In the digital era,the education and teaching of private undergraduate universities in China are undergoing innovative reform.This article uses the literature review method to conduct a survey and research on the quality of teaching resources,teaching platforms,and literature reserves,and proposes a series of strategies and innovative paths to improve the teaching quality of private undergraduate universities.The research results show that the rational use of digital technology can improve the quality of education and teaching,and achieve innovative development in education and teaching.The research results have certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the teaching reform of private undergraduate universities under the background of digital teaching.

Construction and Practice of Education and Teaching Quality Assurance Systems in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of Digital Intelligence

Analysis and Strategy Research on Influencing Factors of Classroom Teaching Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

In this study,the questionnaire“Influencing Factors of Classroom Quality in Higher Vocational Education”was self-compiled.By using the questionnaire survey method,the research conclusion was drawn that the main factors affecting the classroom teaching quality in higher vocational education were teaching and student factors,teacher factors,and classroom factors based on 2,683 samples.According to the research results,the measures to improve the quality of classroom teaching are put forward,in order to provide guidance for improving the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges.

Analysis of the Ideological and Political Concepts and Teaching Strategies for Quality Improvement in Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities

Crowdsourcing-Based Framework for Teaching Quality Evaluation and Feedback Using Linguistic 2-Tuple

Crowdsourcing is widely used in various fields to collect goods and services from large participants.Evaluating teaching quality by collecting feedback from experts or students after class is not only delayed but also not accurate.In this paper,we present a crowdsourcing-based framework to evaluate teaching quality in the classroom using a weighted average operator to aggregate information from students’questionnaires described by linguistic 2-tuple terms.Then we define crowd grade based on similarity degree to distinguish contribution from different students and minimize the abnormal students’impact on the evaluation.The crowd grade would be updated at the end of each feedback so it can guarantee the evaluation accurately.Moreover,a simulated case is shown to illustrate how to apply this framework to assess teaching quality in the classroom.Finally,we developed a prototype and carried out some experiments on a series of real questionnaires and two sets of modified data.The results show that teachers can locate the weak points of teaching and furthermore to identify the abnormal students to improve the teaching quality.Meanwhile,our approach provides a strong tolerance for the abnormal student to make the evaluation more accurate.

Preliminary Study on the Training Mode of Chinese Pharmacy Professionals Based on the National Standard of Teaching Quality

With the promulgation of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the state has made clear regulations on the standard for the cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents. Based on their own actual conditions, major colleges and universities have implemented different talent training modes, including talent training modes of running talent classes, "2+1+1", "Chinese Medicine Research Practice Class", employment-oriented professional talent training mode, three-level three-type diversified talent training mode, and talent training mode oriented with adapting to the characteristics of ethnic regions. Various talent training modes have different training objectives, and corresponding training programs are formulated to meet the requirements of the National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. In addition, according to the notice on Solidly Promoting Labor Education into the "National Standard for the Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" issued by the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the introduction of labor education to the teaching of Chinese pharmacy majors will be a trend, and Chinese pharmacy professionals are required to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty, and labor. Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.
