Due to immature psychological development, single life experience, a strong sense of self, emotional instability and other factors, it is easy to produce frustration and harmful mood, cause psychological trouble and confused, and even psychological disorders, which affect college students＇ physical and mental development and health and also will inevitably affect the effectiveness of education in colleges. The paper mainly discusses the effective combined method of the ideological, political education and mental health education in colleges and universities.
