Analysis of the Role of Problem-Based Independent Learning Model in Teaching Cerebral Ischemic Stroke First Aid in Emergency Medicine

Objective:To analyze the effect of using a problem-based(PBL)independent learning model in teaching cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)first aid in emergency medicine.Methods:90 interns in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into Group A(45,conventional teaching method)and Group B(45 cases,PBL independent learning model)by randomized numerical table method to compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The teaching effect indicators and student satisfaction scores in Group B were higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the PBL independent learning model in the teaching of CIS first aid can significantly improve the teaching effect and student satisfaction.

Hybrid Teaching Reform of Veterinary Microbiology Based on the Combination of Virtual Simulation and Problem-Based Learning

The Veterinary Microbiology course is centered around the diagnosis and testing of pathogenic microorganisms,with the core value of“moral education and character development.”It reconstructs multidimensional teaching resources by integrating disciplinary achievements with clinical cases and implements a hybrid teaching approach combining virtual simulation and problem-based learning(PBL)through the“three stages+four models+three reflections”framework.Dual-qualification teachers employ various teaching methods,create a“six-in-one”model for ideological and political education,and conduct formative assessments based on the principles of diversified objectives and process emphasis.The hybrid teaching reform addresses issues such as fragmented knowledge,insufficient class hours,weak animal disease diagnostic abilities among students,limited application and expansion of knowledge points,and students’lack of proactive critical thinking skills.The application of hybrid teaching has shown significant advantages and effectiveness,providing a reference for teaching reform in similar microbiology courses.

Problem-based Learning Combining Seminar Teaching Method for the Practice of Mathematical Modeling Course's Teaching Reform for Computer Discipline

Mathematical modeling course has been one of the fast development courses in China since 1992,which mainly trains students’innovation ability.However,the teaching of mathematical modeling course is quite difficult since it requires students to have a strong mathematical foundation,good ability to design algorithms,and programming skills.Besides,limited class hours and lack of interest in learning are the other reasons.To address these problems,according to the outcome-based education,we adopt the problem-based learning combined with a seminar mode in teaching.We customize cases related to computer and software engineering,start from simple problems in daily life,step by step deepen the difficulty,and finally refer to the professional application in computer and software engineering.Also,we focus on ability training rather than mathematical theory or programming language learning.Initially,we prepare the problem,related mathematic theory,and core code for students.Furtherly,we train them how to find the problem,and how to search the related mathematic theory and software tools by references for modeling and analysis.Moreover,we solve the problem of limited class hours by constructing an online resource learning library.After a semester of practical teaching,it has been shown that the interest and learning effectiveness of students have been increased and our reform plan has achieved good results.

Exploring the Application Effect of Flipped Classroom Combined with Problem-Based Learning Teaching Method in Clinical Skills Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method in clinical skills teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn.

Influence of Online Learning Attitude in the Blended Teaching Model on the Final Grades

The combination of online teaching and traditional offline teaching can maximize the advantages of both.Based on the blended teaching of English Reading course,39 students were selected as the research subjects to study the relationship between their online learning attitudes and their grades in the final examination.Judged from the number of times for each student to download teaching resources,the number of assignments submitted online,and the quality of the submitted assignments,each student’s attitude toward online learning was examined comprehensively,and a correlation analysis was conducted through SPSS Statistics 21.0 to explore the influence of online learning attitude on English reading performance.Through data collection and analysis of the online learning attitudes over a 16-week period,a significant positive correlation was found between the online learning attitudes and the English reading grades,indicating that the online learning attitude in the blended learning model plays a crucial role in improving the English reading skill,and students should maintain a positive attitude toward online teaching in blended learning.

Research on the Application of PBL+SPOC Blended Teaching Model in Probability and Statistics Course

To cultivate talents with an exploratory spirit and practical skills in the era of information technology,it is imperative to reform teaching methods and approaches.In the teaching process of the Probability and Statistics course,an application-oriented blended teaching model combining problem-based learning and small private online course was explored.By organizing and implementing online and offline teaching activities based on problem-based learning,a multidimensional process-oriented learning assessment system was established.Practice has shown that this model can effectively enhance classroom teaching effectiveness,benefiting the improvement of students’overall skills and mathematical literacy.

FIRST LANGUAGE ACQUISITION AS A MODEL FOR SECOND LANGUAGE ACQUISITION: THE TOTAL PHYSICAL RESPONSE APPROACH IN SECOND LANGUAGE LEARNING AND TEACHING

L1 and L2 acquisition, in some respects, are similar. Language development in children goes hand in hand with physical and cognitive development. Children learn their first language by imitation, but not always and not only by imitation. There seems to be some "innate capacities" that make children start to speak at the same time they do and in the way they do it. Adults learning a second language usually are controlled more by their motivation. But language input is important for both L1 and L2 acquisition. Though there are differences between CL1 and between CL2 and AL2, the way in which these learners acquire some of the grammatical morphemes is similar. This, together with some other evidence, shows that it is not only children who can acquire language. Adults can also acquire a language. But when adults acquire a language, they should also learn it. Some of the ways in which children acquire their language can be used as a model for L2 acquisition, even for Chinese students whose language is unrelated to English and whose culture is different. Learning the culture of the English-speaking countries will benefit the learning of the language. Like children, listening should also be well in advance of speaking in L2 acquisition. To train listening comprehension skills, Asher’s TPR approach proves more effective. TPR approach is at the moment limited to the beginning stage only. In order for students to gain all the five skills in a second language learning, namely, listening, speaking, reading, writing, and interpreting/translating, other methods should be used at the same time, or at later stages.

Research on Blended Teaching Model in College English Based on Mobile Learning App

Mobile learning is the general trend of the times and the inevitable choice for the reform and development of college English teaching.This article attempts to use blended learning theory,mobile learning theory,and instructional design theory as a guide.In many English mobile learning apps,Superstar Learning Link is used as an example to design an online and offline blended teaching mode.It proposes thinking expansion and interaction in pre-class stage.Consolidation of input and outputoriented process are during class and evaluation and sublimation are made after class.The essay is aimed to break the boundaries between traditional teaching and mobile learning,combining synchronous learning with personalized learning in order to improve comprehensive levels of English.

A Study on the Effectiveness of Autonomous-Cooperative Teaching and Learning Model Based on large -class English Teaching in Higher Vocational College

This paper just focuses on introducing the new model and testing its effectiveness in teaching English. Within this new model, both in-class learning and out-of-class learning are emphasized. In this paper, an experimental study is conducted upon non-English majors to test the effectiveness of autonomous-cooperative teaching and learning model for college English teaching (CET). The experimental study has lasted for half a year. Finally, from the experiment it can prove that the autonomous-cooperative teaching and learning model is feasible for English teaching and learning in large English classes in Higher Vocational College. It can improve English Teaching of Higher Vocational College and the students in the EG would surpass those in the CG in the performance of English learning.

Models for Teaching Culture in Computer-Assisted Language Learning

CALL （computer-assisted language learning） has tremendously transformed the teaching of language, with its wide application in many aspects of language teaching. However, how to integrate CALL into the teaching of culture is still rarely discussed. The purpose of the paper is to explore feasible models for teaching culture in CALL and their effects on students＇ acquisition process. Based on two fundamental pedagogical approaches （participatory pedagogy and multiliteracies pedagogy） for teaching culture, this paper proposes three pedagogical models （problem-posing model, web-quest model, and computer-supported collaborative learning model） for teaching culture in CALL. In the end, this paper illustrates a combination of the three models in real CALL setting by a cultural teaching case. A questionnaire survey and interviews are conducted to reflect on students＇ feedback, which gives an insight into possible adjustments in teaching models and the paper also proposes future possibilities in applying these models into teaching culture

Building a Model for Teaching Korean in Universities under the Vision of Experiential Learning

The rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the education system made the state begin to pay more attention to the talents in the education sector,especially in the context of the development of economic globalization,the demand for talents in foreign languages is increasing.China and South Korea are closely connected,so the demand for Korean language talents in our country is increasing,and many universities have established Korean language majors,and is constantly exploring teaching models and methods to enhance Korean language teaching,among which,experiential teaching being the university’s Korean language teaching is the important ways and means.This paper mainly analyzes the construction of the model of Korean language teaching in universities under experiential learning.

Practical effect of different teaching modes in teaching gastrointestinal surgery nursing

BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching.

The MOOC/SPOC Based"1+M+N"Multi-University Collaborative Teaching and Learning Mode:Practice and Experience

Since 2012, the MOOCs, the massive open online courses, have brought big influences on the higher education in the world. How to use MOOCs to help universities rather than bother them to improve their education level and quality becomes an important issue. In China, many universities have explored the new modes and approaches for MOOC/SPOC-based teaching and learning. Especially, the China MOOC Association on Computing Education(CMOOC association), established in 2014, has done a set of successful practice and achieved fruitful experiences on MOOC courses development and computer education reform. Based on the practical experiences, a MOOC/SPOC based "1+M+N" multi-university collaborative teaching and learning mode is presented, which is adapted to the real situation of Chinese university education. In the paper, the practices and experiences of CMOOC association are introduced, the MOOC/SPOC based "1+M+N" multi-university collaborative teaching and learning mode and its approaches are described. Finally, the suggestions for MOOCs development and applications are also presented.

A Study of Oral English Teaching and Learning in Vocational Collegesfrom the Perspective of Constructivism

With the increasing development of China’economy and society,the communication between China and other countries is on the rise,which contribute to the increasing demands of foreign languages especially English.As a result,oral English plays an important role in English learning and it is necessary for learners to improve their oral English.While the traditional teaching models cannot meet the teaching demand now,Constructivist learning theory(CLT),a very important branch of the cognitive theory has arisen a considerable amount of interest as a new teaching method.In the paper,the author try to apply constructivist learning theory to vocational college oral English teaching in order to explore some oral English teaching models from a constructivist perspective and hopes that this paper can provide some help to apply the CLT to vocational oral English teaching.

New Directions of 5G for the Development of Blended Learning Models

To improve the quality of education,the application of various forms of teaching and learning tools supported by technology is becoming increasingly widespread in education.Especially the internet communication and technology are changing the education era swiftly with the advent of fifth-generation technology.Research about blended learning(BL)based on 5G networks is emerging.However,few studies have explained how 5G network technology helps the BL teaching model be better applied to teaching.Therefore,this paper tries to sort out the development process of BL teaching mode,summarize the challenges of BL learning in teaching,and explore how the development of the 5G era will positively impact BL teaching mode.

A Brief Study on the Design of Higher Vocational English Classroom Based on Blended Teaching Model

This article takes an English classroom teaching design about healthy living as an example to demonstrate a blended learning mode,which based on learning new words and practicing oral English.The purpose of this teaching design is to let stu⁃dents memorize new vocabulary and practice spoken English in the classroom.We will use"Wenjuanxing"platform to design an English questionnaire about healthy life as the homework of this class,and finally hope that the students can learn English in the relaxed atmosphere and fall in love with English.

浅谈E-learning在临床药师培训中的应用

临床药师培训是我国适应医疗机构开展临床药学工作,逐步建立临床药师制的需要。我国先后批准了93家医院建立了临床药师培训基地,培训工作取得了快速发展。在培训过程中,随着信息化的不断发展,E-learning教学模式已成功应用于多门学科并取得良好的教学效果。本文探索利用E-learning辅助教学探索一种新型的适合临床药师培养的教学模式,以期充分调动临床药师培训学员学习的主动性和灵活性,提高学员自主学习和合作学习的能力,进一步提高教学质量。
