Quicksilver出售气体开发权

北京时间5月19凌晨消息,天然气与石油生产商Quicksilver Resources Inc(KWK)宣布,同意以2.80亿美元的价格出售得克萨斯州1.3万英亩土地上的页岩、煤层甲烷以及其它气体的开发权利。此项交易的收购方是意大利的埃尼集团(Eni SPA)。
