The technique maintainers are always faced with the problem how to locate the prime factors which affect the quality of the websites. In view of the complexity and fuzziness of BtoC webslte, a quality diagnosis method based on the multl-attribute and multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model including all the quality factors is proposed. A simple example of diagnosis on a famous domestic BtoC websites shows the specific steps of this method and proves its validity. The process of quality evaluation and diagnosis system is illustrated and the computer program of diagnosis is Oven.展开更多

The respective crack formation indexes were intro duced as the theoretical reference data for slab quality level evaluation. Meanwhile, both the quality loss factors relat ed to casting metallurgical rules and the adjusting factors related to casting events were taken into full consideration, which was integrated organically with theoretical analysis and expert system. The system can be widely used as an important theoretical tool for prediction and control of slab quality in slab continuous casting process.展开更多

We point out that combining ANN with other techniques will have the broad development and application of perspectives. The horizontal continuous casting process,the initial step in TP2 copper tubular processing,directly determines the microstructure and properties of copper tubular.However,the process parameters of the continuous cast...The horizontal continuous casting process,the initial step in TP2 copper tubular processing,directly determines the microstructure and properties of copper tubular.However,the process parameters of the continuous casting characterize time variation,multiple disturbances and strong coupling.As a consequence,their influence on a casting billet is difficult to be determined.Due to the above issues,the common factor and special factor analysis of the factor analysis model were used in this study,and the casting experiment and billet metallographic experiment were carried out to diagnose and analyze the reason of the microstructure inhomogeneity.The multiple process parameters were studied and classified using common factor analysis,2 the cast billets with abnormal microstructures were identified by GT^(2) statistics,and the most important factors affecting the microstructural homogeneity were found by special factor analysis.The calculated and experimental results show that the principal parameters influencing the inhomogeneity of solidified microstructure are the primary inlet water pressure and the primary outlet water temperature.According to the consequence of the above investigation,the inhomogeneity of the copper billet microstructure can be effectively improved when the process parameters are controlled and adjusted.展开更多
