This case describes a late pregnancy antepartum hemorrhage that was promptly treated with a cesarean section. During the surgery, a ruptured vasa previa was found, and fortunately, the rupture was blocked by a clot, resulting in minimal blood loss. Both mother and baby had a good outcome. The case is used to elaborate on the high-risk factors, classification, diagnostic methods, and treatment plans for vasa previa, aiming to increase the detection rate of this condition and manage it systematically, ultimately improving perinatal outcomes.展开更多
