目的探讨牙种植体周围龈沟液中可溶性髓样细胞触发性受体-1(soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell,sTREM-1)的水平与种植体周围炎的关系。方法收集2013年1月—2016年12月在莆田学院附属医院行牙种植术后出现不同程度...目的探讨牙种植体周围龈沟液中可溶性髓样细胞触发性受体-1(soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell,sTREM-1)的水平与种植体周围炎的关系。方法收集2013年1月—2016年12月在莆田学院附属医院行牙种植术后出现不同程度牙种植体周围炎的46名患者(种植体75颗)为研究对象,选取同期来院行牙种植术后种植体周围组织健康的患者18名(种植体25颗)为对照组。收集种植体周围龈沟液,采用ELISA法检测龈沟液样本中sTREM-1的浓度,记录种植体周围袋深度(peri-implantitis peroxidase depth,PPD)、种植体周牙槽骨丧失深度(The distance from the shoulder of the implant to the bottom of the bony defect,DSB)、改良龈沟出血指数(modified sulcus bleeding index,m SBI)和改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index,m PLI);分析种植体周围PPD、DSB、mSBI、mPLI和sTREM-1的相关性。结果轻度、中度、重度种植体周围炎龈沟液中sTREM-1的浓度均高于健康组(P<0.05);重度种植体周围炎龈沟液中sTREM-1的浓度高于轻度和中度种植体周围炎组(P<0.05);轻度和中度种植体周围炎龈沟液中sTREM-1的浓度差异无统计学意见(P>0.05)。sTREM-1的浓度与植体周围PPD、DSB、mSBI、mPLI均呈正相关。结论种植体周围炎龈沟液中sTREM-1的浓度与种植体周围组织的炎症程度密切相关,随着组织炎症严重程度的增加而升高。展开更多

Apoptotic cell death of macrophages is considered to be a protective host defense that eliminates pathogens and infected cells. In this study, we investigated the involvement of Notch signaling in regulating apoptosis in macrophages treated with tuberculin purified protein derivative (PPD). Murine bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) treated with PPD or infected with Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) induced upregulation of Notch1. This upregulation correlated well with the upregulation of the anti-apoptotic gene mcl-1 both at the transcriptional and translational levels. Decreased levels of Notch I and Mcl- 1 were observed in BMM treated with PPD when a gamma secretase inhibitor (GSI), which inhibits the processing of Notch receptors, was used. Moreover, silencing Notch1 in the macrophage-like cell line RAW264.7 decreased Mcl-1 protein expression, suggesting that Notch1 is critical for Mcl-1 expression in macrophages. A significant increase in apoptotic cells was observed upon treatment of BMM with PPD in the presence of GSI compared to the vehicle-control treated cells. Finally, analysis of the mcl-1 promoter in humans and mice revealed a conserved potential CSURBP-Jκ binding site. The association of Notch I with the mcl-1 promoter was confirmed by chromatin immunoprecipitation. Taken together, these results indicate that Notch I inhibits apoptosis of macrophages stimulated with PPD by directly controlling the mcl-1 promoter.展开更多
Pour point depressants(PPDs),also know as wax crystal modifiers,are polymeric materials that when added to a mineral based lubricant can significantly improve the low temperature low shear properties or pumpability of...Pour point depressants(PPDs),also know as wax crystal modifiers,are polymeric materials that when added to a mineral based lubricant can significantly improve the low temperature low shear properties or pumpability of an oil.For many years the lubricant industry has set requirements for pumpability of engine oils,with the most well known requirement being the ASTM D4684 MRV TP-1 specification within SAE J300.ILSAC has gone a step further in their GF-4 and GF-5 specifications by requiring these generations of oil to be tested for pumpability after severe ageing.As the number and severity of pumpability tests increase the need for proper PPD selection becomes very apparent.This paper will present a brief history of pumpability and the tests used to measure low temperature shear viscosity,including the new ROBO test for aged oils.Data will be presented to show that,with proper PPD selection,an oil can easily be formulated to meet all the low temperature low shear requirements of SAE and ILSAC.展开更多
