Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber posts and plastic fiber posts in oral repair.Methods:A total of 128 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 underwen...Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of prefabricated fiber posts and plastic fiber posts in oral repair.Methods:A total of 128 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 underwent oral prosthesis treatment,of which the control group(n=64)was treated with prefabricated fiber posts and the observation group(n=64)with plastic fiber posts.The efficacy,retention rate,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.38%)(P<0.05).The restoration retention rate in the observation group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.94%)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.69%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with oral prostheses,the use of plastic fiber posts for treatment shows better clinical effects,effectively improving the retention rate of the prosthesis and reducing the incidence of complications.Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application.展开更多

In order to ensure the safety of the transmission towers and the safe operation of transmission systems, it is imperative to carry out research on the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers. In our study, we performed experiments on the anti-deformation performance of a transmission tower in a subsidence area on a scale model with a geometric scale ratio of 1:5 and analyzed the failure mechanism of the tower members. The results show that, when the axial distance between two supports changes, destabilization failure most likely occurs in the members of the bottom transverse layer because some parts of the main diagonal member bars yield under the action of compression. The failure mechanism of the tower members basically coincides with the lever principle.展开更多

To promote the development of timber-concrete composite(TCC)structures,it is necessary to propose the assembly-type connections with high assembly efficiency and shear performances.This article presented the experimen...To promote the development of timber-concrete composite(TCC)structures,it is necessary to propose the assembly-type connections with high assembly efficiency and shear performances.This article presented the experimental results of the innovative steel-plate connections for TCC beams using prefabricated concrete slabs.The steel-plate connections consisted of the screws and the steel-plates.The steel-plates were partly embedded in the concrete slabs.The concrete slabs and the timber beams were connected by screws through the steel-plates.The parameters researched in this article included screw number,angle steel as the reinforcement for anchoring,and shallow notches on the timber surface to restrict the slip of the steel-plates.Experimental results were discussed in terms of failure modes,ultimate bearing capacities,and slip moduli.It was found that increasing the number of screws could lead to the obvious improvement on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli at the ultimate state;and the angle steel as the reinforcement showed the slight influence on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The application of the shallow notch can greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The calculation models for the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli of the steel-plate connections with and without shallow notches were proposed,which showed good accuracy compared with the experimental results.展开更多

This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was...This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was numerically simulated using the software ANSYS Fluent.The composite wall containing the cavity is taken as the research object in this paper after analysis.The simulation suggests that when the cavity thickness is 20 mm and 30 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the air-sandwich wall is 1.3 and 1.29,respectively.Therefore,the optimal width of the cavity is 20 mm,and the most suitable material is the aerated concrete block.In addition,a comparative analysis is conducted on the cavity temperature in the wall under different conditions.It is proven that an intelligent environment control system can significantly improve thermal efficiency and provide a solid theoretical basis for further research in the external insulation of prefabricated buildings.展开更多

This paper studies the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings, including the design phase, construction and assembly phase, operation and maintenance phase, and application analysis of related software, so as to improve the high efficiency, high quality and high precision development of prefabricated projects, and promote domestic green environmental protection. The development of the construction industry provides reference value for the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
文摘Old-age building was designed in Ziwu Town,from the aspects of energy saving,environmental protection,full use of solar energy and characteristics of the local climate.In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection and climate adaptability of residential buildings,this paper integrates the construction and design in the prefabricated building design,at the same time,with the consideration of the possibility of expansion and removal of the nursing home,the concept of "modular unit" is put forward.Considering the climatic adaptability of the base position,the utilization of solar energy and the organization of natural ventilation should be paid attention to,also,the rammed soil construction method is added in this design,which can improve the thermal insulation performance of the building enclosure and create a comfortable indoor thermal environment both in winter and summer.In order to realize the object of industrial building construction and design,the prefabricated construction method is used,which produces impact on the surrounding environment more environmentally friendly.The building will be easily built,less restricted,and low-cost.What's more,local material and the advantages of all dry work increase the operability of the project.

文摘Based on the tranditional V-notched blasting, a technique of spirally V-notched blasting to loosen earth and rock was presented. Fracture mechanics and Westergaard stress function were adopted to build a complex stress function to derive the plane stress and strain fields at one tip of the crack under a quasi-static pressure. An expression was formulated to define the stress intensity factor of spiral V-notch loosen blasting. Factors that have effects on the stress intensity factor were studied. It is demonstrated that spiral V-notch loosen blasting is an extension of vertical V-notch blasting, straight cracking, and alike theories.

文摘The accurate assessment of the quality can materially affect the safety and life of the prefabricated construction.In this paper,we studied the overall module of concealed water supply pipeline,and a new complex sequence quality evaluation model was established.By analyzing the small evaluation index elements of the model,the weight of the larger evaluation index could be deduced.The total quality evaluation score of the overall module could be obtained by calculating the weight value of the evaluation index,and then the quality standard of the overall module could be obtained.
文摘In this paper,the intelligent construction of prefabricated components is analyzed based on building information modeling(BIM).It includes an overview of BIM-based prefabricated components and intelligent construction,intelligent production lines in BIM-based intelligent construction systems,and analysis of the application of intelligent manufacturing in BIM-based prefabricated components.It was found that the determination of construction goals,the establishment of intelligent construction systems,and the application of intelligent construction systems are all areas that need to be emphasized in producing prefabricated building components through intelligent construction.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some reference for the application of intelligent construction and the improvement of the quality of prefabricated building components.

文摘To promote the development of timber-concrete composite(TCC)structures,it is necessary to propose the assembly-type connections with high assembly efficiency and shear performances.This article presented the experimental results of the innovative steel-plate connections for TCC beams using prefabricated concrete slabs.The steel-plate connections consisted of the screws and the steel-plates.The steel-plates were partly embedded in the concrete slabs.The concrete slabs and the timber beams were connected by screws through the steel-plates.The parameters researched in this article included screw number,angle steel as the reinforcement for anchoring,and shallow notches on the timber surface to restrict the slip of the steel-plates.Experimental results were discussed in terms of failure modes,ultimate bearing capacities,and slip moduli.It was found that increasing the number of screws could lead to the obvious improvement on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli at the ultimate state;and the angle steel as the reinforcement showed the slight influence on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The application of the shallow notch can greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The calculation models for the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli of the steel-plate connections with and without shallow notches were proposed,which showed good accuracy compared with the experimental results.
文摘With the continuous development of society and the market economy,people are putting forward higher and higher requirements for the construction,technology,and environmental friendliness of buildings.The prefabricated building not only has high installation efficiency,but is also safe and environmentally friendly,which is in line with the green building concept.The drainage design is a critical part of prefabricated buildings.In order to ensure the quality and construction efficiency of the building project,it is necessary to design the building water supply and drainage properly.Therefore,an in-depth investigation on prefabricated buildings was carried out in this paper,and water supply and drainage design for prefabricated buildings under the green building concept is proposed,in hopes of providing references for future water supply and drainage designs.

文摘This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was numerically simulated using the software ANSYS Fluent.The composite wall containing the cavity is taken as the research object in this paper after analysis.The simulation suggests that when the cavity thickness is 20 mm and 30 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the air-sandwich wall is 1.3 and 1.29,respectively.Therefore,the optimal width of the cavity is 20 mm,and the most suitable material is the aerated concrete block.In addition,a comparative analysis is conducted on the cavity temperature in the wall under different conditions.It is proven that an intelligent environment control system can significantly improve thermal efficiency and provide a solid theoretical basis for further research in the external insulation of prefabricated buildings.
