Paper-cutting is one of the most fantastic Chinese folk arts. With the aid of computers, digital paper-cutting has become a popular topic in the field of NPR research. This paper will make a comprehensive survey of related references in four as- pects-image-based paper-cutting, paper-cutting based on computer graphics, paper architectures and paper-cutting animation and it shows that the imitation of the masters＇ artistic styles of paper-cutting will be the trend of future study.

Artistic Innovation of Famous Paper-cutting Artist Wang Xiaying

Paper-cutting is a traditional Chinese art,and Fuyang paper-cutting is a miracle of Chinese paper-cutting art.As Fuyang paper-cutting art is gradually promoted by artists during the historical inheritance,its traditional form has changed,a batch of new-style paper-cutting artworks have been created,Wang Xiaying is a leading figure in its inheritance.From the perspective of manifestation means and modeling language,this paper found that Wang Xiaying on the basis of inheriting traditional paper-cutting learned from other arts,applied innovative techniques to break through limitations in modeling,and realized the innovation of paper-cutting art.It was concluded that traditional paper-cutting arts could only achieve sustainable development by integrating with new elements.

Discussion of Subjects on Guangdong＇s Foshan Paper-cutting

Guangdong＇ s Foshan paper-cutting art is significantly related with the local folk culture and religion, with unique craflwork as well as rich subjects. In the present paper, the characteristics of subjects was analyzed in detail based on the relationship between Foshan papercutting and local folk religion, folk activities and folk cultural activities. It is suggested that subjects of Foshan paper-cutting is strongly affected by the coast and regional culture as well as widely affected by the coastal culture especially foreign culture. Foshan paper-cutting is the typical example for studying folk custom life of Lingnan area because of the rich subjects.

Research on Modelling Digital Paper-cut Preservation

This paper studies the model of the digital preservation of paper-cut after analyzing the state-of-the-art of the preservation of intangible cultural heritage at home and abroad, focusing on paper-cutting in Hebei, China in a comprehensive approach of sociology, anthropology, folk art, folklore, communication, computer, and information science. Models, methods, and solutions for the preservation and retention of national and folk cultural heritage are proposed. A virtual multimedia interactive system framework of the digital preservation of national and folk cultural heritage is constructed. The standards of paper-cut digitization are studied. The main content of the paper involves： regulated data collection and recording of the scattered Chinese folk paper-cut works in Hebei; digitization, optimization, compression, classification, icon and pattern extraction, vectorization, and work analysis of the first-hand material. This paper also investigates the demonstration, dissemination, database construction, and retrieval of the classified material, icons, and patterns; the demonstration of the reconstruction and application of icon and pattern database; the design and development of an immersive virtual gaming platform of the multi-media scenes and production process of folk paper-cut.

Cluster Analysis of the Agricultural Economic Development in the Districts and Counties of Qingyang City

From the perspective of economic growth,agricultural development,the development of township enterprises and farmers' income,we select 11 indicators to build the evaluation indicator system for the agricultural economic development in the districts and counties of Qingyang City. Using data processing and SPSS13. 0 statistical software,we carry out the cluster analysis of the level of economic development in the districts and counties,and divide the level of agricultural economic development of these districts and counties into three economic gradients in descending order:(i) The first gradient: Xifeng;(ii) The second gradient: Qingchi and Huachi;(iii) The third gradient: Huanxian,Heshui,Zhengning,Ningxian and Zhenyuan. The study results systematically reflect the level of agricultural economic development in the districts and counties,and point out the status of the districts and counties in Qingyang's agricultural economic development. Finally we put forth the corresponding recommendations.

Abstract On the basis of basic conditions of Qingyang County,beneficial and restrictive factors for the construction of eco-county were analyzed,guiding concepts and planning objectives of the eco-county construction were elaborated.Ecological construction of Qingyang County dominated by eco-county,ecoagriculture,eco-industry and eco-tourism,and also the ecological implementation mode of planning were introduced,the safeguarding mechanism was given.

Discovery and geological knowledge of the large deep coal-formed Qingyang Gas Field, Ordos Basin, NW China

After 50 years of oil and gas exploration in Longdong area of southwest Ordos Basin,NW China,a deep coal-formed gas field was discovered for the first time in Qingyang area.Through observation of field outcrops and core,analysis of common,cast and cathode thin sections,Ro and other geochemistry indexes,carbon isotope,electron microscope and other supporting tests and analyses,the hydrocarbon generation,reserves formation and reservoir formation characteristics of gas reservoirs at different buried depths in Yishaan slope were examined and compared.The deep gas reservoir has an average buried depth of more than 4200 m,and the main gas-bearing formation is the Member 1 of Lower Permian Shanxi Formation,which is characterized by low porosity,low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.It is believed that hydrocarbon generation in thin seam coal source rocks with high thermal evolution can form large gas fields,high-quality sandstone reservoirs with dissolved pores,intergranular pores and intercrystalline pores can still develop in late diagenetic stage under deep burial depth and high thermal evolution,and fractures improve the permeability of reservoirs.High drying coefficient of natural gas and negative carbon isotope series are typical geochemical characteristics of deep coal-formed gas.The integrated exploration and development method has been innovated,and the economic and effective development mode of gas fields of"dissecting sand body by framework vertical wells,centralized development by horizontal wells"has been formed.The discovery and successful exploration of the large gas field has provided geological basis and technical support for the construction of natural gas fields of 100 billion cubic meter scale in the southwest of the basin,and has important guidance for exploration of coal-derived gas with deep buried depth and high thermal evolution widely distributed in China.

Inheritance and Development of Fuyang Folk Paper-cut Art: A Case Study of “Cheng’s Paper-cut” Art

Intangible cultural heritage plays a prominent role in local cultural construction and tourism brand building. This paper took Fuyang as an example to expound the origin and development of Fuyang folk paper-cut art, analyzed its characteristics, and put forward some countermeasures and ways of inheritance and development, so as to promote the inheritance, protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.

鄂尔多斯盆地庆阳气田二叠系山西组山_(1)^(3)沉积相类型论证

鄂尔多斯盆地庆阳气田山1段是其主力产层,其沉积环境及其相类型一直争议较多,不同认识导致各个沉积相域内砂体对比模式和砂体分布形态存在着一定差异,从而给勘探井位部署增加了难度。在前人研究成果基础上,综合地震、测井、岩心、露头及室内分析化验等资料,结合地震反射结构揭示的溯源退覆特征、岩心显示的岩性粒度与层理构造、测井沉积旋回特征、现代沉积学的比较等等多视角证据链,对该区山_(1)^(3)小层的沉积相进行了详细论证、分析和描述。研究结果表明,研究区岩性以中粗砂岩为主,多发育块状、板状及小型槽状交错层理,测井相既有河流“二元结构”发育完整的井段,也有只发育下部粗粒端元河流“二元结构”发育不完整的井段,前者揭示发育曲流河,后者则与辫状河发育有关;粒度分析结果显示主要以跳跃粒度成分为主,说明古水动力强;研究区周边露头资料显示既有曲流河发育也有辫状河发育,说明山1段沉积期曲流河和辫状河是同期存在的;现代卫星照片揭示,曲流河和辫状河共生共存发育是普遍存在的,综合上述证据,最终确定研究区山31发育相类型为河流相,且表现为曲辫共存特征,曲流河的频繁侧积以及平面多种河型共存,垂向河道的多期叠置是导致砂体分布复杂化和横向相变化快速的主控因素。

鄂尔多斯盆地庆阳-镇原地区长8原油地球化学特征研究

文章以庆阳-镇原地区中生界三叠系延长组长8油藏原油和长7暗色泥岩为研究对象,借助岩石热解、烃源岩有机质镜鉴、色谱-质谱等分析测试手段,开展长8油藏原油地球化学特征、长7烃源岩综合评价和油源对比研究.结果表明:庆阳-镇原地区长8原油物性较好,低碳数正构烷烃在原油中占优势,其原油母质构成既有陆生植物,又有低等水生生物,而且低等水生生物对于原油的贡献相对较大.原油中Ts/Tm值处于适中水平,已达到成熟原油的标准.对庆阳-镇原地区的油源进行对比分析,表明长8原油主要来自于长7烃源岩.

基于网络药理学和分子对接方法研究清养活血汤治疗卒中相关性肺炎的作用机制

目的 基于网络药理学和分子对接技术探究清养活血汤治疗卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)的分子作用机制。方法 采用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)筛选清养活血汤的活性成分及潜在作用靶点,利用GeneCards、OMIM、PharmGkb、TTD和DrugBank数据库检索SAP疾病的靶点,并通过R软件“venn”包对药物潜在作用靶点与疾病相关作用靶点取交集得到共同作用靶点。利用Cytoscape软件及STRING数据库,建立清养活血汤治疗SAP的潜在活性成分-靶点调控网络模型及交集靶点蛋白互作网络,分析网络中关键靶点基因及对应药物活性成分。通过基因本体(GO)功能分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路富集分析。利用分子对接技术验证核心成分与靶蛋白分子的对接情况。结果 TCSMP数据库筛选得到清养活血汤共15味中药,有效活性成分160个,作用靶点447个,筛选得到SAP疾病潜在靶点4 425个,作用于该疾病的潜在靶点282个,核心作用靶点21个。GO富集分析显示,在生物学进程,关键靶点基因主要富集于脂多糖的反应,在分子功能和细胞成分上,关键靶点基因主要富集于核受体活性和膜筏等方面;KEGG富集分析表明,关键靶点基因主要富集于脂质和动脉粥样硬化和AGE-RAGE信号通路。通过分子对接显示,清养活血汤主要活性成分与核心靶蛋白结合具有较好的亲和力。结论 清养活血汤具有多活性成分,能够通过抗炎、抗氧化、改善血管功能等多种途径发挥治疗SAP的作用,可为临床清养活血汤治疗SAP进一步研究提供科学依据。

基于SIFT的甘肃庆阳刺绣针法检测增强算法研究

甘肃庆阳刺绣源于黄河流域,制品式样繁复种类多样,是陇东地区特色文化的重要载体。对庆阳刺绣的数字化保护可以作为中华文化传承和活化保护的有力手段。由于刺绣图案和针法具有较为复杂的边缘结构和重复率较高的纹理特征,因此对其进行区域检测是一项颇具挑战性的任务。文章选取5种庆阳刺绣中经典针法并建立用于学习训练的图像数据集,通过导向滤波搭建改进检测网络模型SIFT-E,对针法图案进行实时检测。与SIFT相比,改进后的方法识别匹配率更高,极大地提升了检测效率。

深层致密砂岩储层成岩演化对含气性的影响——以鄂尔多斯盆地西南部庆阳气田二叠系山1段为例

为研究深层致密砂岩储层成岩作用特征,分析成岩演化对储层含气性的影响,通过铸体薄片、扫描电镜、物性、测井综合解释等资料,结合前人研究成果,对庆阳气田二叠系山西组1段(山1段)进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)庆阳气田山1段分流河道中部多期厚层砂岩具有连续沉积型和间隔沉积型两类叠置关系,前者孔隙组合类型以溶蚀孔+粒间孔+晶间微孔为主,后者以溶蚀孔+晶间微孔为主。相较于后者,前者填隙物含量更低、物性更好、含气性更好。(2)压实作用是影响山1段储层含气性最主要的破坏性成岩作用,连续沉积型与间隔沉积型砂岩储层压实率分别为55.4%与61.2%;溶蚀作用是影响储层含气性最主要的建设性成岩作用,二者溶蚀率分别为27.9%与19.7%。连续沉积型砂岩储层受中等压实作用—中等胶结作用—中等溶蚀作用的成岩演化影响,破坏性成岩作用较弱;间隔沉积型砂岩储层受中等-强压实作用—中等-弱胶结作用—中等-弱溶蚀作用的成岩演化影响,破坏性成岩作用较强。(3)研究区山1段储层以先致密后充注为主,受成岩演化影响,连续沉积型砂岩储层较间隔沉积型砂岩储层致密化程度低,天然气充注规模大,含气性好。(4)引入成岩综合指数定量判断山1段储层成岩作用强度。平面上,西部主河道以间隔沉积型砂岩为主,储层成岩综合指数较低,含气性较差;东部主河道以连续沉积型砂岩为主,储层成岩综合指数较高,含气性较好。含气储层主要发育在庆阳一线以东地区。

清养活血2号方治疗老年急性缺血性卒中相关性肺炎气虚痰热瘀阻证临床效果

目的探讨清养活血2号方治疗老年急性缺血性卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)气虚痰热瘀阻证的临床效果。方法选择2021年2月至2022年12月重庆市中医院收治的老年急性缺血性SAP气虚痰热瘀阻证患者66例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(33例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予规范化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清养活血2号方。治疗10 d后比较两组临床效果,比较两组在治疗前及治疗第5、10天的中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、急性生理和慢性健康状况Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)评分、血清降钙素原(PCT)水平。统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗第5、10天中医证候积分、血清PCT水平、NIHSS、APACHEⅡ评分、SIRS、CPIS均低于治疗前,且治疗第10天低于治疗第5天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗第5、10天中医证候积分及APACHEⅡ评分、SIRS均低于同期对照组,观察组治疗第10天NIHSS、CPIS、血清PCT水平均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明确药物过敏、皮肤、药物性肝肾损害及其他不良反应。结论清养活血2号方能够改善老年急性缺血性SAP患者的中医证候,提高整体疗效,安全性较好。

中国首次发现晚中新世西班牙羚(Hispanodorcas)

西班牙羚(Hispanodorcas)是一类中小型牛科动物,此前只在泛地中海地区和南亚有所发现。西班牙羚的分类一直有所争议,曾被认为与羚羊族(Antilopini),苇羚族(Reduncini)或角羊族(Oiocerini)有关。报道了甘肃庆阳正宁地区的代店化石点首次发现的陇东西班牙羚新种(H.longdongica sp.nov.),时代大约为保德期早期(约8–7 Ma)。新材料包括5个头骨,保存状态各异,提供了迄今为止关于西班牙羚最完整的骨骼信息。其角心长而细、向后弯曲,且微弱地同向扭曲(homonymous twist);角心同时还具有外–背侧沟和内–腹沟,这些都是西班牙羚的典型特征。代店地点发现的西班牙羚在已知各种中体型最小,面部和脑颅之间的弯曲较弱,前后基结节均发育较弱。这些原始的特征表明陇东西班牙羚可能代表了这个属的早期演化阶段。此外,该种头骨与瞪羚(Gazella)的相似之处表明西班牙羚可能是直接从瞪羚的祖先演化而来,其同向扭转的角心与角羊族一致,可能是两者平行演化所致。

庆阳驴mtDNA D-loop区遗传多样性及起源分析

[目的]研究庆阳驴养殖群体的遗传多样性与母系起源,了解其遗传信息,为保护庆阳驴种质资源、选育和遗传改良工作提供理论依据。[方法]随机选取133头庆阳驴,对其线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)D-loop区序列进行PCR扩增、测序及比对,并探讨庆阳驴的遗传多样性与母系起源。[结果]在获得的520 bp D-loop碱基序列中,AT含量(57.3%)高于GC含量(42.8%),表现出碱基的偏倚性;检测到38个变异位点,包含8个碱基对的转换;其核苷酸多样性(Pi)、单倍型多样性(Hd)、平均核苷酸差异(K)分别为0.01591、0.895和8.274,与欧洲家驴和中国家驴研究的平均值相比较低,说明该驴品种核苷酸变异较为贫乏。庆阳驴mtDNA D-loop区存在35个单倍型,单倍型之间的遗传距离为0.002~0.042。系统进化结果显示,庆阳驴存在2个线粒体支系,表明其具有2个母系起源,且遗传距离表明,庆阳驴与克罗地亚家驴之间的遗传距离较近。[结论]本研究从分子水平初步揭示庆阳驴核苷酸变异比较贫乏,杂交程度高,mtDNA遗传多态性正逐步丧失,应加强庆阳驴品种的遗传资源保护工作。

胶东半岛农业影响典型流域氮素时空分布特征

烟台市位于胶东半岛北部,城区饮用水源地门楼水库水质总氮浓度持续较高。文章为明确库区上游清洋河流域氮素分布特征及时空变化规律,优化制定区域控氮措施,开展流域水体氮素浓度监测与分析。结果显示:2023年清洋河流域总氮(TN)浓度较高,范围为6.37~53.3mg/L,枯水期平均值36.8mg/L,平水期平均值21.6mg/L,丰水期平均值15.9mg/L,浓度呈现出枯水期>平水期>丰水期的变化规律,干流浓度高于支流浓度;该流域氮素赋存的主要形态是NO_(3)^(-)-N,占TN浓度比值为90.8%;氮素高值区主要分布在苹果种植集中区域,苹果种植施用化肥折纯氮平均值为483.2kg/(hm^(2)·a);水体理化因子的变化规律表明,研究流域氮素含量始终维持在较高水平,外源输入和内源释放共同影响着区域氮素含量。
