Investment risk analysis of China's wind power industry based on pre-assessment matrix

Wind energy is a clean and sustainable energy,and wind power does not rely on fossil fuels.So there is no fuel price risk,and it,of course,does not include the environmental costs,such as carbon emissions.Because of these unique advantages,wind power has gradually become an important part of the strategy of sustainable development in China.Now with the growing voices on global greenhouse gas emission reduction,and as a clean and efficient energy, wind power has huge potential in combating climate change,energy security pressures and the needs for energy.Wind power in China began to develop from the 1980s.In the first 20 years,the speed of development was slow;but since 2004,it has had an extremely rapid growth.This paper,in order to study the development mechanism of China's wind power industry,investigated and analyzed the status quo of wind power industry in China,and then found that(1) the development trend of wind power industry in China appears exponential growth;(2)China's installed capacity of wind power is still smaller than that os some other countries;(3)new subsidy policies bring developing opportunities to wind power industry in China;(4)the sectors of wind power industry are in unbalanced growing;(5)the owners of proposed wind farms are too optimistic though the built wind farm had many problems.In addition,by using the methodology of Game Theory,this paper has also constructed the matrix of pre-assessing risks of China's wind power industry to further discuss the potential risk factors within China's wind power industry as risk factors of wind farm construction,risk factors of production of wind turbines,risk factors of parts and components manufacturing industry under risk indicators like R&D,patents,the domestic policy,the international policy,the quality of products and the market regulation,in order to provide a scientific assessment and self-assessment tool for investors or implementers, and also to promote the further development of the wind power industry.

An Investigation on Pre-service English Teachers’ Perceptions Toward Using Portfolio Assessment in English Writing Teaching at Middle Schools

According to curriculum reform,more diversified ways of evaluation on students are needed.In response to the need of this,recent years have seen an increase in using portfolio assessment as evaluation method in English writing teaching,which is a kind of formative assessment.Prior studies investigated the effects of portfolio assessment on improving students’writing abilities from students’points of views.However,this thesis is set from the angles of pre-service teachers,which looks at their perceptions to using portfolio assessment in teaching writing.

Outcomes of patients with cirrhosis undergoing non-hepatic surgery:Risk assessment and management

The reported mortality rates in patients with cirrhosis undergoing various non-transplant surgical procedures range from 8.3% to 25%. This wide range of mortality rates is related to severity of liver disease, type of surgery, demographics of patient population, expertise of the surgical, anesthesia and intensive care unit team and finally, reporting bias. In this article, we will review the pathophysiology, morbidity and mortality associated with non-hepatic surgery in patients with cirrhosis, and then recommend an algorithm for risk assessment and evidence based management strategy to optimize post-surgical outcomes.

Enhancing Learners’Performance in Grade 7 Mathematics Through 50-30-20 Exercise

Assessment exercises constitute a crucial component of the teaching and learning process,serving the purpose of gauging the degree to which learning objectives have been accomplished.This study aims to assess the mathematics performance of Grade 7 learners using the 50-30-20 exercise.Specifically,this study seeks to determine the learners’pre-test and post-test mean scores,identify significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results,evaluate learners’exercises,and propose enhanced exercises.The research employs a quasi-experimental design,with 40 Grade 7 learners in the school year 2023-2024 as participants,selected through purposive non-random sampling.Statistical data analysis involves the use of mean,standard deviation,paired t-test,and Cohen’s D effect size.Ethical considerations were paramount,as evidenced by a letter of authorization from the school head outlining the strict adherence to voluntary participation,informed parental consent,anonymity,confidentiality,risk mitigation,results-sharing protocols,and the commitment to keeping research data confidential.The data yielded a remarkable outcome:the experimental group exhibited improvement in both the pre-test and post-test.This result substantiates the initial objective of the study,showcasing a noteworthy and favorable performance among the participants.Consequently,it suggests that a majority of the participants strongly agree that the 50-30-20 exercises contribute to enhancing their understanding and problem-solving skills,as well as their ability to grasp mathematical concepts and improve their overall performance in mathematics.Therefore,the 50-30-20 exercises not only facilitated students in understanding mathematics lessons but were also aligned with the Department of Education’s development plan.

Heath Assessment Method of EMU Trains in Level 3-5 Maintenance and Repair

An accurate and objective assessment of the health status of EMU trains is of great importance.In order to make sure the trains are functional,reliable,and endurable in their full life cycle(FLC),health assessment method for EMU trains after Level 3-5 maintenance and repair is studied.First,the element-selection principles and the assessment rules are defined;second,to present the complex topological relationship between the elements in assessment,a functional logical structure construction method is proposed;third,a health value calculation model is defined based on the element’s characteristics and their logical structures.The health variables of each element is calculated and fitted following the steps in the corresponding weight calculation methods.The assessment method is proved to be applicable and effective.

HBV PreS2+S/IFN-α融合基因真核表达载体的构建及其表达

构建含HBVPrdS2 +S和IFN α融合基因的真核表达载体pcDNA3.1.S2S/IFN α并在真核细胞中进行表达。应用重叠延伸剪切技术 (splicingbyoverlappingextension ,简称SOE)经两次PCR获得嵌合基因片段S2S/IFN α ,回收后直接克隆到 pcDNA3.1V5 /HisTOPOTA克隆载体 ,得到真核重组载体pcDNA3.1.S2S/IFN α。然后用脂质体法转染VeroE6细胞。对重组载体进行了限制性酶切及PCR鉴定 ,证明连接正确 ;经间接免疫荧光检测证实该重组载体能在真核细胞中表达插入的外源性基因编码的融合蛋白。真核表达载体pcDNA3.1.S2S/IFN α的成功构建及在VeroE6细胞中的有效表达 。

工程教育专业认证背景下地方应用型高校多元混合式一流课程建设--以“材料力学”为例

从工程教育专业认证的视角来看,课程教学已经不再以“内容为本”,教学内容、资源、手段和组织形式等需要围绕实现课程教学目标和达成学生预期学习成果而展开。将金课的“两性一度”、工程教育专业认证的“三大理念”和BOPPPS(bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, summary)教学模型的“六个模块”相结合,探索了一种“导入有创新、目标较高阶、前测有挑战、以学生为中心的交互、以产出为导向的后测和持续改进的总结”的教学模式。以“材料力学”课程为例,探索在一流课程建设过程中,教师应该“如何教、教什么”才能让学生“乐于学、学的到”,逐步形成了以“课程目标—资源建设—组织实施—综合评价—持续改进”的集知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造为一体的课程教学闭环。

Preβ-1高密度脂蛋白与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

动脉粥样硬化是心血管疾病重要的病理生理基础,延缓和防治动脉粥样硬化对于减少和降低心血管疾病的发病率及病死率具有重要意义。高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)通过参与介导胆固醇逆向转运(reverse cholesterol transport,RCT)在抗动脉粥样硬化的形成和进展中发挥了重要作用。Preβ-1高密度脂蛋白(prebeta-1 high density lipoprotein,Preβ-1HDL)作为HDL的一种亚类,是外周细胞移出胆固醇的最初接受体,直接参与了RCT的起始步骤,并在随后的胆固醇酯化及转运中起着重要作用。本文就Preβ-1HDL的结构、代谢及其与心血管疾病的关系作一简要综述。

Effect of past and present lifestyle habits and nutrition on calcaneal quantitative osteo-sono index in pre- and post-menopausal females

This study is examined the effect of past and present lifestyle habits and nutrition on the os-teo-sono assessment index (OSI) in pre- and post-menopausal females. The subjects were 200 premenopausal females (38.8±10.3years) and 156 postmenopausal females (59.2±5.9 ye- ars). BMD (Body mineral density) was estimated by right-calcaneal OSI using an ultrasonic transmission method with an AOS-100 device (ALOKA). The number of postmenopau- sal fe-males in the close examination and guidance required groups (80 cases: 51.3 %) (OSI < 2.428) was significantly higher than that of premeno-pausal females (44 cases: 22.0 %) (χ2=33.105: P<0.000). In premenopausal females, the proportion of subjects that had not taken vitamin D in the past (in junior high school and high school) was significantly higher in the close examination- guidance required group (OSI < 2.428) than in the normal group (OSI ≧ 2.428). However, in postmenopausal females, there was no signifi-cant difference in past and present lifestyle habits and nutrition between the close exami-nation-guidance required group and the normal group. In premenopausal females, it was deter-mined that the intake of vitamin D during pu-berty increased the absorption of calcium sig-nificantly.

Assessment of structural damage using natural frequency changes

The present paper develops a new method for damage localization and severity estimation based on the employment of modal strain energy. This method is able to determine the damage locations and estimate their severities, requiring only the information about the changes of a few lower natural frequencies. First, a damage quantification method is formulated and iterative approach is adopted for determining the damage extent. Then a damage localization algorithm is proposed, in which a damage indicator is formulated where unity value corresponds to the true damage scenario. Finally, numerical studies and model tests are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed algorithm.

Cardiovascular assessment in liver transplant for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis patients:What we do,what we should do

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is increasing considerably due to the current lifestyle,which means that it is becoming one of the main indications for liver transplantation.On the other hand,there is a strong association between NAFLD and cardiovascular disease.This has been evidenced in many studies revealing a higher presence of carotid plaques or carotid intima-media thickness,leading to cardiovascular events and,ultimately,mortality.According to the liver transplant guidelines,screening for heart disease in transplant candidates should be performed by electrocardiogram and transthoracic echocardiography while a stress echocardiogram should be reserved for those with more than two cardiovascular risk factors or greater than 50 years old.However,there are no specific recommendations in NAFLD patients requiring a liver transplantation,despite its well-known cardiovascular risk association.Many studies have shown that these patients probably require a more exhaustive assessment and a global approach including other specialists such as cardiologists or nutritionists.Also,the incidence of cardiovascular disease is also increased in NAFLD patients in the post-transplantation period in comparison with other etiologies,because of the pre-existent risk factors together with the immunosuppressive therapy.Therefore,an early intervention on the lifestyle and the individualized selection of the immunosuppressive regimen could lead to a modification of the cardiovascular risk factors in NAFLD patients requiring a liver transplantation.

Current Situations and Future Development Trend of Farmland Pre-warning Researches in China

This paper summarized theory discussion,main research methods,contents,empirical and engineering researches of farmland prewarning in China.It stated that future researches of farmland pre-warning in China will focus on deepening application of farmland security prewarning models,revealing mechanism of changes in different farmland resources,establishing pre-warning models suitable for research areas,accurate evaluation and prediction of farmland security,and exploring establishing and improving farmland security monitoring system and operating mechanism of all levels.

基于GGRA-GPR模型的洪涝灾害直接经济损失预评估

随着经济发展及洪涝灾害频率和强度的增加,灾后应急管理需快速了解灾害损失,需先从致灾因子、承灾体、孕灾环境、应急能力、灾情等5个方面构建指标体系,并基于广义灰色关联分析验证其合理性,其次引入高斯过程回归模型对洪涝灾害经济损失进行预评估模拟,最后运用该方法评估了京津冀城市群2010~2020年洪涝灾害直接经济损失。结果表明,对比单纯高斯过程回归与神经网络评估模型,广义灰色关联分析—高斯过程回归模型具有最优的拟合精度。

Preliminary Pointing Bias Calibration of ZY3-03 Laser Altimeter

ZiYuan3-03(ZY3-03)satellite was launched on July 25,2020,equipped with China’s second-generation laser altimeter for earth observation.In order to preliminarily evaluate the in-orbit performance of the ZY3-03 laser altimeter,the pointing bias calibration based on terrain matching method was adopted.Three tracks of laser data were employed for the ZY3-03 laser altimeter calibration test.Three groups of pointing parameters were obtained respectively,and the mean value of pointing is considered as the optimal calibration result.After calibration,ZY3-03 laser pointing accuracy is greatly improved by the method,and its pointing accuracy is approximately 12.7 arcsec.The first-track laser data on the Black Sea surface is used to evaluate the relative elevation accuracy of ZY3-03 laser altimeter after pointing bias calibration,which is improved from 0.33 m to 0.19 m after calibration.Meanwhile,the absolute elevation accuracy of ZY3-03 laser altimeter after pointing bias calibration is evaluated by the Ground Control Points(GCPs)measured by RTK(Real-Time Kinematic),which is better than 0.5 m in the flat terrain.

基于AHP-熵权法的上海市道路地下空洞 风险预评估研究

地下空洞发育是引发城市道路塌陷的重要原因,对地下空洞风险进行预评估能够科学指导空洞探测工作的开展,实现城市道路塌陷的有效预警。为了保障评价过程的客观性和可实施性,基于既有城市道路塌陷的相关规范标准,归纳识别地下空洞风险要素,构建地下空洞风险预评估体系,实现了评价指标的标准化取值;用判断问卷取代比值问卷融入到层次分析法(AHP)中,改进了AHP判断矩阵的取值方法,得到管线因素权重为0.475、环境因素权重为0.322、施工因素权重为0.203,建立了一套适用于上海市道路地下空洞风险评价系统。评价结果能够直接指导地下空洞探测工作的开展,并为其他地区开展地下空洞防治和风险管控提供了示范。

Clinical Research of Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, Nursing, Infection Prevention and Control for Senile Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture during Epidemic Period

Background: Novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) and osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) are the high incidences of diseases in the elderly. During the epidemic period, if not treated in time, the complications are high and the mortality is high. If we do not pay attention to infection prevention and control in pre-hospital emergency care, it will lead to the first time infection of medical staff and in-hospital cross infection in emergency outpatient receiving area. The correct consideration of both and the establishment of perfect pre-hospital emergency treatment and infection prevention and control synchronous strategy is an important premise to ensure the stable, orderly and safe medical treatment. Objective: To explore the effect of synchronous implementation of pre-hospital emergency care, nursing and infection pre-vention and control for senile OVCF during the epidemic. In order to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care and prevent the spread of infection. Method: A total of 92 elderly patients with OVCF who received pre-hospital treatment in 18 hospitals in Zhangjiakou City during the epidemic prevention and control period from January 2020 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as research objects, including 24 males and 68 females, aged 65 - 82 (74.2 ± 2.2) years. All patients were associated with concomitant injuries and underlying diseases. All patients in this group underwent predictive pre-hospital rescue and infection prevention and control procedures. Results: All the 92 elderly patients with OVCF received timely pre-hospital treatment during the epidemic period, and no aggravation occurred of the 92 patients, 35 were in the high risk area, 10 were in the medium risk area, and 47 were in the low risk area. Exclude OVCF for NCP Patients were treated according to the conventional diagnosis and treatment principles. Suspected and confirmed cases are transferred to designated surgical hospitals for treatment. All patients were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. There was no death rate, high satisfaction of pre-hospital first aid, high diagnostic accuracy, and good curative effect. None of the rescue personnel had any infection rate, and no hospital infection transmission and nosocomial cross infection occurred. Conclusion: It is the first step to safely treat patients and prevent cross infection to establish a perfect synchronous strategy of pre-hospital first aid and infection prevention and control.

The Relationship Between Pre-listening Activities and Listening Strategies Use

Listening strategy use is recognized as one key factor influencing English listening comprehension.The study involves three listening texts with three kinds of different pre-listening activities,namely,a copy of related Key words;a related reading passage;an easier listening preview.And the study found out four listening strategies seemed to be specially affected by the prelistening activities,elaboration,fixation,directed attention and real-time assessment of input,and effective listeners’almost used two times of metacognitive strategies than that of less-effective listeners.
