Protective Renovation of the Historical Environment of Traffic Cultural Heritage:Necessity and Feasibility

Starting from the reality of protective renovation of the historical environment of traffic cultural heritage,this paper discusses its necessity from the role and value of protective renovation of historical environment on overall protection of traffic cultural heritage and contemporary value exploration.By analyzing the current research status of traffic history,protection theories and methods of historical environment,cultural routes,linear cultural landscape and heritage corridors and other theoretical methods,as well as the effectiveness of digital protection and other technical approaches,this paper demonstrates the theoretical basis and feasible technical approaches for protective renovation of the historical environment of traffic cultural heritage.Moreover,it is suggested to construct the historical environment evaluation system of traffic cultural heritage and form a systematic design process of protective renovation.

Protection and Development of Famous Historic and Cultural Cities Guided by Tourism Culture Geography:A Case Study of Ancient Pingyao City

By introducing cultural landscape theories and attaching importance to practical application of theories, this paper analyzed protection and development of ancient Pingyao City under the guidance of relevant theories. Taking Pingyao for example, application of theories in practices will be better understood, and the role of human geography in urban planning reflected. Referring to the protection and development cases of famous historic and cultural cities, this paper analyzed historical and cultural context, and spatial environment of Ancient Pingyao City from the perspectives of culture and geography, and proposed suggestions for the protection and development of ancient city under the guidance of human geography theories.

The Protection and Inheritance of Historical Architecture and Cultural Heritage——The Cognitive Bias and Participation of Shanghai Citizen and Promotion Strategy

The historical architecture and cultural heritage is basic embodiments of the cultural representation, cultural character and cultural spirit of a city. Based on 954 effective questionnaires of Shanghai citizens, this paper analyzes the basic situation, cognitive bias and obstacles of the protection and inheritance of historical architecture and cultural heritage. For example, the contradiction between the objective demand of urban renewal and the protection of historical building has yet to be coordinated,and the legal system for the protection of heritage has yet to be improved. The ' protective destruction' of historical buildings and the over-commercialization are serious. Lack of public awareness, cultural selfconfidence,cultural feelings, cultural experience, lack of talent, and so on. Based on these obstacles,this paper explores the common participation of governments and enterprises, social groups and individuals from the macro-strategic level to enhance the quality of the protection and inheritance of historical architecture and cultural heritage.

Improving the System of Historic and Cultural Heritage Protection Through Social Participation: Based on the Practice of Guangdong

The early historic and cultural heritage protection is regarded as the responsibility of the government, and is promoted by the government, protection experts, planners, and a few other elites. These bodies constitute a top-down historic and cultural heritage protection system based on their cultural consciousness. In the social transition of market-oriented reform and property right reform, due to the profit-driven demands of individuals, enterprise, and development-oriented government, the protection system was gradually differentiated and a lot of "protective development" practices emerged. With the advent of the post-industrial era, based on the need for cultural identity, the historic and cultural heritage protection began to get attention from third-party organizations, community residents, and even the public, who launched "bottom-up" social participation. Therefore, this paper, based on social governance theory, takes the development of civil cultural conservation organizations in Guangdong as the research object, explores how to construct a society participation network in Guangdong, and discusses the influence and limitation of the network in promoting the historic and cultural heritage protection. The paper puts forward the idea of improving the system of historic and cultural heritage protection through social participation.

基于价值链逻辑的历史文化整体性保护及其创新性发展

中华人民共和国成立以来,我国文化遗产保护传承体系在发展中完善,逐渐形成了增强文化自信、振奋民族精神的文化场域和整体性保护的中国方案,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要基石。随着我国文物保护体系、历史文化名城名镇名村体系和传统村落,以及非物质文化遗产保护体系的多元化形态和价值凸显,新形势下适应文化遗产整体性保护的目标及其创新发展诉求,从文化遗产本体价值-关联价值-转译价值出发,基于价值链逻辑,阐释文化遗产的时空脉络和文化内涵,即文脉价值;针对现实矛盾与发展困境,从多头管理的现实出发,建构以历史文化价值保护为核心的制度体系和保障;从人与遗产环境的共生关系,认知其社会价值,并适应于社会经济需求和价值约束,实现文化传承与复兴发展,即从固守到“守正适变”的创造性转化和创新性发展。

Integrated Assessment of Natural Hazards, Including Climate Change’s Influences, for Cultural Heritage Sites: The Case of the Historic Centre of Rethymno in Greece

Within the framework of disaster risk management, this article proposes an interdisciplinary method for the analysis of multiple natural hazards, including climate change’s influences, in the context of cultural heritage. A taxonomy of natural hazards applicable to cultural heritage was developed based on the existing theoretical and conceptual frameworks. Sudden-onset hazards, such as earthquakes and floods, and slow-onset hazards, such as wetting–drying cycles and biological contamination, were incorporated into the hazard assessment procedure. Future alteration of conditions due to climate change, such as change in heat waves’ duration, was also taken into account. The proposed hazard assessment framework was applied to the case of the Historic Centre of Rethymno, a city on the northern coast of the island of Crete in Greece,to identify, analyze, and prioritize the hazards that have the potential to cause damage to the center’s historic structures. The assessment procedure includes climate model projections, GIS spatial modeling and mapping, and finally a hazard analysis matrix to enable the sharing of a better understanding of multiple hazards with the stakeholders.The results can facilitate decision making by providing the vulnerability and risk analysis with the nature and spatial distribution of the significant hazards within the study area and its setting.

文化基因视域下我国城乡历史文化遗产保护研究综述

随着文化的不断演进,一些跨学科理论应运而生,“文化基因”便是其中的典型。该文分析1980年以来我国文化基因理论在城乡历史文化遗产保护领域中的研究背景,通过梳理国内有关文化基因的研究,从概念与理论演变、研究对象、分类与研究方法、应用实践4个方面进行分析。同时,找出现有研究存在的不足,并展望未来的研究方向,以期提高文化基因研究的质量,推动我国城乡历史文化遗产保护工作更好地开展。

湖南革命建筑遗产保护现状研究

湖南省是一个拥有深厚革命文化的红色热土,在抗击日本侵略和建立新中国的历史征程中发挥了重要的战略堡垒作用,是毛泽东思想的最初发源地和人民军队诞生的摇篮,留下了许多承载着这些光荣历史的革命建筑遗产。为了保护、利用与传承建筑文化遗产的历史价值,文章对革命建筑遗产的特性与保护现状进行了概述,重点梳理了其蕴含的社会、文化、精神价值,并结合实例分析了革命建筑遗产的保护与利用的策略,以期对更多的革命建筑遗产保护和发展提供借鉴。

论全域土地综合整治与线性文化遗产保护利用:衔接与融合——以广东省南粤古驿道梅关古道古田段为例

南粤古驿道是广东历史发展的线性文化遗产。探讨全域土地综合整治与线性文化遗产保护利用之间的内涵关联,有利于增强两者的协同关系与叠加效应。文章从全域土地综合整治和线性文化遗产保护利用的内涵解析和趋势分析入手,以广东省南粤古驿道梅关古道古田段连接线为例,探析两者之间的工作关联,提出面向线性文化遗产保护与利用的全域土地综合整治路径。结果表明:1)古驿道保护面临的问题与全域土地综合整治的目标密切关联,并与全域土地综合整治的内容相衔接;2)古驿道保护与全域土地综合整治可在国土空间规划落地实施、权益保障、政策激励、公共参与和景观协调等方面相互融合,共同促进国土空间价值提升;3)聚焦发展定位―规划布局―工程设计―统筹资金―服务运营维度,需不断创新全域土地综合整治工作路径,全面推动乡村文化遗产保护与利用。

传统村落历史文化遗产整体性保护探析——基于对贵州省铜仁市克兰寨村的考察

整体性原则是历史文化遗产保护的重要原则。历史文化遗产的整体性保护是传统村落保护与开发过程中必须遵循的基本原则,也是历史文化遗产较好保存与传统村落长远发展的必然要求。通过对贵州省铜仁市克兰寨村的实地考察,发现传统村落历史文化遗产丰富,但其整体性保护存在“重开发,轻保护”“重局部,轻整体”的问题。传统村落历史文化遗产的整体性保护需要历史文化遗产保护与村落环境保护并重,加强对传统村落自然环境和村落肌理的保护;静态保护与活态保护并重,加强对传统村落物质类、非物质类历史文化遗产的双重保护,加强传统村落历史文化遗产与乡村旅游的深度融合发展。

北京朝阜路区域空间资源梳理与现状分析

作为贯穿北京城的历史文化大道,朝阜路保护与开发之间的矛盾日渐突出,其历史景观保护不断面临新建项目的挑战。从自然基底到古城格局,从古代建筑到近现代建筑,从历史流传下来的非物质文化遗产到如今活态衍生中的新文化创造,由基底到表面,从物质到精神,由静态稳定到动态活跃,横向剖解朝阜路沿线各类文化资源。在资源梳理基础上,对朝阜路沿线区域价值受威胁情况进行分析,为朝阜路的保护与活化提供参考。

文章提出一种基于知识图谱的优秀历史建筑管理方法,通过对上海市150幢优秀历史建筑进行深入研究,构建涵盖建筑基础数据、人文保护数据、调查评估成果数据、自动化监测数据、数字化三维成果数据等本体的知识图谱。该知识图谱的构建可实现建筑的单信息搜索和多条件交叉搜索,还能发现多幢建筑的相同点以及某类建筑潜在的规律,未来还可以将知识推送服务于公众宣传,为城市文化遗产保护提供新的视角和方法。

政策工具视角下我国历史文化遗产保护政策文本分析与对策研究

历史文化遗产是中华民族精神生生不息的根脉,国家政策的顶层指导对相关保护工作的有力推进至关重要。文章从政策工具视角出发,选取全国性效力的48份历史文化遗产保护政策文本进行量化分析,探析当前相关政策工具选取和运用的特征,为后续政策制定提出优化建议,推动历史文化遗产保护工作高质量开展。研究发现,我国历史文化遗产保护政策存在政策工具整体结构失衡、政策工具实质效力不足和政策主体参与比例偏颇的问题,据此提出优化政策工具整体结构、提升政策工具实质效力和平衡政策主体参与比例的优化建议。
