During this period, they will face the problems of the knowledge reserve, potential development, making friends, choosing a career and a series of significant life topics. Due to immature psychological development, single life experience, a strong sense of self, emotional instability and other factors, it is easy to produce frustration and harmful mood, cause psychological trouble and confused, and even psychological disorders, which affect college students' physical and mental development and health and also will inevitably affect the effectiveness of education in colleges. The paper mainly discusses the effective combined method of the ideological, political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. The paper also researches methods concerning in the cultivation the suitable methods to grasp the students' psychological situation, exert function of campus culture carrier, correct use of network platform and college counseling through various channels, such as effectively carrying out the teaching works of the ideological, political education and mental health. 展开更多

According to the knowledge structure of course and text, the relation among knowledge points, knowledge units from three levels of media material, we can build education resource components, and build TKCM (Teaching Knowledge Combination Model) based on resource components. Builders can build and assemble knowledge system structure and make knowledge units can be self assembled, thus we can develop and consummate them continually. 目的:在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中按照规范化培训的大纲要求,引入特定情景的临床案例,并结合问题引导式的教学方法,探讨这一教学模式在临床规培生教学中的效果。方法:纳入某院神经外科规范化培训并自愿报名的40名学员,随机分成两组... 目的:在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中按照规范化培训的大纲要求,引入特定情景的临床案例,并结合问题引导式的教学方法,探讨这一教学模式在临床规培生教学中的效果。方法:纳入某院神经外科规范化培训并自愿报名的40名学员,随机分成两组,对照组采用传统的教学方法授课,观察组采用案例分析(CBL)结合问题导向(PBL)联合教学,比较两种方法的教学效果。结果:观察组学员在出科考核多项环节中(自主学习能力,问题解决能力,团队合作能力以及综合考核)成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组学员对教学模式评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合PBL在神经外科规范化培训中能更好地提高学员对理论知识的理解和掌握,获得了广大学员的欢迎。 展开更多

目的探讨创新视野下基础联合应用的教学模式在产前超声诊断继续医学教育中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院超声科接受继续医学教育培训的30名学员,根据盲抽法将其分为观察组与对照组,各15名学员... 目的探讨创新视野下基础联合应用的教学模式在产前超声诊断继续医学教育中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院超声科接受继续医学教育培训的30名学员,根据盲抽法将其分为观察组与对照组,各15名学员。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用创新视野下基础联合应用的教学模式。比较2组培训前、培训3个月后的考核理论成绩、考核技能成绩以及2组对教学方法的总满意度。结果培训3个月后,观察组的超声基础原理[(8.67±1.15)分]、相关疾病鉴定诊断[(17.35±2.14)分]、疾病超声诊断[(27.68±2.01)分]、图像辨别[(8.69±1.04)分]、病例分析[(26.46±3.05)分]评分及总分[(88.85±7.62)分]均高于对照组[(6.46±1.08)分、(13.22±2.66)分、(24.26±3.21)分、(6.05±1.65)分、(22.84±2.95)分、(72.83±7.21)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训3个月后,观察组的标准切面[(36.65±2.41)分]、操作手法[(16.26±2.55)分]、疾病诊断与鉴别[(17.95±2.16)分]、报告书写[(17.24±2.01)分]评分及总分[(88.10±8.51)分]均高于对照组[(32.56±2.47)分、(14.36±2.01)分、(14.26±2.01)分、(14.66±2.51)分、(76.04±7.32)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训3个月后,观察组学员的总满意度为86.67%,与对照组的66.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论创新视野下基础联合应用的教学模式在产前超声诊断继续医学教育中的应用价值较高,可提高学员理论、技能水平。 展开更多

目的探索并轨模式下血液内科医学专业学位研究生临床教学方法及Mini-CEX技能评估方法。方法选择中山大学纪念医院内科806名完成轮科的医学专业学位硕士研究生,采用Mini-CEX量表对其入科前及轮转结束后的临床技能进行测评,评价教学效果;... 目的探索并轨模式下血液内科医学专业学位研究生临床教学方法及Mini-CEX技能评估方法。方法选择中山大学纪念医院内科806名完成轮科的医学专业学位硕士研究生,采用Mini-CEX量表对其入科前及轮转结束后的临床技能进行测评,评价教学效果;针对不同的教学方式,采用问卷调查的形式对学生满意度进行调查。结果出科前研究生在理论知识、问诊技巧、体格检查、临床诊断、治疗计划、操作能力、人文关怀方面的得分分别为(7.53±1.11)(7.58±1.07)(7.47±1.11)(6.47±0.94)(6.05±0.95)(8.28±0.71)(7.64±0.97)分,与入科前比较,成绩提高,差异有统计学意义。学生反馈结果表明在教学方式上,教学查房、病例讨论、微信平台满意度高,小讲课及读书报告有待进一步改善。结论采用Mini-CEX量表的临床技能测评方法具有有效性和可行性,值得推广应用。 展开更多
