The demands for improved engine performance,fuel economy,durability,and lower emissions provide a continual challenge for engine designers.The use of Compacted Graphite Iron(CGI)has been established for successful hig...The demands for improved engine performance,fuel economy,durability,and lower emissions provide a continual challenge for engine designers.The use of Compacted Graphite Iron(CGI)has been established for successful high volume series production in the passenger vehicle,commercial vehicle and industrial power sectors over the last decade.The increased demand for CGI engine components provides new opportunities for the cast iron foundry industry to establish efficient and robust CGI volume production processes,in China and globally.The production window range for stable CGI is narrow and constantly moving.Therefore,any one step single addition of magnesium alloy and the inoculant cannot ensure a reliable and consistent production process for complicated CGI engine castings.The present paper introduces the SinterCast thermal analysis process control system that provides for the consistent production of CGI with low nodularity and reduced porosity,without risking the formation of flake graphite.The technology is currently being used in high volume Chinese foundry production.The Chinese foundry industry can develop complicated high demand CGI engine castings with the proper process control technology.展开更多

Tests w...This study was conducted to investigate the in-vitro production technology of embryos from young Dorper sheep, so as to provide technical support for the utilization of ovarian follicles in young Dorper sheep. Tests were conducted from the induction of Dorper sheep of 4 to 8 weeks old using follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and pregnant horse serum(PMSG), collection of oocytes, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer. The results showed that 585 oocytes were collected from eight Dorper sheep at the age of 4 and 8 weeks, with an average of 73.13 oocytes/sheep. 346 of the 2-4-cell-stage fertilized eggs were obtained, whose cleavage rate was 59.15%. 77 in-vitro fertilized eggs at 2-4-cell stage were transplanted into 17 recipient sheep, seven of which were pregnant and gave birth to 13 "test-tube sheep" with a conception rate of 41.18%. It is indicated that the hormone induction technique, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation technique and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer technique used in this study can serve as effective techniques for the in-vitro production of embryos from Dorper sheep of 4-8 weeks old.展开更多

文摘While the internet skills of the elderly is no longer a big problem,it is still necessary to further improve the online shopping experience and activity of the elderly.Evidently,the frequency of seniors shopping online is not nearly as high as the younger generation,as the elderly online shopping frequency is still calculated by weeks.People with higher education and younger age are more likely to accept technology products and understand how to use them,but people with lower education and older age will find it harder to use technology product.The majority of the elderly have a vision for the further development of technology to help them.This study shows that the elderly group shopping demand is large,but when the majority of the elderly choose offline consumption,the option of just a simple online solution is insufficient.Some shopping apps have made improvements in such aspects as font enlargement,color contrast enhancement and simplified operation steps.However,these improvements only solved the superficial problems,and failed to consider and solve the problems based on the experience of the elderly.

文摘Under a heterogeneous firm analysis framework,this paper creates a theoretical model to investigate how trade liberalization of intermediates influences the technology choice of firms based on the data of Chinese manufacturers during 2000-2006.According to our empirical result,after China's WTO entry,trade liberalization of intermediates significantly induced Chinese exporters to apply advanced technologies.In our further consideration of the differentiated productivity of firms,we found that such an effect is related to the initial productivity of firms and only significantly induces mediumproductivity firms to upgrade their technologies.In addition,the technology-promotion effect of trade liberalization of intermediates is the most significant for technology-intensive exporters and the least significant for labor-intensive exporters.
文摘Based on the non-radial super-efficiency SBM model,the technical efficiency of forestry production in 30 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)across the country was measured from 2004 to 2018,and the Makov chain was introduced to analyze the evolution trend.The research found that:The average PTE of China's forestry from 2004 to 2018 was 0.516,and the overall level was not high;regional imbalances were prominent,showing a distribution pattern of"high in the south and low in the north"and"high in the east and low in the west".Regions with low and high levels of Forestry PTE have certain characteristics of"path dependence".in the long run,Forestry PTE growth will face greater pressure.
