Exploring the Significance and Path of Interdisciplinary Integration of Art Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

With the advent of the artificial intelligence(AI)era,there is a need to create a more flexible and humanistic educational ecosystem to adapt to the changes.Education needs to move from a unidirectional focus on skills to the cultivation of creative“whole people.”Due to the non-standardized evaluation system of the art discipline,its education has a unique advantage for the cultivation of students’creativity.At the same time,the interdisciplinary integration of fine arts points to the educational goals in the era of AI and the educational requirements for cultivating students’core qualities in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and developmental evolution of interdisciplinary integration,studies the significance of interdisciplinary integration in art education from the three levels of students,teaching,and disciplines,and explores four effective paths to realize interdisciplinary integration in art education in the era of AI.In this way,students can realize the contextualized analysis of knowledge,in-depth understanding of the content of the discipline,and accurate expression of the spiritual values embedded in art interdisciplinary learning.The ultimate goal is to cultivate students’ability to solve complex problems,promote the development of students’free personalities,and respond to the national education requirements.

Analysis of the Physical Education Teaching Path in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Guidance of Core Literacy

Since the 2018 National Education Conference in China,physical education has gained importance as a whole,and the development of physical literacy education and teaching has been promoted.In order to ensure high-quality physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in the new era,it is necessary to take core literacy as the guide to further improve the level of physical education in primary and secondary schools.This article emphasizes the importance of physical education in primary and secondary schools in the new era and analyzes the need of primary and secondary schools for core literacy-oriented physical education.On this basis,targeted suggestions are proposed from three aspects:new concept,new technology,and new evaluation.

Teaching Strategies for Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Background of National Sports

By the end of 2021,the proportion of people participating in normalized physical exercise in China has reached up to 37.2%,contributing to the transformation of competitive sports into national sports.This has significantly affected the teaching quality of physical education in primary and secondary schools.In the critical period of the“14th Five-Year Plan”construction,it is necessary to deepen the physical education work in primary and secondary schools concertedly with high-quality development goals.Taking this as the starting point,the paper outlines the basic content and main influence of national sports as well as analyzes the new demands of physical education in primary and secondary schools under the background of national sports.On this basis,several targeted teaching strategies are put forward from three aspects:teaching concept,information technology,and teaching goals.

K-12 Students’Online Learning Experiences during COVID-19:Lessons from China

Online learning has become the new educational pattern during the COVID-19 pandemic and is likely to supplement conventional schooling in the post-pandemic world.Lacking prior online learning experiences,the population of K-12 students deserves our special attention.Using purposeful sampling,this study investigated K-12 online learning experiences in China based on a large-scale survey(N=118,589).Leveraging both quantitative and qualitative evidence,this study supported online learning as a flexible alternative to conventional schooling in emergency situations with a discussion of its benefits and limitations,and revealed key findings regarding K-12 students’online learning pattern,experiences,and engagement,as well as the influencing factors.The research findings can inform the future design and implementation of online learning programs in primary and secondary schools.
