This paper dis~ the relationship of conceptual characteristics between process and project, gives low-level details to tackle the difference between them, and proposes an enterprise process modeling method for project management. To help developers reuse the business process models... Reusing business process models and best practices can improve the productivity, quality and agility in the early development phases of enterprise software systems. To help developers reuse the business process models and best practices, we propose a methodology and an integrated environment for business process modeling driven by the metamodel. Furthermore, we propose a process-template design method to unify the granularity and separate the commonality and variability of business processes so that business process models can be reused across different enterprise software systems. The proposed methodology enables to create reuse-oriented business process templates before the business process modeling. To support the proposed methodology, we developed an integrated environment for creating, reusing and verifying the business process models. As the key techniques, we describe the methodology and its integrated environment, including a metamodel and notations. We applied the methodology and integrated environment to an actual enterprise software development project, and evaluated that the productivity of business process modeling is improved by at least 46%. As the conclusion, this paper contributes to prove the effectiveness of the meta-model driven business process modeling methodology for the reuse of business process models. 展开更多

In order to study the major performance indicators of the twin-rotor piston engine(TRPE), Matlab/simulink was used to simulate the mathematical models of its thermodynamic processes. With consideration of the characteristics of the working processes in the TRPE, corresponding differential equations were established and then simplified by period features of the TRPE. Finally, the major boundary conditions were figured out. The changing trends of mass, pressure and temperature of working fuel in the working chamber during a complete engine cycle were presented. The simulation results are consistent with the trends of an actual working cycle in the TRPE, which indicates that the method of simulation is feasible. As the pressure in the working chamber is calculated, all the performance parameters of the TRPE can be obtained. The major performance indicators, such as the indicated mean effective pressure, power to weight ratio and the volume power, are also acquired. Compared with three different types of conventional engines, the TRPE has a bigger utilization ratio of cylinder volume, a higher power to weight ratio and a more compact structure. This indicates that TRPE is superior to conventional engines. 展开更多

Collision avoidance decision-making models of multiple agents in virtual driving environment are studied. Based on the behavioral characteristics and hierarchical structure of the collision avoidance decision-making in real life driving, delphi approach and mathematical statistics method are introduced to construct pair-wise comparison judgment matrix of collision avoidance decision choices to each collision situation. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to establish the agents' collision avoidance decision-making model. To simulate drivers' characteristics, driver factors are added to categorize driving modes into impatient mode, normal mode, and the cautious mode. The results show that this model can simulate human's thinking process, and the agents in the virtual environment can deal with collision situations and make decisions to avoid collisions without intervention. The model can also reflect diversity and uncertainly of real life driving behaviors, and solves the multi-objective, multi-choice ranking priority problem in multi-vehicle collision scenarios. This collision avoidance model of multi-agents model is feasible and effective, and can provide richer and closer-to-life virtual scene for driving simulator, reflecting real-life traffic environment more truly, this model can also promote the practicality of driving simulator. 展开更多

Battlefield environment simulation process is an important part of battlefield environment information support, which needs to be built around the task process. At present, the interoperability between battlefield environment simulation system and command and control system is still imperfect, and the traditional simulation data model cannot meet war fighters’ high-efficient and accurate understanding and analysis on battlefield environment’s information. Therefore, a kind of task-orientated battlefield environment simulation process model needs to be construed to effectively analyze the key information demands of the command and control system. The structured characteristics of tasks and simulation process are analyzed, and the simulation process concept model is constructed with the method of object-orientated. The data model and formal syntax of GeoBML are analyzed, and the logical model of simulation process is constructed with formal language. The object data structure of simulation process is defined and the object model of simulation process which maps tasks is constructed. In the end, the battlefield environment simulation platform modules are designed and applied based on this model, verifying that the model can effectively express the real-time dynamic correlation between battlefield environment simulation data and operational tasks. 展开更多

It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. Effective implementation of goaf detection and accurate acquisition of its spatial characteristics including the three-dimensional morphology the spatial position as well as the actual boundary and volume are important basis to analyze predict and control disasters caused by goaf. In recent years three-dimensional laser scanning technology has been effectively applied in goaf detection [3 4]. A generalized steady-state model is being developed for an internal heat integrated distillation column (IHIDiC). A procedure incorporating the Newton-Raphson method is devised for solving the model equations. Separation of an ethanol-water binary mixture is simulated and analyzed with the model. Two pinch points are found within the process, making the separation extremely difficult and expensive. Two sharp fronts in the temperature and the composition profiles are being observed. With the introduction of heat integration, satisfactory separation may be obtained in a limited number of stages with lower reflux ratios. Increasing the pressure difference between the rectifying and the stripping sections, however, would bring about a reduced relative volatility between the two components involved, creating adverse separation performances. It is obvious that optimization of the IHIDiC is of prime importance. 展开更多

基于随机骨料的混凝土边界效应影响研究

为了研究混凝土构件内的骨料边界效应,分别采用图像识别技术和随机骨料建模技术分析了真实的骨料分布、形状、长径比、粒径及表面棱角数量等因素对骨料密度分布曲线及边界效应的影响规律。研究结果表明:骨料密度分布曲线呈现先上升、随... 为了研究混凝土构件内的骨料边界效应,分别采用图像识别技术和随机骨料建模技术分析了真实的骨料分布、形状、长径比、粒径及表面棱角数量等因素对骨料密度分布曲线及边界效应的影响规律。研究结果表明:骨料密度分布曲线呈现先上升、随后下降、最终趋于稳定或略有震荡的规律,且不受骨料几何形态影响,稳定时对应的密度分数略高于平均骨料密度分数;骨料密度曲线峰值厚度约为骨料最小粒径,边界效应层厚度约为骨料平均粒径,且这二者均随着骨料粒径及长径比的增加逐渐增大;在骨料的几何形态特征因素中,骨料粒径对密度分布曲线、峰值厚度及效应层厚度影响较为显著,影响程度强于其他的几何形态特征。 展开更多

基于无应力状态法的异形钢箱拱塔施工过程线形控制

为进一步优化异形钢箱拱塔施工及安装方法,以某异形斜拉桥中采用的双肢非一致倾斜拱形桥塔为工程案例,考虑支架对结构线形的影响,分析了桥塔施工过程线形变化。针对钢箱桥塔内部板件变化复杂且规律性低、传统建模方法效率低下的问题,使... 为进一步优化异形钢箱拱塔施工及安装方法,以某异形斜拉桥中采用的双肢非一致倾斜拱形桥塔为工程案例,考虑支架对结构线形的影响,分析了桥塔施工过程线形变化。针对钢箱桥塔内部板件变化复杂且规律性低、传统建模方法效率低下的问题,使用插值原理生成坐标并对号入座到节点逻辑编号,节点逻辑编号中自带单元信息,单元可以通过循环快速生成,形成了复杂钢箱结构快速建模方法;针对传统正装法在计算闭环结构时常发生的单元畸变导致算法不收敛现象,将无应力状态法与正装法相结合,解释了传统正装方法失效的原理,提出一种改进的闭环结构施工过程模拟的分析方法——无应力正装法,运用该方法分析了支架上的闭环结构施工过程中的3种线形方案,以合龙为目标精确计算了主塔结构在施工过程中的三向控制线形,顺桥向、横桥向和竖向最大变形分别为16,2 cm和9 cm,两肢间三向线形偏差分别为5,3.5,5 cm,同时计算了桥塔节段的安装线形,作为实际桥塔施工安装的重要定位依据,安装线形最大矢量位移值为2.8 cm,最终节段安装线形恰好落在零位置处,实现了合龙段的零偏差安装。无应力状态法在异形钢箱拱塔施工过程线形控制中的应用展示了其在保证施工精度和效率方面的优势,给桥塔安装提供了重要的定位基准。 展开更多

Concurrent engineering (CE) is a systematic approach to integrate concurrent design of products and their related processes. Its objective is to shorten product life cycle, improve product quality and reduce product cost. Modeling the concurrent engineering product development process (CEPDP) is a key part of this process which has attracted the attention of researchers and engineers around the world. This paper focuses on a newly developed and potentially powerful CEPDP modeling philosophy——integrated multi view modeling (IMVM), by which managers can foresee the evolution of a product from its conception to its disposal and consider all the important factors in its production before a project is launched. CEPDP/IMVM is a product oriented modeling method. A modeling environment is used to establish a systematic model including different aspects of the process such as product information, development activities, enterprise resources, and organizational structure. The integration within an IMVM model should accurately reflect the PDPs dynamic characteristics and provide necessary information for monitoring and coordinating processes. 展开更多

利用内燃机高原环境模拟试验台,对经过高海拔标定后的高压共轨柴油机进行了外特性试验,重点研究了高原环境条件(0~5,km)对低速和高速燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:该柴油机在低速下平均指示压力、最高燃烧压力、最大压力升高率和放热率峰... 利用内燃机高原环境模拟试验台,对经过高海拔标定后的高压共轨柴油机进行了外特性试验,重点研究了高原环境条件(0~5,km)对低速和高速燃烧特性的影响.结果表明:该柴油机在低速下平均指示压力、最高燃烧压力、最大压力升高率和放热率峰值均随海拔的增加而减小;海拔每升高1,km,上述燃烧参数分别平均降低6.83%、7.03%、4.00%和3.92%.低速下最高燃烧压力点、放热率峰值点和放热率重心随海拔基本保持不变,最大压力升高率点后移.高速下平均指示压力和放热率峰值随海拔的增加而减小,海拔每升高1,km,分别降低2.59%和2.00%;最高燃烧压力随海拔基本保持不变,最高燃烧温度随海拔的增加而增高;最高燃烧压力点、最高燃烧温度点和放热率峰值点以及放热率重心前移.在高海拔高速工况下发生了燃烧压力振荡,造成噪声和机械负荷增大. 展开更多
