Innovation and Practice of the Concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in Nursing Professional Experimental Teaching from the Perspective of Multidimensional Education Theory

[Objective]From the perspective of multi-dimensional education theory,explore the situation of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing professional experimental teaching.[Methods]Through investigation and research,collect relevant data on the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing major,including the understanding degree of the concept,the cognition of the role in nursing major learning,the cognition of the importance of each part,the participation degree,practical operation problems and overall satisfaction,etc.[Results]The survey found that the proportion of those who have a deep understanding of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”is low(very understanding 12.45%,relatively understanding 14.16%),and most are at the general level or below;most respondents recognize that this concept has a positive effect on nursing major learning,especially in improving practical ability(80.13%agree);post practice is considered the most important(accounting for 57.02%),but the participation degree in course learning is the highest(65.94%);insufficient practical opportunities(61.81%)and the disconnection between courses and practice(52.39%)are prominent problems in practical operations;on the whole,most respondents have a positive attitude towards this concept(very satisfied 28.82%,relatively satisfied 36.87%),but there are still a small number of dissatisfied people.[Conclusion]The concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”has important value in nursing major learning,but its popularization degree needs to be improved,and there are many problems in practical operations.When promoting this concept in nursing professional experimental teaching,existing problems should be solved and the needs of a small number of people should be paid attention to so as to improve the overall effect.

Exploration of Practice Teaching Reform Based on Outcome-Based Education Concept:Taking Environmental Design Major as an Example

The concept of OBE(outcome-based education)is more focused on designing and implementing teaching activities around expected learning outcomes than the traditional teaching model and enhancing the quality of education through clear and measurable learning outcomes,which has led to profound changes in the field of education.However,environmental design practice teaching faces a series of challenges in the implementation of the OBE concept,including the complexity of the assessment system,personalized learning and creative learning,and over-reliance on quantitative assessment.Therefore,in order to further deepen the professionalization of the OBE concept,we have conducted research on the design education practice models at home and abroad,explored the practice teaching models and their applications such as project system,studio model,practical internships,and technology-driven interdisciplinary integration,and took the practice innovative teaching models of Stanford d.school and Rhode Island School of Design(RISD)as examples to explore the characteristics of the curricula,cultivation modes,and the development of the environmental design professional practice teaching model.The characteristics of OBE and RISD are discussed to provide a global vision and local contextual reference for the practice teaching reform of environmental design majors.

Homogenization Construction of Three-Level Teaching Bases for General Practice Medicine Under the Internet+Model

With the continuous expansion of medical student enrollment,the number of clinical teaching bases is gradually increasing.However,there are significant differences in clinical teaching management models and teaching levels among different bases.Most clinical teaching bases have incomplete teaching management systems,inadequate teaching management institutions,insufficient teaching personnel,and inadequate implementation of teaching rules and regulations.This article combines the construction practice of three-level clinical teaching base of the General Medicine College and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University.We establish a standardized management system for the three-level clinical teaching base;implement a teaching supervision system and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality;adopt multiple evaluations to test the effectiveness of clinical teaching implementation;explore the path of homogenization construction of teaching bases in terms of unified teacher training,promoting the development of teacher teaching abilities with equal quality and excellence,and providing a reference for improving the quality of medical talent training.

On the Improvement Method of Photography Practice Teaching

The Dialectical Relationship between "Changing" and "Unchanging" in GIS Practice Teaching in the Social Transition Period

New requirements have been proposed for GIS practice teaching in colleges and universities in response to the developmental changes of national and industrial sectors during the social transition.Meanwhile,the underlying core characteristics of GIS should remain unchanged in GIS teaching to ensure they serve as the inherent attributes distinguishing GIS from other disciplines.Therefore,the clarification of the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” in GIS practice teaching becomes the primary issue to address in relevant teaching reform.To address this issue,the present study systematically analyzes the structural contradictions in GIS practice teaching in the social transition period,and then closely examines the dialectical relationship between “changing” and “unchanging” from the key aspects of educational philosophy,teaching content,teaching methodology,and teaching assessment.Next,using the course of “GIS Practice Design” at the Central South University as an example,the present study describes this university’s reform and inheritance in GIS practice teaching,aiming to provide reference for GIS practice teaching in other universities or majors.

Research and Practice of Cooperative Teaching System for Software Engineering Major

In order to respond to the new engineering construction of the Ministry of Education,and explore the innovative talent training model of collaborative education and multidisciplinary integration,this paper relies on the software engineering teaching team of the School of Software Engineering,Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,through the implementation of the collaborative education project of the Ministry of Education,and proposes the multi-course collaborative practice teaching system,through the reasonable cross-fusion of the practical links of the 5 software engineering courses in the college,realizes the multi-course collaborative education and reasonable cross-fusion of courses,shares practical project resources,introduces new enterprise technologies,and guides students’innovation and entrepreneurship provide a meaningful reference for the collaborative arrangement of teaching content and cross-disciplinary integration in the current university education system.

Teaching Exploration of Green Building Design Practice

Green building design is the current development trend of architectural education.Various architectural colleges are actively seeking a new design method and teaching mode that integrates green building education and undergraduate course teaching design.Various courses pay attention to the implantation of green building design in teaching reform,which is of great significance to cultivate students to set up green building values,and improve students’ practical ability and ecological building concept.Taking the green building design education practice of Xi’an University of Science and Technology as an example,the study aimed to provide effective methods for cultivating green building design professionals through teaching content reform,teaching method innovation,and diversified teaching modes.

A proposed model for best practice in nursing clinical teaching in China

Objective To explore a corresponding model that would bridge the gap between the practice of clinical teaching of nursing students in clinical settings in China and the clinical instructors' standard teaching of nursing students in clinical settings in the Philippines. Methods A phenomenological-qualitative,non-experimental type of research was utilized to recruit 27 staff nurses/clinical teachers in China. Data was collected by using audio-tapes and taking notes in the interviews. Results A content analysis was conducted and the sorted into four themes:(1) The things that they were able to teach their students;(2) The things that they were not able to teach their students;(3) The difficulties encountered in doing Clinical Teaching for their students;(4) Suggestions to improve Clinical Teaching. Conclusion According to the findings,the "CP's Proposed Nursing Clinical Teaching Model"should be introduced into the clinical set-up for staff nurses/clinical teachers handling nursing students in China.

Innovation Practices of Virtual Simulation Teaching Method in Landscape Architecture Majors

Based on foreign and domestic literature about teaching theories and simulation application,advantages and disadvantages of simulation teaching and other teaching methods were compared,organization forms and efficiency of simulation teaching in network environment discussed,students' learning patterns and styles summarized,and the theoretical research foundation for the simulation teaching and students' learning system in network environment established.Common problems of simulation teaching and corresponding students' learning styles were discussed,application and supervision system of simulation teaching established,students' learning styles innovated.Views and innovations of virtual simulation teaching in simulation teaching of landscape architecture were given,and the research framework sorted out as reference.

MOOC/SPOC Blended Teaching Practice on Software Engineering Using“Integration of Physical Classroom,Online Classroom and Practical Classroom”

With the vigorous development of MOOC and SPOC,software engineering teachers are exploring how to use first-class online resources to reconstruct the software engineering teaching system.This study proposed a project-driven group discussion classroom teaching reform,which is characterized by“the trinity integration of physical classroom,online classroom,and practical classroom”.The reform employs heuristic and case-based teaching methods,in which,the curriculum is supplemented by smart teaching tools and takes discussion teaching as the core.The teaching process emphasizes the accumulation of multi-stage study results and adopts smart teaching method innovation.In this study,we also build practical classrooms with top software companies.We encourage students to participate in the classroom and take the initiative to practice through“discussion groups”“enterprise practice”,and“cloud training”,which improves learning effectiveness and enhances the ability to analyze problems,design systems,and innovate in actual software projects.

English Teachers’ Beliefs About Multilingual Awareness in L3 Learning and Their Teaching Practice in Chinese EFL Context

Teachers’ beliefs toward multilingual awareness in target language learning play a significant role in shaping learners’ attitudes to language awareness, affect learners’ linguistic behavior and teachers’ teaching practice. Therefore, the present study was aimed to explore English teachers’ beliefs about Inner Mongolian university students’ multilingual awareness in L3 learning and their teaching practice in Chinese EFL context. One hundred English teachers from six universities in Inner Mongolia, China, participated in this investigation. The data was collected through a questionnaire and teacher interviews. The results indicate that English teachers hold positive attitudes to multilingual awareness in general;however, there are belief differences between Mongolian and Han teachers;there exist discrepancies between English teachers’ beliefs about multilingual awareness and their teaching practice, and social-cultural environment, family language policy,teacher identity, learning experience, teaching materials, and, more importantly, teachers’ lack of awareness of fostering learners’ multilingual awareness lead to the discrepancies. The present research highlights the necessity of raising teacher awareness of cultivating multilingual awareness in future teacher development and emphasizes the significance of exploring the potential cognitive advantages of multilingualism in promoting L3 learning and developing English learners’ multilingual competence in the EFL context in China.
