In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects. 展开更多

In order to understand IT teaching conditions and living environment in the less developed areas of rural primary and secondary school, the paper uses questionnaire survey equipment to investigate education of some rural underdeveloped areas of information technology in primary and secondary school in Jiangxi. And it has analyzed 2011-2013 investment and construction of the status quo in education funding for information technology equipment. The results show: Less Developed Areas in primary and secondary school education information and technology education equipment cannot meet the needs of the development of education with lack of funding support, poor school environment and information technology teaching conditions. And this phenomenon has been analyzed, and effective measures are to improve primary and secondary school education in underdeveloped areas of information technology conditions and educational level. 展开更多

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity. 展开更多

非货币激励因素对中小学教师工作满意度的影响——基于云贵川渝的调查

教师工作满意度是影响教师工作效能、促进教师可持续发展的重要因素。研究采用TALIS 2018教师问卷对云贵川渝4个省份的中小学教师展开抽样调查。数据分析显示,该地区教师工作满意度处于较高水平,但内部群体间存在显著性差异。回归分析发... 教师工作满意度是影响教师工作效能、促进教师可持续发展的重要因素。研究采用TALIS 2018教师问卷对云贵川渝4个省份的中小学教师展开抽样调查。数据分析显示,该地区教师工作满意度处于较高水平,但内部群体间存在显著性差异。回归分析发现,云贵川渝4省份中小学教师工作满意度受工资薪酬以及其他非货币因素的影响。比较分析发现,云贵川渝初中教师对工资薪酬的接受度高于上海同行,但对社会认可、媒体关注等非货币激励因素的认可程度却低于上海教师,从而使其工作满意度整体水平低于上海。研究认为,坚持教育家精神铸魂强师的同时提升教师工作满意度,需要在巩固提高工资薪酬水平的基础上,进一步从优化教师工作体验、提高教师学历、打通职业晋升渠道、营造尊师重教良好氛围等非货币因素着手,在满足教师内在需求的同时,为加快教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育提供有力支撑。 展开更多

中小学教师工作负担的现状考察及其影响因素——基于G市中小学教师的调查数据分析

工作资源的供给水平一定程度上可以反映员工的工作状态。通过对大城市G市24949份中小学教师有效调查问卷的数据分析发现,中小学教师工作时间远超出国家法定要求,工作负担总体处于中等水平。在各类型工作负担中,教育教学型工作负担相对较... 工作资源的供给水平一定程度上可以反映员工的工作状态。通过对大城市G市24949份中小学教师有效调查问卷的数据分析发现,中小学教师工作时间远超出国家法定要求,工作负担总体处于中等水平。在各类型工作负担中,教育教学型工作负担相对较重,非教育教学型工作负担相对较轻。不同性别、学历、教龄、职称等级、任教学段等条件下,中小学教师工作负担存在显著差异。物质资源和认知资源两类工作资源对教师工作负担均有预测作用。基于此,为大城市的教师减负工作提出以下建议:树立正确的教师工作负担观念;关注不同条件教师工作负担的差异性;协调好学校管理与教育教学的关系;提高中小学教师专业素养与水平。 展开更多

In view of a series of challenges since Task-Based Language Teaching(TBLT) was introduced into China, we interviewed 14 front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools about their viewpoints and classroom strategies of TBLT. The results show teachers’ willingness to use TBLT. They adopt flexible teaching procedures, apply TBLT creatively, and explore task-based language assessment. The authors argue for inclusive non-doctrinaire approaches to TBLT, and propose to construct localized TBLT theory and practice with Chinese characteristics. 展开更多

国家有关政策及法律要求社会各界要积极营造职业教育良好发展氛围,在普职分流及民众对职业教育接受度不高的情况下,中小学教师对职业教育的接受度值得关注。通过对全国15625名中小学教师的调查发现:中小学教师让其孩子接受职业教育的意... 国家有关政策及法律要求社会各界要积极营造职业教育良好发展氛围,在普职分流及民众对职业教育接受度不高的情况下,中小学教师对职业教育的接受度值得关注。通过对全国15625名中小学教师的调查发现:中小学教师让其孩子接受职业教育的意愿比较低,仅为27.9%,在各人口学变量间存在显著差异,学段越高的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,经济越发达的东部地区及地级市、省会地区的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,除了年收入在10万元以上的高收入水平及职称未定级的教师外,年收入水平越高及职称越高的教师越愿意让其孩子上职业院校。为此,建议:为形成正确的劳动观与职业观,很有必要要求中小学教师在平时的课程与活动中逐步渗透有关的职业启蒙教育知识,应要求初中及普通高中教师越来越多地正面向学生宣讲职业教育,让学生明白职业教育同样是适合的成长成才途径,在正面宣讲职业教育中应更多地要求男性教师及年收入水平在10万元以下中的收入越高的教师及职称越高的教师,因他们更能接受职业教育,其有利身份与地位也更容易取得学生及家长的信任与接纳。 展开更多

经过多年的努力,我国中小学教师工资制度已经建立并深深地嵌入各级政府的公共支出管理制度中,保障了教师工资在政府预算中的优先等级。随着教育财政的重点逐渐从教育经费优先增长转向教育经费“可持续”与“支出合理”并重,对中小学教... 经过多年的努力,我国中小学教师工资制度已经建立并深深地嵌入各级政府的公共支出管理制度中,保障了教师工资在政府预算中的优先等级。随着教育财政的重点逐渐从教育经费优先增长转向教育经费“可持续”与“支出合理”并重,对中小学教师工资也在“确保”的同时,提出了有效、合理的要求,然而,教师工资合理有效的标准还缺乏坚实的共识基础。依据OECD的参照指标和我国教育经费的构成特征,初步讨论了教师工资合理性的参照标准,并用2000—2019年的数据进行了验证。结论如下:21世纪前二十年,中小学教师工资总体上超越了人均GDP和城镇单位就业人员,但增长机制还不稳定;不同省份中小学教师工资与当地城镇单位就业人员工资的相对水平差异很大,并且呈现明显的分布惯性;中小学教师工资在教育经费中所占据的份额呈持续上升之势。建议进一步对中小学教师工资增长的动力机制、教育经费支出中的要素结构及中小学教师工资内外部参照标准等相关政策议题进行探讨。 展开更多

以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能快速发展,对中小学教师如何适应其教育应用提出了更高要求.通过文献梳理和理论基础探寻,构建中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性影响因素假设模型.研究结果显示:中小学教师普遍具有使用人工智能改进教学... 以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能快速发展,对中小学教师如何适应其教育应用提出了更高要求.通过文献梳理和理论基础探寻,构建中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性影响因素假设模型.研究结果显示:中小学教师普遍具有使用人工智能改进教学的意愿,但人工智能教育应用的外部环境支持存在不足;整体适应程度中等偏上、存在群体差异;感知有用性、感知易用性和初始信任直接或间接对中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性产生正向影响,其中初始信任在感知易用性与心理适应之间起部分中介作用;能力适应是行为适应最直接的、唯一的影响因素,且相对而言作用强度最大;中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性的影响方向与作用路径为:心理适应→环境适应→能力适应→行为适应.为增强中小学教师人工智能教育应用适应性,提出“从‘心’出发→‘境’中造‘能’→化‘能’为‘行’”递进式推进策略,使利用人工智能优化教育教学真正成为中小学教师的常态行为. 展开更多

农村一二三产融合是实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的重要手段,有利于农村经济的高质量发展.辽宁省农村一二三产融合在空间上分布不均衡,运用熵权法和秩和比综合评价法研究农村三产融合综合水平,对于辽宁省三产融合高质量发展具有理论与... 农村一二三产融合是实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的重要手段,有利于农村经济的高质量发展.辽宁省农村一二三产融合在空间上分布不均衡,运用熵权法和秩和比综合评价法研究农村三产融合综合水平,对于辽宁省三产融合高质量发展具有理论与现实意义.首先分析了辽宁省2012—2021年农村三产融合水平的时序变化,然后以2021年为例对辽宁省14地市农村三产融合水平的空间差异进行研究.结果表明:从时间特征来看,辽宁省2012—2021年农村一二三产融合综合水平总体呈上升趋势,受2016年中国经济呈现的放缓态势的影响,2016年融合水平出现明显下降;从空间特征来看,2021年辽宁省农村一二三产融合综合水平各地存在空间差异,其中大连排名第一,沈阳次之,抚顺、营口、辽阳排名靠后,前后存在较大差距.采用障碍度模型计算障碍因子,各地应立足自身优势,弥补不足,关注生产效率和产业链延伸的同时更要注重社会效益和绿色可持续发展,推进辽宁农村三产业融合整体发展. 展开更多
