Study on the Management Quality of China Woman Enterprisers

China women have formed their special personalities and characters different from men＇s. Enterprisers, who can prove equal to the task, must possess the management qualities. Women engaged in management work also need to possess the same management qualities. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and help China women become excellent enterprisers. Management quality is a based condition possessed in management work, which includes the education degree, the level of some knowledge, the function of psychology, the skill, the experience, the health and so on. One of the important specific properties of management quality is the difference. The management qualities are connected with the management behaviors and performances. The advantages of the women enterprisers＇ management qualities are on three parts such as their vocational interests, values and personalities. The disadvantages are their psychological minds of their inferiority, dependency and mediocrity.

Design and Application of XL-1 Psychological Quality Assessment Device

Objective: Through the application of the physiological indicator of heart rate variability by some equipments, to assess the psychological quality objectively, quickly and accurately instead of subjectively in the current methods of the assessment. Methods: Apply the new psychological assessment system to collect the signal of heart rate variability which will be converted to waveforms in time-domain and frequency-domain to analyze people's psychological state. Results: According to heart rate variability parameters in the time domain and frequency domain, we can analyze the autonomic nervous system functions objectively and accurately, then assess mental state. Conclusion: Heart rate variability plays an important role in the psychological assessment system, which has broad prospects for the future development.

On the cultivation of psychological competence among aircraft maintenance major students

The strategy of a strong civil aviation country points out that China should be built into a strong civil aviation country with international competitiveness.Aircraft maintenance ensures the safety of aircraft and passengers,and plays a crucial role in the strategy of a strong civil aviation country.The arduous work situation in the aircraft maintenance industry greatly affects the psychological quality of aircraft maintenance practitioners.Aircraft maintenance students even develop a sense of fear and are unwilling to work in airlines and maintenance companies.Based on the current psychological status of aircraft maintenance students,this article proposes an implementation path to cultivate their competent psychological qualities.The cultivation of psychological competence among students majoring in aircraft maintenance needs to be carried out from multiple aspects.Through the joint efforts of family,school,and enterprise,we will ensure the mental health of students majoring in aircraft maintenance.Reduce anxiety and confusion among students majoring in aircraft maintenance through clear career planning.By simulating the work environment and content through practical courses and pre job training,we aim to improve the psychological competence of students majoring in aircraft maintenance.Exploring the cultivation path of psychological competence for aircraft maintenance students can help improve their psychological and skill levels,laying a solid foundation for their future career development.

Software defect prevention based on human error theories

Software defect prevention is an important way to reduce the defect introduction rate.As the primary cause of software defects,human error can be the key to understanding and preventing software defects.This paper proposes a defect prevention approach based on human error mechanisms：DPe HE.The approach includes both knowledge and regulation training in human error prevention.Knowledge training provides programmers with explicit knowledge on why programmers commit errors,what kinds of errors tend to be committed under different circumstances,and how these errors can be prevented.Regulation training further helps programmers to promote the awareness and ability to prevent human errors through practice.The practice is facilitated by a problem solving checklist and a root cause identification checklist.This paper provides a systematic framework that integrates knowledge across disciplines,e.g.,cognitive science,software psychology and software engineering to defend against human errors in software development.Furthermore,we applied this approach in an international company at CMM Level 5 and a software development institution at CMM Level 1 in the Chinese Aviation Industry.The application cases show that the approach is feasible and effective in promoting developers＇ ability to prevent software defects,independent of process maturity levels.
