modular structure of the hull allows for easy modifications, and an electric propulsion unit enables self-propelled operation. The boat is controlled remotely via a radio transmission system. Results of initial tests are reported, including thrust, speed, and airflow rate in several loading conditions. The constructed platform can be used for optimizing air-cavity systems and testing other innovative hull designs. This system can be also developed into a high-performance unmanned boat. 展开更多

Test Research on Influence of Draft on Towing Behaviors of 3-Bucket Foundation Platform

To investigate the natural frequencies and towing behaviors of a 3-bucket foundation platform at different drafts, the decay and towing experiments were carried out in a towing tank on a scale of 1:20. The air pressure inside the bucket foundations, the water pressure at the bottom of the bucket foundations, the acceleration of the platform and the towing force were determined in the test process. The time-history curves of the measured parameters were obtained, and the frequency responses of the parameters at different drafts were analyzed by means of fast Fourier transform(FFT). The results showed that the platform natural frequency of heave decreased slightly with the rise of draft. The natural frequencies of roll and pitch are much lower than that of heave, and they increased slightly with the increase of draft. When towing in the following sea, the maximum acceleration of surge, sway and heave has downward trends with the increase of draft, but the change range decreased gradually with the increase of draft. When the draft is 5.0 m(the ratio of draft to bucket height is 0.56), the towing dynamic responses achieve the maximum, which is not conducive to the towing of the platform. When the draft is 6.0 m(the ratio of draft to bucket height is 0.67), the towing dynamic responses are the most stable. 展开更多

Because elastic linkage is a key part in whole asymmetrical pitch system, in order to obtain the variation of the elastic linkage deformation, an experimental platform mainly based on the device of micro aerial vehicles (MAVs) and a new control system mounted on TMS320LF2407 are designed. This control system has its compacted configuration and reliability. Internal solitary waves(ISWs) contain great energy and have the characteristics of emergency and concealment. To avoid their damage to offshore engineering, a new generation of monitoring and early warning system for ISWs was developed using technologies of double buoys monitoring, intelligent realtime data transmission, and automatic software identification. The system was applied to the second natural gas hydrates(NGHs) production test in the Shenhu Area, South China Sea(SCS) and successfully provided the early warning of ISWs for 173 days(from October 2019 to April 2020). The abrupt changes in the thrust force of the drilling platform under the attack of ISWs were consistent with the early warning information, proving the reliability of this system. A total of 93 ISWs were detected around the drilling platform. Most of them occurred during the spring tides in October–December 2019 and April 2020, while few of them occurred in winter. As suggested by the theoretical model, the full-depth structure of ISWs was a typical current profile of mode-1, and the velocities of wave-induced currents can reach 80 cm/s and30 cm/s, respectively, in the upper ocean and near the seabed. The ISWs may be primarily generated from the interactions between the topography and semidiurnal tides in the Luzon Strait, and then propagate westward to the drilling platform. This study could serve as an important reference for the early warning of ISWs for offshore engineering construction in the future. 展开更多

盾构隧道结构在全寿命周期中往往将面临诸多复杂荷载状态,如注浆、偏载、偏转等非对称偏不利工况。为验证结构在这些复杂荷载状态下的适用性,探究结构力学性能,开展足尺原型结构试验研究往往是最为直接而有效的手段。既有原型试验主要... 盾构隧道结构在全寿命周期中往往将面临诸多复杂荷载状态,如注浆、偏载、偏转等非对称偏不利工况。为验证结构在这些复杂荷载状态下的适用性,探究结构力学性能,开展足尺原型结构试验研究往往是最为直接而有效的手段。既有原型试验主要关注隧道结构在简单对称荷载条件下的力学性能,鲜有关注复杂非对称荷载状态。为拓展原型试验的适用范围,提出了适用于不同断面盾构隧道结构的原型试验平台和用于模拟复杂荷载状态的试验荷载设计方法。该方法适用于任意加载点布置和液压站分组的试验系统,可对注浆、偏载、偏转等复杂荷载状态下结构响应进行精确模拟。通过类矩形盾构隧道、双圆隧道和圆形隧道的偏载原型结构试验研究,验证了试验平台和试验荷载设计方法的适用性。进一步针对试验关键参数的分析表明,控制目标权重系数的调整能有效满足不同的试验模拟要求;基于试验荷载设计方法优化的迭代算法能有效考虑计算模型或边界支承条件的非线性;环箍钢绞线和千斤顶的组合加载模式能将拟合误差水平降低至千斤顶加载模式的1/5,但需要删去部分加载点使试验荷载合理且适用;对于越复杂的结构和荷载,精确模拟结构状态需要的试验系统独立荷载组数越高,对试验平台的要求也越高。 展开更多

超宽窄行蕉园起垄机抛土机构设计与试验

目的在查阅大量国内外有关起垄机构的研究文献基础上,结合新型蕉园种植模式和农艺要求,设计一种蕉园起垄机抛土机构,实现蕉园起垄机械化作业。方法对抛土起垄机构主要部件进行建模仿真,应用EDEM对抛土起垄过程进行仿真,以导向罩角度、... 目的在查阅大量国内外有关起垄机构的研究文献基础上,结合新型蕉园种植模式和农艺要求,设计一种蕉园起垄机抛土机构,实现蕉园起垄机械化作业。方法对抛土起垄机构主要部件进行建模仿真,应用EDEM对抛土起垄过程进行仿真,以导向罩角度、叶轮转速、叶片宽度及叶片偏角作为试验因素,将抛撒距离和土壤集中率作为评价指标,进行单因素和正交旋转组合仿真试验,探究因素对抛土起垄机构作业性能的影响。最后利用Design-Expert数据处理软件对仿真数据进行分析,得到作业最优组合参数,并将最优参数组合来制作样机进行平台试验。结果通过仿真试验与平台试验对比,得出最佳起垄组合参数:导向罩角度为30°,叶轮转速为275 r/min,叶片宽度为82 mm、叶片偏角为–7.5°;罩角度为62°,叶轮转速为314 r/min,叶片宽度为82 mm、叶片偏角为–7.5°,最终得到仿真结果中土壤集中度分别为73%和81%,抛撒距离为2081.29 mm和979.2 mm,平台试验验证结果在合理区间范围内。结论根据仿真与平台试验结果的对比,得到机构抛土效果满足蕉园的起垄要求的最佳参数组合,为“超宽窄行”蕉园起垄机械设计提供了参考依据。 展开更多

非等宽平台设计是提高碎裂岩体路堑高边坡动力稳定性的有效方法之一,在规范平台宽度不小于2 m背景下,研究该类型边坡的动力响应特征具有重要工程应用价值。通过FLAC3D有限元软件计算三级台阶式边坡平台位置的PGA放大系数、塑性变形区和... 非等宽平台设计是提高碎裂岩体路堑高边坡动力稳定性的有效方法之一,在规范平台宽度不小于2 m背景下,研究该类型边坡的动力响应特征具有重要工程应用价值。通过FLAC3D有限元软件计算三级台阶式边坡平台位置的PGA放大系数、塑性变形区和最大剪应变,然后基于数值模拟结果设计大型振动台物理模拟试验开展非等宽台阶式边坡变形失稳特征和PGA放大系数变化研究,对二级平台宽度引起的边坡破坏程度进行分析,提出路堑边坡工程设计建议。数值模拟表明,随着中间平台宽度增加PGA放大系数先减后增,考虑平台的分割效应下建议该工程二级平台宽度为4 m;物理试验表明,边坡易在平台处产生应力集中,平台分割效应使边坡逐渐分解为局部破坏,地震作用下发生累进变形破坏,分为缓慢变形、加速变形和失稳破坏阶段。研究成果为该类型路堑边坡平台的设计提供了依据。 展开更多

为研究双层圆钢管混凝土长柱在压、扭荷载作用下的力学性能,利用研制的Stewart六自由度加载平台,进行了两个普通圆钢管混凝土长柱和两个双层圆钢管混凝土长柱试件在纯扭、压扭作用下的低周往复试验。对比分析了各试件的承载力、扭转变... 为研究双层圆钢管混凝土长柱在压、扭荷载作用下的力学性能,利用研制的Stewart六自由度加载平台,进行了两个普通圆钢管混凝土长柱和两个双层圆钢管混凝土长柱试件在纯扭、压扭作用下的低周往复试验。对比分析了各试件的承载力、扭转变形、耗能、滞回性能,进行了有限元参数分析。研究表明:普通圆钢管混凝土长柱和双层圆钢管混凝土长柱均具有较好的抗扭能力;与普通圆钢管混凝土长柱相比,双层圆钢管混凝土长柱的初始刚度和承载力略有提升,滞回曲线更饱满,耗能能力和延性大幅提升;参数分析表明含钢率一定时,内层钢管径厚比越大,对抗扭越有利;一定范围内的轴向荷载,可提高钢管混凝土柱的抗扭能力。 展开更多

为了研究国家海洋试验场的“国海试1”平台与锚泊优化方案是否满足设计要求,采用物理模型试验方法,制作1∶30试验平台模型,在国家海洋技术中心海洋动力环境实验室开展百余组不同波高、波周期、波向的不规则波、定常风和等效均匀流联合... 为了研究国家海洋试验场的“国海试1”平台与锚泊优化方案是否满足设计要求,采用物理模型试验方法,制作1∶30试验平台模型,在国家海洋技术中心海洋动力环境实验室开展百余组不同波高、波周期、波向的不规则波、定常风和等效均匀流联合作用下,两点式躺地链系泊状态下的模型运动响应研究。对比分析试验结果与对应试验平台的设计指标,结果表明:同样海况下,风浪与潮流同向时,试验平台的运动响应更剧烈;流速1.14 m/s、4级海况时,试验平台最大横摇角为10.41°,“国海试1”平台无法开展正常的吊装工作;流速1.14m/s、6级海况时,试验平台最大横摇角为15.07°,“国海试1”平台搭载的试验测试设备无法正常工作;流速1.14 m/s、8级海况时,试验平台最大横摇角为20.21°,平台存在安全隐患,应采取避险措施;“国海试1”满足抗7级风浪的设计要求。该研究成果验证了改进后的国家海洋综合试验场“国海试1”平台满足抗7级海况的设计要求。因此,建议“国海试1”平台在6级海况下应停止试验作业,8级海况下应采取必要的避险措施。该研究为同类新型海洋平台水动力研究提供了参考。 展开更多

卧式储罐常用于油气、危化品的储存,储罐覆土后可减少介质蒸发损耗、缩小与周围临近设施的安全间距,可有效降低爆炸冲击、碎片飞溅产生的破坏,该技术在石油化工行业应用较广。鉴于基础沉降、土体塌陷等地质灾害因素,以及覆土厚度、覆土... 卧式储罐常用于油气、危化品的储存,储罐覆土后可减少介质蒸发损耗、缩小与周围临近设施的安全间距,可有效降低爆炸冲击、碎片飞溅产生的破坏,该技术在石油化工行业应用较广。鉴于基础沉降、土体塌陷等地质灾害因素,以及覆土厚度、覆土边坡角度等工程建设因素均会影响覆土式卧罐的安全施工和运行维护,因此设计研制了砂床基础沉降作用下覆土式卧罐安全性测试平台。该平台可模拟卧罐在不同覆土厚度及边坡角度状态下的应变变化,也可模拟砂床基础的不同沉降长度和高度对卧罐安全性的影响;通过该测试平台可直接观测覆土的沉降位移,能够准确测定卧罐的应变以及罐周土压力,为研究卧罐在砂床基础沉降作用下的安全性提供依据。该平台依托于实际工程背景,兼顾工程实际与科研教学,为师生的科研创新提供了新的平台。 展开更多
