Recent Progress in Atmospheric Chemistry Research in China: Establishing a Theoretical Framework for the “Air Pollution Complex”

Atmospheric chemistry research has been growing rapidly in China in the last 25 years since the concept of the“air pollution complex”was first proposed by Professor Xiaoyan TANG in 1997.For papers published in 2021 on air pollution(only papers included in the Web of Science Core Collection database were considered),more than 24000 papers were authored or co-authored by scientists working in China.In this paper,we review a limited number of representative and significant studies on atmospheric chemistry in China in the last few years,including studies on(1)sources and emission inventories,(2)atmospheric chemical processes,(3)interactions of air pollution with meteorology,weather and climate,(4)interactions between the biosphere and atmosphere,and(5)data assimilation.The intention was not to provide a complete review of all progress made in the last few years,but rather to serve as a starting point for learning more about atmospheric chemistry research in China.The advances reviewed in this paper have enabled a theoretical framework for the air pollution complex to be established,provided robust scientific support to highly successful air pollution control policies in China,and created great opportunities in education,training,and career development for many graduate students and young scientists.This paper further highlights that developing and low-income countries that are heavily affected by air pollution can benefit from these research advances,whilst at the same time acknowledging that many challenges and opportunities still remain in atmospheric chemistry research in China,to hopefully be addressed over the next few decades.

A theoretical framework for interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics

Background:Since the completion of the Human Genome Project,health science has been strongly influenced by the advances in genetics and genomics.However,the progress of embracing genetics and genomics into nursing discipline is limited.One of the main barriers is lack of understanding on the relevancy of genetics and genomics to nursing discipline.Objectives:This paper aims to synthesize and develop a theoretical framework for the interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics.Methods:Through content analysis and constant comparative method,a theoretical framework was developed from synthesis of the studies regarding nursing and genetics/genomics indexed in multiple English and Chinese databases.Results:Four main theoretical statements were constructed in the framework:1)There are three ways to show how genetics and genomics can influence nursing discipline:a new specialty,new technologies and a new lens;2)The significant contribution of nursing discipline to genetics and genomics lies in how nurses could focus on the association between human responses and genes and how nurses could advocate for their clients in the genetic and genomic era;3)A paradigm shift occurs after a constant interaction of nursing discipline with genetics and genomics;4)Implementation strategies could be used to facilitate the integration of genetics and genomics to nursing discipline and advance the paradigm shift.Conclusions:The framework will help to understand the relationship between nursing discipline and genetics and genomics and implicate the future studies integrating genetics and genomic science into nursing discipline.

Dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation： a theoretical framework and empirical studies in Chinese firms

Based on investigations of 112 Chinese firms and studies on foreign leading eorporafiorm, a theo-retical framework of dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation (SI) is put forward. Several large firms in China winning through SI were studied empirically. This paper complements previous publications on the theories of innovation and strategy. This work' s findings will be useful for managers interested in our approach,which highlights the importance of SI and focuses on and points out the major pitfalls in the innovation processes. Implementing the dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation can effectively cultivate and develop core eompetences of eorporations. It is eoncluded that implementing SI is the only path for Chinese enterprise growth in the intensified competition in the knowledge economy.

Can the integration between urban and rural areas be realized?A new theoretical analytical framework

Urban-rural integration is an advanced form resulting from the future evolution of urban-rural relationships.Nevertheless,little research has explored whether urban and rural areas can move from dual segmentation to integrated development from a theoretical or empirical perspective.Based on the research framework of welfare economics,which offers an appealing paradigm to frame the underlying game between cities and villages,this study clarifies the ideal state of urban-rural integration.It then proposes a series of basic assumptions,and constructs a corresponding objective function and its constraints.Moreover,it assesses the possibility of seeing the transmutation from division to integration between urban and rural areas with continuous socio-economic development.The authors argue that the ideal state of urban-rural integration should be a Pareto-driven optimal allocation of urban-rural resources and outputs,and the maximization of social welfare in the entire region.Based on a systematic demonstration using mathematical models,the study proposes that urban and rural areas can enter this ideal integrated development pattern when certain parameter conditions are met.In general,this study demonstrates the theoretical logic and scientific foundations of urban-rural integration,enriches theoretical studies about urban-rural relationships,and provides basic theoretical support for large developing countries to build a coordinated and orderly urban-rural community with a shared future.

Chinese Comprehensive Rural Reform: Institutional Vicissitude, Theoretic Framework and Content Structure

The social and economic development level of rural areas, the productivity of agriculture and the life quality of farmers were always the greatest concerns of Chinese Central Government. Therefore, the research related to rural areas, agriculture and farmers had remained as the prominent parts for a long period and would continue to be prominent in the future to build China into a moderately prosperous nation in an all-round way. Chinese rural area had constantly experienced three signifi cant system reforms since 1978, namely the reform of rural management system, the rural tax and fee reform and the rural comprehensive reform. This paper attempted to analyze the theoretic framework and the content structure of the comprehensive rural reform since it was the higher stage of rural institutional vicissitude, which had changed the governance and operation system and thus promoted the great changes to fundamental social and economic system in rural areas. The theoretic framework of comprehensive rural reform covered three aspects in its content, namely the rural governance theory, the government function theory and the public finance theory. The comprehensive rural reform was a complicated system engineering with multiple dimensions and targets mainly including rural political restructuring, rural economic restructuring and rural public products allocation restructuring. The reform had focused on enhancing the vitality of agricultural and rural development, breaking through the urban and rural binary system, and further reducing the disparity between cities and countrysides, so as to realize the urban-rural integration. It was necessary to clarify and understand the key mechanism and intrinsic logic of the rural comprehensive reform, which was helpful to establish the foundation constituted by scientifi c methodology to implement the reform and evaluation criterion to judge the reform performance.

Environmental accounting: Theoretical review and research prospects

This paper is based on the ecological and harmonious development concept of ecological civilization, and combines economic development, environmental governance and accounting research as the basis for the development of environmental accounting theory. In order to analyze the relevant theories of environmental accounting development at home and abroad, we use the historical measurement research and hierarchical division methods to systematiccally review the theoretical literatures and research progress. It is concluded that:(1) The development of foreign environmental accounting focuses on the formulation of industry norms, the interpretation of regulations and policies, and the organization of the overall structural framework. Relevant environmental costs, environmental accounting, uncertainties and environmental accounting information disclosure throughout the study of Western environmental accounting. The theory is applied to practice and tested in the free market.(2) Domestic related research is mostly based on comprehensive considerations. It started late. Although the overall environmental accounting framework is basically formed and related laws and regulations are gradually improved, there are still some: the environmental accounting subsystem is not clear, and the accounting standards are not unified. Through the combing of domestic and international environmental accounting theories and combining with China's actual national conditions, this paper proposes that in the field of environmental accounting, China needs to further improve relevant legal norms, improve the environmental accounting theory system, clarify the field of environmental accounting research, and determine environmental accounting requirements and methods.

A Proposed Theoretical Model for Exploring the Ecological Ideologies Revealed in the Online Chinese Resort Profiles

Responding to the increasingly heated discussion of environmental issues and the mounting concern about ecological degradation, the present thesis is to try formulating a comprehensive and specific theoretical model for exploring the ecological ide-ologies revealed in the online Chinese resort profiles. In this model, Fairclough's three-dimensional model draws upon the Subsystem of Appraisal Theory-Attitude as the specific analytical framework and the ecological philosophy in the scope of ecocriticism as the specific explanatory tool for the exploration of ecological ideologies in these texts. Thus, the present thesis finds a point where CDA, Appraisal Theory and Ecocriticism work together to conduct a discourse analysis, which not only broadens the theoretical scope of each, but makes these theories better serve the practical course of environment protection.

数字赋能文旅深度融合的理论逻辑与研究框架

数字赋能文旅深度融合既是数字经济时代文旅发展的重要方式,又是文旅研究的重要课题。文章在阐述文旅深度融合内涵的基础上,探究了数字赋能文旅深度融合的基本逻辑,认为数字技术嵌入支撑文旅数字化,促进文旅信息融合化,带来文旅产业新变革,形成文旅共生体和数字文旅新形态。从理论研究、数字赋能和融合实践3个维度,初步构建了数字赋能文旅深度融合的研究框架,强调要创新性地运用文旅IP理论、融合共生理论、文旅场景理论、产业演化理论、系统动力学等理论,阐释文旅融合学理及其内在逻辑、演化过程和动力机制,深化文旅深度融合主要科学问题研究。文章提出要把握数字赋能文旅融合的关键技术、文旅资源普查与评价、文旅融合场景建构、文旅产业融合创新生态体系、国家文化公园与文旅融合示范区建设、科技创新与数字文旅人才培养等关键问题,推动文旅融合应用实践和学术研究持续创新,更好地服务于新时代中国式现代化建设和文旅高质量发展。

共同富裕视域下的乡村教育振兴(笔谈)

党的二十大报告指出,中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。作为推进共同富裕的重要领域和组成部分,乡村教育振兴具体表现为乡村教育现代化发展和乡村教育全面振兴、乡村教育内涵式发展和乡村教育质量振兴、乡村文化特色彰显和乡村教育资源共享振兴。共同富裕视域下的乡村教育具有文化性、育人性、整体性和生态性特征。共同富裕中全面富裕、共建共富和逐步富裕理念为乡村教育振兴指明了方向。乡村教育的内生动力、资源配置和文化供给为实现振兴提供支持,通过共生、共治、共建、共享等路径,构建乡村教育振兴助力共同富裕的新格局。未来的乡村教育需突显学校、社会、个体各层面的乡土化、现代化和共享化,从巩固、衔接、振兴三个实践向度,以政府顶层设计、内生格局构建、良性联动机制等构筑行动框架,统筹乡村教育发展规划、激发乡村教育永续动力、助推乡村教育高质量发展。

教育促进新质生产力发展的理论逻辑与路径

基于河湖长制的公共政策评估研究

河湖长制是我国资源环境领域的重要公共政策,是解决长期以来涉河湖复杂问题的一项重大制度创新。以河湖长制政策为评估对象,提出了基于评估需求分析和二维过程控制的公共政策评估理论框架,构建了涉及社会经济-生态环境复合系统的公共政策评估技术方法体系。研究成果可为相关领域政策评估及全面推行河湖长制决策提供参考。

数字产业集群:源起、内涵特征与研究框架

数字产业集群是把握新一轮信息技术革命进而构筑国家竞争优势的关键战略选择。首先,本研究从数字技术兴起、政府政策支持和企业数字化转型三个方面分析了数字产业集群得以兴起的原因。其次,从空间分布、产业范围、协作方式、治理模式等方面对数字产业集群的特征进行了分析。再次,基于“运行载体-发展目标-治理机制-演化过程”的分析思路,提出可以基于平台视角、网络视角、制度视角以及种群生态视角等理论视角对数字产业集群展开研究。最后,提出采用案例研究、定量研究、社会网络分析、定性比较分析等方法对涉及数字产业集群的重要议题展开科学化和规范化分析。

水利新质生产力:内涵解读、理论框架与实施路径

在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的大背景下,新质生产力成为高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点。为把加快发展新质生产力的部署要求落实到水利工作的全过程各方面,提出了水利新质生产力的概念及内涵,认为水利新质生产力是追求高科技、高效能、高质量、符合新发展理念的先进水利生产力质态;提出了由指导思想、基本原则、理论基础、主要研究内容和支撑体系五部分组成的水利新质生产力理论框架,阐述了水利新质生产力的主要研究内容;并从工程、技术、制度和管理支撑四方面,提出了水利新质生产力的实施路径。为加快形成和发展水利新质生产力提供理论基础和路径参考。

利益相关者知识共享行为对项目绩效影响机制探究——以大型航空交通枢纽项目为例

知识共享行为在重大工程项目中的重要性已获得广泛认识,但实践中受项目和组织的复杂性以及严格的时间和成本等限制,跨组织的知识共享行为无法得到有效实施和管理。为提高重大工程项目管理的精细化水平,增强利益相关者管理的针对性,并给建筑业高质量发展提供新的见解,结合利益相关者理论、理性行为理论和组织学习理论,从宏观、微观和实践3个层面建立一个多层次的项目行为分析架构,在不同的尺度上提供理解复杂项目背景下跨组织行为的视角和工具;在此基础上,采用问卷调查方式收集数据并进行实证分析,针对重大工程项目中的典型代表——大型航空交通枢纽项目,探讨关键利益相关者知识共享行为影响项目绩效的机制。结果表明:在该多层次理论框架视角下,利益相关者的利益感知态度、主观规范和制度支持对其知识共享行为意图产生了显著正向影响;此外,知识共享行为意图显著正向影响实际的知识共享行为,进而对提升大型航空交通枢纽项目的绩效产生了显著影响。因此,在重大工程项目实施过程中,除了依赖传统的“硬性管理”手段,还应加强对“软性管理”方面的关注,通过识别和优化利益相关者的跨组织行为模式可以有效提升项目的绩效。

基于案例教学模式的《供应链管理》课程思政理论框架和实践路径

《供应链管理》课程是经济管理类专业的重要基础课程,蕴含着丰富的课程思政元素,而案例教学模式是挖掘课程思政元素和丰富课程思政内容的重要载体。文章围绕《供应链管理》课程的特点,结合课程思政和案例教学模式的要求,构建基于案例教学模式的《供应链管理》课程思政理论框架,并提出课程思政的实践路径,实现案例教学和课程思政的有机结合、专业教育与思政教育的高度融合,从而更好指导《供应链管理》课程思政的深入开展,提高人才培养层次和质量。

遗产管理人制度的程序建构:如何指定与为何指定?——基于实体与程序交互实质性促进理论框架

2023年修正的《民事诉讼法》新增指定遗产管理人特别程序,回应了《民法典》与司法实践的需求,不过尚未实现遗产管理人制度的程序建构。遗产管理人制度的程序建构按照“实体与程序交互—非讼程序—法律解释”三个维度架构理论框架,并遵循“如何指定—为何指定”逻辑进路展开。首先,针对新《民事诉讼法》第194条和第195条进行指定遗产管理人案件提起与裁判的规范解释;其次,通过实体与程序赋权明确遗产管理人的当事人资格以及诉讼程序与指定遗产管理人案件的程序衔接,完成遗产管理人制度程序建构的发展性作业;最后,提出迈向实体与程序交互实质性促进的遗产管理人制度体系化的观点。
