We incorporate large losses risks into the DeM arzo et al.(2012) model of dynamic agency and the q theory of investment.The large losses risks induce losses costs and losses arising from agency conflicts during the la...We incorporate large losses risks into the DeM arzo et al.(2012) model of dynamic agency and the q theory of investment.The large losses risks induce losses costs and losses arising from agency conflicts during the large losses prevention process.Both of them reduce firm’s value,distort investment policy and generate a deeper wedge between the marginal and average q.In addition,we study the implementation of the contract to enhance the practical utility of our model.The agent optimally manages the firm’s cash flow and treats the cash reservation and credit line as the firm’s financial slack,and hedges the productivity shocks and large losses shocks via futures and insurance contracts,respectively.展开更多

The finding is very interesting when there is no ownership structure variation, so the decision to choose international involvement could not be supported. Also, the scale determination is not becoming constraint of SMEs in East Java to involve internationally, especially thought export strategy. However, several aspects are considered to control the export behavioral dimension which is research and development （R＆D） and sales, significantly. The result shows that there still are other elements except ownership type could impact internationalization strategy choices of SMEs in East Java.展开更多

It endeavours to argue, though briefly, that translation can be conceptualized as an emergent concept. It then indicates how theories of emergence in social studies provide new scope to theorise agency. Lastly, it considers the implications of the conceptualization for translator education. The arguments put forward in this paper lay the foundation for a philosophy of translation, i.e., a meta-theory of translation in which translation is viewed both as emerging from particular complex human interactions such as language and as being co-determined by complex contextual factors.展开更多

For a long time LBO （leveraged buyout） has being considered as an easy and tax saving way to transfer the property rights of SMEs companies. Financial markets speculation on the same time used this tool in a non reasonable way and transformed it on a bubble increasing furthermore the financial crisis. In a certain extend this paper proves that what happened is a remake of what happened in the late 1990. From a theoretical point of view the article proves that the LBO＇s are just a partial answer to the agency problems very present to the literature.展开更多
