Gully erosion can lead to the destruction of farmland and the reduction in crop yield.Gully mapping from remote sensing images is critical for quickly obtaining the distribution of gullies at regional scales and arran...Gully erosion can lead to the destruction of farmland and the reduction in crop yield.Gully mapping from remote sensing images is critical for quickly obtaining the distribution of gullies at regional scales and arranging corresponding prevention and control measures.The narrow and irregular shapes and similar colors to the surrounding farmland make mapping erosion gullies in sloping farmland from remote sensing images challenging.To implement gully erosion mapping,we developed a small training samples-oriented lightweight deep leaning model,called asymmetric non-local LinkNet(ASNL-LinkNet).The ASNL-LinkNet integrates global context information through an asymmetric non-local operation and conducts multilayer feature fusion to improve the robustness of the extracted features.Experiment results show that the proposed ASNL-LinkNet achieves the best performance when compared with other deep learning methods.The quantitative evaluation results in the three test areas show that the F1-score of erosion gully recognition varies from 0.62 to 0.72.This study provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for monitoring erosion gullies on slope farmland in the black soil region of Northeast China.展开更多

Through the experimental serialization of"Twitter" narrative, Egan expresses her concerns and worries about the security of the American security as well as the whole world in the post-"9.11" period and at the same time she embraces the virtues and pleasures of traditional storytelling delivered through a wholly new digital format. Currently, military industries don’t distinguish between fabrics with carbon black fibers or with carbon black into dyes or prints. The latter initially allows us to comply with the color specifications in the visible and infrared, but fabrics are degraded with use losing that initial capacity. The inclusion of carbon black in the fiber gets that the fabric doesn’t degrade with the wear, washed and dried, ensuring the accomplishment of the specifications all the time. The use of infrared imaging will allow us to define a method to discriminate those textiles with carbon black in their fibers from those which are dyed or printed.展开更多
Based on the AdS/CFT correspondence,this study employs an oscillating Gaussian source to numerically study the holographic images of an AdS black hole under f(R)gravity using wave optics.Due to the diffraction of scal...Based on the AdS/CFT correspondence,this study employs an oscillating Gaussian source to numerically study the holographic images of an AdS black hole under f(R)gravity using wave optics.Due to the diffraction of scalar wave,it turns out that one can clearly observed the interference patten of the absolute amplitude of response function on the AdS boundary.Furthermore,it is observed that its peak increases with the f(R)parameterαbut decreases with the global monopoleη,frequencyω,and horizon r_(h).More importantly,the results reveal that the holographic Einstein ring is a series of concentric striped patterns for an observer at the North Pole and that their center is analogous to a Poisson-Arago spot.This ring can evolve into a luminosity-deformed ring or two light spots when the observer is at a different position.According to geometrical optics,it is true that the size of the brightest holographic ring is approximately equal to that of the photon sphere,and the two light spots correspond to clockwise and anticlockwise light rays.In addition,holographic images for different values of black holes and optical system parameters were obtained,and different features emerged.Finally,we conclude that the holographic rings of the AdS black hole in modified gravities are more suitable and helpful for testing the existence of a gravity dual for a given material.展开更多
The structure of the "black soil" in Northeast China has been greatly deteriorated by long-term intensive conventional mouldboard plow tillage (CT) practices. In this study, micro- morphological observation and im...The structure of the "black soil" in Northeast China has been greatly deteriorated by long-term intensive conventional mouldboard plow tillage (CT) practices. In this study, micro- morphological observation and image analysis of soil thin sections were conducted to evaluate the impacts of 21 years (1986-2007) of no tillage (NT) on soil structure as compared to CT in an experiment near Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province. Soil organic matter (SOM), wet aggregate stability and saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) were also analyzed. Total SOM was not significantly affected by tillage systems, but fresher SOM was observed in the surface layer under NT. The aggregates under NT showed different hierarchies in the form of crumbs, and the mean weight diameter (MWD) of NT was significant higher than that of CT in the surface layer. Platy and blocky aggregates were frequently observed in the lower layers under CT practice. The compound pore structure with intertwined intra- and inter- aggregates pores under NT was well developed in a layer from 0-5 cm to 20-25 era. While under CT system, more inter-aggregate pores and fewer intra- aggregate pores were observed, and planes and channels were frequently found in the 20-25 cm layer, where maeroporosity decreased significantly and a plow pan was evident. The Ks values of NT weresignificantly lower at o-5 cm but significantly higher at 20-95 cm compared with CT, which showed the same trend with macroporosity. These results confirmed that long-term CT practice fragmented the tillage layer soil and compacted the lower layer soil and formed a plow pan. While long-term NT practice in the black soil region favored soil aggregation and a stable porous soil structure was formed, which are important to the water infiltration and prevent soil erosion.展开更多
Black fungus is a rare and dangerous mycology that usually affects the brain and lungs and could be life-threatening in diabetic cases.Recently,some COVID-19 survivors,especially those with co-morbid diseases,have bee...Black fungus is a rare and dangerous mycology that usually affects the brain and lungs and could be life-threatening in diabetic cases.Recently,some COVID-19 survivors,especially those with co-morbid diseases,have been susceptible to black fungus.Therefore,recovered COVID-19 patients should seek medical support when they notice mucormycosis symptoms.This paper proposes a novel ensemble deep-learning model that includes three pre-trained models:reset(50),VGG(19),and Inception.Our approach is medically intuitive and efficient compared to the traditional deep learning models.An image dataset was aggregated from various resources and divided into two classes:a black fungus class and a skin infection class.To the best of our knowledge,our study is the first that is concerned with building black fungus detection models based on deep learning algorithms.The proposed approach can significantly improve the performance of the classification task and increase the generalization ability of such a binary classification task.According to the reported results,it has empirically achieved a sensitivity value of 0.9907,a specificity value of 0.9938,a precision value of 0.9938,and a negative predictive value of 0.9907.展开更多
