Retrieval of inherent optical properties of the Yellow Sea and East China Sea using a quasi-analytical algorithm 被引量:7

We tested and modified the quasi-analytical algorithm (QAA) using 57 groups of field data collected in the spring of 2003 in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea. The QAA performs well in deriving total absorption coefficients of typical coastal waters. The average percentage difference (APD) is in a range of 13.9%–38.5% for the total absorption coefficient (13.9% at 440 nm), and differences in particle backscattering coefficient bbp(λ) are less than 50% (in the case of the updated QAA). To obtain improved results, we modified the QAA by adjusting the empirical relationships. The modified algorithm is then applied to the field data to test its performance. The APDs were 44.7%–46.6% for bbp(λ) and 9.9%–32.8% (9.9% at 555 nm) for the total absorption coefficient. This indicates that the modified QAA derives better results. We also used the modified model to derive phytoplankton pigment absorption (aph) and detritus and CDOM absorption (adg) coefficients. The APDs for aph and adg at 440 nm are 37.1% and 19.8%. In this paper, we discuss error sources using the measured dataset. More independent field data can improve this algorithm and derive better results. 展开更多

Effects of spherical quasi-crystal contained in Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy on the microstructure and as-cast mechanical properties of ZA155 high zinc magnesium alloy have been investigated by means of optical microscopy,XRD,SEM,EDS,tensile test,impact test and hardness test.Experimental results show that the addition of spherical quasi-crystal contained in the Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy into the ZA155 high zinc magnesium alloy resulted in grain refinement of the matrix,changing the morphologies of φ-Al2Mg5Zn2 phase and τ-Mg32(Al,Zn)49 phase from continuous net-like structures to discontinuous strip-like structure and blocky one,respectively.In the present research,the best comprehensive mechanical properties of reinforced ZA155 high zinc magnesium alloy has been obtained when 5.0wt% spherical quasi-crystal was introduced from the Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy into the target alloy system.In such case,the room-temperature tensile strength reached 207 MPa,about 23% higher than that of the base alloy;the impact toughness peaked at 5.5 J/cm2,about 40% higher than that of the base alloy;and the elevated-temperature tensile strength reached 203 MPa,indicating improved heat resistance. 展开更多

We investigate the dielectric properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) and graphite filling in SiO2 with the filling concentration of 2-20 wt.% in the frequency range of 10 ^2-10^ 7 Hz.MWCNTs and graphite have general electrical properties and percolation phenomena owing to their quasi-structure made up of graphene layers.Both permittivity ε and conductivity σ exhibit jumps around the percolation threshold.Variations of dielectric properties of the composites are in agreement with the percolation theory.All the percolation phenomena are determined by hopping and migrating electrons,which are attributed to the special electronic transport mechanism of the fillers in the composites.However,the twin-percolation phenomenon exists when the concentration of MWCNTs is between 5-10 wt.% and 15-20 wt.% in the MWCNTs/SiO2 composites,while in the graphite/SiO2 composites,there is only one percolation phenomenon in the graphite concentration of 10-15 wt.%.The unique twin-percolation phenomenon of MWCNTs/SiO2 is described and attributed to the electronic transfer mechanism,especially the network effect of MWCNTs in the composites.The network formation plays an essential role in determining the second percolation threshold of MWCNTs/SiO2. 展开更多

In this paper, the lattice parameter and bulk modulus of lithium(Li) at different pressures and temperatures are calculated by using the density functional theory method within the generalized gradient approximation(GGA).Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, the thermodynamic properties of Li are predicted. The dependences of the normalized primitive cell volume V/V0 on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion coefficient α with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the dependences of the heat capacity Cv on pressure P and temperature T are obtained systematically in the ranges of 0~100 GPa and 0~2 000 K. 展开更多

为探究墩台处采用大直径灌浆套筒连接的预制装配式桥墩抗震性能,进行拟静力试验及有限元分析。设计、制作2个采用大直径灌浆套筒(主筋直径40 mm)连接的预制装配式桥墩(预制桥墩)及1个现浇桥墩开展拟静力试验,对2类试件的试验现象、破坏... 为探究墩台处采用大直径灌浆套筒连接的预制装配式桥墩抗震性能,进行拟静力试验及有限元分析。设计、制作2个采用大直径灌浆套筒(主筋直径40 mm)连接的预制装配式桥墩(预制桥墩)及1个现浇桥墩开展拟静力试验,对2类试件的试验现象、破坏形态、滞回曲线和承载能力进行对比分析,并采用有限元法对预制桥墩混凝土、套筒及连接钢筋的受力性能进行研究。试验结果表明:在水平循环荷载作用下,预制桥墩与现浇桥墩一致表现为弯剪破坏,但墩底区域破坏形式不同,现浇桥墩主要表现为柱脚混凝土大面积压碎,而预制桥墩的破坏现象更为严重,集中表现为套筒四周混凝土成块压碎剥落;相较于现浇桥墩,预制桥墩的承载能力平均值偏小5.2%,位移延性系数平均值偏小2.7%,预制桥墩力学性能与现浇桥墩相当。有限元分析结果表明:预制桥墩会在套筒顶部和桥墩底部出现2个塑性区,且预制桥墩中大直径灌浆套筒的受力状态以轴向受力为主,按照轴向受力进行套筒设计可满足其在桥墩结构中的受力要求;预制桥墩在墩底混凝土破坏后,其主筋和灌浆料仍保持可靠粘结,采用大直径灌浆套筒连接的预制桥墩抗震性能良好。 展开更多

Kagome点阵结构参数对其压缩特性的影响及轻质化设计

为研究三杆支撑(Kagome)结构的压缩性能并对其进行轻质化设计,通过改变胞元的结构参数,建立了12种不同胞元相对密度的Kagome多层点阵结构模型,利用压缩试验和模拟仿真对其进行准静态压缩力学性能分析。研究发现在胞元高度一定时,支撑杆... 为研究三杆支撑(Kagome)结构的压缩性能并对其进行轻质化设计,通过改变胞元的结构参数,建立了12种不同胞元相对密度的Kagome多层点阵结构模型,利用压缩试验和模拟仿真对其进行准静态压缩力学性能分析。研究发现在胞元高度一定时,支撑杆倾角和截面直径的增大均会提高Kagome多层点阵结构的抗压缩性能,且倾角大小对结构整体最大等效平压强度的影响要大于杆直径的影响。胞元相对密度从16.6%提高到60.7%,整体等效平压模量提高了5.54倍,最大等效平压强度提高了4.52倍,模拟仿真结果和试验结果具有一致性。此外,对Kagome加固点阵结构进行轻质化设计,整体质量直接减少了16.3%,压缩仿真结果表明,轻质化设计小幅提升了点阵结构在压缩坍塌失效之前的整体等效平压模量、最大等效平压强度、相对比强度、比刚度和等参数。 展开更多

应用第一性原理可以计算含能材料0 K下的结构和物理性质,但温度效应的缺失通常会导致计算数据与实验结果产生偏差.同时,与温度相关的热力学参数是含能材料在宏观和介观尺度下建模的关键输入.为此,本文以高能低感炸药1-氧-2,6-二氨基-3,5... 应用第一性原理可以计算含能材料0 K下的结构和物理性质,但温度效应的缺失通常会导致计算数据与实验结果产生偏差.同时,与温度相关的热力学参数是含能材料在宏观和介观尺度下建模的关键输入.为此,本文以高能低感炸药1-氧-2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡嗪(LLM-105)为研究体系,基于准简谐近似,采用色散修正的密度泛函理论研究温度加载下LLM-105的分子间相互作用和热力学性质.晶格参数和热膨胀系数的演化表明LLM-105分子间相互作用具有强烈的各向异性,其中b轴方向(分子层间)的膨胀率远高于ac平面(分子层内).Hirshfeld表面及其指纹图分析进一步证实LLM-105的分子间相互作用主要取决于O···H构成的氢键.结合Mulliken布居数和结构分析,温度加载下氢键相互作用的变化可诱发硝基旋转,并使得C—NO_(2)键的强度明显减弱,为高温分解反应的触发键提供了理论依据.此外,本文计算了等容和等压条件下的热容、熵以及等温和绝热条件下的体模量等基础热力学参数.其中绝热条件下的体模量与实验值吻合,同时体模量随温度的演化反映了LLM-105在温度加载下的软化行为.上述理论研究可用于构建含能材料在介观和宏观尺度下的模型,也为测量原子分子水平下的热力学性质提供了重要的参考价值. 展开更多

三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂浸渍改性对杉木压缩吸能特性的影响

采用质量分数为8%的三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin,MUF)树脂溶液浸渍处理杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata),通过准静态大变形压缩测试,考察杉木改性前后的压缩破坏模式、力学性能和压缩吸能特性等。结果表明:在改... 采用质量分数为8%的三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin,MUF)树脂溶液浸渍处理杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata),通过准静态大变形压缩测试,考察杉木改性前后的压缩破坏模式、力学性能和压缩吸能特性等。结果表明:在改性材增重率为33.22%时,抗湿胀率达64.44%,尺寸稳定性得到改善;改性处理未影响杉木的压缩破坏形态,纵向主要为纤维屈曲和撕裂,径向主要为早晚材逐层压溃破坏,弦向主要呈火柴棍状破坏;改性材弹性模量和破坏强度提高,横纹平台应力显著增大,顺纹平台应力略有降低,致密化应变减小,纵向和横向之间的差异减小;改性材径向和弦向的单位体积吸能值分别增加了30%和17%,顺纹压缩吸能值及最大吸能效率则显著降低。低质量分数的MUF树脂浸渍处理可改善杉木的尺寸稳定性,缩小其纵向和横向之间的能量吸收差异。 展开更多

为探究不同工况对燕尾榫节点力学性能的影响,以清工部《清代工程则例》及《中国古建筑木作营造技术》为权衡标准,以其他学者的木材材性试验结果为参照,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对清代燕尾榫进行了拟静力荷载数值模拟,探究了榫头平面外不同... 为探究不同工况对燕尾榫节点力学性能的影响,以清工部《清代工程则例》及《中国古建筑木作营造技术》为权衡标准,以其他学者的木材材性试验结果为参照,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对清代燕尾榫进行了拟静力荷载数值模拟,探究了榫头平面外不同转角、不同材料、不同柱端轴向荷载、不同荷载位置对燕尾榫节点力学性能的影响。结果表明:1)燕尾榫卯的滞回曲线均呈“倒Z型”。2)燕尾榫节点处的最大弯矩在枋体侧向转角为0°、1.41°、2.82°时分别为0.896、0.914、0.979 kN·m。当柱顶的轴向荷载从0增加至50 kN时,燕尾榫节点的双向最大弯矩分别从0.896、0.523 kN·m变为2.680、5.129 kN·m。双向屈服弯矩分别从0.823、0.473 kN·m变为2.366、4.172 kN·m。当柱顶轴向荷载由50 kN增加至100 kN时,双向最大弯矩、屈服弯矩变化值均不超过1%。3)枋侧施加0、25、50 mm水平位移时对应的燕尾榫节点峰值粘滞阻尼系数分别为22.05%、28.50%、29.38%。 展开更多

Based on the parallel bar system, combining with the synergetic method, the catastrophe theory and the acoustic emission test, a new motivated statistical damage model for quasi-brittle solid was developed. Taking concrete for instances, the rationality and the flexibility of this model and its parameters-determining method were identified by the comparative analyses between theoretical and experimental curves. The results show that the model can simulate the whole damage and fracture process in the fracture process zone of material when the materials are exposed to quasi-static uniaxial tensile traction. The influence of the mesoscopic damage mechanism on the macroscopic mechanical properties of quasi-brittle materials is summarized into two aspects, rupture damage and yield damage. The whole damage course is divided into the statistical even damage phase and the local breach phase, corresponding to the two stages described by the catastrophe theory. The two characteristic states, the peak nominal stress state and the critical state are distinguished, and the critical state plays a key role during the whole damage evolution course. 展开更多

The elastic and thermodynamic properties of NbN at high pressures and high temperatures are investigated by the plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory (DFT). The generalized gradient approximation (GG... The elastic and thermodynamic properties of NbN at high pressures and high temperatures are investigated by the plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory (DFT). The generalized gradient approximation (GGA) with the Perdew-Burke Ernzerhof (PBE) method is used to describe the exchange-correlation energy in the present work. The calculated equilibrium lattice constant a0, bulk modulus B0, and the pressure derivative of bulk modulus B~ of NbN with rocksalt structure are in good agreement with numerous experimental and theoretical data. The elastic properties over a range of pressures from 0 to 80.4 GPa are obtained. Isotropic wave velocities and anisotropic elasticity of NbN are studied in detail. It is indicated that NbN is highly anisotropic in both longitudinal and shear-wave velocities. According to the quasi-harmonic Debye model, in which the phononic effect is considered, the relations of (V - Vo)/Vo to the temperature and the pressure, and the relations of the heat capacity Cv and the thermal expansion coefficient α to temperature are discussed in a pressure range from 0 to 80.4 GPa and a temperature range from 0 to 2500 K. At low temperature, Cv is proportional to T3 and tends to the Dulong Petit limit at higher temperature. We predict that the thermal expansion coefficient α of NbN is about 4.20 × 10-6/K at 300 K and 0 GPa. 展开更多
