The authors emphasize the need for integration of lean management with eco-innovation. This integration represents a sustainable development so that environmental impacts are reduced, more effective use of natural resources is achieved and production costs are reduced. Manufacturing organizations based on that approach must use so-called pull production control systems. Pull systems are most often presented in production management system--Kanban. Due tocomputational inefficiency, traditional engineering simulation software and optimization methods areinadequate to analyze optimization problems in VPD. Optimization method based on simulationmetamodel for virtual product development is proposed to satisfy the needs of complex optimaldesigns driven by VPD. This method extends the current design of experiments (DOE) by variousmetamodeling technologies. Simulation metamodels are built to approximate detailed simulation codes,so as to provide link between optimization and simulation, or serve as a bridge for simulationsoftware integration among different domains. Traditional engineering simulation software and optimization methods are inadequate to analyze the optimization problems because of its computational inefficiency. A systematic design optimization strategy by using statistical methods and mathematical optimization technologies is proposed. This method extends the design of experiments (DOE) and the simulation metamodel technologies. Metamodels are built to in place of detailed simulation codes based on effectively DOE, and then be linked to optimization routines for fast analysis, or serve as a bridge for integrating simulation software across different domains. The results of analyzing the managerial characteristics and complexity of product cooperative development suggest that task planning is an important aspect for process management of product cooperative development and the method for planning tasks should be able to model the dependency between tasks and iterations during the development process. In this paper, a DSM-based method and its corresponding optimization algorithms are developed. At first the coupled task sets and uncoupled task sets are identified, and the tasks are then optimized by the corresponding algorithms. The optimal tasks plan will reduce the development time and cost. Considering the practical requirements in real world, a Multilayer DSM is proposed, and its information communication techniques between DSM and traversing principle are described in details. 展开更多

Vanuatu is an underdeveloped country,but it is rich in tourism resources and has become an increasingly popular tourist destination.Tourism is one of the pillar industries of national economy.At present,the core component of Vanuatu’s tourism consumption structure is the basic elements based on accommodation,transportation and catering.However,the proportion of shopping,sightseeing and entertainment,which are factors of tourism value-added consumption,is very low.Therefore,it is urgent to improve efficiency and quality of tourism.This study suggested that Vanuatu develop characteristic cultural tourism products in multiple dimensions,build its characteristic cultural tourism pedestrian streets,make cultural tourism products with food tourism as the theme,create a brand series of Vanuatu characteristic tourist souvenirs,design the characteristic homestay experience with "slow tourism" as the core and optimize the structure of tourism consumption in Vanuatu to improve its cultural influence and the level of modern service industry and realize the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. 展开更多

So it is significant to study optimal utilization of material resources of manufacturing system from the perspective of product design. This paper firstly defines concept of product design, then after an analysis of design objectives the author proposes a target system of product design with three subsystems: structural system, functional system, and technical system. Finally, a product design system on Architectural Metal Structure Enterprises is developed and used in light of the great consumption of material resources in Metal Structure Enterprises. Designed as a tool for business intelligence, resource planning is used to manage the essentials of a business by integrating processes into a single system. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions ensure all the organizational, operational, and procedural structures interconnection, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, knowing that inefficiency within one structure will lead to inefficiency in others. The originality of the approach consists in the unitary analysis of all processes which shipbuilding involves (design;evaluation of ship construction possibilities;contracting of works;contracting of supply of materials and equipment;presentation of inspections for the completed works reception;delivery of the ship into operation). The systemic approach is a notable contribution by highlighting the input and output quantities for the analyzed processes. Also, where it was found relevant, the diagrams highlight the owners of the process and show the interconnectivity of the functional departments within a shipyard. Although it is obviously the expression of in-depth knowledge of the peculiarities of Romanian shipyards, the authors hope that the work can support any shipyard that may be interested in knowing these structures (as a logical scheme mandatory to design a custom ERP software system). 展开更多

Robot Application and Adjustment of Export Product Scope:Can We Have Both Efficiency and Quality?Jianhong Qi,Zhitong Zhang Based on the matching data of China Industrial Enterprise Database and China Customs Database from 2000 to 2015,this paper examines the infuence of robot application(RA)on the export product scope(EPS)of multi-product enterprises(MPEs),the influence channels,and the export competition strategies of these enterprises.The research results show that RA has promoted the expansion of EPS of MPEs,and this promotion effect is prominent especially for the export of laborintensive products,resource-intensive products and for non-state-owned enterprises(SOEs).The adjustment of EPS by RA not only enhances efficiency through productivity improvement effect and cost-saving effect,but also improves quality through emission-reduction effect and product quality effect,which is very obvious in long-quality-ladder enterprises.The RA-expanded product scope covers both old products and new products manufactured in the same industry.Facing fierce competition in the same industry,robot-using enterprises prefer quality competition strategy,which further promotes the expansion of EPS. 展开更多

我国已进入数字经济时代,企业数字化转型已成为当前我国经济的热点议题。以2018—2022年2445家中国A股上市制造业企业为研究对象,采用固定效应模型探讨数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响。研究表明,数字化转型对企业高质量发展能够起到... 我国已进入数字经济时代,企业数字化转型已成为当前我国经济的热点议题。以2018—2022年2445家中国A股上市制造业企业为研究对象,采用固定效应模型探讨数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响。研究表明,数字化转型对企业高质量发展能够起到显著的促进作用;机制检验显示,在数字化转型促进高质量发展这一过程中,资产结构和内部控制能够起到中介作用,企业经营风险具有显著的调节作用。进一步的异质性分析表明,数字化转型在推动东部地区企业及非高新技术企业的高质量发展中表现出显著的促进效果。最后提出相关政策建议,以期为我国制造业企业实施数字化转型促进高质量发展提供经验与借鉴。 展开更多
