Spatial Protection and Development of Traditional Mountain Settlements from the Perspective of Self-organization : A Case Study of Anju Ancient Town in Tongliang District, Chongqing

Through literature research, field research and urban design analysis methods, based on the self-organization theory, the evolution characteristics of the settlement space of Anju Ancient Town with significant characteristics of traditional mountain settlements were analyzed, and then its internal and external influencing factors were summarized. Finally, appropriate protection and development strategies were proposed, such as reasonably planning functional zones, breaking through the single structure, and creating a good living cultural environment. The innovation of this study is that it integrates the self-organization theory into the cognition of traditional mountain settlement space, and discusses the connection between the mountain settlement space and the traditional regional context under the modern development concept, so as to seek the benign protection and reasonable development of traditional mountain settlement space.

Integrated Development of the Tourism and Protection of Ancient Towns

Local color is not only the cultural counter in the competition between cities,but the main cultural element that attracts foreign tourists.In recent years,many cities have regarded tourism development as a major mean of reviving ancient towns.The excavation of local culture,material reconstruction of local characteristics,and the resurgence and"reproduction"of local industries have become an important work in the tourism development of ancient towns.Apart from the discussion of the protection,inheritance,and touristification of tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage,this paper demonstrated the possibility of the integration and production capacity of local characteristic industry resources and analyzed the impact of the integrated development on the lifestyle and living atmosphere of residents in the ancient towns.In this paper,ways to realize the integrated development of the tourism and protection of ancient towns were included as follows:(1)to ensure the principal status of local residents and give full play to their initiatives;(2)to protect the local traditional way of life and improve the public service system;(3)to choose the appropriate development pattern and achieve the diversified development;(4)to improve service facilities in tourism and adjust the structure of tourism products.

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING FOR WATER RESOURCES EXPLOITATION AND WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FOR CHANGLI COUNTY-A CASE STUDY FOR SMALL TOWNS OF CHINA

One of the major characteristics about the water resources and water pollution in China is that the southem part of the country is endowed with abundant water resources with serious water pollution occurring in some areas, whereas the northem part is endowed with limited water resources with relatively more serious water pollution existing in some areas. Urban areas have been mainiy affected by point source pollution while ecological damage is most serious in rural areas and small towns. With rapid development of socio-ecomony and urbanization, many new small towns have occurred in China, and the concemed ecological problems such as water pollution and soil erosion have been gradually changed into local point source pollution. Water envirormental problems are geding more and more serious. To resolve the above mentioned problems and to provide a mode for towns in North China, the Research Center of Water Problems of Chinese Academy of Sciences undertook the research project of comprehensive planning of urban environment of Changli County, Hebei Province. Conceming the limited financial strength of the county and its relatively low level of socio-economic development, the planning is aimed to protect and to improve Changli's environment with the least cost, to promote the suitable development of socio-economy of Changli County, and to carry out effective environmental regulations, control and managemeat.

Exploration of the Protective Development Model of Ancient Towns in Metropolitan Suburbs: A Case Study of Xinchang Ancient Town in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai

The protection of ancient towns has become a crucial link in the coordinated regional development in China.On the basis of the field investigation,this paper took Xinchang Ancient Town in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai for example to analyze the existing problems in the protection and development of ancient towns,such as narrow economic base,loss of aboriginal culture and vague orientation of urban-rural function,and proposed a protective development model stressing the synergetic development of culture,economy and ecology.That model was designed to enhance local economic competitiveness through the multi-industry linkage,encourage the mass participation,reshape local cultural identity,improve regional ecological environment and optimize the function of Xinchang Ancient Town so that the protection of ancient towns is integrated into the top-level design of the regional comprehensive development.

Reconstruction of Place Spirit in the Street Protection of Hekou Town of Qianshan

Place spirit originates from ancient Rome, and emphasizes whole fusion of objective material environment and subjective consciousness. The introduction of "place spirit" concept in protection work of old town is conducive to further understanding complex relationship between reconstruction of objective material environment and reappearance of traditional culture connotation. The street of Hekou Town of Qianshan is historical one, and its protection and planning are conducting. The street is full of rich marketplace breath and has certain feature. In this paper, started from protection status quo of Hekou Town, we preliminarily discuss how to effectively pass historical information in the protection process and maintain place spirit of old town in modern living environment.

Architectural Characteristics of Ancient Wufeng Town

Ancient Wufeng Town is the only one located in mountainous regions among all ancient towns under the protection of Chengdu City. Local architecture and its diversified cultural characteristics were explored through fi eld investigation, suggestions were given for its current protection and development.

Study on the Hollowization of Tourism Culture in Ancient Towns

Since the 1980s,as tourism products have developed in depth,As a new type of product,ancient town tourism has gradually been favored by tourists,thus forming a boom in the development of ancient town tourism.However,it is worrying that the“hollowing”of culture exposed in the development process has begun to hinder the sustainable development of tourism in ancient towns.Based on this,this paper expounds the ancient town culture,reveals the performance of the“hollowization”of ancient town culture,and puts forward the idea of ancient town cultural protection and development.

实施导向下西南历史城镇保护发展路径探索

随着保护规划编制的全面落实,部分历史城镇在现有保护规划的框架下融入遗产的活化利用方式,谋求空间的再发展。但受区域发展条件的影响,固定的保护规划内容无法有效解决西南历史城镇面临着的实施对象复杂、改造方案不明、管控方式单一等问题。研究借鉴现有理论成果反思范式保护的局限性,提出从划定示范空间展示、精准活化遗产功能、构建双向控制体系这3个方面构建面向实施的保护发展路径,以宁厂古镇为例探索遗产保护发展有效落实的系统方法,并构建一套多导则管理的规划成果模式以提升规划的可理解度和可操作性。

北京老城历史文化街区保护更新策略研究——以砖塔胡同历史文化街区为例

要北京作为千年古都和中国的首都,不仅要保护北京老城,还要落实首都城市战略定位。北京历史文化街区多位于北京老城核心地段,是北京传统风貌的重要载体,保护更新能更好地延续北京历史文脉、突出北京城市特色、传承胡同居民记忆。以砖塔胡同历史文化街区为研究对象,分析其面临的主要问题,总结以价值为核,整体保护,功能重组,结构优化的思路,提出和谐共生,物质空间保护;传承文脉,非物质空间传承;面向未来,功能更新的保护更新策略。

基于历史传承的老城更新探究——以宜川老城为例

我国城市中普遍存在着未被列入法定保护框架但又有一定价值的老城地段,在过去快速城镇化发展中沦为“城中村”。如何实现对这一类老城地段进行历史文化传承与持续复兴是城市更新中非常重要的一项议题。文章以陕西省宜川县老城片区的更新实践为例,提出基于历史传承的针灸式有机更新模式。从赓续历史、传承文脉、补齐短板、经营导向等多个维度切入,通过对历史文脉的研究与保护,挖潜存量空间,重塑历史空间节点,从而以点带面地激发老城活力,逐步带动城市自发更新,旨在为这一类老城的历史传承与更新发展提供参考。

传统村落保护发展实践探索——以江苏省宜兴市太华镇为例

传统村落作为农耕文明的重要产物,是传承历史文化的重要载体。江苏以省级传统村落作为重要抓手,探索适应本省实际的保护发展实践工作。文章基于江苏省传统村落保护发展的地方实践,以宜兴市太华镇为例,从村落分布、选址与格局以及物质资源和非物质资源三个方面阐释其境内分布的传统村落特征,并针对目前存在的“管报不管保”“单个村落保护弊端”以及“保护与发展矛盾”等问题提出相应建议,以期为传统村落保护发展工作提供借鉴。

文旅融合背景下七级运河古镇保护与开发研究

阳谷县七级镇历史悠久,文化资源丰富,具备开展运河文化旅游的良好条件。近年来,七级镇围绕运河文化遗产保护利用做了大量工作,取得了显著成绩,但仍存在部分遗产要素保护现状堪忧、开发利用有待加强、运河文化宣传展示力度不够、民众参与度不高等问题和不足。针对这一情况,相关部门应坚持保护与开发并重、小规模渐进、公众参与等原则,采取打造全域运河小镇、开发特色旅游商品、改善滨河生态环境、健全公共服务设施、鼓励小镇居民参与、修复古镇风貌格局等措施,努力实现古镇遗产保护与旅游开发的有机结合,真正将七级镇打造成为具有鲜明特色的运河文化古镇。

缙云老城区条石建筑文化保护传承与创新发展

从缙云老城区条石建筑的现状入手,梳理了缙云条石建筑的发展历程,经实地调研总结出其数量多和类型丰富的特点。通过对建筑本身的历史、科学、艺术和情感价值的解析,总结出缙云老城区条石建筑保护与再利用的策略:整合资源,营造特色文化场馆;构建体系,打造主题文化街区;打通生态,开辟文化旅游线路。以期让这些条石建筑生命得到延续,老城区的历史文化得到传承。

基于古城文化基因提取与特征识别的漳州修文路保护更新策略研究

随着城镇化进程的稳步提高与存量规划的推进,古城特色的保护与延续,成为城市更新的重要议题。文化基因是体现古城历史与原始风貌的载体,是城市营建的底层记忆,进而成为城市更新过程中,文化留存与延续的强有力的工具。为此,以漳州古城修文路段为实证案例,以文化基因的挖掘为抓手,对漳州古城的建筑特色与文化内涵进行剖析,在“活化古城、留住乡愁、有机更新”的理念下,提出“资源整合、基因提取、图谱构建、文脉延续”的古城更新策略。研究为协调古城“物质”与“精神”的发展,解决城市发展与历史文化传承之间的问题提供新思路。

城市触媒视角下的历史文化街区保护更新规划——以邢台古城北大街历史文化街区为例

历史文化街区作为城市历史文化和城市特色风貌的空间载体,是现代化城市更新中不可忽略且要有重点、有方向地对待的特殊片区。文章以邢台古城北大街历史文化街区为例,引入“城市触媒”这一城市设计手段,构建点线结合的触媒激活方式,并通过对街区空间的重塑、城市文脉的展示、商业业态的完善等方面积极推进街区保护更新,以提升街区的整体活力,为我国历史文化街区保护更新改造和城市未来发展建设提供策略和建议。

装配式技术在老旧小区更新改造中的应用

我国城市化进程的不断加快使得老旧小区的更新改造逐渐成为城市发展的重要任务之一,然而在更新改造的进程中,传统的改建方式耗时费力的同时,也对居民的生活造成了不可避免的影响。因此,装配式技术成为了一种适配老旧小区改造更新的施工方式之一。拟以合肥市公园新村住宅小区为例,针对老旧小区山墙面设计装配式绿植种植装置——“城市绿肺”,将装配式技术应用于外围护结构改造升级,希望能起到有效缩短工期、减少污染、改善生活的作用。

文旅融合视域下文化遗产旅游的保护性开发研究

党的二十大作出了“推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌”的重大决策部署。我国作为拥有丰富自然资源和人文景观文化的文明古国,所蕴含的丰富文化具有无法估量的价值意义,为我国文化旅游发展创造了有利条件。然而,在发展中,也面临着文化退化、文化商品化现象,这使得文化的保护与开发成为争议的焦点。本文基于文旅融合视角,选择北庭古城作为研究对象,结合利益相关者理论,对当前文化遗产旅游目的地的发展现状展开分析,在此基础上,结合社会冲突理论对其发展中产生的相关冲突进行系统分析,从利益相关者视角探讨文化遗产旅游目的地的保护性开发问题,以期为文化遗产旅游的高质量发展提供一定的建议。

织补理论下的近代城市历史地段保护策略研究——以重庆北碚老城区为例

由于建设背景及理念趋同于现代城市,近代城市历史地段相较于古代历史地段,虽然在快速城镇化过程中存在同样的破碎化危机,但其留存和延续的要素类型、空间结构呈现出相对丰富的差异性。尝试从织补理论的系统整体观和文脉主义思想出发,结合近代历史地段的遗产空间特征进行解析,探讨“要素识别+核心激活+骨架链接+网脉通络”的织补理论更新路径。以重庆北碚老城区近代城市历史地段为具体研究案例,在文献梳理、实地调研的基础上分析现存的破碎化问题,提出基底格局保护、城市肌理修复、公共空间缝补、城市网脉激活的保护策略,以期为当前历史地段保护方法的创新和完善提供理论借鉴。

基于空间分析技术的明清时期河西走廊城镇风貌特征研究

空间句法认为人与环境间的作用源于空间形态的组织,而空间形态强调的是动态的社会环境。道路是城市的基本骨架,空间句法通过对道路轴线的分析,来解释城市空间结构的特征。Arc GIS一直致力于地理信息以及建筑环境信息的描述,通过分析可以较为直观的了解城市建筑之间的联系和城市结构的特征。本文利用多种空间分析技术,通过系统分析河西走廊主要历史城市明清时期的地理环境、山水格局、城市格局、典型地标等空间要素来研究河西走廊地区的城市风貌特色,从而探讨河西走廊地区城市传统风貌保护和可持续发展的新路径,谋求城市、文化、自然三者的协同发展。

朱仙镇木版年画的发展与保护研究

木版年画是我国历史悠久的传统民间艺术。作为中国木版年画的鼻祖,朱仙镇木版年画内容丰富,特点鲜明,具有浓郁的地方特色和乡土气息。随着社会发展和传统习俗的变革,木版年画面临危机。自2006年被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录以来,朱仙镇木版年画日益受到重视和保护。通过对木版年画进行挖掘整理和研究保护,促进文旅文创融合发展,不断创新发展模式,与高校合作培养人才等措施,朱仙镇年画焕发出新的活力。
