Professional Development of County-level Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of the New Curriculum Standards:A Case Study of Huaiji County

Using methods such as questionnaire survey and literature review,a survey was conducted on the professional development of physical education teachers in Huaiji County under the background of the new curriculum standards.The research results found that physical education teachers in Huaiji County have a relatively good distribution structure in terms of teaching experience,age,and education level,but the gender ratio and professional title ratio need to be improved.In terms of professional competence,teachers have shown good performance in teaching implementation ability,but there is still room for improvement in teaching design ability.A certain proportion of teachers still express dissatisfaction with professional title promotion,hardware configuration satisfaction,salary and benefits,and school reward mechanisms.Based on this,this study proposes some measures to improve the professional development level of county-level physical education teachers,such as enhancing teachers teaching design and implementation abilities,strengthening the cultivation of technical action demonstration abilities,improving hardware configuration satisfaction and teaching effectiveness reflection level,strengthening guidance and support for teachers professional development,and enhancing the promotion and implementation of post employment training.

Pre-Service Teachers Attitude towards Teaching Environmental Education (EE) during Practicum in Malaysian Primary Schools

Environmental Education (EE) has been introduced into the Malaysian Curriculum since 1992. Related to that, EE was found to be an important subject that must be known by the teachers, prior to teach EE indirectly in the classroom. Problems occurred while implementing EE in schools such as;less knowledge about EE an extra burden among teachers to teach. At Teachers Training Institute (TTI), EE is a compulsory subject due to complete their training and this study carried out to identify the attitude of teaching EE among pre-service teachers’. The reliability of the items showed 0.830 cronbach’s alpha. One hundred and twenty five respondents among pre-service teachers’ were analyzed and the result shows pre-service teachers’ have positive attitude towards teaching EE in classroom. Analysis of data shown that there are significant differences between male and female pre-service teachers’ in attitude of teaching, with t = 0.036 (p 0.05).

Professional Development of Rural Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of Educational Ecology:A Case Study of Deqing County

Based on the theoretical perspective of educational ecology,the basic situation of professional development of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County and the restricting factors in the process of professional development were investigated and analyzed by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic analysis,aiming to find out the problems existing in the professional development of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County.The targeted optimization strategies were explored,so as to achieve the effects of enriching the research theory of professional development of rural physical education teachers,improving the quality of physical education in rural schools,inheriting excellent rural sports culture,driving the development of rural mass sports,promoting the construction of rural material and spiritual civilization,and improving the quality of rural human capital.According to the research,the gender structure of rural physical education teachers in Deqing County was unreasonable;the teachers were undertaken heavy teaching task;there was a shortage of highly educated people;some teachers lacked understanding and attention to the connotation of professional development;the teachers had insufficient knowledge of educational science;teachers’sense of responsibility needed to be strengthened;schools did not pay enough attention to teachers’continuing education and training,and teachers were less satisfied with training.

Assessment of Personality Traits of Physical Education Teachers

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the personality traits of physical education teachers working in secondary schools in Istanbul. The research was conducted in accordance with screening model. The research group is formed by physical education teachers who are working in public and private secondary schools which are connected to the Ministry of National Education in Istanbul in 2012-2013 academic years. Among the participants, 36.8% is formed by female physical education teachers, and 63.2% is formed by male physical education teachers. PERI （personality inventory） short form is used. PERI is formed by five subcomponents： openness to experience, sense of responsibility, extroversion, coherence and emotional stability. Assessment instrument was applied to participants with the face-to-face technique by the researcher. Findings were obtained by using T Test, Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney U Test in the analysis of research data. Consequently, it is understood that physical education teachers had low scores on emotional stability personality traits and so they were not adequate. In openness to experience, extroversion, coherence and sense of responsibility subcomponents, it is understood that they had higher scores and they were adequate. Besides, there is no significant difference found between gender, school type and years of service variables and personality traits （P 〈 0.05）.

Information behaviors of Chinese K-12physical education teachers:A survey study

Purpose: Given the unique characteristics of physical education(PE) teaching in K-12education,PE teachers' information behaviors deserve special attention.This article reports a survey study of PE teachers' information behaviors,covering information literacy skills and behaviors of information seeking and information use.Design/methodology/approach:A questionnaire survey was conducted of K-12 PE teachers in the Tianjin municipal region of China,with a response rate of 61.9%.Findings:PE teachers lack skills with information retrieval systems in general.The Internet continues to be their primary information source,and they rely more on personal collection and colleagues than the school library for teaching materials.They rarely develop a searching strategy,employ querying tactics,or use advanced search functions,and they tend to be content with finding a few relevant articles.Research limitations:The survey is limited to the Tianjin municipal region in scope.Though attempting to reach 210 participants from 40 schools,it yielded only 130 valid responses.A larger survey covering more regions and with greater responses may be useful.Practical implications:Insights from this study inform the educational and on-job training of K-12 PE teachers to improve their information literacy skills.Originality/value:Little research exists on PE teachers' behaviors of information seeking.This study bridges the gap and enriches our understanding of K-12 teachers' information behaviors.

A Study on Improving the Teaching Ability of College Physical Education Teachers From the Perspective of OBE

This paper analyzes the current situation of college teachers’teaching organization ability based on teaching implementation by using the literature method and inductive deduction method,and summarizes the factors affecting the teaching ability of college public physical education teachers,in order to provide references for the improvement of the teaching effect of college physical education,and help the implementation of the national strategy of healthy China and sports power.The teaching implementation of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is mainly affected by the drafting of teaching objectives,teaching design,teaching evaluation,and other factors.The teaching workload makes teachers tired of teaching preparation,teaching design fails to think deeply about the major and learning situation,teaching evaluation method is single,and other phenomena.In view of the problems in the implementation of the curriculum,it is proposed to participate in education and teaching training to update the educational concept,regularly carry out teaching and research activities to improve the teaching organization ability,and write teaching logs to improve the ability of sustainable development.

A Task-oriented Approach to the Pre-service Teacher Education in the Classroom of English Teaching Methodology （ETM）

This paper concerns itself with a task-oriented approach to the pre-service teacher education in the Classroom of English Teaching Methodology （ETM）. We attempt to use an explicit theoretic framework to guide the practice of ETM classroom in teacher education. The basic assumption is that we can use methodology which we use in teaching language, and apply those techniques and methods to train student teachers. By this approach the student teachers can adopt a research orientation to their own classrooms and their own teaching, an inquiry-based and discovery-oriented approach to learning is greatly emphasized, and they also can form the habit of generating theories and hypotheses and reflecting critically on teaching.

Association between Teacher Candidates'Competency and First-Year Employment in Physical Education:A Comparison Study

Physical education teacher education(PETE)programs prepare teacher candidates to be competent and employed in P-12 school settings.This study examined the relationship between competency and first-year job obtainment in physical education(PE).Participants included 111 teacher candidates from two schools.Participants'competency in content knowledge in Kinesiology and sub-disciplines(CKKH),content knowledge in sport and skill proficiency(CKSP),pedagogical content knowledge(PCK),and first-year job obtainment in PE were collected.Descriptive statistics,independent-samples t tests,and multiple logistic regressions were used to analyze the data.The overall sample showed participants were most competent in PCK,followed by CKSP and CKKH.Female participants were more competent in PCK than their male counterparts,and those at School A performed better in CKSP and PCK than their peers at School B.As a sample,more than half of the participants(55.9%)obtained PE jobs.There was a significance between the overall sample and female participants'competency in CKKH and their first-year employment in PE.This study was limited by sample size,variances in courses between the two schools,and by the defined timeline to clarify first-year PE employment.Implications regarding the importance of CKKH and first-year employment were discussed.

A Research Review of China＇s Teacher Education Integration

At the beginning of the 21th century, the integration of teacher education has become a hot issue in the studies of China＇ s teacher education. In this paper, a discussion is conducted from the change from normal education to teacher education, the intension of teacher education integration, and the exploration on China＇ s teacher education integration, and then the existing problems are analyzed, and finally the future research direction is raised.

School and community physical activity characteristics and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity among Chinese school-aged children： A multilevel path model analysis

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the association between school and community physical activity(PA) characteristics and levels of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA) among Chinese school children.Methods: Data were obtained from the 2016 Physical Activity and Fitness in China—The Youth Study project. Participants were 80,928 school children(Grades 4–12; 39,747 boys, 41,181 girls; mean age = 13 years) and 935 physical education(PE) teachers who completed a study survey.Independent variables included both school-related factors(school-level PA support, availability of and access to PA facilities, and the duration of school PE classes) and community-related factors(the frequency of sports events, sports training opportunities, availability of sports clubs and organizations, and access to PA facilities). The dependent variable was the children's self-reported participation in MVPA. The data were analyzed,in 2017, via multilevel modeling.Results: PA support from school administrators was the only school-level factor significantly related to children's participation in MVPA.Children's perceptions of the frequency of community-sponsored sports events, availability of sports clubs and organizations, and convenient access to PA facilities were associated with a high level of MVPA participation. In regard to residency in urban and rural areas, children attending urban schools who perceived high availability of PA facilities were associated with a low level of participation in MVPA.Conclusion: School support for PA and community PA resources are associated with MVPA among Chinese school children. School PA facilities appear underutilized among urban schools as evidenced by low levels of MVPA among school children.

新时代体育教师的健康教育使命、践行困境及纾困之策

采用文献资料等方法分析体育教师肩负健康教育使命的基本逻辑、践行健康教育使命面临的现实困境,提出促进体育教师履行健康教育使命的优化路径。认为,体育教师承担和肩负健康教育使命是贯彻落实健康中国战略的时代呼唤,是中国基础教育课程改革的历史抉择,符合学生身心健康发展的现实诉求。当前体育教师践行健康教育使命的困境主要有:健康教育乏力,体育教师健康教育专业素养相对偏低;资格认证缺位,体育教师健康教育专业性、合法性存疑;角色认同危机,体育教师健康教育主动性、积极性不高;保障机制缺失,体育教师健康教育合理利益诉求难以落实;权责范围模糊,体育教师健康教育主体责任意识不强;等等。提出:优化职前体育教师健康教育体系,广泛开展在职体育教师健康教育专题培训;以“课程本位”的资格认证为突破点,建立健全体育教师健康教育资格认证制度;强化体育教师健康教育角色认同,搭建体育教师健康教育专业学习与发展平台;重视体育教师健康教育工作,制定统一规范的健康教育工作绩效考核标准;明确体育教师健康教育岗位职责,积极探索长效的学校健康教育工作机制。

同伴教学模式下体育师范生“教学相长”研究

我国体育教育专业技术课长期存在着“重训练而轻教学”的情况,不能充分契合体育教育专业的培养理念。如何改善现行技术课的授课模式,使其可以同时提高专业学生的技战术运用和教学实践能力是一个值得研究的项目。目的:旨在解决现阶段“教学相长”理念未在我国体育教育专业运动技术课上得到科学贯彻和应用的问题。方法:采用教学实验法,对24名体育师范生进行了基于同伴教学模式的篮球专项教学活动,为期2个课时,并使用观察法对其专门学科知识掌握进行评测。结果:同伴教学模式可以提升体育师范生的普通学科知识和专门学科知识,“教学者”的专门学科知识提升比“学习者”更加显著。结论:同伴教学模式可以有效提高体育师范生的基础教学能力,可以同时兼顾技战术水平和教学能力的培养,是贯彻“教学相长”理念的有效载体,应该被广泛应用于我国体育教育专业的专业技术课教授中。

数字技术赋能体育教师专业发展的价值意蕴、现实困囿与纾解之路

采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探讨数字技术赋能体育教师专业发展的价值意蕴、现实困囿与纾解之路。价值意蕴包括塑造体育教师教学方式的崭新样态,丰富体育教师综合育人的呈现形式,满足体育教师专业发展的自我需求;现实困囿体现在体育教师专业发展受困于数字工具的认知偏差,数字素养的发展瓶颈,数字技术的环境缺陷;针对上述问题提出针对性纾解之路,即应引领主体形成正确的价值取向,聚焦体育教师的数字素养培育,补足体育教师的数字环境障碍等。

人工智能视域下我国学校体育研究综述

采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对人工智能赋能学校体育的相关研究进行了系统梳理。结果显示,当前研究主要集中在人工智能在学校体育中的应用类型及其价值、必要性与可行性、领域及实施要点以及应用过程中面临的挑战与应对策略上。然而,现有研究仍存在诸多不足,主要表现为对伦理风险的重视不够、忽视体育的学科特质与本质属性、缺乏与相关联者的深度协作探讨以及对体育教师专业身份危机的关注不足。未来研究应加强对人工智能与学校体育融合的政策和法律框架的探讨,深化理论与实践层面的研究,推动多主体协作互动,探索在人工智能背景下提升学生体育与健康素养的有效路径与策略。

从经验到证据:循证体育教师教育实践的理念肇始、应用价值与运行机制

运用循证探究等研究方法,探讨循证体育教师教育实践的理念肇始、应用价值及其运行机制。研究提出循证体育教师教育实践是在多样化、科学化“最佳证据”的基础上,多元参与主体为达成预设体育教师教育目标,而对体育教师教育过程进行循环修订的专业化培养活动,注重体育教师教育者、学术研究者和政策制定者寻找和应用“最佳证据”协同培养体育教师的实践知识和循证能力。这摈弃以往以经验为主导的体育教师培养形式和理念,使一线体育教师成长为优秀实践者、研究者成为可能,并有助于提升体育教师教育者及教育对象的素养,促进从经验型实践转向基于证据的循证型实践,科学化推动体育教师教育政策制定与执行,模块化呈现体育教师教育知识生产内容。据此,归纳循证体育教师教育实践运行机制:锚定预设问题,探索待解决的核心问题;寻查多重证据,选择指导实践方案的科学证据;综合评价证据,分析验证新获取证据的有效性;整合专业智慧,融入跨学科知识参与方案执行;依效评估反思,将验证方案转为新证据。

高校运动康复专业档案管理模式研究

高校运动康复专业档案管理能够为运动康复专业师资提供人才支撑、为专业评估提供材料支撑、为专业革新提供原始记录、为指导学生提供经验借鉴。但运动康复专业档案管理还存在许多问题,主要包括档案管理制度较为滞后,尚未形成资源共享;档案管理思路模糊,存取利用不够灵活;档案管理专业人才匮乏,交接过程存在延迟;档案管理技术落后,脱离时代技术赋能。因此,高校运动康复专业档案管理需健全档案管理制度,加强高校资源共享;提高档案管理质效,创新档案管理方法;引进档案管理人才,加强档案队伍建设;加强档案基础设备建设,推进专业档案科学化发展。

Rural-Oriented Pre-service Teachers Transitioning in Multiple Identities:An Ethnographic Study in a Chinese University Based on Sociological Institutionalism

Based on the identity theory and the sociological institutionalism theory,this study establishes a triple identity analysis framework and describes the interaction pattern and internal logic between the internal identity cognition and the external identity expectation of rural-oriented pre-service teachers through the study of educational ethnography.It is found that while they form a dominant identity in the interaction with policies,they are also endowed with the identity“privilege”and the energized learning motivation,but there are mutual restrictions between policies’entitlement and empowerment.In the interaction with social norms,they exchange with the policies reciprocally due to the torture of moral obligation,and then consciously undertake the responsibilities of their identity,but ego and publicity still conflict with each other in the underlying logic.In the interaction with their ego,they gradually reconcile with themselves and reshape their identity after experiencing identity rejection under the stigmatization cognition.Then,in the process of habitualization and institutionalization of identity,they adopt two different strategies:passive compromise and active adjustment.

在新时代中国特色社会主义背景下,体育强国梦的实现对高质量体育教师专业发展提出前所未有的要求。研究深入探讨体育教师专业发展的现状、面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向,揭示了体育教育理念的深化、体育教师责任感与使命感的强化是适应新时代要求的关键。研究认为,教师培训体系的不完善、专业成长机会的有限性以及教育评价体系的单一性是当前体育教师专业发展面临的主要问题。针对这些问题,提出建设性的解决策略:构建多元化教师培训体系、提供丰富的专业成长机会以及推进教育评价机制的创新。这些策略旨在全面提升体育教师的专业素养和教学能力,为提高体育教育质量、推进体育强国建设贡献力量。

文化课教师助推青少年体育高质量发展的根本逻辑、制度困境及实现策略

文化课教师是发展青少年体育的责任主体之一,其赋有助推青少年体育高质量发展的天然使命和资源禀赋。研究认为,青少年体育和学校体育相关政策法规的整体推动、整体健康观念引领下人民对美好生活的殷切向往、为实现体育强国梦借鉴国外有益实践的积极行动,这些都进一步强化青少年体育发展对文化课教师的强烈需求。然而,正式制度建设与更新滞后,难以保障文化课教师参与学校体育工作的切实权益;非正式制度建设效力低微,不足以催发文化课教师的内在动力。据此,研究提出文化课教师助推青少年体育高质量发展的具体策略:推行“借体发挥”的跨学科教学,以学科文化涵养学生体育核心素养;共育校园体育文化,形成非正式学习空间内师生共在的课外体育制度;优化学校教育与学校体育政策法规,建立多元主体共同育人长效机制;祛除功利主义教育观念及行为,躬行体育化、生活化的教书育人实践。

高师院校一流特色大育人金课(FCGG)构建与实践

党的二十大报告强调,加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国,坚持为党育人、为国育才,全面提高人才自主培养质量,着力造就拔尖创新人才。党有号召,校有行动。培养具有时代新人与创新人才特质的未来教育家型教师应是部属师范大学新时代坚贞不渝的重要使命和育人目标。而构建一流特色育人金课是学校落实该目标的关键环节。该文提出并阐述一流特色大育人金课(FCGG)的概念内涵及实现途径,并以陕西师范大学物理卓越教师实验班相关课程创建为例,介绍构建该课程模式的实施情况,为金课设计与实施助力新时代优秀人才培养提供范例。
