本实验选用碱性蛋白酶生产菌地衣芽孢杆菌(B.licheniformis)2709和工程菌枯草芽孢杆茵(B.Subtilis)BD105(pDW_2),在聚乙二醇的诱导下进行原生质体融合.报道了2709与BD105的原生质体的形成、再生与融合,融合子A有氯霉素抗性、能在基本培养基上生长且遗传稳定.初步检测,融合子A中含有质粒,发酵酶活高于亲本株近50%.
