Task-based language teaching(TBLT)emphasizes the relevance of classroom tasks to real-life scenarios,while focusing on the learner’s personal life experiences as an important resource for classroom learning.This article is a teaching experiment based on task-based teaching method,which requires learners to complete a picture story about their daily life.The pictures are taken in real life scenes.Teachers plan to combine different task phases with visual images to closely link the tasks to the learner’s personal life and enhance the authenticity of the task.After the task is completed,the teacher understands the learner’s attitude and evaluation of the whole task through questionnaires,and analyzes the feasibility of the visual image applied to the foreign language classroom,the problems worthy of reflection,and suggestions for improvement. 展开更多

Then, the visual element in language teaching and different kinds of visual materials such as sound film, audio-visual courses, television will be introduced with an application of visual materials in real language class. The caprice for the study came from an indigenous designed instructional board for teaching learners in nursery/primary schools (2 - 10 years) and the task whose overall topic is the reminiscence, retention of visuals aid use in the pedagogy. The study is to appraise the opinion of toddlers/teachers about the helpfulness of 3D-visuals (ergonomic board);the clarity of the intended functions of the 3D-visuals in the toddler’s lessons instruction and support from the producers in using them;and why visuals (conventional visual aids) in schoolroom instruction are misjudged/misinterpreted;their view about the functions in specific (conventional visuals) for the instruction pedagogy;and other sources of visuals provided other than the lesson’s instruction. Four nursery/primary schools participated in the study. Seventy-two (72) toddler’s/teachers participated in the study. The study examined using quantitative and qualitative approach for statistical analysis (using pie-chart and histogram). The findings suggested that the aspects of visuals items selected for comment and description are to some extent circumscribed by toddler’s learners’ linguistic resources. Understandably, the point made by researchers referred that visuals often fail to support learning as effectively as they might because they are not regarded as a full-fledged information mode that requires the same careful processing as verbal text, is borne out by the findings. Recommendation, the accountability is above all on producers of kid’s instructional materials: authors, editors, designers and illustrators of the materials. The implication of this is that toddlers’ instructional materials should, as in the case of illustrated books include both an overt explanation of the overall philosophy toward visuals and overview of their use. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of virtual simulation teaching platform in the practical teaching of medical imaging.Methods:A total of 97 students majoring in medical imaging technology of class 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method:control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49).The observation group was under the practical teaching mode based on the virtual simulation teaching platform,while the control group was under the traditional multimedia teaching mode.Questionnaire survey and teaching assessment were carried out after the teaching period,and the application effects of the two teaching modes were compared.Results:The reading and theoretical scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the students in the control group(P<0.01);there were statistically significant differences in the results of the questionnaire survey(improved learning interest,improved language expression,improved ability to comprehensively analyze problems,and improved teamwork awareness)between the two groups of students(P<0.05);the students in the observation group were markedly more satisfied with the teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching quality than the students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical imaging practical teaching mode based on virtual simulation platform not only helps improve students’theoretical understanding and practical ability in medical imaging technology,but also improves students’learning interest,language expression ability,ability to comprehensively analyze problems,communication skills,teamwork awareness,and satisfaction with the teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching quality.Therefore,it has wide application value in medical specialty education. 展开更多

目的分析并总结近20年国内环境卫生学课程教学改革现状及热点,为后续研究提供理论借鉴和决策参考。方法基于文献计量分析法,以2006年1月-2023年11月中国知网(CNKI)收录的环境卫生学教学所检索出的相关文献为分析对象,所得文献经人工筛... 目的分析并总结近20年国内环境卫生学课程教学改革现状及热点,为后续研究提供理论借鉴和决策参考。方法基于文献计量分析法,以2006年1月-2023年11月中国知网(CNKI)收录的环境卫生学教学所检索出的相关文献为分析对象,所得文献经人工筛选后导入CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件,对文献年发表数量、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献130篇,年度发文量整体呈上升趋势,略有波动。其中梁瑞峰、张志红等学者发文较多,且作者集中度较高,发文机构间合作较少。研究关键词主要包括实验教学、教学改革、教学方法及预防医学等。结论当前环境卫生学教学改革研究主要集中在理论探索层面,发文量较少且质量有待提升。为全面提升预防医学课程体系质量,建议加强对环境卫生学教学改革和创新的关注。 展开更多
