The Boltzmann transport equation and other relevant equations were solved analytically to obtain an expression for the AME current density, consisting of longitudinal and Hall components. Our numerical results indicate that both components of the AME current densities display oscillatory behaviour. Furthermore, geometric resonances and Weiss oscillations were each defined using the relationship between the current density and Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) frequency and the inverse of the applied magnetic field, respectively. Our results show that the AME current density of bandgap graphene, which can be controlled to suit a particular electronic device application, is smaller than that of (gapless) graphene and is therefore, more suited for nanophotonic device applications.展开更多

Such innovations depend on the analogy of the governing laws of diffusion of the thermal, electrical, and magnetic energies and newly defined natures of the electric charges and magnetic flux as energy, or as electromagnetic waves, that have electric and magnetic potentials. The introduced diffusion equations of the electric charges and magnetic flux involve Laplacian operator and the introduced diffusivities. Both equations are applied to determine the electric and magnetic fields in conductors as the heat diffusion equation which is applied to determine the thermal field in steady and unsteady heat diffusion conditions. The use of electric networks for experimental modeling of thermal networks represents sufficient proof of similarity of the diffusion equations of both fields. By analysis of the diffusion phenomena of the three considered modes of energy transfer;the rates of flow of these energies are found to be directly proportional to the gradient of their volumetric concentration, or density, and the proportionality constants in such relations are the diffusivity of each energy. Such analysis leads also to find proportionality relations between the potentials of such energies and their volumetric concentrations. Validity of the introduced diffusion equations is verified by correspondence their solutions to the measurement results of the electric and magnetic fields in microwave ovens.展开更多

To enhance the imaging quality for complicated structures, we develop several effective improvements for anisotropic attenuation effects in reverse-time migration (Q-RTM) on surface and vertical seismic profiling (VSP) acquisition geometries. First, to suppress pseudo-shear wave artifact and numerical instability of the commonly used anisotropic pseudo-acoustic wave equations, an optimized pure P-wave dispersion relation is derived and the corresponding pure-mode wave equation is solved by combining the finite-difference and Possion methods. Second, a simplified anisotropic pure-mode visco-acoustic wave equation (PVAWE) based on standard linear solid model is established. Third, a time-dispersion correlation strategy is applied to improve the modeling accuracy. Fourth, we extend a target-oriented scheme to anisotropic attenuated modeling and imaging. Instead of the conventional wavefield modeling and RTM, the proposed approach can extract available wavefield information near the target regions and produce high imaging resolution for target structures. Last, both anisotropic surface and VSP Q-RTMs are executed by combining optimized PVAWE, time-dispersion correlation and target-oriented algorithm. Modeling examples demonstrate the advantages of our schemes. Moreover, our modified Q-compensated imaging workflow can be regarded as a supplement to the classical anisotropic RTM.展开更多

文摘We investigate the coupled modified nonlinear Schr?dinger equation.Breather solutions are constructed through the traditional Darboux transformation with nonzero plane-wave solutions. To obtain the higher-order localized wave solution, the N-fold generalized Darboux transformation is given.Under the condition that the characteristic equation admits a double-root,we present the expression of the first-order interactional solution. Then we graphically analyze the dynamics of the breather and rogue wave.Due to the simultaneous existence of nonlinear and self-steepening terms in the equation, different profiles in two components for the breathers are presented.
文摘In this research work,we constructed the optical soliton solutions of nonlinear complex Kundu-Eckhaus(KE)equation with the help of modified mathematical method. We obtained the solutions in the form of dark solitons, bright solitons and combined dark-bright solitons, travelling wave and periodic wave solutions with general coefficients. In our knowledge earlier reported results of the KE equation with specific coefficients. These obtained solutions are more useful in the development of optical fibers, dynamics of solitons, dynamics of adiabatic parameters, dynamics of fluid, problems of biomedical, industrial phenomena and many other branches. All calculations show that this technique is more powerful, effective, straightforward, and fruitfulness to study analytically other higher-order nonlinear complex PDEs involves in mathematical physics, quantum physics,Geo physics, fluid mechanics, hydrodynamics, mathematical biology, field of engineering and many other physical sciences.
文摘The extraction of traveling wave solutions for nonlinear evolution equations is a challenge in various mathematics, physics, and engineering disciplines. This article intends to analyze several traveling wave solutions for themodified regularized long-wave(MRLW)equation using several approaches, namely, the generalized algebraic method, the Jacobian elliptic functions technique, and the improved Q-expansion strategy. We successfully obtain analytical solutions consisting of rational, trigonometric, and hyperbolic structures. The adaptive moving mesh technique is applied to approximate the numerical solution of the proposed equation. The adaptive moving mesh method evenly distributes the points on the high error areas. This method perfectly and strongly reduces the error. We compare the constructed exact and numerical results to ensure the reliability and validity of the methods used.To better understand the considered equation’s physical meaning,we present some 2D and 3D figures. The exact and numerical approaches are efficient, powerful, and versatile for establishing novel bright,dark,bell-kink-type,and periodic traveling wave solutions for nonlinear PDEs.

文摘This paper uses the theory of planar dynamic systems and the knowledge of reaction-diffusion equations, and then studies the bounded traveling wave solution of the generalized Boussinesq equation affected by dissipation and the influence of dissipation on solitary waves. The dynamic system corresponding to the traveling wave solution of the equation is qualitatively analyzed in detail. The influence of the dissipation coefficient on the solution behavior of the bounded traveling wave is studied, and the critical values that can describe the magnitude of the dissipation effect are, respectively, found for the two cases of b_3<0 and b_3>0 in the equation. The results show that, when the dissipation effect is significant(i.e.,r is greater than the critical value in a certain situation),the traveling wave solution to the generalized Boussinesq equation appears as a kink-shaped solitary wave solution;when the dissipation effect is small(i.e.,r is smaller than the critical value in a certain situation),the traveling wave solution to the equation appears as the oscillation attenuation solution.By using the hypothesis undetermined method, all possible solitary wave solutions to the equation when there is no dissipation effect(i.e.,r=0)and the partial kink-shaped solitary wave solution when the dissipation effect is significant are obtained;in particular, when the dissipation effect is small,an approximate solution of the oscillation attenuation solution can be achieved. This paper is further based on the idea of the homogenization principles.By establishing an integral equation reflecting the relationship between the approximate solution of the oscillation attenuation solution and the exact solution obtained in the paper, and by investigating the asymptotic behavior of the solution at infinity, the error estimate between the approximate solution of the oscillation attenuation solution and the exact solution is obtained, which is an infinitesimal amount that decays exponentially. The influence of the dissipation coefficient on the amplitude, frequency, period, and energy of the bounded traveling wave solution of the equation is also discussed.
文摘We expand previously established results concerning the uniform representability of classical and relativistic gravitational field equations by means of velocity-field divergence equations by demonstrating that conservation equations for (probability) density functions give rise to velocity-field divergence equations the solutions of which generate—by way of superposition—the totality of solutions of various well-known classical and quantum-mechanical wave equations.
