The Emergence of Loving Pedagogy in the L2 Affective Domain:How Affective Pedagogy Accounts for Chinese EFL Teachers’Professional Success and Job Satisfaction?

The success of teachers in professional environments has a desirable influence on their mental condition.Simply said,teachers’professional success plays a crucial role in improving their mental health.Due to the invaluable role of professional success in teachers’mental health,personal and professional variables helping teachers succeed in their profession need to be uncovered.While the role of teachers’personal qualities has been well researched,the function of professional variables has remained unknown.To address the existing gap,the current investigation measured the role of two professional variables,namely job satisfaction and loving pedagogy,in Chinese EFL teachers’professional success.To do this,three validated scales were provided to 1591 Chinese EFL teachers.Participants’answers to the questionnaires were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test and structural equation modeling.The data analysis demonstrated a strong,positive link between the variables.Moreover,loving pedagogy was found to be the positive,strong predictor of Chinese EFL teachers’job satisfaction and professional success.The findings of the current inquiry may help educational administrators enhance their instructors’professional success,which in turn promotes their mental and psychological conditions at work.

Hybrid Architecture:A Studio-Based Pedagogical Framework for Digital Architectural Design

This article intends to bring a new perspective to the discussion of how studio-based education in architectural studies can improve its quality by embedding meta-tools as paradigmatic frameworks as a learning/teaching strategy.The newly emerging creative and collaborative digital design tools and systems led to the re-shaping and re-definition of the traditional studio-based teaching/learning processes.The shift does not only comprise of a newly gained ability of using“design toolkits”,but also has substantial cognitive and pedagogical implications.The paper presents,describes and discusses the application of a new pedagogical approach through the application of a novel knowledge framework,that has been used in the teaching of DAD(Digital Architectural Design)in the context of a master’s level course.

An Extended Policy Language for Role Resolution in Project-Oriented Workflow

HP defines an SQL-like language to specify organizational policies (or constraints) in workflow systems. Three types of policies were studied including qualification, requirements and substitution policies which can not handle complex role resolution such as Separation of Roles and Binding of Roles, and several exception situations, such as Role Delegation and Role Unavailable. From the perspective of project-oriented workflow, a project and its sub-projects can be under the charge of teams (or virtual teams). The teams should satisfy the role resolution of the projects managed by the team. To support the above requirements, based on team-enabled organization model, this paper extended HP’s policy language to support the role resolution in project-oriented workflow, and provided its modeling and enforcement mechanism.

A Hybrid Authorization Model For Project-Oriented Workflow

In the context of workflow systems, security-relevant aspect is related to the assignment of activities to (human or automated) agents. This paper intends to cast light on the management of project-oriented workflow. A comprehensive authorization model is proposed from the perspective of project management. In this model, the concept of activity decomposition and team is introduced, which improves the security of conventional role-based access control. Furthermore, policy is provided to define the static and dynamic constraints such as Separation of Duty (SoD). Validity of constraints is proposed to provide a fine-grained assignment, which improves the performance of policy management. The model is applicable not only to project-oriented workflow applications but also to other teamwork environments such as virtual enterprise.

“虚拟仿真+试误教学法”实验教学模式的探索与实践

以虚拟仿真结合“试误”教学法,建立混合式实验教学模式用于药学专业高危类化学实验教学。以氧化石墨烯的制备为例,采用3D MAX、IdeaVR等软件对实验场景、仪器设备等进行高度仿真。在线教学模式便于学生随时随地沉浸式学习,凸显“以学生为本”的教育理念;增加“试误”选项,让学生体验错误操作会导致爆炸等危险后果,强化关键知识点。基于“试误”教学法的虚拟仿真实验模式,不仅解决了传统实验教学中安全隐患大、污染严重等问题,能够以虚补实,而且为学生创造了自主性高、探索式学习环境,同时,该教学模式为危险系数高的化学类实验课程的开设提供了教学示范。

中国教育学学科成熟、学术繁荣和话语自觉的标志,是形成了自主的知识体系。百余年来,作为“西学东渐”产物的中国教育学经历了多次推倒重来的发展,但始终将民族性与继承性作为自主知识建构的主线,将时代性与原创性作为学科知识发展的动力,将系统性与专业性作为学科获得认同的基础。新中国成立70多年来,教育的民生属性、战略属性和政治属性随时代变迁而日益凸显。中国教育学自主知识体系由学科体系、学术体系、话语体系、教材体系、治理体系构成。具体而言,在内容形态上由标识性概念、核心知识和前沿知识构成;在生产机制上由学科、学派、学会和学术刊物构成;在转化应用上由实践知识、政策知识和教育思想构成。教育学的中国特色源于中国教育传统、中国教育实践和中国教育问题,建基于学科自觉、学术自律和文化自信。要处理好中国特色与普遍知识的辩证关系,夯实学科体系的基座,激发学术体系的原创性,增强教材体系的导向性,提高治理体系的有效性,让中国教育学“说得出”“用得上”“传得开”“叫得响”,为教育强国建设提供思想先导和理论支撑。

中国教育学自主建构的广义认识论条件

中国教育学的自主建构不只是教育学学科发展不可回避的问题,也是中国社会进一步发展的必然需求,在某种意义上,也是全球化时代更好地服务于国家教育发展的理性选择。然而,中国教育学的自主建构以至中国教育学自主性的实现,并不只是一个愿望上的或认识上的问题,还需要做相关的条件上的准备。不过,所谓条件归根到底都是关联着认识活动的,可以称之为广义认识论条件。简而言之,中国教育学的自主建构需要具备三个层面的广义认识论条件:一是教育学学者的精神自立。其操作性的内涵是学者须具有求真至善的学者精神和务实创新的学术精神。二是教育学研究的认识论自觉。研究者不仅须知教育学兼有思想性和科学性,而且须有研究方法论上的理性。三是教育学建构的文化自信。只有这样,中国教育学研究才能够摆脱以往被国外教育学研究带路的局面,进而步入自主发展的阶段。

在数智技术赋能下,开放教育生态系统正在经历持久性、动态性的演变。然而,关于其最终将演变成何种形态,目前仍存在不确定性与模糊性。本研究从技能本位的学习范式视角出发,探讨了开放教育在数智技术赋能下的革新过程,从目的观、教学观、学习观、空间观、评价观五个方面阐述了数智时代的开放教育观并构建了一个开放教育生态系统框架,涵盖开放学习文化、开放教育资源、开放教学法、开放学习法、开放学习空间、技能本位的开放评估机制等,旨在为开放教育数字化转型提供理论架构,支撑转型中的决策与实践,并呼吁开放教育走向“再开放”。

依托合成生物学竞赛培养创新人才的探索与实践

培养具有科研创新实践能力的人才是高校人才培养使命的重要体现。随着科教融合理念的发展,学科竞赛已成为创新型人才培养的重要支撑。本文基于合成生物学领域的顶级国际性赛事国际基因工程机器大赛(iGEM)和国内赛事合成生物学竞赛-创新赛(SynBio)对于大学生主观能动性和创造力的要求,结合南京工业大学iGEM团队连续五年的参赛历程,探索了以高水平竞赛为依托的拔尖创新人才培养模式,提出了将竞赛、科研和教学三者相结合,通过建立以兴趣为导向、学生为主体的学习模式,以创新为核心、实践为基础的科研训练,以学科交叉为特色、团队协作为基石的教育平台,促进拔尖创新人才培养的质量不断提升。

随着人工智能等新兴技术的发展,数字技术在教育中的应用日益加深。技术的应用是否能有效提升学习效果和教学质量,仍是全球热议的话题,尤其是在数字化学习的有效方法、适用对象和有效场景方面,证据尚不足。因此,迫切需要研究教育数字化转型下的数字化学习和教学规律。数字化学习变革的关键在于技术如何促进学习,其机制可归纳为技术应用、技能扩展和人机协同三个层面。教学数字化转型的关键是技术服务于有效教学,为实现这一目标,需要遵循数字时代教与学的基本规律:(1)教学的本质是教与学的双边活动;(2)技术的角色是有效赋能教与学;(3)数字化教学的根源在于数字教学法。基于对数字时代教与学基本规律的探讨,研究进一步明确了全域教学变革的基本路径是发展数字教学法,具体包含四个维度:(1)技术赋能的深度学习;(2)绿色鲁棒的数字学习环境;(3)循证导向的教学实践;(4)人机互信的协同教育。

国际教师教育教学法研究的特征、知识建构及启示

在教师教育领域建立一套有效的、系统的教师教育教学法是目前亟待解决的问题。但是我国还未形成教师教育教学法的系统知识来回应现实实践,国际研究可为此提供视野与基础。当前国际上关于教师教育教学法的研究呈现出强调教学专业复杂性、形成教“教”与学“教”的基本框架、重视教学推理与思考明确化、发展多种立场或取向、关注理论与实践关系等特征。围绕这些关注点,可构建起包含教师教育教学法价值论、本体论、主体论、方法论与实践论的知识体系。这启示我国学界未来在教师教育实践的整体系统下,针对教师教育教学法重构内涵、建设多样态的学术共同体、推进多学科理论建构与实证探索并行的路径,并作用于中国自主的教师教育知识体系与教师教育学科建设。

中国特色家庭教育学学科建设初探

家庭教育在从私人场域步入公共场域的过程中,已呈现出理论与实践相互掣肘的基本样态。从“学”的角度对家庭教育展开研究,既是家庭教育从微观走向宏观的必然要求,又是家庭教育研究持续深化的必由之路。家庭教育学学科建设目前亟待解决概念界定、学科定位及性质、研究取向、研究范畴、研究方法等问题。我们亟须形成家庭教育学学科建设的逻辑理路,即完善家庭教育学学科建设的内在学理制度,优化家庭教育学学科建设的外在学科建制,处理好学科建设中家庭教育学研究与家庭教育研究的关系、家庭教育学研究与家庭教育理论和实践的关系、家庭教育学与相关学科的关系以及家庭教育学的中西关系,树立家庭教育学学科建设的超学科思维,增强家庭教育学学科建设的使命感。
