Purpose-Nowadays successful organizations need to be masters at leadership by values to play in a constantly changing and transforming environment.But how can leaders and organizations effectively convene strategic and culture development based on values?This paper presents the Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values(TMLV)in which leaders and organizations can integrate a sustainable strategy,as well as a culture and value-based management system that simultaneously leverages human,financial,and social resources.With its three essential axes of values(economic-pragmatic,emotional-development,and ethical-social)at their intersection points,it allows leaders to focus on the strategy linkages:innovation-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the emotional-development values axis-allows them to develop sustainable innovations;survival-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-enhances their organization’s survival;finally,sensibility-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-makes them more humane and more socially-responsible.The application of the TMLV,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop a values-based,high-involvement,and performance-oriented culture.Methodology/Approach-This research considers empirical data analysis of the 37 case studies of the EU-InnovatE project(http//www.euinnovate.com)-a pioneering initiative to align innovation values to integrate the end user into the process of innovation and entrepreneurship related to a sustainable lifestyle and the green economy in Europe-using a fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making method and open technologies system,such as server-side PHP language,MariaDB Database,fork of MYSQL Database Management System,and JavaScript libraries to perform operation directly on the user’s browser.Findings-The application of the TMLV model,considering empirical analysis of the extracted values from the case studies,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in João organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop suitable strategies and interventions for shaping a sustainable high-performance culture.Research implications-This research can be a starting point for further research to assess the effectiveness of the leadership model based on a decision-making open technology system in any given organization,as well as to invite researchers who have positive passion about working with values to participate in the improvement of this tool.Originality/value-The Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System is presented as an evolution in leadership models that may be used to fuel innovation,survival,and a sensibility strategic focus that is necessary to optimize human and organizational performance and deliver effective solutions to the massive array of human,financial,and social problems we face today. 展开更多

Finance is the core of modern economy,and a strong country cannot do without the support of financial system.With the rapid development of economy and society,the traditional financial services can not support the increasingly large and complex economic system.As a brand-new format,financial technology can help the financial industry to restructure and upgrade.At the same time,as an international consensus,green development is the only way for China to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of finance on the regional development of green finance.Based on the essence of green finance development,fuzzy principal component analysis is used to build the green finance evaluation index system in this paper.Taking the data of three provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2015 to 2019 as an example,QAP analysis is used to study the impact of financial tech-nology on the regional development of green finance.Research shows that expla-natory variables are highly significant,that is,financial technology has a significant role in promoting green finance.Finally,based on the research conclu-sions,this paper puts forward suggestions on how green technology can better promote the development of green finance from three aspects of top-level design,technical research and supervision. 展开更多

With the advancement of technology, companies are increasingly dependent on technology teams to stay competitive. However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine their productivity and well-being. The humanization of the culture of technology teams is an approach that aims to create healthier and more productive work environments for team members, promoting balance between personal and professional life. Despite the importance of a healthy and productive work environment, many companies do not invest in strategies to humanize the culture of their technology teams. This can lead to high levels of stress, staff turnover and low productivity. The objective of this project is to identify effective strategies to humanize the culture of technology teams and create healthier and more productive work environments in digital companies. For this, factors such as management styles, psychological safety, human-centered development, individual beliefs and time and energy management will be analyzed. The project’s methodology will include a literature review on the subject and qualitative data analysis will be performed using a content analysis approach. This project will contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the humanization of the culture of technology teams in digital companies. The time is eloping when an educational head earns praises due to their prominence and performance in managerial functioning. But this paper tends to focus on several persisting challenges in these educational institutions like huge gap between teacher-student ratio, students’ increasing technological oriented learning, teachers’ lack of knowledge of multimedia class operation, girls’ little rate of enrolment in higher level of education, early marriage of school going girls and ensuring quality education to girls as per the demand of SDG 4 by 2030. This paper fosters the idea that a transformational head of the institution can be successful in this chase of challenges as he involves everyone to activities in order to reach goal. Numerous studies conducted on educational leadership have generally emphasized the role of principal,whereas,research on middle leadership remains limited[1].The purpose of this paper is to explore and investigate the development of middle leadership and seeks to fill in the gap by providing the analysis from a Chinese context.The author found that middle leaders are positioning at a challenging role,in which they are required to take charge of responsibilities of both a leader and a teacher,and in the meantime,they also need to negotiate between the senior leader,the colleagues.and subordinates.Furthermore,personal factors such as self-awareness and resilience are discovered to be pivotal for middle-leadership development.Apart from that,the principal plays a critical role in establishing collaborative school culture that facilitates the development of middle leaders based on the influences from the school’s history,culture,and policies. 展开更多

幼儿园园长领导力城乡差异及影响因素分析

园长领导力是决定一所幼儿园保教质量的关键因素。本研究利用文献分析法和德尔菲法构建了由学校文化领导力、人力资源领导力、保育教育领导力和行政管理领导力四个维度组成的园长领导力指标体系,并根据该指标体系设计了幼儿园园长领导... 园长领导力是决定一所幼儿园保教质量的关键因素。本研究利用文献分析法和德尔菲法构建了由学校文化领导力、人力资源领导力、保育教育领导力和行政管理领导力四个维度组成的园长领导力指标体系,并根据该指标体系设计了幼儿园园长领导力调查问卷。在使用SPSS 26.0对2 177份有效样本进行分析后,结果表明:我国幼儿园园长自我感知的领导力总体水平较高,但是领导力各个维度发展不均衡,城乡之间以及不同园长个体的领导力差异较大。城乡幼儿园园长总体领导力以及领导力各维度和各指标上均呈现出统计学上的差异,城镇幼儿园园长领导力水平显著高于农村园长。职务、年龄、教龄、职称,任职幼儿园的性质、等级、所在位置、规模,以及园长年培训次数均能预测园长的领导力水平。基于研究结果,本研究提出城乡园长领导力的改进对策:盯紧“关键少数”,为城乡园长的职业发展提供支持性环境;加强城乡互动,构建城乡园长领导能力发展共同体;充分发挥园长主观能动作用,全面提升自身领导能力。 展开更多

目的:应用瞬时波强(WI)技术探测早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉各参数,分析早期高血压弦脉的脉象特点;提取弦脉脉象判别的特征参数,探讨早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉WI参数的特点,以期为弦脉的精准分型及信息解读提供客观依据。方法:选择52... 目的:应用瞬时波强(WI)技术探测早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉各参数,分析早期高血压弦脉的脉象特点;提取弦脉脉象判别的特征参数,探讨早期高血压弦脉患者颈总动脉WI参数的特点,以期为弦脉的精准分型及信息解读提供客观依据。方法:选择52例早期原发性高血压弦脉、50例生理性弦脉、50例平脉受试者,分析其颈总动脉的WI参数,总结早期高血压弦脉的脉象特点,并运用SIMCA14.1统计软件提取脉象分型的主参数。结果:早期高血压弦脉组与平脉组及生理性弦脉组比较,瞬时加速度波强(W1)、负向波面积(NA)值增高,W1-W2间期降低(均P<0.01);而平脉组与生理性弦脉组W1、NA、W1-W2间期比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。平脉组、生理性弦脉组、早期高血压弦脉组的血管压力应变弹性模量(EP)、脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、血管硬化参数(β)数值均逐渐增高(均P<0.01)。平脉组血管顺应性(AC)高于其他2组(均P<0.01),生理性弦脉组AC高于早期高血压弦脉组(P<0.05)。3组R-W1间期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。基于主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA),生理性弦脉组与平脉组样本区分明显,表明2组WI各参数比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),特征性的WI参数[投影重要性(VIP值)>1]为EP、PWV、β、AC,其中贡献率为EP>PWV>β>AC。基于PCA和OPLS-DA,生理性弦脉组与早期高血压弦脉组样本区分明显,表明2组WI各参数差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),特征性的WI参数(VIP值>1)为EP、PWV、NA、W1、β,其中贡献率为EP>PWV>NA>W1>β。结论:区分早期高血压弦脉组与生理性弦脉组的WI特征性参数为EP、PWV、β、NA、W1。区分平脉组与生理性弦脉组特征性参数为EP、PWV、β、AC。WI技术可为脉象的精准分型和信息解读提供客观依据,值得进一步推广应用。 展开更多

为了实现对食品成分、品质等方面的准确检测,为食品安全监管和质量控制提供有效的技术支持,引入近红外光谱分析技术,开展了该项技术在食品检测中的应用研究。通过样品制备、选择光谱采集设备、设置采集参数,采集食品近红外光谱,引入标... 为了实现对食品成分、品质等方面的准确检测,为食品安全监管和质量控制提供有效的技术支持,引入近红外光谱分析技术,开展了该项技术在食品检测中的应用研究。通过样品制备、选择光谱采集设备、设置采集参数,采集食品近红外光谱,引入标准正态变量变换算法和自适应滤波算法,预处理采集的光谱数据,基于预处理后的数据,结合主成分分析法,构建食品成分特征与近红外光谱数据之间的数学模型,实现近红外光谱分析技术在食品检测的应用设计。实验结果表明,提出的研究应用后,食品成分检测结果与真实值更加接近,检测均方根误差较小,食品检测的准确性得到了显著提升。 展开更多

不同工艺梅占绿茶香气与主成分分析

为探明不同工艺梅占绿茶香气成分差异,对5份不同工艺梅占绿茶茶样香气组分含量及香气特征进行分析。结果表明,5份不同工艺梅占绿茶共检测出主要香气成分38种,包括碳氢类8种、醇类12种、醛酮类11种、酯类3种、含氮化合物类2种及含硫化合... 为探明不同工艺梅占绿茶香气成分差异,对5份不同工艺梅占绿茶茶样香气组分含量及香气特征进行分析。结果表明,5份不同工艺梅占绿茶共检测出主要香气成分38种,包括碳氢类8种、醇类12种、醛酮类11种、酯类3种、含氮化合物类2种及含硫化合物和杂氧类化合物各1种。其中醇类含量明显高于其他香气成分含量;醇类在梅占绿茶(饼形)中含量显著高于传统炒青绿茶;醛酮类在传统炒青绿茶中含量高于梅占绿茶(饼形)。β-芳樟醇具百合花或玉兰花香气,在梅占绿茶(饼形)中含量丰富,增加摇青工艺的梅占绿茶(饼形)香气主要表现清鲜、有花香或果香,香高持久;传统炒青绿茶花香不显。通过PCA进一步分析得到4个主成分,第一主成分的初始特征值为29.06,贡献率为76.472%;第二主成分的初始特征值为4.197,贡献率为11.046%;前4个主成分累计贡献率达100%,完全能够解释原有香气成分所包含的全部信息。表明摊青过程中加入摇青工艺加工出来的茶样具有高香优质绿茶品质特征,其中4号茶样(摇青15 s,揉捻12 min)感观审评分最高,香气清香持久,带栗香、兰花香。 展开更多

“缺陷弥补”的教育治理范式带来了诸多问题,“优势发展”范式下的校长积极领导力有助于塑造学校发展新动能。目前对校长积极领导力的效能研究尚不多见,且已有研究暂未将学校背景作为前因变量纳入模型进行系统化探讨。本研究利用省域大... “缺陷弥补”的教育治理范式带来了诸多问题,“优势发展”范式下的校长积极领导力有助于塑造学校发展新动能。目前对校长积极领导力的效能研究尚不多见,且已有研究暂未将学校背景作为前因变量纳入模型进行系统化探讨。本研究利用省域大规模调查数据,构建结构方程模型,探究学校背景、校长积极领导力对学生成绩的影响机制。研究发现:校长积极领导力作为结构性潜变量,对学生成绩产生显著正向影响;且在学校背景对学生成绩产生影响的过程中具有显著的中介效应;学校办学自主权类型不同,校长积极领导力的影响机制也有所差异。建议教育管理部门应强调校长积极领导力的重要性,提升校长的情境智力,构建家校协同育人支持系统,有效保障学校自主办学空间。 展开更多

基于主成分分析的安徽省城市竞争力评价研究

城市竞争力是区域发展能力的综合体现。城市竞争力评价的研究,对科学探寻城市发展规律、城市建设具有重要意义。文章以安徽省16个城市为样本,构建安徽省竞争力评价指标体系,采取主成分分析法进行实证分析,得出安徽省城市竞争力排名。实... 城市竞争力是区域发展能力的综合体现。城市竞争力评价的研究,对科学探寻城市发展规律、城市建设具有重要意义。文章以安徽省16个城市为样本,构建安徽省竞争力评价指标体系,采取主成分分析法进行实证分析,得出安徽省城市竞争力排名。实证结果显示:城市间差异较大,竞争力较强城市均为合肥都市圈成员;部分非传统经济强市发展潜力较强,科技教育投入有竞争力提升作用;与苏浙接壤部分城市软硬实力较强,资源型城市人文及基础设施较好。建议:加强区域协同发展,强化互动合作;提升科技教育实力,扩大对外交流开放;深耕长三角,提升城市宜居性。 展开更多

当前运动损伤组织检测存在误差大等问题,为了提高运动损伤组织检测效果,提出基于激光超声技术的运动损伤组织自动检测方法。首先分析运动损伤组织检测的研究现状,找到当前运动损伤组织检测效果差的原因,然后采集运动损伤组织的激光超声... 当前运动损伤组织检测存在误差大等问题,为了提高运动损伤组织检测效果,提出基于激光超声技术的运动损伤组织自动检测方法。首先分析运动损伤组织检测的研究现状,找到当前运动损伤组织检测效果差的原因,然后采集运动损伤组织的激光超声图像,采用主成分分析确认目标位置,双边滤波方法去除超声图像的噪声,最后运动损伤组织进行自动检测,并进行了运动损伤组织检测的仿真实验,结果表明,本方法的运动损伤组织图像的信噪比高,可以消除了噪声,运动损伤组织区域检测平均准确度为98.63%,运动损伤组织检测均方误差的平均值约为0.044。 展开更多
