Methods: 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the normal group, SQD model group (model group), SQD+ still water group (SW group) and SQD+ Sijunzi decoction group (CM group), 10 rats each group;Grip-Strength Meter was used to measure limb grip strength;transmission electron microscope was employed to observe the ultrastructural changes of the myofibers, Image Pro 6.0 was used to measure the myonuclear numbers, cross-section area (CSA) and then their ratios (the MND sizes) were calculated, immunofluorescence assay was chosen to test the expressions of paired box gene 7 (Pax7) and myogenic differentiation antigen (MyoD). Results: Compared with those in the normal group, limb grip strength was decreased, sarcomeres were abnormal, and all the myonuclear numbers, CSA and MND sizes were reduced, but the Pax7+ cell numbers were increased, significantly, in the model and SW groups;Compared with those in the model and SW groups, limb grip strength was increased, sarcomeres were basically normal, the myonuclear number and CSA were both greater, and the Pax7+ and MyoD+ cell numbers were both increased, significantly, in the CM group. Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction might increase the myonuclear number by activating the MSCs to treat limb weakness in SQD.展开更多

The incidence rate of ETM, plasmic ET, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malonyldialdehyde (MDA), complement C3 and C-reactive protein (CRP) were studied respectively.RESULTS The ET level of group A (35.92ng/L±8.30ng/L) was significantly reduced after 7 days of treatment (P<0.05) in contrast to that of group B (47.8ng/L±11.62ng/L), so did the level of MDA and CRP. But the SOD activity and C3 level in group A increased significantly (P<0.05).CONCLUSION YCHCQ decoction combined with EST had a beneficial effect for ETM in acute cholangitis.INTRODUCTIONEndotoxemia (ETM) is one of the most important physiopathologic causes of acute cholangitis and it is the trigger of cytokines and inflammatory factors. In recent studies it has been found that Yinchenhao Chengqi (YCHCQ) decoction has a beneficial effect on ETM in acute cholangitis. METHODS:Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into an ANP group(ANP model +CTX,n=20),treatment group(ANP model+CTX +CQCQD,n=20)and control group(normal rats+ CTX,n=20).ANP models were induced by retrograde intraductal injection of 3.5%sodium taurocholate (1 mL/kg),and the control group was injected intraductally with normal saline.All rats were injected introperitoneally with 0.42 g/kg CTX(at 12-h intervals for a continuous 72 h)at 6 h after intraductal injection. Meanwhile,the treatment group received CQCQD (20 mL/kg)intragastrically at 8-h intervals,and the ANP and control group were treated intragastrically with normal saline.At 15 min after the last CTX injection,blood and pancreas samples were collected for the determination of CTX concentration using validated high-performance liquid chromatography. Pathological changes and wet-to-dry-weight(W/D) ratio of pancreatic tissue were examined. RESULTS:Serum CTX concentrations in three groups were not significantly different.Pancreatic CTXconcentration and penetration ratio were lower in ANP group vs control group(4.4±0.6μg/mL vs 18.6± 1.7μg/mL,P=0.000;5%vs 19%,P=0.000),but significantly higher in treatment group vs ANP group (6.4±1.7μg/mL vs 4.4±0.6μg/mL,P=0.020;7% vs 5%,P=0.048).The histological scores and W/D ratio were significantly decreased in treatment group vs ANP and control group. CONCLUSION:CQCQD might have a promotive effect on CTX concentration in pancreatic tissues of rats with ANP.展开更多

Objective:To explore the pharmacological action mechanism of Fang Ji Huang Qi decoction(FHD)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by network pharmacology.Methods:The chemical compositions and functional targets ...Objective:To explore the pharmacological action mechanism of Fang Ji Huang Qi decoction(FHD)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by network pharmacology.Methods:The chemical compositions and functional targets of the TCM were retrieved using the systematic pharmacological analysis platform TCMSP,and the gene name of each target protein was obtained from the UniProtKB network platform.The targets of RA were queried through the CTD database.The protein–protein interaction network was constructed in the STRING database,and the network visualization analysis was performed in Cytoscape.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Gene and Genomic Encyclopedia pathways enrichment analyses of key target proteins were performed using the DAVID data platform.Results:A total of 472 drug active ingredients were screened from the TCMSP database.Seventy-five disease targets from the CTD database were screened.The compound-target network map contained further screened out 98 components and corresponding 75 targets.The key compounds included quercetin and kaempferol.The key targets were prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 and nitric oxide synthase 2.The protein-protein interaction network consisted of 75 proteins,of which 37 were key proteins,including tumor protein 53,JUN and interleukin-6.There were 260 Gene Ontology entries,of which 246 were biological processes.Fifty-five Kyoto Gene and Genomic Encyclopedia pathways were enriched,mainly the cancer pathway,NOD-like receptor signaling pathway,and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,which are involved in the action mechanism of FHD.Conclusion:The results of this study preliminarily verified the basic pharmacological action mechanism of FHD in the treatment of RA,laying a foundation for elucidating its mechanism of action.展开更多
Backgroud:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP)with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder da...Backgroud:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP)with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat.Methods:We searched randomized controlled trials of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of AP with the TCM syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat from databases in CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Embase,PubMed,and Cochrane Library(from established to August 2019).All the retrieved documents were imported into the Noteexpress software for screening and management,and the included documents were evaluated for quality and data extracted.Statistical analysis was performed with RevMan(version 5.3).Results:A total of 132 articles were retrieved and 8 studies were included to analysis,including 679 patients.Quality evaluation of included studies suggested that the quality of the literatures is generally not high.Meta-analysis showed that the total clinical effective rate of AP was higher in the treatment group than in the control group[OR=5.00,95%CI(2.86,8.73)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).The patient's abdominal pain relief time[MD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.86,-0.27),P=0.0002],bloating relief time[MD=-0.71,95%CI(-1.05,-0.37),P=0.04],time of serum amylase returning to normal[MD=-1.00,95%CI(-1.60,-0.40),P=0.001]and time of urinary amylase returning to normal[MD=-1.62,95%CI(-2.88,-0.37),P=0.01]all lower than the control group.But there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group at the first defecation time[MD=-0.86,95%CI(-1.75,-0.03),P=0.06].The patient's serum TNF-a levels on the 3rd[MD=-28.53,95%CI(-49.57,-7.49),P=0.008]and 7th day[MD=-26.13,95%CI(-49.76,-2.50),P=0.03]in the treatment group were statistically lower in the treatment group than in the control group.Similarly,the patient's serum IL-6 levels on the 3rd[MD=-6.62,95%CI(-12.49,-0.75),P=0.03]and 7th day[MD=-11.98,95%CI(-22.25,-1.71),P=0.02]were also statistically lower in the treatment group than in the control group.No serious complications or adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of AP with the TCM syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat can improve clinical efficacy compared with western medicine alone.In addition,the combination therapy method is safe and can be used for syndrome differentiation of AP patients in the clinic.展开更多

OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.METHODS The patients with coronary heart disease ...OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.METHODS The patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction for 3 months,and the changes of cardiac function were observed.61 serum samples(including 29 cases of disease group and 32 cases of Yiqi Huoxue expression group)were analyzed by non labeled proteomics.The disease group was used as the control group,and the protein with expression level difference of more than 1.2 folds(P<0.05)was screened.The molecular function,biological pathway and protein interaction of the different proteins were analyzed by bioinformatics,so as to identify the molecular and biological pathway of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.RESULTS Clinical treatment found that Yiqi Huoxue decoction can improve TCM syndrome score and left ventricular ejection fraction,regulate blood glucose and blood lipid levels,prolong thrombin time,and improve heart function.The results of proteomic quantitative analysis showed that there were 69 proteins with different expression levels in the disease group.Bioinformatics analysis results showed that Yiqi Huoxue decoction may regulate ApoA1,alpha-2 and other proteins to act on HDL assembly,platelet degradation,PI3K Akt signaling pathway,and then play a therapeutic role in coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.CONCLUSION Yiqi Huoxue decoction can effectively improved the heart function decline caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.It mainly act on energy metabolism and platelet activation pathway by activating HDL assembly and platelet degradation signal pathway proteins.This study can provide reference for the follow-up treatment mechanism of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.展开更多
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)stageⅢwith qi and yin deficiency and stasis and its effects on vascular endothelial growth factor(V...Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)stageⅢwith qi and yin deficiency and stasis and its effects on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1).Methods:Sixty patients with stage DN of Qi-yin deficiency and stasis type DN who were treated in the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The remainder method was used to divide them into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups were referred to the guidelines and expert consensus for general treatment of DN(hypogl-ycemic,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,etc.).The control group was given pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets orally once,120U,3 times a day,and the observation group was given The traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction was taken orally,one dose daily,twice a day in the morning and evening;the two groups intervened continuously for 8 weeks.Detect blood FPG,PBG,HbA1c,β2-MG,BUN,SCr,VEGF,TGF-β1,and urine mALB and UACR levels before and after treatment,and calculate eGFR before and after treatment in both groups;observe changes in TCM syndrome scores in the two groups,Compare its clinical efficacy.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly different from the control group of 76.6%(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of FPG,HbA1c,PPG,mALB,β2-MG,UACR,VEGF,and TGF-β1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of SCr and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower.Compared with before treatment,eGFR increased,but there was no signi-ficant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of patients with DN typeⅢqi-yin deficiency and stasis type,not only helps to lower blood sugar levels,improve TCM syndromes,but also can reduce early renal damage,reduce urine albumin,and delay kidney function It may be further worsened and has better safety.The mechanism may be related to reducing the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1,thereby delaying the fibrosis of tubulointerstitial scar and inhibi-ting glomerular capillary sclerosis.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of Guipi Decoction Combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on sleep time of elderly patients with traumatic pain and Qi deficiency constitution during hospitalization.Method...Objective:To explore the effect of Guipi Decoction Combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on sleep time of elderly patients with traumatic pain and Qi deficiency constitution during hospitalization.Methods:A total of 52 elderly patients hospitalized in the orthopedic(trauma)ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from November 2020 to may 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets immediately after admission,and placebo was added to loxoprofen sodium tablets from the second day of admission;The patients in the treatment group were treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets after admission.Guipi Decoction was added on the basis of loxoprofen sodium tablets from the second day of admission.Before and after admission,all patients used the TCM constitution classification judgment table to evaluate the score of qi deficiency and VAS;From the first day to the fourth day after admission,the bracelet was worn to monitor the sleep time(total sleep time,deep sleep time,light sleep time and awakening times)every night.The patients were scored by VAS after taking drugs every morning.Results:Finally 25 patients in the control group and 24 patients in the treatment group completed the experiment.There was no significant difference in gender,age,fracture location,chronic medical history VAS score and TCM Qi deficiency constitution score,between two groups at admission(P>0.05).At the time of discharge,the score of qi deficiency constitution in the treatment group was 33.724±12.634;The TCM Qi deficiency constitution score of the control group was 42.25±15.912,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);and there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at discharge(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total sleep time,light sleep time,deep sleep time and night awakening times between the two groups on the second,third and fourth day of admission(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guipi Decoction can significantly improve the sleep time of patients with Qi deficiency acute traumatic pain.2.Guipi Decoction can not only improve the constitution of patients with Qi deficiency bias,but also improve the VAS score at discharge.展开更多

Samples of sediments and the overlying water were collected in the Qi'ao Island coastal zone,the Zhujiang(Pearl River) Estuary(ZE).Denitrification rates,sediment oxygen demand(SOD),and fluxes of inorganic nitro...Samples of sediments and the overlying water were collected in the Qi'ao Island coastal zone,the Zhujiang(Pearl River) Estuary(ZE).Denitrification rates,sediment oxygen demand(SOD),and fluxes of inorganic nitrogen compounds were investigated with N2 flux method,using a self-designed continuous flow through and auto-sampling system.The results indicate that the denitrification rates varied between 222 and 908 μmol/(m2·h) with an average of 499 μmol /(m2·h).During incubation,the sediments absorbed dissolved oxygen in the overlying water with SOD ranging from 300 to 2 363 μmol/(m2·h).The denitrification rates were highly correlated with the SOD(r2=0.77) regardless of the NO-3+NO-2 concentrations in the overlying water,organic carbon contents in sediments and water temperature,suggesting that the SOD was probably the main environmental factor controlling the denitrification in the Qi'ao Island coastal zone.There was a net flux of NO-3+NO-2 into the sediments from the overlying water.The NH+4 flux from sediments into water as the result of mineralization was between 12.3 and 210.3 μmol/(m2·h),which seems limited by both organic carbon content in sediment and dissolved oxygen concentration in the overlying water.展开更多

The depth distribution of the sulfate reduction rates was measured from whole-core incu-bations with radioactive tracer35SO42-, and peaks of 181.19 nmol/(cm3·d) and 107.49 nmol/(cm3·d) were exhibited at stations QA09-1 and QA12-9, respectively. The profiles of the pore water methane and sulfate concentrations demonstrated that anaerobic oxidation of methane occurred in the study area, which result-ed in an increase in the sulfate reduction rate at the base of the sulfate-reducing zone. Meanwhile, the sulfate concentration was not a major limiting factor for controlling the rates of sulfate reduction. In addition, the incubation of the sediment slurries in a block with a temperature gradient showed that the optimum tem-perature for the sulfate reduction reaction was 36°C. The Arrhenius plot was linear from the lowest tempera-ture to the optimum temperature, and the activation energy was at the lower end of the range of previously reported values. The results suggested that the ambient temperature regime of marine environments prob-ably selected for the microbial population with the best-suited physiology for the respective environment.展开更多

Methods: A total of 72 patients with qi and yin deficiency type DN who were admitted to the diabetes specialist ward and outpatient department of Baoan District Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method. 36 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatments such as hypoglycemic, hypotensive, lipid-lowering and anti-platelet aggregation. The control group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of conventional treatment. The observation group was given orally on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated once a day for a total of 4 weeks. Compare the clinical syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment;fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL, HDL), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN Endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), von Willebrand factor (vWF);glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide disproportionation The level of enzyme (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA). Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in observation group was 94.44%, which was significantly different from 72.22% in the control group. 文摘Objective: To study the mechanism of Sijunzi decoction treating limb weakness in spleen Qi deficiency (SQD) based on the myonuclear domain (MND) theory. Methods: 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the normal group, SQD model group (model group), SQD+ still water group (SW group) and SQD+ Sijunzi decoction group (CM group), 10 rats each group;Grip-Strength Meter was used to measure limb grip strength;transmission electron microscope was employed to observe the ultrastructural changes of the myofibers, Image Pro 6.0 was used to measure the myonuclear numbers, cross-section area (CSA) and then their ratios (the MND sizes) were calculated, immunofluorescence assay was chosen to test the expressions of paired box gene 7 (Pax7) and myogenic differentiation antigen (MyoD). Results: Compared with those in the normal group, limb grip strength was decreased, sarcomeres were abnormal, and all the myonuclear numbers, CSA and MND sizes were reduced, but the Pax7+ cell numbers were increased, significantly, in the model and SW groups;Compared with those in the model and SW groups, limb grip strength was increased, sarcomeres were basically normal, the myonuclear number and CSA were both greater, and the Pax7+ and MyoD+ cell numbers were both increased, significantly, in the CM group. Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction might increase the myonuclear number by activating the MSCs to treat limb weakness in SQD.
文摘AIM To evaluate the therapeutic mechanism of Yinchenhao Chengqi (YCHCQ) decoction (containing mainly Herba Artemisia capillaris) combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) for endotoxemia (ETM) in acute cholangitis.METHODS Twenty-one cases of acute cholangitis with ETM were divided randomly into two groups: group A, 10 patients treated with YCHCQ decoction combined with EST, group B, 11 patients treated with EST. The incidence rate of ETM, plasmic ET, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malonyldialdehyde (MDA), complement C3 and C-reactive protein (CRP) were studied respectively.RESULTS The ET level of group A (35.92ng/L±8.30ng/L) was significantly reduced after 7 days of treatment (P<0.05) in contrast to that of group B (47.8ng/L±11.62ng/L), so did the level of MDA and CRP. But the SOD activity and C3 level in group A increased significantly (P<0.05).CONCLUSION YCHCQ decoction combined with EST had a beneficial effect for ETM in acute cholangitis.INTRODUCTIONEndotoxemia (ETM) is one of the most important physiopathologic causes of acute cholangitis and it is the trigger of cytokines and inflammatory factors. In recent studies it has been found that Yinchenhao Chengqi (YCHCQ) decoction has a beneficial effect on ETM in acute cholangitis. With the development of endoscopic surgery, endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) has become an effective replacement for some operations in the treatment of acute cholangitis[1]. The effect of YCHCQ decoction combined with EST on ET, oxygen free radical and complement C3 was observed in order to find out its therapeutic mechanism.

文摘AIM:To investigate the effect of Chai-Qin-Cheng-Qi Decoction(CQCQD)on cefotaxime(CTX)concentration in pancreas of rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). METHODS:Sixty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into an ANP group(ANP model +CTX,n=20),treatment group(ANP model+CTX +CQCQD,n=20)and control group(normal rats+ CTX,n=20).ANP models were induced by retrograde intraductal injection of 3.5%sodium taurocholate (1 mL/kg),and the control group was injected intraductally with normal saline.All rats were injected introperitoneally with 0.42 g/kg CTX(at 12-h intervals for a continuous 72 h)at 6 h after intraductal injection. Meanwhile,the treatment group received CQCQD (20 mL/kg)intragastrically at 8-h intervals,and the ANP and control group were treated intragastrically with normal saline.At 15 min after the last CTX injection,blood and pancreas samples were collected for the determination of CTX concentration using validated high-performance liquid chromatography. Pathological changes and wet-to-dry-weight(W/D) ratio of pancreatic tissue were examined. RESULTS:Serum CTX concentrations in three groups were not significantly different.Pancreatic CTXconcentration and penetration ratio were lower in ANP group vs control group(4.4±0.6μg/mL vs 18.6± 1.7μg/mL,P=0.000;5%vs 19%,P=0.000),but significantly higher in treatment group vs ANP group (6.4±1.7μg/mL vs 4.4±0.6μg/mL,P=0.020;7% vs 5%,P=0.048).The histological scores and W/D ratio were significantly decreased in treatment group vs ANP and control group. CONCLUSION:CQCQD might have a promotive effect on CTX concentration in pancreatic tissues of rats with ANP.

文摘[Objectives]To study the clinical effect of Chaigui decoction(CGD)on Jueyin type hypertension based on the theory of Five Yun Six Qi.[Methods]52 patients with Jueyin type hypertension in Wuxi Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January,2020 to March,2021 were randomly divided into Western medicine control group(18 cases)and CGD group(34 cases).CGD group was treated with CGD,while the control group was treated with irbesartan or amlodipine.[Results]After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)of the two groups decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of CGD group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Based on the theory of Five Yun Six Qi,CGD has significant effect on Jueyin type hypertension,and the effect of reducing DBP is better than that of Western medicine control group.
文摘Objective:To explore the pharmacological action mechanism of Fang Ji Huang Qi decoction(FHD)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by network pharmacology.Methods:The chemical compositions and functional targets of the TCM were retrieved using the systematic pharmacological analysis platform TCMSP,and the gene name of each target protein was obtained from the UniProtKB network platform.The targets of RA were queried through the CTD database.The protein–protein interaction network was constructed in the STRING database,and the network visualization analysis was performed in Cytoscape.The Gene Ontology and Kyoto Gene and Genomic Encyclopedia pathways enrichment analyses of key target proteins were performed using the DAVID data platform.Results:A total of 472 drug active ingredients were screened from the TCMSP database.Seventy-five disease targets from the CTD database were screened.The compound-target network map contained further screened out 98 components and corresponding 75 targets.The key compounds included quercetin and kaempferol.The key targets were prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 and nitric oxide synthase 2.The protein-protein interaction network consisted of 75 proteins,of which 37 were key proteins,including tumor protein 53,JUN and interleukin-6.There were 260 Gene Ontology entries,of which 246 were biological processes.Fifty-five Kyoto Gene and Genomic Encyclopedia pathways were enriched,mainly the cancer pathway,NOD-like receptor signaling pathway,and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,which are involved in the action mechanism of FHD.Conclusion:The results of this study preliminarily verified the basic pharmacological action mechanism of FHD in the treatment of RA,laying a foundation for elucidating its mechanism of action.

文摘Backgroud:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP)with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat.Methods:We searched randomized controlled trials of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of AP with the TCM syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat from databases in CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Embase,PubMed,and Cochrane Library(from established to August 2019).All the retrieved documents were imported into the Noteexpress software for screening and management,and the included documents were evaluated for quality and data extracted.Statistical analysis was performed with RevMan(version 5.3).Results:A total of 132 articles were retrieved and 8 studies were included to analysis,including 679 patients.Quality evaluation of included studies suggested that the quality of the literatures is generally not high.Meta-analysis showed that the total clinical effective rate of AP was higher in the treatment group than in the control group[OR=5.00,95%CI(2.86,8.73)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.00001).The patient's abdominal pain relief time[MD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.86,-0.27),P=0.0002],bloating relief time[MD=-0.71,95%CI(-1.05,-0.37),P=0.04],time of serum amylase returning to normal[MD=-1.00,95%CI(-1.60,-0.40),P=0.001]and time of urinary amylase returning to normal[MD=-1.62,95%CI(-2.88,-0.37),P=0.01]all lower than the control group.But there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group at the first defecation time[MD=-0.86,95%CI(-1.75,-0.03),P=0.06].The patient's serum TNF-a levels on the 3rd[MD=-28.53,95%CI(-49.57,-7.49),P=0.008]and 7th day[MD=-26.13,95%CI(-49.76,-2.50),P=0.03]in the treatment group were statistically lower in the treatment group than in the control group.Similarly,the patient's serum IL-6 levels on the 3rd[MD=-6.62,95%CI(-12.49,-0.75),P=0.03]and 7th day[MD=-11.98,95%CI(-22.25,-1.71),P=0.02]were also statistically lower in the treatment group than in the control group.No serious complications or adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Dachaihu Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of AP with the TCM syndrome of liver qi depression and liver-gallbladder dampness-heat can improve clinical efficacy compared with western medicine alone.In addition,the combination therapy method is safe and can be used for syndrome differentiation of AP patients in the clinic.

文摘Objective To assess the effects of Yi Qi Jie Du Decoction(YQJDD)on nasopharyngeal carcinoma stem cells(NPC-SCs)and investigate the underlying mechanism.Methods NPC-SCs were collected in serum-free culture system and identified by the sphere formation assay.The effect of YQJDD on the proliferation of NPC-SCs was detected using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay.The change of mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm)in NPC-SCs following treatment with YQJDD was investigated by JC-1 staining.The levels of apoptosisassociated proteins were examined using western blot analysis.Results YQJDD significantly inhibited the proliferation of NPCSCs in dose-and time-dependent manners.JC-1 staining revealed that YQJDD lowered theΔΨm of NPC-SCs in a timedependent manner.After treatment with YQJDD,the expression of cleaved caspase-3,-7 and-9,cleaved poly-ADP ribose polymerase,P21 and P53 were increased,while the expression of Survivin in NPC-SCs was decreased.However,the expression of cleaved caspase-8 remained nearly unchanged.Conclusions YQJDD inhibits the growth and induces apoptosis of NPC-SCs via an intrinsic apoptosis pathway.

文摘OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.METHODS The patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction for 3 months,and the changes of cardiac function were observed.61 serum samples(including 29 cases of disease group and 32 cases of Yiqi Huoxue expression group)were analyzed by non labeled proteomics.The disease group was used as the control group,and the protein with expression level difference of more than 1.2 folds(P<0.05)was screened.The molecular function,biological pathway and protein interaction of the different proteins were analyzed by bioinformatics,so as to identify the molecular and biological pathway of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.RESULTS Clinical treatment found that Yiqi Huoxue decoction can improve TCM syndrome score and left ventricular ejection fraction,regulate blood glucose and blood lipid levels,prolong thrombin time,and improve heart function.The results of proteomic quantitative analysis showed that there were 69 proteins with different expression levels in the disease group.Bioinformatics analysis results showed that Yiqi Huoxue decoction may regulate ApoA1,alpha-2 and other proteins to act on HDL assembly,platelet degradation,PI3K Akt signaling pathway,and then play a therapeutic role in coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.CONCLUSION Yiqi Huoxue decoction can effectively improved the heart function decline caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.It mainly act on energy metabolism and platelet activation pathway by activating HDL assembly and platelet degradation signal pathway proteins.This study can provide reference for the follow-up treatment mechanism of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.

文摘Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)stageⅢwith qi and yin deficiency and stasis and its effects on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1).Methods:Sixty patients with stage DN of Qi-yin deficiency and stasis type DN who were treated in the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The remainder method was used to divide them into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Patients in both groups were referred to the guidelines and expert consensus for general treatment of DN(hypogl-ycemic,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,etc.).The control group was given pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets orally once,120U,3 times a day,and the observation group was given The traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction was taken orally,one dose daily,twice a day in the morning and evening;the two groups intervened continuously for 8 weeks.Detect blood FPG,PBG,HbA1c,β2-MG,BUN,SCr,VEGF,TGF-β1,and urine mALB and UACR levels before and after treatment,and calculate eGFR before and after treatment in both groups;observe changes in TCM syndrome scores in the two groups,Compare its clinical efficacy.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly different from the control group of 76.6%(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of FPG,HbA1c,PPG,mALB,β2-MG,UACR,VEGF,and TGF-β1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of SCr and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower.Compared with before treatment,eGFR increased,but there was no signi-ficant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of patients with DN typeⅢqi-yin deficiency and stasis type,not only helps to lower blood sugar levels,improve TCM syndromes,but also can reduce early renal damage,reduce urine albumin,and delay kidney function It may be further worsened and has better safety.The mechanism may be related to reducing the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1,thereby delaying the fibrosis of tubulointerstitial scar and inhibi-ting glomerular capillary sclerosis.

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of Guipi Decoction Combined with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on sleep time of elderly patients with traumatic pain and Qi deficiency constitution during hospitalization.Methods:A total of 52 elderly patients hospitalized in the orthopedic(trauma)ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from November 2020 to may 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets immediately after admission,and placebo was added to loxoprofen sodium tablets from the second day of admission;The patients in the treatment group were treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets after admission.Guipi Decoction was added on the basis of loxoprofen sodium tablets from the second day of admission.Before and after admission,all patients used the TCM constitution classification judgment table to evaluate the score of qi deficiency and VAS;From the first day to the fourth day after admission,the bracelet was worn to monitor the sleep time(total sleep time,deep sleep time,light sleep time and awakening times)every night.The patients were scored by VAS after taking drugs every morning.Results:Finally 25 patients in the control group and 24 patients in the treatment group completed the experiment.There was no significant difference in gender,age,fracture location,chronic medical history VAS score and TCM Qi deficiency constitution score,between two groups at admission(P>0.05).At the time of discharge,the score of qi deficiency constitution in the treatment group was 33.724±12.634;The TCM Qi deficiency constitution score of the control group was 42.25±15.912,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);and there was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at discharge(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total sleep time,light sleep time,deep sleep time and night awakening times between the two groups on the second,third and fourth day of admission(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guipi Decoction can significantly improve the sleep time of patients with Qi deficiency acute traumatic pain.2.Guipi Decoction can not only improve the constitution of patients with Qi deficiency bias,but also improve the VAS score at discharge.
文摘Objective To investigate effect of decoction f or supplementing qi and activating b lood circulation on quality of life o f cancer patients.Method64patients were randomly divided in to study group(n =35)and control group(n =29),study group received decoction for supplementing qi and activating blo od circulation and control group received strong white cells enhancing t ablets.Result Total effective rate for study group and control group was 82.8%and 65.5%,respectively.For stud y group,quality of life was improved by 45.7%,survival rate for1year was 88.6%,median survical period was 16.5months.For control grou p,quality of life was improved by 31%,survival rate for 1year was 58.6%,median survival period wa s 9.6months.Conclusion Decoction for supplementing qi and a ctivating blood circulation marked ly improve immune function,lighten adverse and toxicological reactions,and hence improveing patients quali ty of life.

文摘Samples of sediments and the overlying water were collected in the Qi'ao Island coastal zone,the Zhujiang(Pearl River) Estuary(ZE).Denitrification rates,sediment oxygen demand(SOD),and fluxes of inorganic nitrogen compounds were investigated with N2 flux method,using a self-designed continuous flow through and auto-sampling system.The results indicate that the denitrification rates varied between 222 and 908 μmol/(m2·h) with an average of 499 μmol /(m2·h).During incubation,the sediments absorbed dissolved oxygen in the overlying water with SOD ranging from 300 to 2 363 μmol/(m2·h).The denitrification rates were highly correlated with the SOD(r2=0.77) regardless of the NO-3+NO-2 concentrations in the overlying water,organic carbon contents in sediments and water temperature,suggesting that the SOD was probably the main environmental factor controlling the denitrification in the Qi'ao Island coastal zone.There was a net flux of NO-3+NO-2 into the sediments from the overlying water.The NH+4 flux from sediments into water as the result of mineralization was between 12.3 and 210.3 μmol/(m2·h),which seems limited by both organic carbon content in sediment and dissolved oxygen concentration in the overlying water.

文摘Subtropical sediment cores (QA09-1 and QA12-9) from the coastal zone of Qi’ao Island in the Zhujiang River Estuary were used to determine the rates of sulfate reduction and their response to experimental tempera-ture changes. The depth distribution of the sulfate reduction rates was measured from whole-core incu-bations with radioactive tracer35SO42-, and peaks of 181.19 nmol/(cm3·d) and 107.49 nmol/(cm3·d) were exhibited at stations QA09-1 and QA12-9, respectively. The profiles of the pore water methane and sulfate concentrations demonstrated that anaerobic oxidation of methane occurred in the study area, which result-ed in an increase in the sulfate reduction rate at the base of the sulfate-reducing zone. Meanwhile, the sulfate concentration was not a major limiting factor for controlling the rates of sulfate reduction. In addition, the incubation of the sediment slurries in a block with a temperature gradient showed that the optimum tem-perature for the sulfate reduction reaction was 36°C. The Arrhenius plot was linear from the lowest tempera-ture to the optimum temperature, and the activation energy was at the lower end of the range of previously reported values. The results suggested that the ambient temperature regime of marine environments prob-ably selected for the microbial population with the best-suited physiology for the respective environment.

文摘[Objectives]To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Zhenwu decoction on Taiyanghanshui hypertension based on the theory of five movements and six qi.[Methods]First of all,under the guidance of the theory of five movements and six qi,Zhenwu decoction was used to clinically intervene in the hypertensive patients with deep and taut pulse and grade 1-2,and the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction on hypertensive patients with Taiyanghanshui was observed.[Results]Zhenwu decoction can effectively reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with Taiyanghanshui hypertension.[Conclusions]Under the guidance of the theory of five movements and six qi in traditional Chinese medicine,Zhenwu decoction can effectively treat Taiyanghanshui hypertension.

The control group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of conventional treatment. The observation group was given orally on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated once a day for a total of 4 weeks. Compare the clinical syndrome scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment;fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL, HDL), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN Endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), von Willebrand factor (vWF);glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide disproportionation The level of enzyme (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA). Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in observation group was 94.44%, which was significantly different from 72.22% in the control group. The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;Compared with the control group, the HDL-C of the observation group did not change much, there was no statistical difference;FBG, HbA1C, SCr, BUN, TC, TG, LDL-C, ET-1, vWF, MDA Significantly decreased, NO, GSH-Px, SOD increased significantly, with significant difference.
