These two methods have almost the same accuracy from theoretical aspect with regular boundaries, but generally Finite Element Method produces better approximations when the boundaries are irregular. In order to investigate which method produces better results from numerical aspect, we apply these methods into specific examples with regular boundaries with constant step-size for both of them. Transient behavior of three-dimensional semiconductor device with heat conduc- tion is described by a coupled mathematical system of four quasi-linear partial differential equations with initial-boundary value conditi...Transient behavior of three-dimensional semiconductor device with heat conduc- tion is described by a coupled mathematical system of four quasi-linear partial differential equations with initial-boundary value conditions. The electric potential is defined by an ellip- tic equation and it appears in the following three equations via the electric field intensity. The electron concentration and the hole concentration are determined by convection-dominated diffusion equations and the temperature is interpreted by a heat conduction equation. A mixed finite volume element approximation, keeping physical conservation law, is used to get numerical values of the electric potential and the accuracy is improved one order. Two con- centrations and the heat conduction are computed by a fractional step method combined with second-order upwind differences. This method can overcome numerical oscillation, dispersion and decreases computational complexity. Then a three-dimensional problem is solved by computing three successive one-dimensional problems where the method of speedup is used and the computational work is greatly shortened. An optimal second-order error estimate in L2 norm is derived by using prior estimate theory and other special techniques of partial differential equations. This type of mass-conservative parallel method is important and is most valuable in numerical analysis and application of semiconductor device.展开更多

Knowledge of different effects of various organic materials on soil humic substance is important for both environmental safety and sustainable agriculture.A pot experiment was conducted at Jilin Agricultural Universit...Knowledge of different effects of various organic materials on soil humic substance is important for both environmental safety and sustainable agriculture.A pot experiment was conducted at Jilin Agricultural University,Jilin Province in northeast China to discover the influence of herb residue,animal excrement,woody residue,animal remnant on fulvic acid(FA) composition and structure using differential thermal analysis-thermogravimetric(DTA-TG),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and elemental analysis.DTA-TG showed the range of peak temperature in the first exothermic reaction increased following the trend: CK〉herb residue〉animal excrement〉woody residue=animal remnant,and the most weight loss was observed in animal excrement.Moreover,the second exothermic reaction of CK-and animal excrement-FA was presented as double peaks,the order of weight loss in that area was animal remnant〉CK〉woody residue〉animal excrement〉herb residue.According to FTIR,herb residue displayed higher adsorption intensity at 2 950,1 420,1 240 and 1 030 cm-1,animal excrement was in reverse.At the same time,herb residue-and animal excrement-FA had an absorption peak at 1 720 cm-1,while other organic materials didn't have this peak.As elemental analysis showed,FA isolated from various treatments was significantly distinct.It was clearly shown from our results that FA composition and structure in amended soils may be affected in different ways and at various extents on dependence of the nature and origin of amendment.展开更多
This article analyzes the relationship between the water level and the water-tube tilting in Shuangyang lake,based on the differential deformation features reflected by the NS and EW components of the water-tube tiltm...This article analyzes the relationship between the water level and the water-tube tilting in Shuangyang lake,based on the differential deformation features reflected by the NS and EW components of the water-tube tiltmeter.The results show a good spatiotemporal consistency between the variation of water level and the NS tilt component,which is considered to be affected by the magnitude and duration of the water level variation in Shuangyang Lake.The article uses Landsat remote sensing image data to extract the water boundary of Shuan-gyang Lake,and takes advantage of the finite element numerical simulation method to build three-dimensional models for different geological structural conditions of the Shuangyang seismostation.The simulation results show that when the underground medium is granite,the effect of water level variation on the vertical displacement of the surface is non-directional.With a 50-m soil layer in Model 2,the simulated NS tilt variation is equivalent to the actual observed water-tube tiltmeter NS component when the water level variation is 0.44 m and 0.8m.When the variation of water level reaches 2.0m,the simulation result of the NS component is 79.6 ms,which is slightly larger than the observed result of 60.32 ms.However,the simulation results show that the variation of the EW component is significantly smaller than that of the NS one.Due to the fact that the Shuan-gyang lake is long in the NS direction and short in the EW direction,the existence of the soil layer tends to generate ground deformation along the NS direction in the vicinity of the lake after the increase of water level,thereby resulting in the difference of the ground deformation in the two directions.展开更多

背景:有研究利用三维有限元方法分析了种植体在不同皮质骨厚度中的应力情况,得出皮质骨厚度影响种植体-骨界面位移值、等效应力值及种植体各部件等效应力值的结果。目前超短种植体在不同下颌骨骨质中的临床应用还存在不确定性。目的:利...背景:有研究利用三维有限元方法分析了种植体在不同皮质骨厚度中的应力情况,得出皮质骨厚度影响种植体-骨界面位移值、等效应力值及种植体各部件等效应力值的结果。目前超短种植体在不同下颌骨骨质中的临床应用还存在不确定性。目的:利用三维有限元法分析超短种植体在下颌骨不同骨质中的应力分布及骨组织的应力分布情况。方法:选取1名下颌第1磨牙缺失患者的CT影像资料,利用Mimics软件创建下颌骨第1磨牙区域的模型,根据超短种植体奥齿泰系统中5 mm×5 mm TSⅢ型号绘制出所需要的植体及上部修复体模型,使用Geomagic Studio的偏置命令获取下颌4类不同骨质的模型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类),将所有模型整合并交叉组合,给予不同方向载荷,分析各类模型受力后的范氏等效应力分布。结果与结论:(1)垂直载荷时:皮质骨最大应力在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类骨质中相对于Ⅳ类骨更趋向于稳定,力也从分散于种植体周围到Ⅳ类骨时逐渐集中至种植体颈部与皮质骨连接处;Ⅰ类骨中最大等效应力峰值在中央螺丝区域,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类骨中最大应力峰值则统一在种植体颈部与基台连接处。(2)侧向载荷时:皮质骨最大应力随着骨质条件的减弱呈逐渐增大的趋势;Ⅰ-Ⅳ类骨质中,最大应力峰值都集中在种植体与基台连接处,Ⅰ-Ⅲ类骨中种植体本身所受应力随着骨质的减弱表现出逐渐增大的趋势,到Ⅳ类骨时应力有所减小,此规律同样适用于修复体基台以及松质骨所受应力。(3)各类骨质中侧向载荷时所受到的最大应力值比垂直向载荷更大。展开更多

In English learning, the differences between Chinese culture and Occidental culture bring a lot of difficulties in English reading comprehension. And the effect mainly represents in vocabulary, grammar system, language background. This paper analyzes the effect from the three aspects to help Chinese English learners understand the effect better and give them some enlightenment in English reading comprehension.

文摘背景:有研究利用三维有限元方法分析了种植体在不同皮质骨厚度中的应力情况,得出皮质骨厚度影响种植体-骨界面位移值、等效应力值及种植体各部件等效应力值的结果。目前超短种植体在不同下颌骨骨质中的临床应用还存在不确定性。目的:利用三维有限元法分析超短种植体在下颌骨不同骨质中的应力分布及骨组织的应力分布情况。方法:选取1名下颌第1磨牙缺失患者的CT影像资料,利用Mimics软件创建下颌骨第1磨牙区域的模型,根据超短种植体奥齿泰系统中5 mm×5 mm TSⅢ型号绘制出所需要的植体及上部修复体模型,使用Geomagic Studio的偏置命令获取下颌4类不同骨质的模型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类),将所有模型整合并交叉组合,给予不同方向载荷,分析各类模型受力后的范氏等效应力分布。结果与结论:(1)垂直载荷时:皮质骨最大应力在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类骨质中相对于Ⅳ类骨更趋向于稳定,力也从分散于种植体周围到Ⅳ类骨时逐渐集中至种植体颈部与皮质骨连接处;Ⅰ类骨中最大等效应力峰值在中央螺丝区域,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类骨中最大应力峰值则统一在种植体颈部与基台连接处。(2)侧向载荷时:皮质骨最大应力随着骨质条件的减弱呈逐渐增大的趋势;Ⅰ-Ⅳ类骨质中,最大应力峰值都集中在种植体与基台连接处,Ⅰ-Ⅲ类骨中种植体本身所受应力随着骨质的减弱表现出逐渐增大的趋势,到Ⅳ类骨时应力有所减小,此规律同样适用于修复体基台以及松质骨所受应力。(3)各类骨质中侧向载荷时所受到的最大应力值比垂直向载荷更大。
